| Four blacks charged with lynching two White men Duck hunting incident leads to fight at store  Four men have been charged with second-degree lynching in connection with a Thanksgiving Day fight captured on a store video camera. One of the men involved in the fight says it started after a remark was made about a Thanksgiving duck hunting trip. While town police say the fight was fueled by alcohol, the grandfather of one of the men in the fight says it was started by hate. "I saw hate in that tape. Hate, hate, hate," said Tony Fogle, whose grandson, Ross Fogle, was one of two men beaten at Shorty's Horizon that night. However, Norway Police Capt. Curtis Mizell said that based on his investigation and from reviewing the tape, he doesn't believe the altercation was hate-based. "I don't think so," Mizell said. "I think it was more alcohol-induced than anything else." Regardless, four individuals were arrested following the brawl. Charged with second-degree lynching was Reginald Youmans, 33, Marion Washington Jr., 25, McKenzie Clemons, 23, and Christopher Burkett, 32. Lynching is the legal term used when several people gang up on another. Black criminal charged with crime of burning cross into his own yard - arrested for unrelated felony  ANOKA, Minn. (AP) - De'Andre June told police he woke up Wednesday morning to find the charred outline of a cross burned in the lawn of his home. June now is accused of burning the cross in the lawn himself. The 47-year-old Anoka man was charged with falsely reporting a crime. He also is charged with disorderly conduct and obstructing the legal process stemming from an altercation when police arrested him Thursday afternoon on a felony warrant in connection with a financial fraud case. According to the criminal complaint, inmates at the Anoka County jail told authorities that June was planning such a ruse. "Inmates from the Anoka County Jail saw the news story on TV and recognized Mr. June," said Capt. Black arrested for mugging of 101-year-old White woman * "Lowlife mugger" * "Hate crime"    NEW YORK - Police arrested a man Friday in the the mugging last month of a 101-year-old woman with a walker. Jack Rhodes, 44, was arrested on charges of robbery, grand larceny, burglary and assault, police said. He was also accused of robbing an 85-year-old woman the same day, police said. Police began questioning Rhodes after noticing he matched a photo of a person wanted for questioning in robberies of women. He was initially held on a charge of possession of a crack pipe.
Among the robbery victims was 101-year-old Rose Morat, whose holdup was captured on a surveillance tape that outraged New Yorkers.

Black NYC Man Receives 240-Years for Taking Bar Patrons Hostage in Hate Crime N  EW YORK — A judge sentenced a man to 240 years in prison Wednesday for taking hostages in a bar and telling patrons that "white people are going to burn tonight." State Supreme Court Justice Maxwell Wiley told Steven Johnson, 39, who is black, that he had forfeited his "right to live in society." Johnson, 39, was convicted March 1 of attempted murder, assault and other charges, including some designated as hate crimes. Johnson invaded Bar Veloce, in Manhattan's East Village neighborhood, while nine men and six women were inside it June 16, 2002. He was carrying three pistols, a samurai sword and a container of kerosene. He told police he had left the Brooklyn housing project where he lived and taken the subway to go look for "happy" white people to avenge the mistreatment of blacks. He shot and wounded three people, including a police officer, and sprayed kerosene on several customers and threatened to set them on fire. Two women caught Johnson off guard and tackled him, and a policeman shot him. 9 Black Youths Convicted in Halloween Hate-crime Beatings of Three Young White Women  Nine black youths were convicted Friday in juvenile court of beating three white women in a racially charged attack on Halloween night. The youths, ranging from 12 to 18 years old, could receive sentences from probation to confinement in juvenile prison until age 25. All were charged with felony assault. The judge found eight of them guilty of hate crimes. The attack occurred in an upscale area of the city known for its elaborate Halloween decorations. Prosecutors said the confrontation began when a crowd of black youths threw objects at the three young white women. Black Racist "Boom Box" Suspect Sought In Trolley Hate Crime Attack on White  San Diego police need your help to catch a suspect in a hate crime that happened on a trolley at night. The suspect is an African-American man between 5 feet 10 and six feet two. His hair was in braids, and carrying a boom box. Police say he got on the trolley and made racially-motivated remarks to a white man and physically attacked him. The man continued to make the remarks while pacing back and forth on the trolley and turning up the volume on a boom box. At the Euclid Ave stop, the black punched the white man in the head, knocking him down. | Judge Calls Westchester Mall Killer 'Face of Evil' Black Gets 25-To-Life for knifing a woman to death in a mall parking garage because she was white  WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- A homeless man was sentenced Monday to 25 years to life in prison for knifing a woman to death in a mall parking garage because she was white. "You, Mr. Grant, represent the face of evil," State Supreme Court Justice Lester Adler told the man, Phillip Grant. Grant seemed unmoved as the maximum sentence was imposed. As he was led out of the courtroom, the victim's son, Jonathan Russo, shouted, "Disgusting animal!" Grant, 44, who is black, was convicted in July of murder as a hate crime in the killing of Concetta Russo-Carriero, a 56-year-old legal secretary. She was stabbed twice in the heart in June 2005 in the parking garage of the Galleria mall in downtown White Plains. Captured just minutes later, Grant quickly admitted his guilt, led police to a bloody knife and sat for a videotaped confession in which he ranted about a race war, saying of his victim, "As long as she had blond hair and blue eyes, she had to die." Black attempted to murder a White mother and her four children in confessed racial hate crime MASSAPEQUA, N.Y. -- A white woman said she was in shock after a black man threw a 10-inch chunk of concrete at her sport utility vehicle in what police were labeling a hate crime. Kim McCandless, was driving to the Sunrise Mall with her two daughters, a niece and a nephew, all between 7 months and 4 years old, when the concrete struck her windshield. No one was injured. McCandless said she made eye contact with the attacker before he threw the concrete. "I was in shock," she said. "I didn't understand why. Why me, why my kids, why my car?" Carl Graves threw the concrete at the SUV because the driver was white. Graves and two friends were in the mall and were upset that the arcade and the movie theater were closed. A young black woman accused of sending racist threats to minority classmates at her small Christian university has pleaded guilty to felony disorderly conduct.Twenty-year-old Alicia Hardin was sentenced to two years probation. She must also perform 200 hours of community service, pay two-thousand dollars restitution, and cease all contact with Trinity International University. Black Student Arrested At Sandalwood Charged With Hate Crime JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Another Sandalwood High School student has been arrested, and this boy was charged with a hate crime. According to the arrest report, Jean Belizaire, 18, struck a 17-year-old girl in the back of the head with a rolled up package of papers with such force that she became dizzy and nauseous. When questioned by police, Belizaire, who is black, admitted striking the girl because she was white. Belizaire is charged with battery.
