(sexual deviant) "Husband" accused of killing (sexual deviant) "husband": Charged with first-degree murder
mud suspect MARION COUNTY, Fla — On November 3, at approximately 8:00 a.m., Marion County Sheriff’s Office Major Crimes detectives arrested Herbert Swilley for the first-degree murder of his husband, 59-year-old Timothy Floyd Smith.

Police reports state that on Saturday, March 25, 2023, at approximately 10:50 a.m., MCSO deputies responded to an apartment, located at 1980 SE 40th Street Road, Ocala, to conduct a well-being check on Timothy Smith, who did not show up for work on Friday, March 24.

When deputies made entry to the residence, they found Timothy deceased. Timothy had a dark ligature mark on his neck and blunt-force trauma to his face and genitalia. Major Crimes Detective Daniel Pinder responded to initiate a homicide investigation.

For the next several months, Detective Pinder investigated this case, gathering video surveillance, electronic evidence, and speaking to people who knew Swilley and Timothy.

Through the investigation, police discovered that on the night of March 23, 2023, or in the early morning hours of March 24, 2023, Timothy was dosed with a large amount of diphenhydramine (an ingredient in Benadryl and Unisom) that was 30 times higher than the normal therapeutic dose.

Following that, Swilley murdered Timothy by choking him to death with an unknown ligature and Swilley then used his own vehicle to transport Timothy’s body from their shared residence to a nearby apartment that they maintained. Once there, Swilley placed Timothy’s body inside, staged a fake crime scene, and attempted to destroy evidence using household cleaning agents. Swilley returned to their residence and then drove Timothy’s vehicle to the apartment where he left it. Swilley then walked back to their residence where he accessed their Ring camera application; investigators later learned that surveillance videos from that night were not present. Then, a few hours later, Swilley drove to the landfill where he dropped off what appeared to be two carpets from their residence before going about his day.

New NYC racial equity commission head Linda Tigani linked to group pushing for independent black nation on US land
mud suspect The person tasked by the city with bringing “racial equity” to the Big Apple is affiliated with a radical organization that seeks to establish an “independent black nation” on US soil and is demanding reparations.

Linda Tigani, who was appointed chair and executive director of the Commission on Racial Equity last week by Mayor Adams and Speaker Adrienne Adams, worked as an organizer with the New York chapter of the Malcom X Grassroots Movement until 2019.

Among its principles is the pursuit of reparations and to “Free the Land,” or to establish an “independent Black Nation on land in north amerikka” comprising South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana, according to MXGM’s website.

“We say ‘Free the Land’ because We want independence so that we can ensure our Human Rights are protected and that our land will be a zone and base for all who seek liberation and freedom,” the website reads.

Tigani proudly features the phrase “working to Free the Land” on her X account, which she made private after the Post last week reported on antisemitic messages she spewed on the platform in recent years. These included a slew of posts including the phrase “from the river to the sea,” which is a call for the eradication of the Jewish state of Israel and its citizens.

“It’s alarming to have someone in charge of a racial commission who uses language hinting at erasing any race or throws around racially loaded terms,” Councilman Bob Holden (D-Queens) told The Post.

“The city should remove her immediately to ensure the commission truly represents racial equity.”

Following The Post’s coverage of Tigani’s hateful posts, the Adams administration said it was discussing next steps with Speaker Adams’ office for the new CORE head, who earned $165,363 in fiscal year 2023 in her previous role as acting chief equity and strategy officer for the city Health Department.

Calif. cop involved in shooting of college football player resigns in disgrace over ‘disgusting’ racist texts
A (WHITE) California officer is off the force after sending a slew of “disgusting” text messages to a colleague after he was involved in the shooting of a college football player, including one that said, “I hate black people.”

Ex-San Jose cop Mark McNamara resigned after it emerged that he penned “disgusting text messages that demonstrated racial bias,” Police Chief Anthony Mata told the Mercury News Friday.

The messages were uncovered during an investigation into McNamara’s involvement in a 2022 shooting of a black, 20-year-old college student who had just broken up a fight.

Many of the texts seem to reference the shooting last year in which then-officer McNamara shot football player K’aun Green at San José’s La Victoria Taqueria.

Green disarmed another man involved in the brawl but ended up being shot when police arrived and saw the gun in his hand, police said at the time.

