(black) GBI: Man charged with murder in fatal Butts County Waffle House shooting
black suspectsWhite victimJACKSON, Ga. -- The GBI says two people are in custody for the fatal shooting at a Butts County Waffle House last Friday.

Robert Lewis Henderson, Jr., 36, and Antonio DeMarty Evans, 39, turned themselves in to the Butts County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday at 9 a.m.

Henderson is charged with one count of Murder and one count of Aggravated Assault. Evans is charged with Tampering with Evidence. Nicholas Bryan, 27, was killed during the incident.

Cops arrest mop-headed BLACK cyclist who fatally struck WHITE woman crossing Midtown street
black suspectWhite victimA homeless bike delivery guy was arrested for fatally plowing into a pedestrian on his bike earlier this year.

Dameon Doward, 41, was charged in Manhattan Criminal Court Thursday for second-degree reckless endangerment for allegedly running into Donna Sturm, 67, in Midtown in April, cops said.

Police say the Brooklyn woman was crossing the street at the crosswalk outside 37 West 57th Street at around 1:38 p.m. on April 24 when Doward — who was on a delivery run for Postmates, according to his lawyer — ran into her.

First responders rushed her to Cornell Hospital, where she died on 10 days later on May 4.
Doward, who ran a red light before striking Sturm, remained at the scene. He told cops his gears malfunctioned and his brakes failed. He was initially issued a summons and released. “I just use my feet to stop. I saw that the light was red and tried to stop but I collided with her,” Doward told NYPD immediately the crash, according to the police report. But police were unable to locate him in the months after the collision — until Wednesday, when cops caught him hopping a subway turnstile, Manhattan Assistant District Attorney Erin LaFarge said in court Thursday. LaFarge said police were unable to locate Doward for months because he had relocated from a homeless shelter in Sunnyside, Queens to one in Brooklyn. Dressed in all black, Doward looked gloomy and remorseful and kept silent while defense attorney Gurmeet Singh urged leniency from Judge Anne Swern. - (Black-on-white)

EITHIOPIAN NEGRO BEHEADED his white 'wife' and mixed-race daughter before suiciding his evil self
A Harlem dad who beheaded his wife and murdered his (illegitimate mixed-race) daughter before killing himself had issued a dire warning that he was not going to “lose” a bitter divorce battle with his wife, according to a report. All three — wife Jennifer Schlecht, daughter Abaynesh and husband, Yonathan Tedla — were found dead in their apartment Wednesday night.

“He said he was not going to lose, that he always wins,” Schlecht’s father Kenneth Schlecht told The New York Times.

Law enforcement sources believe Tedla decapitated the mom with a knife, then slit the girl’s throat before hanging himself from the girl’s bedroom door.

Schlecht, a career humanitarian who fought to protect women and girls in poor, war-torn countries, was found on her bathroom floor with her head laying in her lap, sources told The Post.

She called her father in tears on Sunday over the husband’s threats, the dad said.
“She didn’t know if he would carry on with the threats,” Kenneth, 75, told The Times. - (Black-on-white)

(white) Man Found Tied To Bed With Massive Head Wound Was Robbed, Killed By Suspected Escort
black suspectblack suspectWhite victimPHILADELPHIA (CBS) — Police sources say a man who was found slashed, beaten and partially tied to a bed in his Rhawnhurst home was killed after he was robbed by a suspected escort. A neighbor alerted police something was wrong on the 8400 block of Algon Avenue after hearing screams or yelling around 3 a.m.

When authorities arrived, they found 59-year-old Al Chernoff had a large wound on his head, gashes on his chest, and was naked and partially tied to his bed.

“He cared more about his animals than himself. He would have starved before his animals would have ever had to go without food,” Blake Martin from the Animal Care & Control Team said. “It’s a big hole in the cat rescue community.”

Detectives say Chernoff was found dead inside the bedroom of his Rhawnhurst duplex. They say he had a large wound on his head, gashes on his chest, and was naked and partially tied to his bed. Investigators want to speak with "a woman" who was seen leaving the home around 3 a.m. Tuesday. Police sources say "she" is the likely suspect in the killing.

