(White) 63-year-old grandmother dies after being run over, dragged in her own driveway by hit-and-run black-white sex car
A 63-year-old grandmother has died nearly a week after she was run over and dragged by a car after its occupants were having sex in her driveway in Zion, her family said.

The Zion Police Department and Zion Fire-Rescue Department responded around 9:49 a.m. December 7 to the 2200 block of Elisha Avenue in Zion for a report of a hit-and-run crash.

Nancy Ezell, 63, of Zion, was struck by an older model gray Honda Civic sedan and then dragged before the car fled the scene.
Ezell’s family told Lake and McHenry County Scanner that the 63-year-old woman and her adult granddaughter noticed the Honda in her driveway and went outside to investigate. She saw a man and a woman inside the vehicle having sex, her family said.

Ezell confronted the two inside the car and asked them what they were doing. Her granddaughter then went inside the house to call police and Ezell went behind the vehicle to write down the license plate.

The man inside the car jumped into the driver’s seat and put the vehicle into reverse, backed up and ran the woman over. Ezell was dragged underneath the car and suffered critical injuries.

“That is when the driver floored it in reverse and hit her to prevent her from getting the license plate numbers, dragged her out into the street, put it in drive, went over her again and sped away,” one of Ezell’s family members said.

Police said that a black male was driving the vehicle and a white female was in the passenger seat.  - (Black-on-white)

Bond set at $750K for BLACK man accused of stealing ashes of (White) Elmhurst couple’s baby, burglarizing their home
black suspect ELMHURST, Ill. — Bond was set at $750,000 for a Harvey man accused of burglarizing an Elmhurst couple’s home and stealing, among other things, the ashes of their late infant son.

Glenn Addison appeared in court Saturday after being arrested Wednesday. Addison was on parole for a 2014 burglary and was charged with one count of felony residential burglary after police said he broke into a home on the 200 block of Melrose Avenue on Dec. 10.

The home’s owners, Sue and Jim LaDeur, said someone smashed a window, went inside and ransacked the home. Sue LaDeur said they stole a few items, including coins, and also took a little white box containing her son’s ashes. The DuPage County State’s Attorney said while the charge was a Class I felony, because of Addison’s criminal history, he was eligible for Class X sentencing.

The LaDeurs’ son, Billy, died five years ago when he was only 10-days-old after health issues. The LaDeurs kept the small box of ashes on her dresser along with a small cast of his hand and foot — all that his parents had left to cherish. The LaDeurs were planning to bury his ashes with them when they died. - (Black-on-white)

(black anti-white racist) Disgraced negro reporter re-sentenced to 5 years for phony bomb threats
black suspect A Manhattan federal court judge re-sentenced a former journalist to five years behind bars Monday for trying to frame his ex-girlfriend in a phony plot to bomb Jewish community centers — but not before the woman trashed him in court.

Juan Thompson committed acts of domestic violence and domestic terrorism,” Francesca Rossi told judge Kevin Castel of her ex, who avoided eye contact as his victim detailed his years of abuse. Rossi detailed for the court how Thompson sent her mother death threats, blackmailed her with her own nude photos while demanding Bitcoin, and managed to evade service for nine separate restraining orders she’s filed since 2015.

She blasted him for “using the Jewish community as a tool” and said she still lives with a “sense of dread” — especially since he still tweets about her from prison. “This was never no O.J. type s–t. I hated that white woman straightaway,” he tweeted back in April while in federal custody.

Rossi begged Castel to “keep me and others safe.” The 34-year-old was sentenced to five years in prison in 2017 after he admitted to calling in 12 bomb threats — warning of a “Jewish Newtown” —  to various Jewish community centers while attempting to pin the blame on Rossi. - (Black-on-white)

Halifax murder trial (of black man) postponed at request of defence
black suspectA Cole Harbour man’s trial on a charge of first-degree murder and two counts of attempted murder, which was to begin in January, has been postponed until late next year at the request of the defence. The charges against Markel Jason Downey, 24, stem from a triple-shooting home invasion in Cole Harbour in November 2014.

Ashley MacLean Kearse died in July 2018, almost four years after she was paralyzed in the shooting. She was 22.

Downey was originally supposed to stand trial in Nova Scotia Supreme Court last spring, but the hearing had to be adjourned after Patrick MacEwen withdrew as his lawyer because of a conflict of interest.  The hearing is now scheduled to begin Nov. 16, 2020.  - (Black-on-white)

WHITE Las Colinas Grandmother Murdered by (BLACK) Cable Man: Police
Victim's debit card and a surveillance video led police to a suspect who'd worked at her home, police say

black suspectThere are new details into the murder of an 83-year-old Las Colinas grandmother who was murdered in her own home, police say, by her cable man.

The suspect, Roy James Holden Jr., is in the Dallas County Jail on $500,000 bond facing a capital murder charge, which could carry the death penalty.

Betty Thomas’ family told NBC 5 she was ‘well-loved’ and will be sorely missed. One of Thomas’ neighbors in the 3000 block of East Cortez Court in Las Colinas called her ‘the perfect neighbor.’ When Thomas didn’t show up for a family Christmas party last Thursday evening, worry set in. Her son-in-law went to her home only to make a gruesome discovery just before 6 p.m., according to police.

The 83-year-old was found on her living room floor with several stab wounds to the chest, according to an arrest affidavit.
Thomas’ wallet and identification were not found but blood was found in her purse.

Her killer, Irving police claim, is her (subhuman negro killer) cable man Roy James Holden Jr.
Police said the 43-year-old worked for Spectrum cable and had previously been to the victim’s home.
“This is going to be very tough on that family to have Christmas without Mrs. Thomas,” said officer Robert Reeves, spokesman for the Irving Police Department. Police said store surveillance cameras led them to Holden. - (Black-on-white)

‘Konner pretty much gave his life for Kameron’: (White) Man shot and killed while shielding twin from (black) bullets
black suspect White victimHENRICO, Va. (WWBT) - A 22-year-old Henrico man is dead after he was shot and killed by his mother’s (black) apparent boyfriend, family said. Police arrested Robert Arthur Thorpe, Jr., 34, of Chesterfield County, in connection to the shooting. Thorpe faces charges of second-degree murder and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.