In one text, dated a day after the shooting, McNamara wrote, “N— wanted to carry a gun in the Wild West,” with a second text reading, “Not on my watch haha.”

In other messages littered with use of the “n-word,” McNamara mentions the case, writing things like, “I”m pretty sure the district attorney would have charged me if I used excessive force, but she didn’t, because I didn’t use excessive force… I’ll shoot you too.”

In one message McNamara notes that black men “should all be bowing to me and bringing me gifts… Otherwise he woulda lived a life of poverty and crime.”

Other messages reference him having court “for blasting that fool.”

In one message McNamara explicitly wrote, “I hate black people.”

“There is zero tolerance for even a single expression of racial bias at the San José Police Department,” Mata wrote.

The approximately two dozen messages were discovered during the criminal investigation into the shooting and a separate administrative investigation was launched “immediately,” according to the chief.

“These messages came to light in the last few days and hours and that officer is no longer employed with the city,” Mata said.

McNamara, who was part of the department for six years, was apparently sending racist messages to a current employee of the department.

The second, unnamed employee was immediately placed on administrative leave pending an investigation, Mata said.

Negress NYC mom with suspected Munchausen syndrome by proxy busted for poisoning 4-year-old: cops
mud suspect A Bronx mom poisoned her toddler daughter with “life-threatening levels” of seizure meds — in a suspected case of the bizarre Munchausen syndrome by proxy, cops and police sources say.

Tajahnae Brown, 23, was charged Friday with first-degree assault for allegedly making 190 trips to various providers seeking the unnecessary drugs for her 4-year-old, officials and prosecutors said.

Authorities believe that Brown suffers of Munchausen’s syndrome by proxy, a condition in which people are known to fabricate or induce illness in someone under their care, usually a child, sometimes to gain attention, police sources said.

The deeply troubling ordeal began May 2, when Brown brought her then-3-year-old daughter to Montefiore Medical Center, claiming the child was on seizure medication and needed more, police said.

“She made repeated statements that the child needed the meds that got the staff to administer more doses,” a police source said.

Before long, the staff realized the girl had “toxic levels” of the drugs in her blood, cops said.

She was “being poisoned by the meds,” the source said.

Hospital staff informed Brown of the obvious overdose and took the child off the medication, cops said.

The young girl then continued to stay with her mother at the hospital, where her drug levels went down but then spiked again, cops said.

During that time, Brown appears to have continued to “discretely administer the meds to life-threatening levels,” the source said.

Omaha Negress charged with first-degree murder in deaths of two Omaha men
mud suspect An Omaha woman accused of killing two men and injuring a third in a series of shootings since March 2022 has been arrested and charged with first-degree murder, the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office announced Monday.

Erika Mims, 41, faces 11 felony charges — including two counts of first-degree murder — for allegedly killing 46-year-old Lamar Nedd in August 2022 and 39-year-old Laron Hodges in February 2023. She is also accused of shooting and wounding a third man, Ronald Townsend, in March 2022.

“She knew all three men previously,” Eric Sellers, the captain of the Sheriff’s Office’s Criminal Investigations Bureau, said at a press conference Monday. “I believe the motivation was money.”

In addition to the murder charges, Mims is charged with evidence tampering, unlawful possession of a firearm, use of a gun to commit a felony and attempted first-degree assault. She has been in custody at the Douglas County Jail since March on unrelated charges of violating probation and possessing a firearm as a felon.

BLACK has-been Darius Miles, ex-Alabama basketballer player, denied dismissal of capital murder charge
mud suspect Judge Daniel F. Pruet denied a motion to dismiss the capital murder charge against former (has-been) Alabama basketballer Darius Miles on Thursday, per court documents.

A pre-trial immunity hearing was held over three days in Tuscaloosa over the span of about a month in which the defense argued that Miles should be immune from prosecution because he acted in self-defense on Jan. 15 leading up to the fatal shooting of Jamea Harris.

Darius Miles was indicted by a grand jury in March and charged with capital murder alongside vMichael Davis, both of whom have been jailed without bond since Jan. 15.

v Investigators said the gun used to kill Harris belonged to Miles, 21, but that Davis, 21, pulled the trigger. Miles has pled not guilty.

Pruet repeatedly wrote in the ruling that the defense "failed to establish that (Miles) reasonably feared for his safety."