Several animal rescue organizations have taken in Chernoff’s 11 cats, three turtles and two frogs.  - (Black-on-white)

(black) Suspect charged with murder after (White) homeowner dies months after home invasion
black suspectWhite victimOKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) – Authorities have charged a suspect with first-degree murder after a 70-year-old Oklahoma City homeowner died from gunshot wound complications following a violent home invasion in August.

According to a police report, John Heimer was asleep in his bedroom in the dark when he woke up to a man in a dark hoodie and a ski mask pointing a gun at him.

When the suspect demanded the combination to Heimer’s safe, he grabbed the suspect by the throat and grabbed his phone. That’s when the suspect allegedly grabbed Heimer’s phone and shot him in his left knee. Heimer then grabbed a machete and tried to chase the suspect out of his home, according to police. Heimer was transported to an area hospital where he was treated and released but as time went by, Heimer developed an infection and died October 26.

After an investigation by police, Tyron A. Davis, 26, has now been charged with murder in the first degree.
According to the affidavit, Davis knew Heimer and had been to the home in the past. Heimer’s roommate reported seeing the suspect and described the gun used as a silver revolver with a pearl handle. During the investigation, officers observed a photo of Davis holding the same type of gun that was used in the invasion described by Heimer’s roommate. - (Black-on-white)

(black) Armed Suspect Killed By Police In Cottage Grove After Sexual Assault, Stealing Vehicles & Home Invasion
black suspect White victimsMINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) —  Officials in Cottage Grove say a man is dead after a series of crimes that include sexual assault, stealing vehicles and invading a home Monday morning.

According to Maplewood police, the incident started around 8 a.m. when a man with a gun confronted a woman who was walking into her workplace in Maplewood. Police say he forced the victim into her car and told her to drive 6 miles to her home in St. Paul. That’s where he allegedly sexually assaulted her.

Police say he then stole her vehicle and drove to Cottage Grove’s Hidden Valley neighborhood. At around 8:30 a.m., the suspect used a handgun to steal a second vehicle from a residence.

At around 9 a.m. the suspect entered a residence in the same  neighborhood, with four family members inside, Cottage Grove Director of Public Safety Pete Koerner said. WCCO  spoke with a woman who says it was her family that was in that house. She wasn’t at home at the time.

“A gunman came into our house, barged right in, and went into our living room where my mom was, pointed a gun at her face and said, ‘Do you have any guns in the house?’ What’s going on?” Ally Patterson explained. “They were screaming that there were no guns and nothing is here. He said he didn’t want to harm anybody, he wanted to kill himself and just needed space to think.”

Patterson says the suspect pointed his gun at her parents’ heads multiple times before moving into their garage. That’s when her family made their escape to the neighbor’s house.  “He eventually came out in my dad’s truck from the garage and crashed the truck into a tree in my neighbor’s yard,” Patterson said.

Officials say the suspect, armed, then fled on foot before he eventually encountered police from several agencies. According to Koerner, a Cottage Grove officer and an officer from a neighboring agency fired their service weapons, killing the man.

‘He Looked Like He Was Dead’: Family Of Man Paralyzed After Fight Outside McDonald’s Unsure If He Will Walk Again
black suspect White victimSuspect gender 'FEMALE' - race: African American
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — The family of a man who is now paralyzed following a fight with several women outside a McDonald’s downtown is not sure if he will ever walk again.

Pittsburgh Police say they received calls about a man in the street who had been punched unconscious and a female who had been pepper-sprayed outside the McDonald’s on Wood Street around 10:15 p.m. Monday night. Police say surveillance video shows an argument staring with an unknown male and the man and woman inside the McDonald’s. The argument spilled outside, and that is when the man was knocked unconscious.

The man, 62-year-old Marc Conn, is fighting to walk again at Allegheny General Hospital after undergoing a five-hour surgery on his spine. His family said he could not speak because his vocal cords were crushed, along with one side of his face. All I saw in the video is him fall face first and he looked like he was dead,” said family member Jen Belajac. “He wasn’t moving.”