Once on scene, officers found two men with gunshot wounds.
Police identified Konner Englehart, 22, of Henrico, as the man who was found dead on the porch. Konner’s sister, Kenzie Taylor, said the victim’s twin brother, Kameron, was also shot during the incident. He was taken to VCU Medical Center for his injuries where he was treated and released. “He was shot five times and Konner actually pretty much gave his life for Kameron because he was in the way of the bullets when it happened," Taylor said.

Taylor said she and her family can’t stop thinking about what Konner did in his final moments. “Konner was the oldest twin and always the one to protect,” she said. “Konner was running away, running out of the house and Kameron was coming up the steps and Konner was probably surprised to see him,” said Cody Taylor, Kenzie’s husband. “Kameron said that he (Konner) stood up right in front of him and blocked his body," Taylor continued.

Taylor said her husband received a text from a family member around 5 a.m. saying there was a shooting and had a gut-feeling the oldest twin was dead. “I think it’s because Konner was the one who wasn’t well,” she said. “He was still struggling with his addiction… What gives me comfort is that his battle is over. He doesn’t have to fight anymore, because every time I saw him, he was searching for that reward from the drug.”
Taylor said Konner lived in the home with his mother who was apparently dating Thorpe.
He had been in the family’s life for roughly a year. “He’s come in and put a damper on just about everybody.”

(WHITE) Panola County constable killed in crash; two worthless BLACK teens charged with murder
black suspectPANOLA COUNTY, Miss. — A Panola County constable was killed in a head-on crash Thursday afternoon, authorities said, and the teens allegedly responsible are facing murder charges.

According to Panola County Sheriff's deputies, law enforcement officers were chasing the teens in a stolen truck when the suspects crashed into another law enforcement officer at Highway 35 South and Highway 6 in Batesville. That officer was killed.

Mississippi Highway Patrol identified the officer who was killed as Constable Raye Hawkins, 57, of Courtland, Mississippi. Hawkins was attempting to join in on the chase when the crash occurred. The two teenagers were then taken into custody.

The suspects were identified as 16-year-old Darion Dogan and 15-year-old Jonathan Taylor. Champion said both will face felony murder charges and, because of the seriousness of the charges, will be tried as adults.  "You see so much of this happen with these young kids who, in my opinion, don't care or don't understand the value of human life," District Attorney John Champion said. - (Black-on-white)

DNA Results In Murder Count For 1992 Stabbing Of St. Paul’s Annette Seymour - (WHITE female victim of BLACK demon)
black suspectMINNEAPOLIS (AP) — A Minneapolis man has been charged with second-degree murder in connection with the 1992 stabbing of a St. Paul woman whose partially clothed body was found near an old entrance to a streetcar tunnel, prosecutors said Wednesday.
John Robert Capers, 65, is scheduled to make his first court appearance on Thursday.

He’s charged in the death of 39-year-old Annette Seymour. A citizen discovered Seymour’s body on July 14, 1992 near the entrance to the old Selby Avenue streetcar tunnel below the St. Paul Cathedral.
She was clothed in only a T-shirt, and had 11 stab wounds to her neck, chest, back and arms.
An autopsy showed she died of blood loss from her wounds.
The case went unsolved for years. According to the criminal complaint, in 2009, the state Bureau of Criminal Apprehension tested some evidence in the case and found that DNA from a semen stain matched Capers.

Further testing in 2011 confirmed the match, the complaint said. - (Black-on-white)

13-year-old boy arrested in murder of Barnard College student Tessa Majors
black suspect black suspectblack suspect MORNINGSIDE HEIGHTS, Manhattan (WABC) -- A 13-year-old boy is now under arrest in connection with the stabbing death of Barnard College freshman Tessa Majors.

The NYPD reportedly picked up the teen Thursday afternoon in an apartment building on West 119th Street. They were holding him for criminal trespass when they say he began to discuss the girl's murder, and sources say he made statements implicating himself.

He was in possession of a knife, though police say it is unclear if that was the murder weapon. He will be charged with murder, robbery, and weapons possession, but as he is a juvenile, the case will be handled in family court.

That means the charging documents are unlikely to be made public, and his identity is likely to be kept a secret.

The 13-year-old attends (MAJORITY AFRICAN-american) MS 180 on West 120th Street, and detectives believe two others teens suspected of being involved in the crime likely do as well.

Sources familiar with the case say the 13-year-old also implicated the others, one of whom is a 14-year-old boy who police have located and who is being interviewed. A second teen has not been located.

Authorities say the statements from the 13-year-old match what detectives saw on surveilance video. The suspects are believed to have gotten away with the victim's bag, but they dropped her cell phone, which is how police identified her.

black suspectnigger loverThe man charged with shooting a Battle Creek police officer could face two life sentences if convicted.

Andre Yarbrough, 30, was arraigned Tuesday on charges of assault with intent to murder and assault on a police officer resulting in serious injury and two counts of use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.

Yarbrough is charged with shooting and wounding Battle Creek Police Officer Jeff Johnson, 35, early Saturday, while Johnson was attempting to arrest Yarbrough on several warrants.

Late Tuesday, Calhoun County Prosecutor David Gilbert also authorized charges against Yarbrough's girlfriend, Heather Arredondo, 27, for resisting a police officer causing serious injury and harboring a fugitive.

Police have alleged that Yarbrough was staying with Arredondo at 310 Cherry St. and that she interfered as Johnson was attempting to arrest Yarbrough. She was arrested Monday on an unrelated warrant and is expected to be arraigned Wednesday on the new charges.
Battle Creek police said he shot Johnson twice, once in the leg and then, when the officer was on the ground, in the upper chest.     Police ID victim, suspect in deadly Glendale temp agency shooting - ANGRY BLACK MAN shoots innocent White man
black suspectThe victim died at the hospital and the suspect was later shot by police, but has non-life threatening injuries.
GLENDALE, Ariz — Police have identified the suspect and the victim in the deadly temp agency shooting in Glendale Monday.

The victim died from his injuries at the hospital. Police identified him Tuesday as 50- year-old Scott Isaacson. Police say he was shot multiple times.

The shooter, who was later shot in an officer-involved shooting with Glendale PD near 43rd Avenue and McDowell Road Monday afternoon was identified as 40-year-old Julius Grant.

Police say Grant, a former employee of Integrity Staffing Solutions, was upset over a pay issue. Grant went to the location and after pacing around outside, he entered an office where Isaacson was meeting with two other employees.