"The defendant failed to establish that he reasonably believed that anyone inside the Jeep was using or about to use deadly physical force or that they were committing or about to commit Assault in the 1st Degree or Assault in the 2nd Degree," Pruet wrote at the end of the 10-page ruling. "Accordingly, the Defendant's Motion is Denied."

Pruet noted Miles told investigators he saw a gun passed back in the Jeep that contained Harris, her boyfriend Cedric Johnson and her cousin, Asia Humphrey at the intersection of Grace Street and University Boulevard fewer than 10 minutes before the shooting. But Pruet noted no evidence was presented to him during the pre-trial immunity hearing that Miles claimed to have been scared or threatened, "and he did not claim that anyone pointed the gun at him," Pruet wrote.

QUEER BLACK FAGGOT MURDERED QUEER WHITE FAGGOT THAT HAD HOMO-RAPED HIM AS A young teen
the black teen prostituted himselft to the older white homosexual child-rapist

Police have arrested a young man they say shot and killed the journalist and LGBTQ+ activist Josh Kruger in his home earlier this month.

Robert Davis, 19, surrendered without incident and was arrested at the home of his mother in south Philadelphia on Wednesday, according to The Philadelphia Inquirer and other sources. Police say Davis shot Kruger seven times in the chest and abdomen around 1:30 a.m. on October 2. Kruger staggered outside, where he collapsed, and died a short time later at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center.

Both police and Davis’s family say the two homosexual men had a prior unnatural relationship allegedly beginning when Davis was 15.

Davis’s mother, Damica Davis, earlier this month told the Inquirer that her son grew up without a father, suffered from mental health and anger management issues, and had been in and out of several drug rehabilitation programs. She said his drug use and erratic behavior escalated when he turned 15. He started staying out late at night on a regular basis, and the family found drug paraphernalia, including needles, in his possession.

When she confronted him about his behavior, she said Davis claimed he was involved with an “older white woman” who “worked for the government” he had recently met online. Kruger was an employee of the city from 2015 to 2020, including as a spokesperson for the Office of Homeless Services and at the Department of Health.

Despite being unable to hold down a steady job, Davis started coming home with expensive gifts and clothing he could not afford. Damica told the Inquirer the family was concerned and followed Davis to the same block where Kruger lived, but were unable to determine which house he had entered. She also said she saw the name Josh frequently appear on her son’s phone.

Davis said her son only recently confessed that he was involved in a drug-fueled sexual relationship with Kruger and that the white queer journalist-activist was threatening to post sexually explicit videos of the youth online if he didn’t comply with certain (deviant) requests he found objectionable.

“He was scared,” Davis told the Inquirer earlier this month after the murder. “He said ‘He wanted me to do some stuff I didn’t want to do and if I didn’t do it, he said he was going to blackmail me.’”

At the same time Davis was learning of her son’s alleged involvement with Kruger, anonymous sources confirmed to the Inquirer that investigators had independently identified images and messages described as “disturbing” on Kruger’s phone, and that the matter was forwarded to the Special Victims Unit for further investigation. Police also say they found methamphetamine in his home on the date of his murder.

Black Nashville police chief's son, wanted in the shooting of 2 officers, found dead after car chase
mud suspect mud suspect ASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — The estranged son of Nashville’s police chief, who was wanted in the shooting of two police officers, was found dead of a self-inflicted gunshot wound after leading police on a chase in a stolen car, authorities said.

Nashville Police Chief John Drake issued a statement on Wednesday thanking officers for working to locate his son after John Drake Jr., 38, was accused of shooting and wounding two officers in nearby La Vergne on Saturday.

“It was my prayer that no harm would come to him or anyone else," the elder Drake said. "I am heartbroken and saddened by the outcome. I appreciate the condolences and kind words of support as my family and I privately mourn our loss.”

Metro Nashville Police spokesman Don Aaron said in a news conference on Tuesday night that the younger Drake had stolen a car at gunpoint from a home southeast of downtown around 6 p.m. Drake asked a man and woman in front of a home for a ride and when they were unable or unwilling to give him a ride, he pulled out a gun and demanded the car in the driveway, Aaron said.

Officers spotted the car a short time later and followed it to the Edgehill area south of downtown, where it crashed. Drake fled to a shed behind a home and when officers surrounded the area, a gunshot was heard, Aaron said.