Belajac said Conn, of the South Hills, was with his longtime girlfriend Billie Jo Goldsworthy and their dog when the assault happened. They were headed to the Greyhound bus station when they were attacked, Belajac said. “Couple kids started throwing pop bottles,” Beljac said. “They threw them on his girlfriend’s head, so they went into the McDonald’s to get away.”

Once inside the McDonald’s on Wood Street, Belajac says things got worse. According to a criminal complaint, a male followed them in and began arguing with Goldsworthy. When Conn tried to pull his girlfriend away, police say two McDonald’s employees intervened Roneese Davis and Kaniya Martin — and could be seen pushing and punching the woman.
Police say Conn punched back and the couple was then pushed by employees from the restaurant. Police said Conn’s girlfriend continued to argue with employees and customers outside before she was pepper-sprayed, dragged to the ground by her hair and punched repeatedly.

The video shows Conn on the phone, and police say he was trying to call 911. The criminal complaint states Conn sees Goldsworthy on the ground and attempts to assist her and is then struck from behind by Davis. Video footage shows Davis punching Conn once into the back of the head, causing Conn to fall face-first onto the pavement.

“He was paralyzed from the neck down,” Belajac said. “He couldn’t feel nothing.” Davis has been arrested on aggravated assault charges. Police have not yet filed any charges against the second employee or anyone else involved. - (Black-on-white)

Black Female Suspect Attacked Elderly (White) Woman On SEPTA Bus After Plastic Bag Touched Her
black suspect White victimPHILADELPHIA (CBS) — A 70-year-old woman is badly injured after she was attacked on a SEPTA bus. Transit police are now working to track down the female suspect who they caught on surveillance video.

The victim is still in the hospital dealing with serious facial injuries Wednesday night.

A close family friend of the victim says that the attack occurred after the plastic bag that the victim was holding touched the woman riding next to her, setting her off. “She’s somewhat special needs — totally capable out and about all day, everyday and she’s a hard worker but she comes here to feel safe, to feel protected,” friend of the victim Dana Gibson-Rogers said. Police say the 70-year-old woman was attacked by a stranger while riding on the Route 70 bus around 7 p.m. Tuesday.

“She was in my kitchen just profusely bleeding. She had a rag up to her face and I just saw her and I hugged her,” Gibson-Rogers said.  According to SEPTA police, the incident occurred shortly after the suspect boarded the bus across the street from Curran-Fromhold Correctional Facility on State Road.

The victim told those close to her that the woman sat next to her on the bus, then became upset about a plastic bag the victim was holding, and unleashed. Gibson-Rogers says a winter jacket was in the plastic bag.

“She’s got multiple breaks on her face including her nose and her orbital bone,” Gibson-Rogers said.

The suspect is described as a black female in her 30s, with black hair.
She was last seen wearing a black jacket, yellow shirt, black pants and black shoes. - (Black-on-white)

Sheriff: (white) Women dumped near Apopka church were stabbed, shot (by black pimp)
black suspectWhite victimsORANGE COUNTY, Fla. - An arrest has been made in connection with the deaths of two women who were found dumped near an Apopka church in May, according to the Orange County Sheriff's Office.

The deaths of Kristina Upchurch, 34, and Nicole Evans, 37, were ruled as a double homicide early on in the investigation.  Orange County Sheriff John Mina said Evans suffered two gunshot wounds to the head and multiple stab wounds, and Upchurch was stabbed multiple times.

On Thursday, Mina said 26-year-old Pablo Antonio Tavarez had been arrested in connection with Upchurch's death, and he's expected to be charged in connection with Evans' death as well.

Deputies said that based on signs of decomposition, Evans' body was dumped on Orange Blossom Trail about three weeks before Upchurch's body was placed in the same spot. While the investigation is still ongoing, Mina said investigators believe the two women were prostitutes and Tavarez hired them. Forensic evidence led authorities to identify Tavarez as a suspect, officials said.
He is facing a first-degree murder charge. - (Black-on-white)

(white) 18-year-old murder defendant killed in party shooting; (black) suspect sought
black suspectWhite victimTwo people were shot – one of them fatally – at a large party early Sunday in Etowah County, and now authorities are on the hunt for a suspect.