Grant broke up the meeting. Court documents say Grant indicated to investigators that Isaacson's body language suggested that nothing was going to be done about the pay situation and he shot him three times. Employees reported barricading themselves in their offices.
One woman, who is a recruiter and payroll specialist for the business, said Grant put the gun against her forehead and chest multiple times.
Police don't think Isaacson oversaw Grant or was responsible for his pay issue.  - (Black-on-white)

Cevin Stanley, 32, of Sandusky, died during the incident that happened around 9 p.m. at the 5903 Milan Road restaurant Sunday, according to a news release from Perkins Township police.

BRUTAL AND SAVAGE BLACK  gets life in prison for brutal attack on (white female) roommate who spurned him
Nearly four years after she was almost beaten to death by a roommate she found on Craigslist, Danielle Cabo Jones appeared in a Miami courtroom wearing makeup to hide the remaining scars on her face.

The damage, however, runs deeper. The brutal attack severely damaged her brain, leaving her with sustained memory loss.

"I wanted to go to school for criminal justice and psychiatry and now, I have my 11-year-old brother help me with my math, which was my best subject in school," Jones told a judge on Monday. "I also used to be able to sing very well. I can't anymore. I used to be able to dance very well and I can't anymore."

"I'm still hopeful that every day I'll get slowly better but I feel my life has been destroyed."

For destroying that life, her attacker Byron Mitchell, 39, was sentenced Monday to life in prison. In June, a jury convicted him of attempted murder and false imprisonment for the Feb. 14, 2016, attack that left Jones in a coma for nearly one month.

Prosecutors said Mitchell attacked Jones, who was 23 at the time, inside their Overtown apartment. The two met after Jones placed a Craigslist ad looking for a roommate. They were living together just over a week.

Mitchell grew obsessed with Jones, and became so angry that she had no interest in him that he beat, choked and stabbed Jones. At trial, jurors rejected Mitchell's claim that he acted in self-defense.

The sentence was imposed by Miami-Dade Circuit Judge John Schlesinger, a longtime judge who said most of the women who endure the "savagery and brutality" of similar attacks don't survive.  - (Black-on-white)

2 (black) criminals sought after (white) teen fatally shot in Kokomo; victim’s sister arrested
black suspectblack suspectKOKOMO, Ind. – Kokomo police arrested the sister of a 15-year-old who was shot to death Sunday night as officers search for two more individuals. Kokomo police responded to a 911 call around 10:40 p.m. about a shooting at Lincolnwood Apartments. Additional calls indicated that a person was down at that location.

Officers arrived to find 15-year-old Dalton Wayne Fisher suffering from what appeared to be gunshot wounds.  Medical personnel pronounced him dead at the scene. Kokomo police arrested Fisher’s sister, 22-year-old Kyli L. Fisher, on charges of neglect of a dependent, possession of a handgun without a permit and dealing a controlled substance.
According to police, Kyli Fisher drover (sic) her younger brother to the Lincolnwood Apartments because the two planned to sell marijuana there.  Once they arrived, two males got into the Pontiac, leading to an altercation in which shots were fired.  Witnesses reported seeing at least two males running from the vehicle.   Kokomo Police Captain Tondra Cockrell said that she had taken a gun on the drug deal,”

Since investigators believe Kyli Fisher arranged the drug deal, they hope she will be able to name the two individuals seen running from the scene.

Police are looking for the two individuals. Witnesses described one as a light-skinned black male, about 5’6″-5’7″, with a thin build and a distinct flat nose. He wore dark clothing. The second person was described as a black male, shorter in height, with a thin build and dark clothing. - (Black-on-white)

What we know about Jersey City shooting: Victim includes owner of targeted (Jewish kosher deli), (black) suspects identified
black suspectblack suspectJERSEY CITY, N.J. – A police officer and the owner of a kosher bodega were among six people killed in the hourslong shooting rampage that left this city across the Hudson River from lower Manhattan in mourning Wednesday.

The dead included both suspects, police said. The bodies of three of their victims were also found at the market – the supermarket owner, a bodega employee and a shopper. Two other police officers were wounded.

The roar of gunfire Tuesday afternoon drew a phalanx of police to the quaint, busy  street that quickly devolved into a war zone. All the victims were struck by rounds thought to have been fired by the suspects, police said.

The focus of the killing was a kosher bodega in a section of the city that has become a gathering place for about 100 Orthodox Jewish families, authorities said. Some of the dead lived in New York, where authorities said anti-Semitic hate crimes rose in 2019.

(black) Suspects in beating death in Brier Creek parking lot appear in court
black suspectsRALEIGH, N.C. — Two people charged with murder following the death of a man who was beaten at the Brier Creek shopping center in northwest Raleigh last month made their first court appearances on Friday.

Police officers responding to a reported assault shortly before 6 p.m. on Nov. 23 found William Edward "Billy" Allison, 65, beaten outside a Papa John's pizza store at 10251 Little Brier Creek Lane.

Jarius Jimil Barnes, 23, of 2537 Dality Drive in Raleigh, and Ladaja Chakure Nelson, 22, of 9230 Count Fleet Drive in Raleigh, were initially charged with assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury in the case.

Police upgraded the charges to murder on Thursday after Allison died.
Longtime friend Cathy Anna described Allison as "a beautiful, beautiful soul."

"When you first meet him, you don’t forget him. He was such a character and had so much life in him," Anna said. "That smile would just light up the room. He was bigger than life." Witnesses said Allison stepped into a parking spot just as a woman was pulling in.
"They are beating a gentleman who is elderly. They beat him, they beat him," a caller told a 911 dispatcher, noting that a dispute over a parking spot led to the attack."They came out of the car and beat him up because he was standing on the parking spot and they were waiting," the caller said. "They just jumped on him and beat him." Catherine Kim said he was leaving her yogurt shop nearby when Allison was attacked.

"Unconsciously, he stepped down in the parking lot, and then the lady tried to come in, pulled in her car," Kim said. "Billy tried to stop her, but she got really offended, and she got out of the car and yelled at her boyfriend, and the boyfriend ran up to him and started beating him." Allison was taken to WakeMed for treatment, and he died on Monday.

"As [Allison] took his final breath, we saw a smile come to his face, and we knew he just met Jesus – and we can’t be mad about that," Anna said. "His legacy is of just love. He loved the Lord. He loved his family. He loved his church family." - (Black-on-white)

(black) Jacksonville man arrested after dogs killed, apartment burned
black suspectTwo dogs were killed after a fire seriously damaged a San Marco apartment, police calling it a case of arson and animal cruelty after arresting a neighbor.

