Black youth mentor CEO charged with child abuse, rape Baltimore City Police have arrested and charged a man who sexually assaulted a 15-year-old girl. According to their website, 48-year-old Douglas Hicks-Bey is the CEO of the B-Moor Youth Services in the 1600 block of Pennsylvania Avenue. Police say that Hicks-Bey was a youth mentor at the center. Black caught allegedly masturbating in Chuck E. Cheese’s A 21-year-old man is facing child molestation charges in Columbus, accused of exposing himself inside a children's restaurant. Kenneth McGhee was arrested at the Chuck E. Cheese's on Macon Road. A mother tells police McGhee came and sat down at the end of her table. She noticed he had his hands between his legs but tells police she thought he was texting on his cell phone. Black Man Charged With Sex Assault (rape); Photos Posted On Facebook A man is being held on charges that he sexually assaulted a teenage girl and took photos of the attack that eventually were posted on Facebook, police said. Leroy Stephenson, 24, has been charged with aggravated criminal sexual assault, a Class X felony, and child pornography. Great Dane stops sex attack, corners black suspect A good Samaritan and his Great Dane came to the aid of a girl who was being attacked and kept the suspect at bay until police arrived. At 4:44 p.m. Thursday, the 14-year-old girl had just gotten off a Diversey Avenue bus and was walking north when she noticed a man following her. When she arrived at a gate near her home, the victim told police, she saw the man running toward her. As she ran up the steps to her home, the man caught her, threw her to the ground and got on top of her and tried to pull her clothing off. She struggled and screamed and hearing her screams a neighbor came to her aid with his dog, described as a Great Dane. Police arrested Larry Smith, 28, of the 3700 block of South Wells Street. Black Serial Rapist on Loose in Detroit Detroit authorities believe that a serial rapist is on the loose. Police say that they believe a man is responsible for raping at least six women in ten days. The latest victim was a 17-year-old high school girl who got raped in an abandoned garage when she was coming home from school Monday night. "He has a gun... and he (is) like, 'Just come and get in the car. Be a good girl. Everything (is) going to be okay," a 23-year-old rape victim said.. Sketch of Black Riverdale Sex Assault Suspect Released Chicago - Police in south suburban Riverdale released the sketch of a suspect who allegedly sexually assaulted two teenage girls Thursday afternoon and may have approached a third young woman. About 7 p.m. Thursday, the 17-year-olds were walking home after getting off a Pace Bus near the intersection of 142nd and Halsted streets. Dover black wanted in rape of 10-year-old girl Warrants have been issued for the arrest of a Dover man, charging him with the rape Friday of a 10-year-old girl. Reginald Waters, 24, is being sought by Dover police on charges of first-degree rape, attempted rape, three counts of unlawful sexual contact, attempted unlawful sexual contact and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Cordova Black Wanted for Charges Related to a Sexual Assault on a 13-Year-Old Girl Jackson police have issued an arrest warrant Mario Perkins charging Mario Montrell Perkins with Sexual Battery, Rape and Aggravated Statutory Rape regarding a Saturday morning attack on a 13-year-old girl. In the early morning hours of January 8, the girl was asleep at a house in the 400 block of Lexington Avenue. She was awakened by Perkins, who was there visiting at the time, inappropriately touching her. Black Alameda doctor accused of sexual battery A doctor who practices in Alameda has been arrested and charged with sexual battery for allegedly touching a patient inappropriately, police said Tuesday. Ernest Lee Simms, 73, of Oakland was arrested Jan. 4 on suspicion of sexually battering a 28-year-old Alameda woman under his care, police Lt. Sean Lynch said. Partially naked Australia tourist left in alley behind bar after being raped by black(s) TUSTIN – Two men are being charged with the rape and kidnapping of a woman who was in the country visiting relatives for the holidays. The woman had joined her relatives at Godfathers Bar, to celebrate, police said, when the four suspects approached the woman and were drinking with her. Johnson is accused of taking the unsteady victim outside to his parked car, putting her in the back seat and raping her while she was unable to resist due to intoxication.Later, the four men left after dropping the partially clothed woman on a mattress in an alleyway near the bar. 27-year-old Akeem Jelani Johnson, was arrested. Black Child Rape Suspect Sought by Dover Police Dover police are looking for a suspect accused of raping a 10-year-old girl. Police say that on the evening of Friday, Jan. 7, 24-year-old Reginald D. Waters, who is an acquaintance of the victim's mother, was alone with the child at a home on the unit block of Forest Creek Drive. Waters tried to force the victim to touch his genitals. Police say that when the victim refused to touch him, Waters began to fondle the child and perform oral sex on her. Waters then attempted to penetrate the child but was unsuccessful. Judge: Black South Park murder suspect competent to stand trial  SEATTLE -- The man accused of raping and killing a woman in her South Park home will stand trial. A judge ruled Isaiah Kalebu is competent to stand trial in the rape and murder of Teresa Butz, as well as the rape of