Attalla police and Etowah County sheriff’s deputies responded just before 2 a.m. to a 911 call of a shooting at 525 Country Road. When lawmen arrived on the scene, they found two people had been wounded by gunfire and transported via private vehicle to separate hospitals.

Sheriff’s officials said they learned that roughly 80 to 100 people were at the party when reportedly a single gunshot was fired. After the gunshot, everyone quickly fled the scene.

Alli Grace Tucker, age 21, of Crossville, taken to Gadsden Regional Medical Center and shortly released after treatment of a gunshot injury below her knee. Kalab Blake Whitworth, 18, of Gadsden, was transported to Riverview Regional Medical Center and then transferred to UAB Hospital in Birmingham, where he died during surgery. Whitworth had been shot in the chest.

The investigation shows, officials say, that a black male arrived at the party about an hour prior to the shooting and got into an argument with Whitworth. He fired a single shot striking the victim in the chest. The bullet exited the Whitworth’s back and struck Tucker in the leg, below the knee.

Whitworth is one of two teens charged a Jan. 4, 2018 shooting death in Gadsden. Whitworth was 16 when he was charged in the death of 18-year-old Aaron Joe Huff. He was set to go on trial in January 2020. - (Black-on-white)

black suspectblack suspectblack suspectblack suspectWhite victimONEONTA – State Police held a news conference Monday afternoon to provide an update on the arrest of five people after an alleged murder and arson in Otsego County last week.

Thursday evening, State Police and local firefighters were called to 162 Head Road in Worcester for a report of a structure fire. When first responders arrived, police say it turned into much more.
"They actually discovered that there was a body inside of the residence. You could see it through the front door,” said NYSP Captain Scott Heggelke.

Troopers entered the burning home and pulled 53-year-old Kenneth Robinson from the building. Robinson was deceased and had suffered multiple gunshot wounds. Robinson's two children were staying with him at the time of the incident, but made it out safely before the fire started. Police say Robinson was targeted by the suspects, and the fire was set intentionally in one of the back bedrooms.

"This was not a random attack. The victim was targeted. There's no threat to public safety. And again, we are very confident that everyone that was inside of that residence - we have them in custody," said Heggelke. Nicholas Meridy, 32, along with three minors ages 15 to 17, has been charged with felony second-degree murder and first-degree burglary.

A fifth juvenile has also been charged with first-degree burglary, but not murder.
All five are from Oneonta, and police say one of them is related to Robinson.  - (Black-on-white)

PSYCHO BLACK BRUTE SHOVES (WHITE) woman head-first into subway train in Brooklyn
black suspectA shocking video shows a man shoving a woman into a train at a Brooklyn subway station Wednesday night in what appeared to be an unprovoked attack. The man, hopping up and down and screaming “What!” several times, appears to initially shove somebody else in the 7:20 p.m. incident at the Dekalb Avenue subway station in Fort Greene.
He then pummels the unsuspecting woman with both hands, forcing her to tumble face-first into the idle train.
The NYPD was called to the station, but the crowd had dispersed by the time they arrived.
Cops are working to identify the suspect. It’s unclear if the woman was seriously injured. An FDNY spokesperson said they received a call for an “EDP” — an emotionally disturbed person — at the station, but never transported any patients. - (Black-on-white)

(Black female alien negress) Foster parent arrested, charged with murder after death of (White female) twins in Hinesville
black suspectWhite victims

Hinesville Police say 3-year-old twins, Raelynn and Payton Keyes, were found dead inside a car in September. According to police, Claudette Foster says the girls went missing the morning of Sept. 29. The detective says the children climbed into the car because they weren’t being watched, which is what led to these charges.

The detective says the cruelty charges are a result of Foster’s neglect in supervising the girls. The detective on the case says the fact that she’s not an American citizen played into the judge denying her bond.