A 44-year-old San Marco man was arrested after two dogs were attacked and killed with a machete before the apartment they lived in on Flagler Avenue was set on fire, the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office said.

Gerald Frank Norvil Allen of Flagler Avenue was charged Nov. 26 with arson and two counts of animal cruelty, and remains behind bars ineligible for bail, according to Duval County jail records.

Officers were called out about 2 p.m. to the apartment complex on Cedar Street after Jacksonville Fire and Rescue was sent there to a fire, the arrest report said. Firefighters found “a wall full of blood and a machete with blood on it” when they got inside, along with two dead dogs, the report said.

Police said their own search confirmed a wall covered with blood, a bloody machete on a couch, and two burned dogs in a corner, the report said. Allen, a next door neighbor, was detained for questioning, talking to himself and grabbing at his stomach, saying he “wanted to get it out,” the report said.

Day-Day, a pit bull, and Coco, a Chihuahua and dachshund mix, were killed in the fire, victim Amy Koerner told Times-Union news partner First Coast News. She said her apartment was destroyed, losing almost everything inside as well as pets she considered family, now lost “in a brutal way.”

“They found a machete, there’s blood all over the place, like piles of blood on the walls, on the ceiling, on everything,” Koerner said. “There’s gashes on the wall where I guess he missed.”

Koerner said Allen began acting strange a week before, knocking on their door to ask them to turn off their WiFi because he was scared that “evil spirits were attacking all of us.”

A GoFundMe account has been set up by a friend at gofundme.com/f/victim-of-arson-needs-help to pay for the pet’s cremation, replace items damaged by the fire and help pay expenses to move to a new apartment. - (Black-on-white)

(black) Longtime felon is charged with murder of (White female)  bank employee in northern Iowa
black suspectLU VERNE, Ia. — A man who had been in state custody for nearly a decade before his release 10 months ago has been charged with murder in a Wednesday bank robbery and shooting.

Valentino Williams, 35, of Coralville, is charged with first-degree murder and first-degree robbery in Kossuth County District Court. Around 8:40 a.m. Wednesday, authorities responded to calls of shots fired at Security State Bank in Lu Verne, a town of about 260 in north-central Iowa.

Jessica Weishaar, 43, of Algona was identified as the victim. Weishaar works for Security State Bank, a locally owned business with four Kossuth County locations.

Weishaar was found lying on the sidewalk in front of the bank when authorities arrived. Video from the scene showed the killer wearing a dark colored Carhartt-style coat with a hoodie pulled over his head, according to an Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation agent's affidavit unsealed Thursday. The video also showed the man exiting the vehicle carrying a dark-colored backpack. At one point the robber carried a handgun in his right hand, the complaint said.

Williams fired several shots at Weishaar before he drove away, authorities allege. Witnesses reported hearing three gunshots. Officers eventually lost sight of Williams on Iowa Highway 17.

At 9:38 a.m. Iowa State Patrol, Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation officers and officers from other agencies stopped a black SUV on Interstate Highway 35 near Dows, about 45 miles southeast of Lu Verne. The SUV matched a description of a vehicle seen near the scene of the shooting, the complaint said.

Online court records reveal significant clashes with law enforcement since Williams was a teenager. He was arrested when he was 14, in 1998, and charged as an adult with robbery and theft in Davenport. He pleaded guilty of lesser charges and was sentenced in the juvenile justice system. He went to prison after he turned 18.

After leaving prison in 2008, Williams was quickly in trouble again. Iowa City police charged him after a series of robberies in 2009.

Williams broke into a Cigarette Outlet store where he confronted an employee with a handgun and demanded cash. One week later he broke into the Can Shed can recycling repository and hid in the bathroom until employees arrived.  Williams then robbed one of the employees at gunpoint then fled through two pre-cut holes in the fence, police said.

Later, police said, Williams broke into a Check Into Cash location in Coralville. Police located him in a stolen Buick. He changed vehicles and crashed into a squad car.

He was sent to prison in 2010. He was granted parole this February; he was cited for speeding in Coralville two weeks before the bank robbery. - (Black-on-white)

(black) Person of interest in (White) Mansfield couple’s deaths has bond set on unrelated charge
black suspectDAYTON — Bond was set at $50,000 for a person of interest in the deaths of a Mansfield couple who is facing an unrelated gun charge.

Larry D. Rodgers, 31, of Dayton, was charged with one count of having weapons while under disability, according to Montgomery County court records. The charge is unrelated to the homicides.

On Nov. 16, Todd Burkhart, 28, and Kyla Hayton, 21, were reported missing.
Burkhart’s body was found Nov. 22 and Hayton’s was found Nov. 25. Both were found in different vacant houses on West Stewart Street, near where Hayton’s car was discovered. It appears the couple died around the same time, according to Montgomery County Prosecutor Kent Harshbarger. Hayton was five months pregnant.

Rodgers was arrested in November after police obtained a search warrant for a house in the 600 block of Groveland Avenue “in relation to an ongoing homicide investigation.”   A .40 caliber handgun with an extended magazine was found in a bedroom closet. Rodgers is not allowed to have a weapon because of his previous 2012 burglary conviction. He has not been charged in the couple’s deaths at this time. - (Black-on-white)

BLACK Minneapolis man who killed (white) girlfriend, hid body sentenced: prosecutors
black suspect and white victimA Minneapolis man was sentenced to 20 years in prison on Wednesday in the death of his girlfriend, Adelle “Addie” Jensen, who disappeared four years ago and whose body has never been found, prosecutors announced.

Hennepin County Attorney Mike Freeman said Joshua Dow, 35, received 20 years in prison as part of a plea agreement, adding that he pleaded guilty last month to second-degree murder in the death of his child’s mother, who was 25-years-old at the time of her death.

New evidence has helped make it clear as to what happened to Jensen four years ago, according to a news release from the Hennepin County Attorney’s Office.

Dow shot Jensen on November 18, 2015, around 5 a.m. in his home in north Minneapolis. He then took Jensen’s body to a warehouse where he had worked and reportedly stuffed it into a locker. He later dismembered the body and disposed of the remains across the city.

He and his brother chopped up a couch, which had Jensen’s blood on it, and dumped it in different locations, Fox 9 reported, adding that Dow also forced his brother to help him paint the living room walls to hide the evidence. Dow lied to police and to Jensen’s parents about seeing her alive, prosecutors said. During Wednesday’s sentencing, six members of Jensen’s family addressed the court reading victim impact statements.

