New York Jailbreak: Illegal Alien Freed After Allegedly Killing Mother of Three on Christmas Eve
A New York state law that allows accused criminals to be freed from prison the same day they are arrested for violent crimes has freed an illegal alien accused of killing a mother of three on Christmas Eve.

Jorge Flores-Villalba, a 27-year-old illegal alien, according to Assemblyman Colin Schmitt, was arrested after he allegedly admitted to hitting and killing mother of three Marie “Rosie” Osai, who was a legal immigrant from Haiti, in a Christmas Eve crash on Long Island, New York.

“I was driving and I did strike a person,” Flores-Villalba allegedly told law enforcement officials. “I didn’t call the police. I was afraid because I don’t have a license.”

After being charged with felony fleeing the scene of a deadly accident, Flores-Villalba was arraigned and then freed without bail on Christmas day — less than 24 hours after Osai was allegedly killed.

Family friend Irene Secone told New York CBS Local that Osai’s friends and relatives are “devastated” while “this man on Christmas day goes home and spends it with his family.”

The illegal alien’s immediate release is now required by law in New York after state Democrats, against the wishes of law enforcement and even the most liberal district attorneys, rammed through a series of bail reform measures and Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D) signed the legislation into law.

The law will ensure that suspects accused of crimes deemed “non-violent” are not jailed before their trial dates and do not have to post bail. Instead, these suspects are released directly back into the public and expected to show up for their court dates. About 125,000 accused criminals are expected to be released from prison every year in the state.

The list of crimes for which suspects will be freed from prison before trial includes:

Second-degree manslaughter
Aggravated vehicular assault
Third-degree assault
Promoting an obscene sexual performance by a child
Possessing an obscene sexual performance by a child
Promoting a sexual performance by a child
Failure to register as a sex offender

Making terroristic threats
Criminally negligent homicide
Aggravated vehicular homicide

As part of the law, accused criminals will actually be allowed to investigate their own crime scenes and be given a list of named witnesses testifying against them within 15 days of their arrangement. The law means that if a suspect is charged with home burglary, that suspect will be allowed to return to the victim’s home and inspect their property as part of their defense.

(black) Nigerian Man Convicted of Child Sex Abuse Dies in ICE Custody
black suspect(SNOW HILL, Md.) — A Nigerian man died in federal immigration custody over the weekend, days after he was convicted of a sex offense and assault in Maryland.

Anthony Oluseye Akinyemi, 56, died Saturday after being found unresponsive in his cell at the Worcester County Jail in Snow Hill, Maryland, according to a Monday news release from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

The official cause of death was not immediately determined, but authorities believe Akinyemi killed himself.
Akinyemi had been charged with sexual abuse of a minor and was convicted last week in Baltimore City Circuit Court.
Officials said he entered the U.S. lawfully on a non-immigrant visa in 2017 but did not comply with the terms of his admission.
He had been in ICE custody for less than 24 hours, authorities said. - Round em up - ship em out! - SEND THEM ALL BACK!

Criminal Illegal Alien Mexican-surnamed Woman was ordered to repay victims she scammed as a travel agent,
then scammed new victims

One by one, victims of the Maryland travel agent told the judge how they had been duped. Some paid thousands for tickets through the agent but could not board a plane when they arrived at the airport. Others successfully made it to their destinations, only to find they were stuck because the agent had not purchased return flights. For many, the promises of airline reservations made but unkept, cost them thousands and upended Christmas travel plans.

After more than a dozen victims aired their grievances during Lorena Balbuena Aguilar's sentencing in November 2017, a judge ordered her to pay more than $33,000 in restitution. Aguilar, who earlier spent three weeks in jail and 15 weeks in home detention, could have been ordered deported. But she was allowed to stay in the United States and avoid additional jail time to pay back her 22 victims. - (Invasion)

Illegal-immigrant smuggling adapts despite US crackdown, report says
mud suspect Despite the hardening of U.S. and Mexican immigration policies, the shadowy enterprise of smuggling migrants — that governments on both sides of the border have promised to crack down on — is big business.
The Associated Press reported that the smuggling business has learned to adapt and has thrived.
The money keeps flowing. The massive return of asylum seekers to Mexico — more than 55,000 this year — has meant more business opportunities for smugglers. It’s a multibillion-dollar business that the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime estimates involves $4 billion annually. The Mexican government has calculated it could be as high as $6 billion.

Trump admin proposes further restrictions on asylum claims from criminal migrants
The Trump administration on Wednesday proposed a rule that would expand the list of crimes, including some misdemeanors, for which a migrant can be barred from being granted asylum in the U.S.

"Because asylum is a discretionary benefit, aliens who are eligible for asylum are not automatically entitled to it," the rule says. "Rather, after demonstrating eligibility, aliens must further meet their burden of showing that the Attorney General or Secretary should exercise his or her discretion to grant asylum."

The proposed regulation, announced by the departments of Justice and Homeland Security, would provide seven additional restrictions for asylum eligibility to those already in place.

The rule would then bar any migrants convicted of a felony under federal or state law, as well as offenses including alien smuggling, illegal re-entry or a crime involving criminal street gang activity.

