(Idaho) A Hispanic man faces a rape charge after a woman went to the hospital for treatment following an attack. The Nampa Police Department initiated the investigation when the victim said 30-year old Vilmer Escutia-Hurtado forced himself on her as she was intoxicated and unable to resist. Police seek Guatemalan migrant for rape 11-year-old girl over a year
Castro De Leon FOREST GROVE, Ore. - Forest Grove police are asking for the public's help to find a child rape suspect. Investigators said Castro De Leon is suspected of raping an 11-year-old girl multiple times over a one year period. De Leon lives in Forest Grove but was last seen in Beaverton. Detectives believe he knows he's wanted and may be hiding somewhere in the Portland metro area. They said he could also be heading to Guatemala. - (Newsroom) - (Invasion!) - (Northwest)

  • Hispanic Cousins held in rape of Medford girl, 14
    A 14-year-old girl is receiving psychological help after two men allegedly plied her with alcohol at a party Thursday and then raped her, according to an investigation by Medford police. Police on Sunday arrested cousins Ricardo Martinez-Uribe and Ivan Uribe, both of Medford, on charges of first-degree rape. Each was being held at the Jackson County Jail today on $1 million bail. - (Newsroom) - (Northwest)


Marcelo Moreno-Iniguez Arrested for Kidnapping, Attempted Rape of Oregon WomanMarcelo Moreno-Iniguez
Keizer Police say an officer located a woman early this morning who was partly naked and suffering from facial injuries. A man had kidnapped and assaulted her, as well as attempting to sexually assault her. Police say the victim and suspect were walking when the incident occurred. It is reported that the victim refused to have sexual intercourse, the suspect forced her into a nearby field to try and sexually assault her. "The victim fought back, yelling, screaming and that is when the suspect struck her in the face numerous times to keep her from screaming." The suspect fled but was later found. The suspect, Marcelo Moreno-Iniguez from Salem, was arrested, The victim had several lacerations and broken facial bones. - (Newsroom) - (Northwest)

    No jail time for black former principal convicted of rape of student
Harold Wright JrHarold Wright JrTACOMA, Wash. -- A former Tacoma middle school principal who was convicted in the rape of a former student will not serve any jail time. A judge on Friday sentenced Harold Wright Jr. to six months in jail, then immediately stayed the sentenced, which allows Wright to remain free while he appeals. Wright and another man, Richy Carter, was convicted of raping a 19-year-old girl at a party in January of 2004, - (Newsroom) - (crime)

Lamin DarboeLamin DarboeSEATTLE - A man who was accused of raping a paralyzed patient in her own hospital bed has been set free after a judge declared a mistrial due to a hung jury. Four jurors said there just isn't enough evidence to convict Lamin Darboe of the crime. One of the jurors said her gut feeling is Lamin Darboe is guilty, but based on the testimony and exhibits, she had to vote not guilty. Prosecutors insisted Darboe, a nursing assistant at Kindred Hospital, raped his own patient in her hospital bed. A stroke left the 32-year-old woman paralyzed and unable to speak. Darboe was responsible for her daily care, including sponge baths. While eight jurors said they would have found him guilty, four others could not be convinced. None of the jurors knew that this wasn't the first time Darboe was accused of a sex-related crime. The judge ruled his history inadmissible. In 2001, Darboe was charged with rape in Snohomish County. The case was dismissed. In 2003, another rape accusation, but Darboe was acquitted. And in 2002, Swedish Medical fired him for allegedly inappropriately touching a patient. The jury also didn't know that after Darboe was arrested, he fled the country to his native homeland of Gambia. Discovery of naked woman leads to arrests of three "Hispanics"
Jorge Gutierrez and Juan Moreno-Aurlez Ore. (AP) - Rape charges have been filed against two men and a juvenile after a naked woman was found alongside Dry Hollow Road, southeast of The Dalles. She was found shortly after 2 a.m. Thursday and had been reported missing from a cabin camp near a local orchard operation. Yesterday, the Wasco County Sheriff's office arrested 20-year-old Jorge Gutierrez, 19-year-old Juan Moreno-Aurlez and a 17-year-old juvenile. The woman was taken to Mid-Columbia Medical Center in The Dalles. After being interviewed by sheriff's deputies, the three males were located in a vehicle in the area of 15th and Kelly. Deputies arrested them. They are currently being held in a jail facility in The Dalles. - (Newsroom) - (Northwest)