Officers found Drake dead with a gunshot wound that was apparently self-inflicted, the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation said in a statement posted on social media. TBI will investigate Drake’s death at District Attorney Glenn Funk’s request and a full autopsy will be performed as a part of the investigation, the agency said.

Photos of (White female) Brenda Tracy Who Accuses of (black coach) Michigan State HC Mel Tucker of Masturbating on Phone With Her
mud suspect Michigan State head coach Mel Tucker has risked his job and potentially $80 million by having phone s*x with a rape survivor who he had spoken to his team about consent.

Former Michigan State football coach Mel Tucker has been found responsible for violating the school's sexual harassment policy — a huge victory for the woman who accused him, prominent rape survivor and activist Brenda Tracy, and a permanent stain on the reputation of one of the nation’s highest-paid coaches.

In a 73-page report issued Wednesday afternoon, a university hearing officer determined Tucker sexually harassed and exploited Tracy when he masturbated and made sexual comments without her consent during an April 2022 phone call, eight months after he hired her as a sexual violence prevention educator.

This is an incredible case of he said/she said where it is impossible to really know who is telling the truth.

In 2023, even if Tucker is telling the truth it is highly unlikely he will be able to survive this and keep his job. People don’t look at these cases logically, they immediately take a side and then scream at anyone who disagrees.

Video shows PSYCHO BLACK TRANSVESTITE MANIAC WIELDING HAMMER TO ATTACK HUMANS
mud suspect Disturbing footage shows a man in a dress swinging a hammer while strolling through Seattle in a rampage in which he allegedly bashed two middle-aged strangers, according to cops.

Seattle police released the surveillance footage Tuesday while still hunting the hammer fiend over the “unprovoked” attack Thursday on a 60-year-old man and 63-year-old woman outside the Beacon Hill Link light rail station.

It shows the suspect wearing what appears to be a long, black dress — pulled away to show his chest — under a dark jacket along with sandals and a winter fur hat.

As he walks, he stops to pull out a pink-handled hammer from his bag — brazenly holding it up as he walks through the Emerald City.

One clip taken on a light rail train shows the suspect — thought to be about 6 feet tall and in his 30s — talking and using the hammer to point in different directions.

It’s unclear if he was talking and gesturing toward passengers.

The victims were treated for head injuries at the scene and taken to a local hospital. It was not immediately clear if the two victims were together or two separate incidents.

mud suspect THOMASTON, Ga. (AP) — A Georgia man has been charged with murder after police said he killed his girlfriend, stuffed her body in a suitcase and stashed it in the closet of the apartment they shared. Freddrick Durham of Thomaston was being held without bail in the Upson County jail. Durham appeared before a judge on Monday, a Thomaston police investigator said by phone, but Durham does not yet have a lawyer who can speak for him.

Black People and Morality by Richard Knight from The Unz Review
0 black suspect black suspect Images of Black people are pressed on us so insistently these days, usually as models of some kind, that it is natural to ask just how admirable Black people are. For example, are they especially moral? Are they especially industrious, especially respectful of other people’s property, especially reliable, especially good to children, especially merciful, especially honest?

In the nineteenth century, White people were not impressed by Black people’s industriousness. A British explorer estimated that an average English labourer would accomplish more per day than twelve Africans.[1] In an experiment in Virginia, two White men brought in more crops in a certain period than did thirteen negroes.[2] A German professor found Africans indolent as well as careless, inattentive and unpunctual.[3] John Speke, the first White man to reach Lake Victoria, was amazed by their “inherent laziness”.[4] - [more at link]

mud suspect wounded victim HARRIS COUNTY, Texas - A Katy man has been sentenced to 50 years behind bars in connection with a deadly 2021 murder at a Houston motel, Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg announced on Thursday.

Derek Maurice Singleton, 25, pleaded guilty to murder on the eve of trial on Friday in the shooting death of 22-year-old Eric Soniat in a car in the parking lot of a motel in the 14800 block of Park Row, around 6 p.m. on April 2, 2021.

"Unfortunately, we see cases like this far too often in which someone pulls a gun and starts shooting without any regard for the consequences," Ogg said. "We were ready to go trial when this defendant accepted responsibility for what he did, and hopefully seeing justice served in this case will give this young man’s family some closure."