The rule would also bar migrants from claiming asylum who had been convicted of offenses including driving under the influence (DUI) and domestic violence.

Most controversially, the rule would also apply to misdemeanors related to false identification, drug possession and welfare fraud -- something likely to raise the ire of pro-migrant and other civil rights groups.  - (Invasion)

Illegal alien Morales-Caceres, 24, started by stabbing Navarro in the back before stabbing him in the face, then his head, and then his chest, according to prosecutors. Standing before an image of the extremely gruesome murder scene, prosecutor Douglas Wink said Morales-Caceres sawed through his victim’s body to tear out his liver and place it on his chest. “The defendant took the knife and sawed,” he said. “This man reached in with his bare hands and took out his liver. He probably thought it was his heart. Illegal alien Federal inmate accused of two sexual assaults back in Lincoln jail
Jaime VillasenorA federal inmate connected to two sexual assaults last summer has been brought back to Lancaster County. Jaime Villasenor, 33, was booked into jail on suspicion of two counts of first-degree sexual assault after completing a four-year federal prison sentence for re-entering the U.S. illegally. An arrest warrant says he is accused of raping a woman who was walking home from downtown Lincoln in November 2006. He’s also accused of raping a cab driver in January 2007, the warrant says. In both cases, the women said their attacker held a knife to their throats and threatened to cut them if they weren’t quiet or if they didn’t cooperate. In June 2015, Villasenor’s DNA was matched to DNA taken at the time of the alleged rapes. He was deported in September 2006 after a conviction for second-degree burglary and assault with a deadly weapon two years earlier in Los Angeles County, California, according to federal court documents. In January 2007, the Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement in Omaha received notice that Villasenor was in jail in Lancaster County on a first-degree sexual assault charge. He told authorities he had gotten back into the country a year earlier, and U.S. Marshals took him into custody. In August 2007, Villasenor was sentenced to 46 months in federal prison followed by three years of supervised release. Illegal Alien Arrested for Luring Woman into Apartment, Allegedly Raping Her
Ala AsafAn illegal alien, identified helpfully as a “man” in the local news headline, allegedly raped a woman after luring her into his apartment in New Orleans. Ala Asaf told his acquaintance he had “important news,” according to The Times-Picayune. He confronted her while naked and dragged her into the bedroom before the attack, the alleged victim told investigators last week. A U.S. Immigration Customs and Enforcement (ICE) spokesman confirmed Asaf was a “fugitive” and that ICE will take action after his criminal charges are resolved.
In the meantime, taxpayers will pay to feed, house, and clothe an alleged rapist who never should have been in the country in the first place. This wasn’t Asaf’s first run-in with the law. In January, police arrested him for a reckless operation of a vehicle and a DWI. He didn’t kill anybody, though, so the charges made no blip on the media’s radar. Nor was he identified as an illegal alien.
In the same report, a Chuahutemoc Lopez was charged with two counts of aggravated rape for raping a 6-year-old; incurious media yawned. Child rape charges don’t excite them if it doesn’t involve a fraternity house: Police arrested an illegal alien from Guatemala, Jose Andres-Jose, who allegedly raped a child in Pennsylvania and held him on $9.5 million bond. Mexican illegal alien and registered sex offender Jesus Atrian allegedly raped a girl with Downs Syndrome. Illegal alien Victor Aureliano Martinez Ramirezwas charged with torturing, raping, and murdering veteran Marilyn Pharis — while out on probation, since police admitted they “don’t care” he was in the country illegally after arresting him multiple times. Mexican illegal alien Juan Jimenez-Olivera pled guilty to strangling a co-worker to death, setting her on fire, stealing thousands of dollars, and lying to police — in exchange for rape charges to be dropped. - (Invasion!)

He faces seven felony counts: Three counts for child abuse, and four counts for corporal injury to a child. “I was also told that a [U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service] hold was placed on him because he was a previous criminal deportee… and our County Jail declined to serve it because they don’t do that here. So he has made bail and is now gone,” police Sgt. Clint Winters told The Tribune.

  • ‘Sanctuary cities’ defy immigration law
Kate Steinle, as a bridesmaid. Steinle was killed on July 1 in San Francisco, a “sanctuary city.”Juan Francisco Lopez-SanchezAs 32-year-old Kate Steinle enjoyed an evening walk with her dad on a busy San Francisco pier July 1, she was on a deadly collision course with the product of a dangerous policy the city had adopted to protect the man who was about to kill her. San Francisco is one of hundreds of communities nationwide, including a handful in Massachusetts, that designate themselves “sanctuary cities.” In an act of political hubris, local politicians instruct their police departments not to cooperate with US Immigration and Customs Enforcement requests to further detain illegal immigrants who are in local police custody. That’s why San Francisco officials never contacted federal immigration authorities when Juan Francisco Lopez-Sanchez a Mexican national who had been deported five times and had seven prior felony convictions — was released by prosecutors on a marijuana charge. He was free to walk the same pier, pick up a gun, and allegedly kill Steinle. - (Invasion!)