Ricardo Rodriguez-RuizA 37-year old Redman man was arrested Tuesday afternoon on kidnapping, rape, and other alleged sex crimes against a 12-year-old girl, police reported. Ricardo Rodriguez-Ruiz was taken into custody and lodged in the Deschutes County Jail following an interview with Redmond Police detectives.  He is charged with first-degree rape, kidnapping, sodomy, sex abuse, and unlawful sexual penetration; in addition to sexual misconduct, Captain Al Maich said. - (Newsroom) - (crime) - (Northwest)



Border drone finds Mex child sex-abuse suspect
Leopoldo Aparicio-LopezAn unmanned plane helped border agents net a man wanted on child sex abuse charges in Washington state, federal officials said Thursday. The aircraft was flying along the Arizona-Mexico border late Tuesday when it detected and tracked six suspected aliens, including Leopoldo Aparicio-Lopez, a Mexican national. Prosecutors in Kent, Washington, issued warrants for Aparicio-Lopez, 25, last May on a charge of third-degree rape of a child, alleging that he had consensual sex with his 15-year-old girlfriend. Aparicio-Lopez was 23 at the time. The sexual relations came to light when police were called to a home in Kent because of a verbal dispute between the 15-year-old, who had just learned she was pregnant, and her mother. Two Portland men are being held in Washington County Jail after sheriff’s detectives discovered they had sexually abused a 14-year-old Aloha girl they me through the MySpace Web site. Jover Mabaet, 21, and Dennis Keomoungkhoune, 21, were arraigned Thursday afternoon on charges of three counts of first-degree burglary, three counts of third-degree rape and using a child in display of sexually explicit conduct (two counts for Mabaet and one for Koemoungkhoune. Koemoungkhoune is a registered sex offender who has spent time in Oregon’s prison system.     Sexual Assault Suspect Arrested After Woman Escapes
Michael Allen NunleyPORTLAND -- A kidnap and sexual assault suspect was arrested after his alleged victim escaped. Michael Allen Nunley faces 14 counts of unlawful sexual penetration, sodomy, sex abuse, kidnap and assault. The victim escaped and a bystander saw her hiding behind a car. Nunley rode his bicycle by, and the woman identified him as her attacker. The bystander called 911. Police set up a perimeter and captured Nunley a short time later. The woman was taken to the hospital. Investigators say the suspect and victim knew each other. - (crime) - (Northwest)


Two Men Arrested for Rape of Redmond Woman
Jose Roberto HerreraJeremy Landon DubisarRedmond Police have arrested two men, one a Redmond resident and the other of Prineville, in connection with the rape and strangulation of a 19 year old Redmond woman. According to Detective Lt. Wayne Shortreed, on Sunday July 23rd shortly after 10 pm officers responded to a report of a possible rape by two known suspects. Patrol officers investigated the scene at NW 8th and NW Birch in Redmond and called detectives for assistance, said Shortreed. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of Jose Roberto Herrera, 20, of Redmond for first-degree rape. Jeremy Landon Dubisar, 20, of Prineville was arrested for rape, strangulation, aggravated harassment, and fourth-degree assault. Both suspects were lodged in the Deschutes County Jail. - (crime) - (Northwest)