According to a release, Singleton was meeting with Soniat and another man to buy a bag of marijuana when Singleton opened fire and shot both men several times. Soniat was killed. The other man survived and told police what happened.

Singleton was scheduled to go to trial this week when he pleaded guilty in exchange for a sentence of 50 years in prison. He was facing the possibility of life in prison.

According to the terms of the agreement, Singleton cannot appeal the conviction or the sentence. He must serve at least half of the prison sentence before he will be eligible for parole.

Accused nigger pimp viciously beat women he forced into prostitution on ‘Penn Track’ in Brooklyn: feds
mud suspect A Queens man has been indicted for allegedly forcing women into prostitution on a strip of Pennsylvania Avenue in Brooklyn — and federal prosecutors described him as a psychotically violent pimp who once took a baseball bat to a sex worker because he wanted to “leave a stain on her brain.”

Douglas Welch, a 40-year-old who goes by the nickname of “Paradise,” allegedly ran a sex-trafficking ring and threatened victims with savage violence if they refused to work as prostitutes, according to a federal indictment unsealed Tuesday.

Unfortunately, they weren’t idle threats.

In the court papers, prosecutors laid out in excruciating detail the list of beatings Welch allegedly doled out — including separate instances when he knocked three teeth out of a woman’s mouth, body-slammed another when she told off another pimp and took a bat to one poor woman who said she didn’t want to work that night.

In a phone call recorded by investigators, Welch allegedly said that he had “cracked her with a bat and all that.”

“So you know, I ain’t hit a home run with that motherf–king bat, but you know … I definitely touched her with that motherf–ker,” Welch allegedly said, adding that he wanted to “leave a stain on her brain.”

A male suspect in the apparent random attack is being sought, police said.

The "horrific assault" occurred at the 53rd Street/Fifth Avenue station in midtown Manhattan midday Wednesday, NYPD Chief of Transit Michael Kaplan said during a press briefing.

The 30-year-old victim was standing on the platform while a train was pulling out of the station when she was pushed, "causing her head to strike the moving train," Kaplan said.

The victim then fell onto the tracks, at which point good Samaritans helped her back up on the platform and called 911, Kaplan said.

She was transported to a local hospital with head trauma and underwent surgery, Kaplan said. She is currently in critical condition and is "fighting for her life," he said.

It is unclear what led up to the assault, Kaplan said. Eyewitnesses are currently being interviewed and the victim has yet to speak to police, he said.

Police identified a suspect in the assault as Sabir Jones, 45. He is known to the police department in the subway system, Kaplan said.

Jones allegedly fled the location on foot and exited the turnstiles at West 53rd Street and Fifth Avenue, police said while releasing surveillance footage of the suspect. He has not yet been apprehended, Kaplan said.

THREE (count them) NEGROES on trial for BLOODY MURDER of coach killed during carjacking at Gwinnett County gas station
WAS THE VICTIM WHITE????

mud suspect GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. - The trial for three men accused of murdering a popular Gwinnett County coach during a botched carjacking at a gas station is set to begin Monday.

Josiah Hughly, Miles Collins, and David Booker are charged with the murder and aggravated assault of 29-year-old Brandley Coleman.

Coleman, who was living in New Orleans, came to Gwinnett County to visit family in July 2022. When he stopped to inflate his tires at the QuikTrip gas station on Peachtree Parkway and Peachtree Corners Circle, police said a car with three men pulled up. One man jumped into his car, trying to carjack him.

Officials say while Coleman struggled with the two men, a driver of another vehicle, who was unaware of what was happening, pulled up behind Coleman's car to wait to utilize the air pumps, causing one of the suspects to back into that waiting car as they tried to flee.

"The suspect got out of the victim’s vehicle, and one of the suspects shot the victim. Both suspects got back into their vehicle and drove off," the Gwinnett County Police Department stated. Investigators later identified the gunman as Booker.

Authorities arrested Booker for the shooter 10 days later.

🔥Hell Fire BLACK demon 🔥Hell Fire The Florida teacher who was beaten unconscious by a 270-pound "student" in a viral video has refused to help the teen’s defense lighten his sentence, according to a report.

The troubled teen told investigators he attacked Naydich because teachers ordered him to stop playing a video game on a Nintendo Switch.

Depa, who was charged as an adult, faces up to 30 years in prison for the first-degree felony charge of aggravated battery.