Jensen’s mother said, “For the past four years, Joshua Dow has created many victims. [Victim’s minor daughter] has been without her mother, our girls have been without their sister, we have been without our beloved daughter. And many, many family members and friends have been devastated by the horrific murder of Adelle Katherine Jensen. Joshua Dow is solely and heinously responsible for taking away a beautiful young soul from God’s world.”

At the time of the shooting, the couple was reportedly separated. Dow was convicted of interference with a dead body and first-degree sale of drugs in 2016 and is still in prison on those charges, prosecutors said, adding that he was due to be released in February 2020. - (Black-on-white)

(white) Winooski woman's death ruled a homicide - most likely STRANGLED to death by black baby-daddy - suicided self
black suspectblack suspectWINOOSKI, Vt. (WCAX) The death of a Winooski woman is now being called a homicide.  The death certificate for Hannah Keyes, 28, reveals she died of compression to the neck and chest.

Keyes was found dead in her Audette Street apartment on Nov. 2 during a welfare check. Police called the death suspicious but said they found nothing suspicious inside. Her two children were also found inside and were OK.

Her fiancé and the father of her (illegitimate mixed-race) children, Keith Gaston, 32, was wanted as a "person of interest" in her death but police say he jumped into the Winooski River the day before her body was found, killing himself.

Police were called to check on Keyes when she didn't show up for work. They said they found the interior door that led into her apartment open. Winooski Police Chief Rick Hebert said they found Keyes' body inside and her 3- and 4-year-old children sleeping on the couch. Gaston's body has not been found.

We reached out to the Vermont Department of Health to find out what exactly death by compression to the neck and chest means. Medically speaking, it could be the result of a wide range of injuries and it's up to police investigators to figure that out.   - (Black-on-white)

$1 million bond set for (dreadlocked black) suspect in deadly shooting of white 'friend'
black suspectblack suspectJONESBORO, Ark. (KAIT) - A Craighead County man faces a first-degree murder charge in the shooting death of a man on Parkwood Drive on Sunday.

Jonesboro police said they went to a home on Parkwood Drive around 11:20 p.m. Saturday after former residents discovered a truck running in the driveway of the vacant house. They called police believing a burglary was in progress.

Officers found a man, later identified as Andrew Powell, inside the vacant home with, “obvious gunshot wounds,” the affidavit stated. While collecting evidence, investigators found Powell’s cellphone lying in the front yard. During a search of the phone, police found a text conversation that took place between the victim and a subject named “Wesley” shortly before the incident.

“Further investigation of the text conversation, revealed the identity of the owner of the phone number,” the probable cause affidavit stated. Police used a social media search to discover the phone’s owner was “friends” with Wesley Neal.

On Dec. 1, investigators went to the home of the owner of the phone, who was not named in the affidavit. When police were talking with the individual and their significant other, Neal walked up to the home. All three were taken to the Jonesboro Police Department for questioning. While being questioned, the owner of the phone and the significant other said Neal had the cell phone when the victim was murdered.

Neal admitted to being Powell’s friend during questioning and had “past dealings with him,” the affidavit stated.
“Neal admitted to being inside the home where Powell’s body was found." The affidavit ultimately did not reveal what led to Powell’s shooting death, only placing Neal at the scene at the time of Powell’s murder. Judge Tommy Fowler found probable cause Tuesday to charge Neal with first-degree murder and set his bond at $1 million cash only. He is scheduled to be arraigned in Craighead County Circuit Court on Jan. 31. - (Black-on-white)

A BLACK Milwaukee arson suspect killed a WHITE man, then tried to burn down his Waukesha home, complaint says
black suspectA 20-year-old Milwaukee man fatally stabbed a Waukesha resident and tried to destroy any evidence of the killing by attempting to burn the victim's house down, according to a criminal complaint.

Amani Swanel Tobias Smith was charged Wednesday in Waukesha County Circuit Court with first-degree intentional homicide, arson, mutilating a corpse and operating a motor vehicle without the owner's consent.

If convicted on the homicide charge, Smith faces a mandatory life sentence. Waukesha Police, in collaboration with the Milwaukee Police Department and U.S. Marshals Service, arrested Smith on Nov. 25, almost two months after investigators found 63-year-old Dennis Huelse dead in his Waukesha home.

The morning of Sept. 26, the Waukesha Fire and Police Departments responded to multiple calls of flames coming out of a bedroom at Huelse’s residence on the 600 block of South University Drive. When firefighters entered the home, they found Huelse dead, with a knife in his neck. Huelse’s family reported that an iMac desktop computer and Huelse’s 1969 Pontiac Firebird had gone missing during the blaze.

Firefighters determined the fire started in the southeast bedroom, where they found Huelse's body. An autopsy confirmed that Huelse died before the fire started. Investigators labeled the death a homicide.   - (Black-on-white)

Officers found cocaine on (black) suspected drunk driver that killed (Caucasian) mother of 3
black suspectLAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A Metro police report released reveals more details about the suspected DUI crash that killed a 32-year-old mother and injured her 12-year-old daughter Thanksgiving morning.

8 News Now has learned that a Metro police officer performed a search on the suspect accused of driving drunk and causing the crash. The officer found 1 gram of cocaine in 27-year-old Nathaniel Postelle’s right front pocket.

UK: Cervical smear test after Derby rape of White woman by black - 'potentially saved woman's life'
black suspect White victimA woman who was raped said a police smear test "potentially saved my life" after it found pre-cancerous cells.

Kim Jenner, 26, waived her right to anonymity after her attacker Joshua Banana, 27, was jailed at Derby Crown Court on Thursday.

Ms Jenner said she had "been through hell" since the rape in April 2018.
But she said had been treated "with sensitivity" by police, and the early treatment of the cells was a "silver lining of this horrendous experience". Banana, of Leaper Street, Derby, had denied rape but was found guilty. He was jailed for 10 years and nine months for the attack at a house in Derby, and drugs offences.
Ms Jenner said she had never had a cervical smear before reporting the rape.
"That smear test found pre-cancerous cells which required treatment. If I had not had the test the cells would not have been found. "That test potentially saved my life and for that I am thankful," she said. - (Black-on-white)

Murder charges against convicted (black) killer dropped in Port Angeles strangulation of (White) mother
black suspectClallam County prosecutors informed the family of a woman murdered 41 years ago that a decision by the state Supreme Court leaves them with no choice but to drop charges against 61-year-old Tommy Ross Jr. who allegedly once confessed to the killing--and is connected to the scene by DNA--according to detectives.