    Oregon: Suspect Arrested In Gresham Shooting Death
Tremayne Durham GRESHAM, Ore. -- A 23-year-old New York man is accused in the shooting death of a Gresham man. Earlier this month, police discovered Adam Calbreath's body in an apartment on Southeast Mount Hood Highway. He had been shot in the head. Investigators interviewed Tremayne Durham and arrested him on burglary and other charges. Detectives now say he's a suspect in Calbreath's death. But police are still asking for the public's help. They want to talk with anyone who saw Durham in the Gresham and east Portland area between the first week in June and June 25. Gresham school's license suspended over ex-con teacher's aide Alcazar accused of rape and sodomy of 15-year-old student
Daniel Alcazar Ore. - The license of a private alternative school in Gresham has been suspended after a teacher's aide was accused of rape and turned out to be a convicted murderer. The suspension came after the May 18 arrest of Daniel Alcazar on rape and sodomy charges involving a 15-year-old student.  In 1995, Alcazar was sentenced to 12 years in prison for the 1994 killing of a Portland woman. Oregon: Gresham teachers' aide Alcazar accused of rape a 15-year-old female student
Daniel AlcazarGRESHAM -- A teachers' aide at a Portland charter school, who served 10 years for murder, was arrested last week for rape and sodomy of a 15-year-old female student, police said. Daniel Alcazar, 27, who has worked at The Academy of Alternatives School since December 2005, was arrested May 18. The Southeast Portland resident is being held without bail at the Justice Center bail for violating his probation while a grand jury considers third-degree rape and third-degree sodomy charges against him, said Sgt. Teddi Lofton, a spokeswoman for the Gresham Police Department. - (Newsroom)

    Portland: Sex Offender Wanted For Rape
Masico Laveral WalkerThe Portland Police Bureau, in cooperation with Crime Stoppers, is asking for your help in finding a wanted registered sex offender. Multnomah County has issued a warrant with a half-million-dollar bail for 35-year-old Masico Laveral Walker, also known as Macio Walker, on one count of first-degree rape. Walker is also a registered sex offender who has failed to register his status with the state. In February of 2005 in Southwest Portland, Walker sexually assaulted an acquaintance. Walker is described as a black male, 5 feet 11 inches tall, 160 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Walker has been known to travel to and from Las Vegas. He has a lengthy violent history and should be considered armed and dangerous.  - (crime) - (Northwest)


Oregon Police searching for short "Hispanic" suspect Don Salvadore Pacheco in rape of  12-year-old girl
Don Salvadore PachecoAlbany police are asking for the public’s help in finding a man they say raped a 12-year-old girl earlier this month. The suspect is Don Salvadore Pacheco, 21, and police believe he’s in the area. Pacheco befriended the girl, who had run away from home. Pacheco told the girl he would help her and said that he was a counselor. Pacheco took the girl to a secluded area where he is alleged to have attacked her. After the attack the two went to a residence, where the girl was able to get away and call police.  Pacheco is described as 5-foot-2 to 5-foot-4, 110 to 120 pounds. Derrick FoxworthAngela OswaltPORTLAND -- Angela Oswalt claims that she was the victim of sexual discrimination by Chief Derrick Foxworth. Oswalt has been a Portland Police Bureau desk clerk for 10 years and worked under Foxworth when he was a commander of the Northeast Precinct in 2000. In a torte claim, which could result in a lawsuit, she alleges that Foxworth sent her sexually explicit e-mails and ordered her to keep their relationship a secret. She says she was a victim of sexual discrimination and that Foxworth's actions made her fear for her job. The two, Christopher McSwain, 23, and Michael McCoy, 22, were arrested Wednesday after a Union County grand jury issued indictments. Oregon: Police seek "Hispanic" child-rape suspect Gilberto Garcia-Parades for rape of 6-year-old child
Gilberto Garcia-ParadesCrime Stoppers of Southern Oregon requests the public’s help in finding the primary suspect in the reported rape of a 6-year-old child.   In October 2004, Medford police identified Gilberto Garcia-Parades, 39, as a suspect in the case. The victim was someone Garcia-Parades knew. Before he could be arrested, Garcia-Parades fled the area. Medford police have issued a nationwide felony warrant for his arrest, with a bail set a $40,000. An additional warrant is held by the Jackson County Sheriff’s Department for contempt of court. Garcia-Parades is described as a Hispanic male, 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighing about 150 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He has unknown tattoos on his left forearm and right arm and a scar on his neck. He may be using variations of his Hispanic name as aliases. - (crime) - (Northwest) Citizenship status of suspect not reported.