The preliminary autopsy report released by the Georgia Bureau of Investigation states the cause of death for the twins was heatstroke and was ruled accidental.

In light of that, detectives explain the second-degree murder charge Foster faces is not that common.

“Murder in the second-degree is essentially when a child dies while they’re being neglected, during the commission of cruelty to children in the second-degree, so that’s why murder in the second degree applies here,” said Det. Wolfe.

According to Hinesville Police Department, Foster was not at the residence when the two girls went missing and that it is not Foster’s home.

"It just became who is responsible for these children and why were the children not supervised. How were they missing for such a period of time that allowed them to get into the yard and into a vehicle and then eventually pass from a heat stroke,” Hinesville Police Department Det. Bryan Wolfe said.

The Georgia division of family and children services gave us a statement saying, “The Division is working closely with law enforcement to investigate this tragedy and to prevent future similar tragedies.” They would not answer many of our questions due to the ongoing criminal case.

Det. Wolfe told WTOC the brothers of the twins were released back into the custody of the biological parents after being deemed fit by the state.  - (Black-on-white)

“They saw a bunch of juveniles gathered in a location and something about what they were doing didn’t seem right and she simply asked them 'hey, are you guys OK,' and for whatever reason that aggravated the group and they ultimately started to attack those two,” Des Moines Police Sgt. Paul Parizek said.

According to a police report, a witness said there was a group of about 20 juveniles that brutally attacked the man, repeatedly kicking and punching him. The woman also had minor injuries.

black suspectWhite victimsMINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — A 38-year-old man was sentenced Friday to 47 years in prison after pleading guilty to killing an Eagan couple with his minivan in a hit-and-run last June.

Jonna Armartey pleaded guilty to two counts of second-degree murder after intentionally striking 74-year-old Roger Peterson and 58-year-old Diane Peterson as they took their nightly walk.

When officers walked up to the van, they found the windshield cracked and damage to the vehicle’s front end. Also, one of the victims’ cell phones was wedged under the passenger side windshield wiper.

In an interview with police, Armartey said the Petersons “freaked him out” and so he ran them over. He told officers he was going fast and “hit them hard”.

Car Crashes Into Oakland Home; Pair Found Fatally Shot Inside Vehicle
black suspectWhite victimWhite victimOAKLAND (CBS SF/AP) — A Dublin man and Daly City woman found dead inside a vehicle that slammed into an Oakland home Saturday morning had been shot to death, authorities said.

Oakland homicide detectives on Monday were trying to determine where the shooting took place. The car — a silver sedan — crashed into a home in the 500 block of Douglas Ave. at 11:07 a.m. and responding officers found the dead couple inside.

KPIX 5 learned Monday the home belonged to Oakland resident (Solomon-Islands-surnamed) Mele Tavake.
It’s scary. My nieces play here,” said Tavake.
She said the only thing saving her house was a refrigerator that happened to be in the driveway.
“It hit the frig and the wheels just spinning,” said Tavake.

No one else was injured in the crash or the shooting. Neighbors told KPIX 5 they heard gunfire but didn’t see who was firing off the rounds. While the couple’s identities had yet to be released by the coroner, investigators said the victims were a 20-year-old Daly City woman and a 20-year-old Dublin man.

Investigators said the couple had come to Oakland to attend last weekend’s Rolling Loud Bay Area (nigro) hip-hop festival at the Oakland Coliseum.

Two (African-American, colored, black, Negro, nword) suspects arrested for murder of a White man during a robbery
black suspectsWhite victimINDIANAPOLIS, Ind. -- A pair of accused killers are behind bars following a deadly armed robbery.

The shooting took place in the 700 block of Edgemont Avenue on the near northwest side.

Police were called to the scene shortly after midnight Saturday morning and found 52-year-old Michael Zdenek Sr. shot to death.

His wife of more than 30 years is still heartbroken by the loss.

“They took my love.  They took my soul mate.  They took my everything,” said Midge Zdenek.