Janet Bowcutt was found strangled in her Port Angeles apartment in 1978 while her infant son was unharmed on a nearby bed. Ross was eventually connected to Bowcutt's and two other similar murders in California and Canada.

"He took something away from us that wasn't supposed to be taken away," said Bowcutt's sister, Pam Horkey. "She was the nicest person you'd ever meet."

The Supreme Court decided to uphold a lower court ruling that Ross' constitutional rights to a speedy trial were violated--after Ross' trial was delayed for 38 years--the time Ross spent in a Canadian prison for another similar murder.

Records show Canadian courts resisted allowing Ross to return to the U.S. to face charges in Port Angeles until his sentence was completed.  In a 38-year Canadian prison stint, records show Ross was often combative. He stabbed another inmate and repeatedly threatened and assaulted prison staff. - (Black-on-white)

(black) Pensacola teen sentenced to life for murder committed during attempted burglary
black suspectA Pensacola teenager convicted of murdering a woman during a botched burglary has been sentenced to life in prison.

In September, a jury found Antjuan Sanders, 19, guilty of first-degree murder in the 2017 death of 58-year-old Susan Midyett. Jurors heard evidence that Sanders broke into Midyett's home thinking she was away, then strangled her to cover up his crime.

Typically, a first-degree murder conviction carries an automatic life sentence. However, because Sanders was 17 at the time of the offense, Florida law required that he receive a customized sentence that accounted for his specific criminal history, life circumstances, maturity level and other factors.

After reviewing the facts of the case, Circuit Judge Jeffrey Burns on Wednesday sentenced Sanders to life in state prison. Because Sanders was a juvenile at the time of the crime, he is entitled to a review of his sentence after 25 years.

Investigators said that Sanders lived a few streets over from Midyett's home on Statler Avenue, and that he had monitored and burglarized the homes of other women in the neighborhood.

At his trial, Sanders said he had gone into Midyett's home thinking it was empty, then panicked when he encountered Midyett inside. He admitted to killing Midyett, but said the crime was not premeditated. - (Black-on-white)

  • Four teens escape from juvenile detention. Two of them are murder suspects, police say
NASHVILLE, Tenn. —Four teens escaped from a juvenile detention center in Nashville, Tennessee, and authorities say they are considered dangerous.
The teens are 15, 16 and 17 years old and were last seen Saturday night, according to a tweet from the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department. Two are accused of murder and the others were arrested on armed robbery and gun possession charges, police said.
Decorrius Wright, 16, is accused in the February murder of Kyle Yorlets, according to police. Yorlets was a Nashville musician who was shot and killed when a group of five minors robbed him of his wallet and he refused to hand over his keys.
Morris Marsh, 17, is accused in the April murder of Charles Easley, the release said.
  • (Black) Teen suspects in (White) musician's death displayed aggressive behavior at detention center
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — From stabbing another detainee with a pencil to assaulting staff members, the juvenile detention reports detailing the behavior of three of the five juveniles charged in the murder of a Nashville musician were discussed in a court hearing. Even though all five teen suspects were in Judge Sheila Calloway's courtroom on Monday, only three of their reports were presented by the state because their attorneys argued for a bond release.

They are all accused of plotting to rob musician Kyle Yorlets at his west Nashville home before he was shot and killed.

Among the three defendants is 16-year-old Decorrius Wright whose name was made public by Metro police after his arrest in February. The names of the 12-year-old and 13-year-old suspects have not been released. Wright is accused of shooting the gun that killed Yorlets.
On February 20, Wright reportedly failed to follow directions and threatened an officer when he said, "I'm gonna get you when I get out of this cell." Another incident on April 1st described Wright telling an officer, "I'm gonna smack the f*** out of you, you b***."

On April 2, Cartlidge said Wright assaulted a staff member after being told to get off the phone. In two cases in March and April, Wright reportedly kept kicking his door and flooding his cell, one reason because he could not make a phone call. On May 21, he helped peers try to assault a shift supervisor, according to the report.

Police arrest (black) man accused of killing (black) man in N.C., (white) woman in S.C. in a span of months
black suspect (nigger lover)CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) - Police have arrested a man who is accused of killing his girlfriend in Lancaster, S.C. and another man in Charlotte within a span of months.

According to the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department on Tuesday, 41-year-old Derrick Allen McIlwain has been charged with the murder of man in Charlotte on Nov. 7. He has also been charged with the murder of a woman in South Carolina in May.

The Charlotte murder happened around 4 p.m. on Nov. 7 on Paperbark Circle. Officials say 45-year-old Alvin Fletcher was found dead inside a home with “apparent trauma.” There is no word on how exactly Fletcher was killed, but investigators described the suspect - identified as McIlwain - as an “invited guest” at the home.

On Nov. 11, police said they were charging McIlwain with murder in Fletcher’s death, but that he was still being sought and wasn’t yet in custody. However, law enforcement in South Carolina were already searching for McIlwain on a murder charge in the May 2019 death of his girlfriend, 36-year-old Kimberly Beth Alger.

Alger was found dead near the back steps of a vacant home in Lancaster County on May 28. McIlwain was initially wanted on a warrant for domestic violence of a high and aggravated nature involving Alger days before her body was found.

Deputies in Lancaster County said McIlwain was to be considered “armed and dangerous.” - (Black-on-white)

(black) Man fatally beats (white) woman before stealing cigarettes from Dallas RaceTrac station
black suspectDALLAS — Dallas police have arrested a man they say fatally beat a woman before robbing a RaceTrac gas station early in November. The woman later died from her injuries on Nov. 16.
Around 2:45 a.m., Dallas police responded to a robbery at a RaceTrac at 2506 Inwood Road. A man punched an employee in the head and stole some cigarettes before running away from the gas station, according to an affidavit. Police later identified the suspect as Anthony De Wayne Randle. On the night in question, Randle was wearing dark pants and a red and black plaid hoodie over a Chuch's Chicken shirt. Police were unable to find him that night but issued a warrant for his arrest for robbery a week later after he was identified.

While searching for Randle after the robbery on Nov. 1, police found 39-year-old Charity Crim lying under a mattress in an alleyway behind a strip mall outlet at 5542 Maple Avenue. Crim was "bleeding from apparent severe blunt force trauma," according to the affidavit. Police took her to Parkland Hospital, where she remained in critical condition until her death on Nov. 16.