    Elementary Teacher Accused Of Sexually Abusing 12-year-old male student for last two years
Matthew Gould SILVERTON, Ore. -- An elementary teacher is accused of multiple child homosex abuse charges. Marion County detectives arrested 43-year-old Matthew Gould Thursday afternoon. He is accused of abusing a now-14-year-old male student several times over a two-year period. Letters were sent home to parents. Detectives say it's an ongoing investigation, and there could be more charges if more victims are identified. - (Northwest)

    Special Ed teacher accused of homoxexually abusing retarded boy student younger than 14
Alan Coorts SALEM, Ore. -- A former middle school special education teacher is expected to plead guilty to homosexually abusing one of his male students. The Marion County District Attorney's Office says 42-year-old Alan Coorts will plead guilty to first-degree sex abuse, five counts of first-degree custodial interference and one count of third-degree sex abuse. Coorts had worked with students with borderline mental disabilities at Crossler School in Salem since 2002. The district attorney's office says the boy, then younger than 14, was abused at Coorts home on various occasions in 2004 during sleepovers that the boy's parents were unaware of. - (Northwest)


Surveillance Video Released: Man Tries To Lure 15-year-old boy into his car
Canby faggotOre. -- Canby police are asking for help finding a man who tired to lure a 15-year-old boy into his car. The boy says he was waiting about 4:30 p.m. Tuesday outside Canby Union High when a man approached and started asking questions. Several of the questions were about giving the victim a ride home. He repeatedly said no, and the man eventually left in a brown, four-door car. The man was caught on surveillance video (pictured). Anyone with any information is asked to contact the Canby Police Department at (503) 266-1104. - (Northwest)

Nigerian migrant gynecologist sentenced to 20 years for sex crimes against patients
Charles MomahMomahMiKell Bannach is one of the women suing Charles Momah. She claims Momah molested her Dr. Charles Momah, a South King County gynecologist convicted in November of sexual crimes against four patients, was sentenced today to 20 years in prison. King County Superior Court Judge Michael Trickey, after hearing impassioned statements from Momah's family and a close friend, as well as statements from two victims, said he was imposing a long sentence because Momah was a physician who took advantage of his patients. Momah, 49, praticed in Burien and Federal Way until 2003 when his medical license was suspended. He was convicted of one count of second-degree rape, one count of third-degree rape and two counts of indecent liberties. Momah still faces four counts of health-care fraud, set for trial in April. He has until 30 days after that trial is concluded to file an appeal on the sexual crimes convictions. - (Invasion!) - (Northwest)

Burkheimer jurors to start deliberating
Yusef Jihad Rachel Rose BurkheimerYusef Jihad was the ringleader of a heavily armed gang that robbed drug dealers, according to prosecutors. He thought Rachel Rose Burkheimer should be taught a lesson for hanging out with rivals, but when he feared she would go to police, Jihad called for her death, prosecutors said. Burkheimer, 18, of Marysville, was found buried. Prosecutors said John Anderson, her ex-boyfriend, shot her several times in the head after Jihad ordered him to "finish" her off. Burkheimer was "hogtied" and carried into Jihad's garage, held hostage for several hours before being shoved into a duffel bag. - (EURO)

LaDon Stephens Melissa Bittler PORTLAND -- LaDon Stephens will spend the rest of his life in prison for the rape and murder of a 14-year-old Portland girl. Last month, he was convicted in the attack of Melissa Bittler and the sexual assault of four other women. Bittler's strangled body was discovered in a neighbor's yard. Prosecutors argued for death.
Ref: In 1857 Oregon voters approved a black exclusion clause as part of the Oregon Constitution, a law that remained until 1926.

They just don't want to have to 'all get along' and support criminals and parasites.

- The great internal migration of white people out of minority urban centers after WWII was called 'white flight'.
This might be comparable to the Exodus of the children of Israel out of Egypt to escape slavery and find a homeland; the Pilgrims seeking religious freedom from the Church-States of Europe, the Mormons seeking of religious freedom in Utah, the Great Boer Trek to find religious freedom and a new homeland to escape Imperial British domination in South Africa.
The USA was founded by Europeans that wanted freedom of religion, self-rule, and freedom from being taxed by a foreign dictatorship.

Just recognizing the obvious (and scientific) fact that there are real, significant racial and cultural differences does not make one a 'supremacist'. Just wanting the freedom of association to chose one's friends and do business with whom one pleases does not make one a 'supremacist'. Just wanting your children to grow up in a clean and safe environment does not make one a 'supremacist', just prefering that your grandchildren look like you is not 'supremacist'.
