Authorities search for (black) Dinwiddie man considered dangerous Authorities are searching for Brandon L. Pegram, 22, who has several warrants for his arrest, including felony strong armed robbery, threatening to burn a structure and misdemeanor domestic assault and assault. Police said Pegram, who may be heading to Richmond, is considered dangerous. Pegram is described as a black male, 6 feet 2 inches, 180 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. Pegram may be traveling in a light green Ford Taurus. The Taurus is a Dinwiddie County vehicle with public use license plates and C23 on the left bumper. - (Newsroom) |
(Black) Oklahoma State basketballer charged with rape 21-year-old Darrell Williams was charged with three felony counts of rape and one felony count of sexual battery. Williams appeared in the Payne County Courthouse Monday afternoon. In a show of support, members of the OSU Basketball team stood outside the courtroom. Arizona (black) man accused of raping Lower Paxton girl while staying at her home A Megan's Law fugitive from Arizona is accused of raping a 12-year-old Lower Paxton Township girl from August to December. King Samuel Williams, 40, had sex with the girl numerous times at her apartment while he was a guest there, police said. He was arrested last week in Tucson, Ariz. Williams is wanted in California for a parole violation. (Black) Florida resident charged in 1972 slaying ROCHESTER, N.Y. (AP) -- A 76-year-old Florida resident has been charged with bludgeoning to death a blind woman in upstate New York 37 years ago.
Authorities in Rochester said that Willie James Kimbel, a convicted sex offender in Sarasota, Fla., is expected to be extradited to New York. (Black) Sexual assault suspect held on $500,000 bond  A judge raised the bond for Carl Walden who prosecutors said may have sexually assaulted three teens. On Jan. 15, a 14-year-old girl told police a man forced her into his vehicle, threatening her with a handgun on Freedom Drive. The girl said the man touched her before she was able to get out of the vehicle and run away, according to a police report. (Black) Marine accused in B'klyn officer torture-murder case yanked for psych eval after court urination  One of the Marines accused of torturing and murdering their Brooklyn-raised commanding officer and his wife was having his head examined Friday after he suddenly began urinating during his court hearing. Kesuan Sykes, whose nickname is "Psycho," was in the midst of a pre-trial hearing when he stood up and began flinging urine around a California courtroom. Court officers pounced on the shackled suspect, and the judge ordered Sykes to undergo a mental evaluation after the disgusting display, which happened last Friday. Sykes, 23, is believed to be the most disturbed of the four Marines charged with the brutal murders of Sgt. Jan Pawel Pietrzak and his wife, Quiana. Sykes allegedly joked about sodomizing Quiana Pietrzak with a sex toy - in front of her hog-tied husband - and made "buzzing sounds," a detective has testified. Pietrzak, 24, a Polish immigrant who grew up in Bensonhurst, and his 26-year-old wife were killed after the intruders burst into their Riverside County home. Tyrone Miller and Kevin Cox, both 23, and 21-year-old Emrys John are also charged with murdering the newlyweds during the robbery. (Black) Former death row inmate accused of rape  A former death row inmate was arrested Friday, accused of involvement in a gang rape at an Oklahoma City apartment in October. Paris Lapriest Powell, 37, of Oklahoma City, was identified by DNA evidence as a suspect in the assault of two women, police reported. The victims said three “males pushed their way into their apartment” sometime after 2 a.m. Oct. 6 “and raped ... and assaulted both of them throughout the night,” police reported. (Black) Camden rape suspect out on bond A Camden man arrested last week on a rape charge is out on bond. Samuel L. Harris, 44, is charged with raping a woman at a home in the Kingston Subdivision, according to Madison County Sheriff Toby Trowbridge. On Jan. 28, around 10:30 a.m. authorities responded to the alleged crime on Johnson Avenue. "The female advised she had been raped and said the suspect worked at the Nissan plant," Trowbridge said. (Black) Janitor's death sentence upheld in murder-rape of Rio Linda High School senior   The California Supreme Court on Thursday upheld the convictions and death sentence of Alex Dale Thomas, the janitor found guilty more than 10 years ago of raping and murdering Michelle Montoya on the campus of Rio Linda High School, where she was an 18-year-old senior. "The evidence that defendant had sexual intercourse with the victim and then killed her was overwhelming, so much so that defendant did not dispute either fact," Justice Carlos R. Preliminary hearing for (black) serial rape suspect Friday Raynard Coleman is suspected of sexually assaulting six women in Detroit. Coleman is facing more than 30 charges in connection with a series of sexual assaults on Detroit's east side.