Police found security camera footage of Randle attacking Crim before the robbery.  Police say the security camera footage shows Crim backing away from Randle "in a protective stance" before Randall grabs her, rams her head into the wall and then kicks, stomps and rams her head to the ground repeatedly. After a minute of this, Randle walks away, then comes back with a mattress. He then stomps on her again before covering her with the mattress.

Police later found out Randle and Crim knew each other. The witness said they saw Randle and Crim at a washeteria located near the attack and correctly identified both peoples' clothes. They also said they saw the two of them inside a fenced-in section of the dumpster in the alleyway, smoking drugs. Randle was trying to take Crim's pants off, but she kept pulling them back up. - (Black-on-white)

AND YET ANOTHER BLACK-'husband'-on-white-'wife' MURDER SUICIDE - 3 mixed-race offspring now orphans
black suspectVANCOUVER — The Clark County Sheriff’s office has confirmed that one of two women who was shot inside a van in the parking lot of Sarah J. Anderson Elementary School on Tuesday afternoon has died. The other victim received non-life threatening injuries.
According to a GoFundMe page set up by Tabitha Ojeda, the victim is Tiffany Hill, the estranged wife of the shooter, who was identified as 38-year-old Keland Hill. Ojeda, who identifies herself as Tiffany Hill’s sister, says the other victim was their mother, and that she was shot three times, suffering injuries to her hands and arms.

The sheriff’s office also now says that there were three children in the van at the time of the shooting, rather than the two originally reported. The couple did have three children, though it hasn’t been confirmed if the children in the vehicle were related to them. All three were taken into the care of Child Protective Services at the scene.

Deputies responding to the shooting shortly after 3:20 p.m. on Tuesday found the van, lights still on, and the driver’s side window shattered. Bullet holes could also be seen in the front windshield, directly in front of the driver’s seat.

Keland Hill took off in another vehicle and led deputies on a short pursuit. He eventually stopped on the side of the road at Northeast Andresen and Padden Parkway, got out of the car, and shot himself in the head. He was taken to the hospital and pronounced dead.

Court records also show Hill, a former Marine, had attempted to purchase a gun at a Wal-Mart in Portland on Oct. 6, but had been denied due to the domestic violence charges showing up during a background check.

Bond denied for (beserk black) man accused of stabbing (White female) supervisor at Kroger
black suspect  GRAYSON, Ga. (CBS46) A judge has denied bond for a man accused of stabbing his supervisor while on shift at a Gwinnett County Kroger location.

The judge denied bond for 21 year-old Akin Williams of Snellville, who allegedly attacked 59 year-old Maria Mosher in the store’s break room, beating and stabbing her for nearly 30 minutes before another employee discovered the bloody scene. Williams faces charges of aggravated assault, kidnapping, and false imprisonment. During the bond hearing, the judge also refused to drop the kidnapping charge.

According to Gwinnett County Police department spokeswoman Cpl. Michele Pihera, officers responded to the Kroger located on Grayson Highway and found Mosher with multiple stab and slice wounds to her neck, hands, abdomen and legs.

The incident report reveals that surveillance cameras captured the attack which lasted nearly 30 minutes in the break room of the store. At one point, as Williams was cleaning up the blood, Mosher tried to get up and leave the room, the report said. That’s when Williams slammed her to the floor, the report said, causing her to appear to lose consciousness.

Paramedics took her to a local hospital where she underwent surgery. She is expected to survive her wounds. - (Black-on-white)

(black) Florida serial killings suspect Robert Hayes indicted in 3 deaths; survivor comes forward to police, attorney says
black suspectDELAND, Fla. – Robert Hayes was indicted in serial killings that began in Daytona Beach, Florida, nearly 14 years ago.

State Attorney R.J. Larizza said Thursday that Hayes will be tried in a death penalty case in the killings of Laquetta Gunther, Julie Green and Iwana Patton who were all shot to death and left in the middle of Daytona Beach in late 2005 and early 2006. Hayes, 37, of West Palm Beach, is suspected in the killing of a woman in South Florida. He remains jailed there. Larizza said a survivor of a Hayes attack came forward and is talking to police. Hayes was a criminal justice student and a cheerleader at Bethune-Cookman University when three women were slain in Daytona Beach.
DNA found on the South Florida victim, Rachel Bey, 32, killed three years ago, matched DNA recovered on two of the Daytona Beach victims, police said. Hayes was indicted by a grand jury in Palm Beach County on Oct. 3 on charges of first-degree murder and sexual battery with great force, according to court records. Hayes pleaded not guilty.

Hayes’ DNA was found on Gunther, 45, a prostitute shot in the head in Daytona Beach. Her body was discovered on Christmas Eve 2005 in a kneeling position between two buildings, investigators said.
DNA from Hayes was also found on Green, 34, another Daytona Beach prostitute who was found dead in a ditch near a construction site Jan. 14, 2006. She was also shot in the head, according to police. Police said Green, a mother of four, had left her home to use a pay phone and never returned.
On Feb. 24, 2006, Patton’s body was discovered in a desolate area. Patton, 35, worked as a nurse’s aide.
There are no charges in the case of Stacey Gage, 30, whose decomposed body was found on Jan. 2, 2008, but investigators said her death was similar to the deaths of Gunther, Green and Patton. -  (Black-on-white)

(black) Stamford homeless man charged in murder of elderly (White) woman
black suspectSTAMFORD — South End homeless man Robert Simmons, 51, has been arrested in the home invasion and murder of 93-year-old Isabella Mehner in her Cove Road home in late September. Simmons was charged with murder, felony murder and home invasion. He is being held on a $2,000,000 bond.

On Sept. 25, at about 8 p.m., police responded to 565 Cove Road for a deceased elderly female who appeared to have fallen down a staircase. Through further investigation and with the assistance of the Office of Chief Medical Examiner it was determined that the injuries sustained by Mehner were not consistent with a fall down the stairs and her death was classified as a homicide.
Police also noted that there some personal items of Mehner’s that went missing from the home located on the corner of Cove Road and Willowbrook Avenue.

Police say they found video of Simmons in the area on the day Mehner was killed and used DNA analysis to match a spot of blood found on his pants to Mehner. The suspect was familiar with the victim and her home from some previous ‘odd jobs’ for which he had been hired. - (Black-on-white)

UK: Black killer guilty of 1998 'double jeopardy' murders of White English couple
black suspectA jewel thief who beat two elderly people to death in their own homes has been convicted of their murders two decades on.