Brendan Depa, then 17, violently hurled Matanzas High School paraprofessional Joan Naydich to the ground, then could be seen in the video kicking and punching her in the back and head more than a dozen times before he was pulled off her by other staff.

According to Flagler Live, Naydich has “shown no interest in mitigating what penalties Depa might face.”

The autistic teen — who will plead guilty to avoid trial — was initially charged as a juvenile in the case before the raps were upgraded.

Naydich was brutally beaten at Matanzas High School in Palm Coast. Flagler County S Still, Judge Terrence Perkins still has the option of sentencing him as a youth — and meting out a penalty as low as probation. The teen’s disabilities will likely weigh on his decision.

Now 18, Depa had three prior battery arrests before the shocking February attack on Naydich, who was treated at a hospital after the assault.

Flagler Live also reported that Depa got into a brawl in jail just last month.

Depa, who stands 6-foot-6, reportedly threatened to kill Naydich during his arrest.

It was initially reported Naydich had personally confiscated the Nintendo device from him, but she denied doing so in subsequent interviews.

“I’m hopeful that the awareness of this incident being spread far and wide will prevent anyone else from ever dealing with the trauma, physical healing and disruption of everyday life this has caused,” she said on a GoFundMe page that has raised more than $100,000.

Depa is slated to issue his plea later month and will be sentenced after that in a separate proceeding.

The high school where the assault took place has been besieged by violence in recent years — and days.

"We were able to get justice for the family of this promising young man, but there was absolutely no reason he had to lose his life to gun violence."

Walker was shot at an apartment complex in the 9400 block of Coventry Square Drive around 4 a.m. Oct. 5, 2019. He died at the hospital.

McNeil reportedly knew Walker from the neighborhood. According to the district attorney’s office, McNeil saw Walker and another man hanging out in the parking lot of the complex, followed Walker as he was walking into the complex and shot him in the back several times.

BLACK admits to deadly hit-and-run ‘rampage’ in Collegeville and Philly
mud suspect NORRISTOWN — A month before his trial was slated to begin, a Philadelphia man came to court and admitted to a hit-and-run “rampage” that included the death of a female chef who was walking home from her job in the city and the serious injuries suffered by a jogger he struck in Collegeville.

Kareem Maurice Welton, 43, of the 1300 block of South 23rd Street, pleaded guilty in Montgomery County Court on Friday to charges of third-degree murder, attempted murder, three counts of aggravated assault and one count of robbery of a motor vehicle in connection with a series of incidents that began in Philadelphia on July 27, 2021, and ended in Montgomery County where he was apprehended by police on July 28.

The open guilty plea means Welton, whose trial was slated to begin Nov. 13, has no deals with prosecutors regarding his potential sentence.

Judge William R. Carpenter, who will have sole discretion in fashioning the punishment, deferred sentencing so that court officials can prepare a background investigation report about Welton.

mud suspect FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (AP) — A South Florida judge removed the lead prosecutor in the double murder retrial of rapper YNW Melly on Thursday after defense attorneys claimed prosecutors didn’t reveal that the lead detective in the case had been previously accused of being willing to lie as he gathered evidence.

Broward Circuit Court Judge John Murphy granted the defense’s motion to recuse prosecutor Kristine Bradley in an abundance of caution. The judge didn’t find that Bradley’s integrity had been comprised but agreed that she couldn’t serve as a prosecutor on the case if the defense was planning to call her as a witness regarding the credibility of one of the investigators.

The suspect, 18-year-old Brian Dowling, was taken into custody around 11 a.m. Thursday, police said. He was also charged with criminal possession of a weapon, police said.

Detectives were searching Dowling's home, located less than a block from the deadly assault, when he showed up, according to police sources. Carson, 31, died after being stabbed in the chest multiple times during the apparently unprovoked attack early Monday morning in the Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood of Brooklyn, police said.

The suspect walked past the couple while they were seated on a bench at a bus stop, police said. As the two then walked toward the suspect, he started to damage scooters and said to Carson, "What are you looking at?" NYPD Chief of Detectives Joseph Kenny told reporters during a press briefing Wednesday.

As Carson tried to de-escalate the situation, the suspect swung a knife at him, Kenny said. Carson backed up and tripped, falling to the ground. The suspect then stabbed him three times, with the knife piercing his heart, Kenny said.