her partner last July. Suspect in Texas serial rapes is black prison employee Authorities on Monday heralded the capture of a suspected serial rapist who they believe may have attacked a dozen elderly women in Texas in the past two years, saying he is among the most wanted men in the state. The police dubbed the attacker "The Twilight Rapist." "It's safe to say he was one of the most wanted men in Texas over the last year and a half," Texas Department of Public Safety spokesman Tom Vinger said. "It's hard to overstate the significance of this arrest." Billy Joe Harris, 53, was being held on a charge of burglary with intent to commit a felony in Jackson County, about 100 miles southwest of Houston. Black Sought In Rape Of Woman Waiting For Bus Deputies released a composite sketch of a man accused of raping a woman waiting at a bus stop in Orange County. The 41-year-old victim was at a bus stop near 17th Street and South Orange Blossom Trail early Sunday morning when a suspect, armed with a gun, forced her into a nearby wooded area and sexually assaulted her. Investigators said the suspect fled the scene toward Westmoreland Drive and the victim called the Orange County Sheriff's Office. The suspect is described to be in his mid-20s, six feet tall and weighing 170 to 180 pounds. Canton Police Arrest Black In Rape Of 5-Year-Old A 26-year-old man has been charged in connection with the rape of a 5-year-old girl, Canton police said Friday. The incident took place Dec. 26 at a Canton apartment complex. The girl was hospitalized after the attack. The results of DNA taken as a result of a rape kit led to the arrest of Challis Lewis, of Canton, the Madison County district attorney and police said. He is charged with burglary, kidnapping and rape of a child. Residents of the Frey's Lane Apartments said Kendria Riley, 26, was baby-sitting the 5-year-old girl and a 12-year-old boy but left them alone in her apartment. Black accused of raping girl, 4, in St. Louis County giving her gonorrhea and chlamydia A man has been accused in court here of sexual contact with a 4-year-old girl that left her with sexually transmitted diseases, officials said.
James M. Davis, 19, of East St. Louis, was charged with first-degree statutory rape. According to the arrest warrant, the girl was victimized in a St. Louis County apartment between October 2009 and January 2010.

Black arrested in grandmother, mother's deaths Fayetteville Police have arrested a man months after his grandmother and mother were found dead at their home. Tarae Lamont Mosby, 29, returned to Fayetteville Friday and was formally charged with the murder of his mother, 47-year-old Karen Mosby and his grandmother, 69-year-old Betty Pettigrew. Somali Sex Trafficking Ring In Tennessee And 2 Other States - (November 2010)   Twenty-nine people have been indicted in a sex trafficking ring spanning three states and allegedly run by Minneapolis-based Somali gangs. An indictment says one of the goals of the gangs was to recruit females under age 18, including some under age 14, and force them into prostitution in exchange for cash, drugs or other items. The indictment says the sex ring operated in Minneapolis, Nashville, and Columbus, Ohio. The indictment outlines several instances of prostitution. In one case in 2005, a girl under age 14 was transported from Minneapolis to Columbus and Nashville for sex. (Black) teen sentenced to 30 to 60 years in rape of 90-year-old White woman  An 17-year-old has been sentenced to between 30 and 60 years in jail for the rape of a 90-year-old woman*. Maurice Randall was sentenced during a court hearing Thursday morning. Another teen, 18-year-old Anthony Hardy, has pleaded guilty and will be sentenced at a later date. A 15-year-old was also charged in the case. During the sentencing hearing Randall angered the judge by refusing to come into the courtroom and listen to what she and the relatives of the victims had to say. Black woman arrested for kidnap, murder and burning of body of 12-year-old White boy  Police say a 44-year-old woman charged with capital murder in the kidnapping and death of a 12-year-old Houston boy admitted to discarding a body, but said she didn’t kill the child. Mona Yvette Nelson, a maintenance worker for several area apartment complexes, was arrested and charged on Wednesday. Investigators believe she kidnapped, killed and burned the body of Jonathan Foster on Christmas Eve. Foster had been left alone at his mother’s apartment while she and her roommate worked that day. More than 1,000 young American women have been raped or sexually assaulted in the last decade while serving as Peace Corps volunteers in foreign countries. In some cases, victims say, the Peace Corps has ignored safety concerns and later tried to blame the women who were raped for bringing on the attacks.
Police in Clinton, CT, and Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents arrested Patrico William Matute, 36, and Carlos Celi, 29, after a four-month investigation. The two men allegedly provided a young woman with alcohol and then raped her. Matute is charged with aggravated sexual assault in the first degree; unlawful restraint in the first degree; and liquor sale to a minor. Celi is charged with sexual assault in the fourth degree; unlawful restraint in the first degree; and providing liquor to a minor. According to police, Matute actually raped the 19-year-old victim, while Celi restrained her. ICE has confirmed that both men are in the country illegally from Ecuador, and have placed detainers on the suspects.