Michael Weir fatally attacked 78-year-old Leonard Harris and Rose Seferian, 83, in 1998, the Old Bailey was told.
The original investigation missed clues to link the killings but DNA testing connected Weir to both London attacks after 20 years, the court heard. Weir, 52, of Hackney, had denied two counts of murder. Prosecutor Tom Little QC told the jury the "defenceless pensioners" had been struck repeatedly and "left for dead".

Weir was originally found guilty of murdering Mr Harris by an Old Bailey jury in July 1999, but his conviction was quashed by the Court of Appeal in 2000 on a technicality. He was retried under the so-called double jeopardy law when new forensic evidence came to light, and prosecutors believe Weir is "the first convicted man to be convicted twice". Trial judge Mrs Justice McGowan told the jury they had made "legal history".
On 28 January 1998, Weir broke into Mr Harris's flat in East Finchley, north London, leaving him with serious head injuries.
The pensioner was found by an estate agent while his wife, who suffered from dementia, was left badly injured on a bedroom floor.

80-year-old (White man) fights off (cowardly worthless black) carjacker at Grosse Pointe gas station
black suspect White victimGROSSE POINTE FARMS, Mich. - The (cowardly worthless black predator) young man who tried to carjack John Broad and his wife is locked up Friday night.

Broad fought him off. FOX 2 spoke with him over the phone, he says three times he got knocked down, three times he got back up.

"He kind of approached me from the back of my car and jumped me," Broad said. "And so my immediate reaction was to go after him."

Broad, 80, spoke about squaring off with a man more than 50 years younger during a carjacking Wednesday night.  It happened at the Shell gas station on Mack and Moross in Grosse Pointe Farms.

Broad and his wife left their car running at a gas pump and police say 23-year-old Antonio Beck saw a perfect opportunity to hit a lick.

"He started heading toward the car and he went over to the car, so I hit him and pushed him trying to get him away from the car," said Broad. "I kind of heard the scuffle and then I turned around and I saw that they were fighting and the next thing I see is John going down," Joanne Broad said.

Joanne, John's wife, says Beck then jumped into the car while she was still inside. Bystanders shouted for her to take the keys out of the ignition. "He tried to start the car and then John came back to the car to try to get him out of the car," said Joanne. "I got out of the other side of well, he started hitting on me and then I got out of the car."

Broad and Beck began brawling a third time before the young man eventually gave up.

"When he got out of the car he sort of stood there for a while, sort of dazed, not knowing where to go," Joanne said. "And then he very slowly started walking out of the gas station and then he started running."

He could not run fast or far enough. A bystander flagged down a cop who chased beck down and arrested him.

Broad is the former president of Crime Stoppers Michigan. He led the organization for 11 years before retiring in 2015.
But his actions Wednesday proved he only took a break from fighting crime.

White Michigan man fends off BLACK ex-convict invader with battle ax: 'There was a bloody mess everywhere'
black suspect White victimA Michigan man wielded an ax he calls 'his baby' to fend off a convicted criminal who tried to break into his apartment on Wednesday night.

Ben Ball, 36, used a replica battle-ax to chop through the intruder, 33-year-old Alex Lavell Rawls, who is facing a charge of first-degree home invasion.

Ball says the suspect dated his former roommate, but she moved away to distance herself from the convicted felon. Rawls showed up at the apartment at 11:30 p.m. thinking she was still there.

He repeatedly knocked on the door before kicking it in while Ball was sitting at home playing video games and watching the TV show, Rick and Morty. Ball says he believed Rawls was carrying a firearm.  When the door opened, he decided to go medieval.
“[The] door opened, [I] grabbed the ax, [then] step, step, hit," he said. He struck Rawls at least once in the torso with the sharp blade before the two continued to fight in the apartment. “There was a bloody mess everywhere,” Ball said. - (Black-on-white)

UK: Relief for father of tragic (WHITE) Girl Scout Jodie Chesney, 17, as (FOREIGN-named BLACK)  teenage drug dealer and his young 'runner' are found guilty of her murder after she was stabbed to death in unprovoked attack in a London park
black suspectblack suspectWhite victimWhite victimThe family of Jodie Chesney have hailed 'justice' for the stabbed girl scout after a drug dealer and his young 'runner' were convicted of her murder today.

Jodie, 17, was an innocent victim who was knifed in an unprovoked 'drug feud' attack in a park in Harold Hill, east London in March.

Svenson Ong-a-Kwie, 19, and a 17-year-old boy, who cannot be named, were today convicted of the killing following a lengthy trial. Police have admitted they may never know the true motive for the stabbing, but prosecutors believe Ong-a-Kwie wanted to get revenge for being knifed by a rival a few months earlier. It is thought he may have mistakenly believed his rivals were in the park at the time and wrongly stabbed Jodie.

Jodie and her friends had been smoking cannabis and listening to music in a park when she was stabbed in the back on the evening of March 1.  - (Black-on-white) - (UK)

Kent County Judge Mark Trusock sentenced Tony Streets Jr. to 50-100 years behind bars for stabbing Vitale inside Burton Heights Pizza in Grand Rapids back in October 2018.  Investigators say Streets caused a disturbance inside the pizza restaurant and refused to leave. Witnesses say when Vitale tried to calm down Streets, he stabbed him.  After the stabbing, police say Streets ran from the restaurant, robbed a person in the parking lot and tried to steal a car.

After the attack, Vitale tried to drive himself to the hospital, but he crashed during the drive. Vitale died the next morning from his stab wounds. In October, Streets pleaded guilty to second-degree murder and carjacking as a fourth-time felony offender. Before learning his fate, Streets faced friends and family of Vitale as they delivered their message to him before he gets locked up.

Vitale’s wife, Christine, says she won’t let what he took from her family affect her, or her children’s life. “You stole my husband from me and from my children one of the greatest dads from this earth, but you can never rob us of his spirit,” she said. “Even after all that you have taken from us, I promise I will never let my emotions cloud or steal a single moment of my life with my children.”

Shortly after Vitale’s wife spoke, Judge Trusock addressed Streets, in which he did not mince words. “It’s my understanding that he would help people out, he would help feed people in this community, and what did you do? You were drunk, you took a knife, and you stabbed him and there is no excuse or justification for that,” Trusock said.  - (Black-on-white)