The charges include rape, kidnapping, assault and armed robbery. They are in connection with the five rapes and one attempted rape that terrorized the city’s east side during the first month of the year.

(Black) limo driver charged with rape of 16-year-old A Dover man stands charged with rape after he allegedly assaulted a 16-year-old girl Jan. 20. According to police, Stephen Steele, 43, sexually assaulted the victim while he was transporting her from a doctor's appointment. Steele was an employee of Universal Transportation Service, based out of Smyrna, police said. 2 (Black) Men Raped 19-Year-Old Girl At Downtown Club NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Two men have been charged with the alleged rape of a 19-year-old girl inside a downtown night club last May. Police arrested former security guard 28-year-old Antonio Hamm and regular customer 40-year-old Marris Wynne and charged them with aggravated rape. Police said Hamm approached the woman in the second floor bar after she had become separated from her friends. That's when he allegedly told her she was too intoxicated and he would escort her out. (Black) Former deputy convicted of killing pimp A jury convicted a former Fulton County deputy sheriff of manslaughter for the shooting death of a pimp in a confrontation nearly five years ago. Richard M. Jackson, 44, was found guilty of fatally shooting Alan Griffin, 22, after he was confronted by an armed Griffin. Andrew Lee Nash, 52, was arrested on Dec. 3, 2010 after police set up surveillance cameras in the owner's stalls near U.S. Highway 82 and the Yazoo River. Greenwood Police Chief Henry Purnell said the hogs were examined by a local veterinarian, during a routine examination, and the owner was told that four of the hogs had a vaginal infection. "The owner of the animals knew someone was messing with his animals," said Chief Investigator Huntley Nevels. "And the veterinarian confirmed the sexual assault. (Black) man named 'Whyte' who murdered the White Rutgers student mother of his child gets life in prison  Troy Whye, 39, will have to live until he is 104 years old before he could be eligible for parole. The Judge sentenced him to a life term, the equivalent of 75 years, for killing Krystal Skinner, a 23-year-old Rutgers Camden student and mother who Whye stabbed to death in March 2008. Whye was convicted by a jury in November 2010 of murder, endangering the welfare of a child and numerous weapons offenses in connection with the death. Skinner was trying to end her relationship with Whye. In March 2008, he followed through on years of threats and stabbed Skinner approximately 30 times in the hallway of her home. Their 2-year-old son, John, was present at the time of the killing and was left with the body of his mother. Georgia executes (black) man convicted of murder and rape of White woman   Georgia executed by lethal injection late on Tuesday a convicted rapist and murderer who abducted a preschool teacher after her car ran out of gas and shot her in the head. Emmanuel Hammond, 45, died at central Georgia's Diagnostic and Classification Prison at 11:39 p.m. local time, according to a prisons spokeswoman. Julie Love, 27, was engaged to be married at the time of her death in 1988. Hammond abducted her in Atlanta after her car ran out of fuel at night. He first tried to strangle her and then shot her with a sawed-off shotgun, according to court testimony. Black woman arrested for kidnap, murder and burning of body of 12-year-old White boy  Police say a 44-year-old woman charged with capital murder in the kidnapping and death of a 12-year-old Houston boy admitted to discarding a body, but said she didn’t kill the child. Mona Yvette Nelson, a maintenance worker for several area apartment complexes, was arrested and charged on Wednesday. Investigators believe she kidnapped, killed and burned the body of Jonathan Foster on Christmas Eve. Foster had been left alone at his mother’s apartment while she and her roommate worked that day. Suspended Lawrence police officer Kevin Sledge was found guilty yesterday of rape and three counts of indecent assault and battery involving an inebriated woman while he was on duty in 2008. A man Sledge previously said was his older brother, looked to the jury and said, "You're racists."
A former Florida Atlantic University police officer tried to kill himself in jail early Thursday, two days after he was arrested in the shooting of a female escort in Boynton Beach, according to the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office.