Midge, who suffers from cerebral palsy and is wheelchair-bound, says it all started with the knock at the window.

“Mike went, “I’m going to see who this is,” and that’s the last words I heard from my husband,” said Midge. According to court records, Michael’s next-door neighbor Katrina Griffith lured the victim outside to see about repairing a scratched van.

That’s when the accused gunman, a friend of Griffith's identified as Daequan Adams, ran up with a gun and tried to rob Michael before shooting him multiple times.

It turns out, police believe Michael sold an SUV for a few thousand dollars and the suspects planned to steal that money.

“It’s not worth taking a life.  We need to stop the violence,” said Midge.

After the shooting, Midge says the gunman stormed inside her home and demanded money from the car sale.  Prosecutors say Griffith also went inside her home and waited 40 minutes before she called 911.

According to the affidavit, Griffith initially confessed to police to assisting in the robbery stating she got “used like a pawn.”  She then added, "He should have just went into the house."

Griffith later denied any involvement in the crime. A search of Adams' apartment turned up bloody gloves and a mask like the one used in the robbery.

“He was everything to me.  He took care of me like gold,” said Midge.  “I want them to be behind of bars for the rest of their lives.”

The body of Sabrina Lukosky, 43, who had been reported missing on Oct. 3, was found about 5:15 p.m. Tuesday in the 1200 block of Summit Avenue, according to the San Diego County Sheriff's Department.

Deputies were alerted to a foul odor and served a search warrant at a home in the neighborhood, sheriff's Lt. Michael Blevins said. Second-degree reckless homicide * Possession of a firearm by a felon
According to the criminal complaint, Milwaukee police officers were dispatched to the area near 14th and Orchard shortly before 6 a.m. on Oct. 6. They saw a car with its engine running -- and a woman inside who was unresponsive. The officers broke the window to gain access to the interior of the vehicle -- because it was locked. They performed CPR on the victim -- but were unable to locate a pulse. The victim was identified as Debra Casey.

Inside the car, detectives found a cellphone -- and took it to the Milwaukee Police Department Bureau of Identification. They also located a 9mm casing in the street -- and a "Newport cigarette pack inside of which were ripped corner cut baggies, consistent with drug packaging."  The criminal complaint says forensic investigators recovered fingerprints from the cellphone that were identified as belonging to Trayvonn Brown.

"Essentially, this was all over a telephone; a telephone that was left in a vehicle," said Judge Rosa Barillas.

Court documents say Casey and Brown were in a car together when she tried to "snatch the bag of crack rocks from him" before crashing the car. Brown told police he jumped out before realizing he left his cellphone inside the vehicle. When Brown tried to get back in the car to get the phone, he realized "the girl got scared" and locked the doors. He said he shot once at the car -- trying to scare Casey when the bullet struck and killed her.

Police searching for (black) attackers who beat (White) man inside Waffle House
GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. - Gwinnett County police are looking for two men who were caught on video attacking another man inside the doorway of a Snellville Waffle House.

Channel 2 Gwinnett County Bureau Chief Tony Thomas spoke with the victim, who said he went to the restaurant for a late-night dinner and a waffle for his daughter but left with a broken nose and the realization it could have been a lot worse.

Cell phone video of the Sept. 22 fight shows two men go after the victim and then sucker punching him as he left the restaurant.

Police are trying to identify the two men seen kicking and punching the shirtless man.

The victim, asking not to be identified, told Thomas that it started when he accidentally bumped into one of the men at the cash register.

“He put his finger in my chest and I told him I had no interest in fighting him. I pushed his finger away,” the victim said.

Waffle House security video shows the suspect walking out. About a minute later, the victim walked out.

“He said, ‘Hey. Do you remember me?’ And at that point his friend emerged from between two cars, sucker punching me,” the victim said.

Video shows the man repeatedly punching the victim in the doorway of Waffle House. Ultimately, the victim suffered a broken nose, but fought the men off.

“Once I could control one of them, I could at least save my life. I'm just glad they didn’t come back with a gun or something like that,” the victim said.

