Subhuman negro who slaughtered White girl found guilty * Forrestry captain arrested in '84 killing  A 46-year-old Department of Forestry captain was unable to escape his past Friday as a jury found him guilty in the murder of a Whittier woman 23 years ago. Robin Hoynes' three sisters and mother clutched their hands together, and someone whispered, "Yes," as a court clerk announced that William Marshall was guilty. Marshall showed no reaction to the verdict. He returns to court Oct. 26 for sentencing to a mandatory term of life in prison without the possibility of parole. The jury deliberated for about a day before finding Marshall guilty of first-degree murder, a special circumstance of killing during an attempted robbery and using a deadly weapon. Marshall killed Hoynes, a 21-year-old restaurant manager, when he returned to rob the Kentucky Fried Chicken where he once worked. Woman raped and sodomized by black while sleeping in her bed A Mobile woman was sexually assaulted by a stranger in her home. A Mobile Police Department spokesperson says the attack happened at approximately 215am Friday morning at a home. He says the suspect entered the woman's home through an unlocked window. The woman was attacked while sleeping in her bed. Gallichant says once the victim began to resist, the subject ran from the home. Shortly after the sexual assault, investigators arrested 22-year-old Rayford Mickles on Medford Drive. Police say the woman did not know her attacker. Former (Negro) "Football Star" Sentenced Today for Raping and Sodomizing a 13-year-old Girl Today was sentencing day for a former Lexington Catholic High School football star who pleaded guilty to raping a young teen. Cornell Burbage pleaded guilty last year to second degree rape and sodomy charges. Today, he was sentenced for those crimes. Investigators say his victim was a 13-year old girl. Before his arrest, Burbage was recruited by New Mexico State. There's no word yet on how long Burbage will spend behind bars for the crime. - (Newsroom) - (crime) - (Sports) |

Black afro-negro that raped woman in park spotted on bus and arrested WAUKESHA - It was a Tuesday afternoon in early September. A 20-year-old woman was sitting on a picnic table at Horeb Park enjoying a book when she claims a man she didn't know approached her. Waukesha police say the man dragged her five feet into the men's bathroom and raped her. "It's just shocking. I've never heard anything like that happening in the neighborhood," Lori Martinez, who lives across from park, said. Police soon had a suspect: Anwau Terry of Milwaukee. They couldn't find him, but the victim did. On Friday, the victim says she was riding a city bus when she claims she saw the man who raped her. She told the bus driver and the bus driver called police and Terry was arrested a short time later. - (Newsroom) |
| New Zealand: Somali migrant kidnapper-rapist dies in crash A man killed in a Waikato car crash yesterday was a convicted kidnapper and rapist, who New Zealand First leader Winston Peters called on the Government to deport four years ago. Hasan Ahmed Shaqlane, 35, was killed in a car crash on SH3 early yesterday 2km from Kihikihi, near Te Awamutu. He was the sole occupant of a southbound Honda Integra that collided with a northbound truck during an overtaking manoeuvre. In August 2000 Shaqlane, a Somalian refugee, was sentenced to eight years jail for the rape and kidnap of a Hamilton woman. At the time, Immigration officials said his status would be reviewed when he came out of jail and deportation was "highly likely". However, in 2003, Mr Peters was incensed when a Deportation Review Tribunal upheld an appeal by Shaqlane against deportation. Mr Peters said New Zealand had become an "international garbage dump" for individuals such as Shaqlane, which no other countries would touch. Animal atrocity! Three black afro-negroid teens murder 12-year-old White girl in home invasion     Three teens were charged with murder Monday night in connection with the slaying of a 12-year-old girl in her Moore County home last week. Authorities arrested Van Roger Smith Jr., 16, and Sherrod Nicholas Harrison, 19, Monday afternoon. After a search, the Moore County Sheriff's Office took Michael Graham Currie, 18, into custody Monday night. All three teens were charged with one count of first-degree murder and one count of breaking and entering. All are from Cameron. Twelve-year-old Emily Elizabeth Haddock was shot to death Friday in her home on Marks Road outside of Vass, authorities said. The girl had stayed home from school with strep throat and was alone. "(She was) very quiet, soft spoken, always had a smile.  HUNTSVILLE, Texas - The nation's busiest death penalty state executed another inmate Tuesday night, hours after the Supreme Court said it would review whether the lethal injection method most states use is cruel and unusual. Michael Richard, 49, was put to death for the 1986 shooting of Marguerite Lucille Dixon, a 53-year-old nurse and mother of seven. Life in prison for white girlfriend of black inmate that murdered prison guard   A former Tennessee prison nurse has been sentenced to life in prison without parole after admitting to shooting to death a corrections officer so her inmate husband could escape. Jennifer Hyatte, 33, apologized to the court and to the family of Officer Wayne “Cotton” Morgan, whom she killed on Aug. 9, 2005, as he escorted her husband, George Hyatte from court to a van that was to take him back to prison. The fugitive duo made it as far as Columbus, Ohio, where they were captured at a motel 36 hours later. George Hyatte, 36, is back in prison, where he is serving 41 years for robbery and related offenses. - (Newsroom) |

A Salt Lake City man wanted for allegedly raping a 14-year-old girl may also have HIV - the virus that causes AIDS - and may pose a public health risk, police warned Friday.