(black) Man sought in burglary returns to (White) 92-year-old's Arlington home
black suspect White victimJACKSONVILLE, Fla. - A man who police said is sought in connection with an Arlington home burglary has returned twice to the 92-year-old woman's house, according to her family.  (video of White son at link)

On Aug. 23, the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office released a surveillance image, saying it was trying to identify the man pictured following a burglary and battery that occurred in the Arlington area. Investigators said the man entered a woman's home while she slept, threatened her, hit her and took valuable items.

The woman's family told News4Jax it happened early in the morning on June 5 at the 92-year-old's home in the University Park neighborhood of Arlington and that, since then, the man has trespassed and destroyed property twice -- on Aug. 19 and on Sunday. During the last two incidents, the home was not broken into like it was in June, said the woman's son, whom News4Jax has chosen not to name out of concern for the family's safety.

"They estimated he was in the house for four hours or more late at night, walking around, woke her up. She screamed. He slapped her. He told her to shut up. She did. Had her get back in bed and stay there while he searched the house," the woman's son said. "He kept a bright light in her face. She can’t hear. She kept saying, 'I can’t hear you. I can’t hear you.' So he actually let her get up and put her hearing aids in, so he could tell her he wants money. She said, 'Well, I don’t have money. We don’t keep money in the house.' So he had her get back in bed and said, 'Stay there or I’ll come back and hurt you.'"

The son said she stayed in her bed until sunrise and then called him, so he called police. - (Black-on-white)

‘Total disregard for life’: Sheriff says wanted (black) man went on killing and sexual battery spree in Polk County
black suspectWhite victimTaiwan Blandin is still at large and considered 'armed and dangerous'
POLK, CO. Fla. (WFLA) – Investigators released disturbing new details Wednesday in the murder of an elderly woman in Polk County. A manhunt for the suspect is still underway.

Deputies say 30-year-old Taiwan Blandin killed the 80-year-old woman in Frostproof on Tuesday. The daughter of the victim spoke with 8 On Your Side and identified her as Peggy Schiering.

In a news conference Wednesday, Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd said a “bizarre” and “tragic” chain of events started early Tuesday morning in Fort Meade.

Judd says it all started when Blandin broke into a home in Fort Meade while an 18-year-old girl was asleep inside. The victim told deputies Blandin was standing naked in front of her when she woke up and told her he was going to sexually batter her. The sheriff says Blandin then pulled a knife on the girl, put it to her throat and made her perform oral sex on him.

“He rounded up four firearms from the residence as well,” Judd said. “Two handguns and two rifles.”

Blandin is then accused of “hog-tying” the victim, wrapping her in a blanket, putting her in his car and taking off.

“She said they left Fort Meade and went toward Frostproof,” Judd said. “And she said before we got to Highway 27, he turned on some dirt roads that she didn’t recognize…and he stopped at a dirt path.”

When Blandin stopped at the dirt path, Sheriff Judd says he got out and opened a gate, then got back in his car and drove behind some bushes to a mobile home that was not visible from the road.

The victim told deputies Blandin then went to the front door of the mobile home and knocked.

“She said an elderly lady came to the door with white hair. They had a conversation and (Blandin) went into the residence with her,” the sheriff said.

At that point, deputies say the 18-year-old had freed herself and got into the front seat of the car to take off back toward Fort Meade. She told deputies she pulled into the neighbor’s yard across the street from where she lives so she could use their phone. Blandin still had her cell phone on him, deputies say.

The 18-year-old said just moments later, Blandin pulled in driving the red van she saw outside the elderly woman’s home in Frostproof. Judd says Blandin jumped out of the car and started shooting at the girl, who started running away.

“While he’s shooting at her, he shoots an 81-year-old lady sitting in her wheelchair. It hits her in the foot,” Judd said.

Blandin then jumped back into his own car and took off, Judd says.

When detectives got to the scene to start investigating what happened, the 18-year-old told them she knew who Blandin was. Judd said during his news conference the girl told them Blandin went to school with her boyfriend.

Deputies were then sent to the home where Blandin allegedly took the red van. When deputies got there, Judd says there was smoke in the house because Blandin tried to set it on fire.

When they got inside, deputies say they found an 80-year-old woman who had been shot twice and killed.

“After he executed her, he piled plastic bottles and some kind of cloth on top of the stove and turned the stove on in an effort to set the mobile home on fire,” Judd said.  (more details at link) - (Black-on-white)

(White) Columbus City Schools bus driver stabbed to death in front of home; 3 (negroid afromericans) arrested
black suspectblack suspectsWhite victimFRANKLIN COUNTY, Ohio – Three people are charged in connection to the death of a Columbus City Schools bus driver.
The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office said 54-year-old John Clinedinst was found dead on the porch of his home on Tuesday.
Deputies were called to the 200 block of Darbyhurst Road just after 11 a.m. after someone called 911. Neighbors said they first thought there were new Halloween decorations on the stoop of the house, which is across the street from Carl Frye Park.

The sheriff’s office said 19-year-old Tarayle Glick and 23-year-old Donte Slash are charged with aggravated murder.
Abraham Shears, 52, is charged with felony conspiracy.

According to a sworn affidavit filed by the sheriff’s office, deputies said Slash and Glick waited outside the home for the victim to leave at around 3:30 a.m. on Tuesday. When Clinedinst came outside, Glick blinded the victim with a flashlight while Slash stabbed the victim several times, according to the affidavit. The sheriff’s office said Shears arranged for Clinedinst’s murder.
According to an affidavit, he offered Slash and Glick money and travel to California in exchange for killing Clinedinst.

Court documents indicate Shears once lived at the home on Darbyhurst Road. In January, the Franklin County Prosecuting Attorney filed a complaint against Shears. The complaint said Shears was convicted, or pleaded guilty, to sexual conduct with a minor. Because of his status, he could not live within 1,000 feet of a school. It was a violation for him to live at the Darbyhurst Road home with Prairie Lincoln Elementary nearby. The case was dismissed August 1 as Shears moved out. Neighbors told 10TV it was an ordeal.

Unhinged West African immigrant Lyft driver’s beatdown ruined (White) composer’s ‘illustrious’ career: suit
black suspect White victimA Brooklyn composer’s career was ruined by an unhinged Lyft driver — who beat him senseless when he canceled his ride, the music man claims in a lawsuit filed Wednesday.

Jonathan Melville Pratt, 40, says his “illustrious career” went south around 2 a.m. May 24, 2017, when the Lyft driver — allegedly behind the wheel without a TLC license — slammed him headfirst inside the doorway of a Williamsburg restaurant, knocking him unconscious.
The driver — identified as Kouame Nguessan — also smashed Pratt’s phone on the sidewalk and threw a punch at a woman with him, narrowly missing her face, surveillance video obtained by The Post shows.

More than two years later, Pratt still hasn’t completely recovered physically, having lost the “subtle timing, mobility, concentration, sensitivity to pitch, and stamina” needed to perform as an elite musician, the lawsuit claims.

The suit further claims that the San Francisco-based Lyft “flouted the law” by hiring Nguessan — a West African immigrant from the Ivory Coast — despite him not having a TLC license, and then allowing him to drive without a background check.

Now a judge has decided that the two teens responsible will be held in custody for at least the next 30 days, but only on juvenile charges.

Frederick County Sheriff's deputies found 59-year-old John Marvin Weed of Mount Airy, on the ground unconscious near the midway area of the fairgrounds.

Witnesses told investigators two male juveniles assaulted Weed in an unprovoked attack.
Later that same night, deputies identified and arrested two teens ages 15 and 16.
During a Monday court hearing, it was revealed the incident was sparked by two teenage brothers asking Weed for a dollar.
At some point, words were exchanged resulting in the 16-year-old punching Weed in the back of the head.
After some time had gone by, the 15-year-old jumped in and delivered what turned out to be a fatal punch.

One of the suspects even spit on Weed after he had been knocked unconscious. - (Black-on-white)
