black suspectblack suspectWhite victimsSAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- Exclusive new video from an Uber dash cam shows the intersection at Taylor and O'Farrell Streets around 2 p.m. Sunday -- the moment a couple was hit by a car that ran a red light.
The cars are all moving slowly, at least relative to the Tesla, which is seen speeding up Taylor, through a red light at O'Farrell.

It takes one second for the Tesla to broadside a Mini Cooper, which had the green light, and then hit a couple who were in the crosswalk.

In the video, you can see that Kelly Dean saw the Tesla coming, stopped, and threw her arm across her husband, before the Tesla hit them both, throwing them into the air.

"She was incoherent, gurgling noises, she was on her stomach with her head off to one side," said Bob Navarro, who ran to help the couple and stayed with Kelly, who was unresponsive. "I could see a lot of blood coming from her head and we just kept talking to her, talking to her."
Kelly survived and, as of Monday night, is at San Francisco General Hospital in critical condition.
But her husband, 39-year-old Benjamin Dean, died.
The couple, from the Fresno area, were in San Francisco celebrating their wedding anniversary.

The driver of the rented Tesla, 21-year-old Kelsey Cambridge of Vallejo, was arrested Sunday and booked for involuntary vehicular manslaughter.

("evil" black) Man caught in Virginia, charged in 2 Jacksonville murders (one White victim, one black)
black suspectWhite victimJACKSONVILLE, Fla. - A suspect in two separate Jacksonville murders was tracked down by U.S. Marshals in Virginia and arrested.

John Wilson, 34, was captured Monday morning in Portsmouth, Virginia, thanks to information provided by the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office, the Marshals said.

Wilson is charged with second-degree murder in the July 2018 death of 32-year-old Trevor Neal Matthew. He is also charged with second-degree murder in the April death of 26-year-old Dylan McCurdy.

On July 30, 2018, police responded to InTown Suites on St. Johns Bluff Road, where they learned Matthew had been shot and killed in the parking lot. On April 1, officers were called to Featherwood Drive South, where they found the body of McCurdy lying near the edge of the roadway. Investigators said they determined McCurdy died of a gunshot wound.  In both of these investigations, according to the Sheriff's Office, the evidence and information gathered identified the suspect as Wilson and warrants were obtained in each case.

Lorna Thomas, Matthew's mother, told News4Jax on Monday night that she had never seen or heard of Wilson before. But when detectives told her he had been captured, she said it was the best phone call she had ever received. "When he called me, he joked and said, 'Mrs. Thomas, I’m glad you answered the phone.' I said, 'Thank you, detective.' He said, 'Well, we have an arrest.' And I screamed and cried and praised God," she said as she wore a shirt with a photo of her son printed on it. Thomas said the arrest is a relief, but it doesn't replace her son. Despite the heartbreak, she said she forgives Wilson.

“He needs help," she said. "He needs to think about what he did and just ask the Lord to forgive him for his evil ways.”

(low-IQ black with stupid negro name) demanded about $20 from (white) guy he knew before shooting him to death
black suspectWhite victimCharleston police officers arrested a 25-year-old Hanahan negro they say shot and killed a (White) man last month in downtown’s East Side neighborhood.

Tyquez Travon Simmons of Berkeley Street was taken into custody Monday and charged with murder and possession of a firearm during the commission of a violent crime, police said.

He is suspected in the June 18 shooting of 29-year-old Bryan Cozart near Harris and America streets. When officers converged on that area shortly after 5 a.m. that day, they found Cozart lying in the street between two cars and suffering multiple gunshot wounds, said Charles Francis, a police spokesman. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Arrest affidavits released Tuesday reveal that Cozart and Simmons knew one another and were involved in fight at a Johnson Street apartment before the shooting.

“Detectives know that Tyquez Simmons was brought to Johnson Street ... for the purpose of collecting money,” the affidavits said. “Witnesses ... corroborated that (he) confronted the victim over money owed, which turned into a physical altercation.”

Detectives learned that Cozart was inside the apartment when Simmons started pounding on the rear door and demanded to be let inside, the affidavits said.

Simmons demanded about $20 from the victim during the fight, which was broken up by someone else inside the apartment. Simmons left through the rear door.

Cozart stayed inside but eventually left out the front door, presumably to get to his workplace, Trojan Labor, by 5:30 a.m., the affidavits said.  Following the shooting, witnesses identified Simmons from a photographic lineup.  - (Black-on-white)

(black) ‘Armed And Dangerous’ Suspect Allegedly Yelled ‘Die’ During 8-Year-Old (white?) Boy’s Fatal Stabbing
black suspectadulterous nigger loverWhite victim NEW CASTLE (KDKA) — A man, just out of jail, who is now accused of fatally stabbing his girlfriend’s 8-year-old child in Lawrence County late Monday night has been arrested.
The child is identified as 8-year-old Mark Edward Mason.

Keith Burley, 43, of Edinburg, Pennsylvania, was taken into custody by U.S. Marshals.
Police say the call came in at first as a kidnapping and “rolling domestic dispute,” which means a dispute was occurring inside a vehicle between Burley and his (adulterous) girlfriend, 36-year-old Maram Saada. The woman had her two children inside the car with Burley. (The surname Saada is from ALGERIA)

Trp Jim Long explains, “There was an argument with something to do with the cell phones. It got physical and it went from words to physical abuse.” Police say Saada exited the vehicle at the New Castle Fire Department after being assaulted by Burley. “The female that was involved with the domestic in New Castle City was his current girlfriend, and the two children belonged to that woman,” said Tpr. James Long, of Pennsylvania State Police.

Police say Burley then drove the car with Saada’s 7- and 8-year-old children back to the home on High Street and allegedly fatally stabbed Mason. Three other children witnessed the stabbing, including the boy’s brother, along with a 15-year-old and another 8-year-old.

According to the criminal complaint, the surviving children told police that Burley was yelling, “Die!” during the stabbing. The other children were not injured, according to police. Trp Long says, “He committed the murder with a knife the kids got a glimpse of it and they did the best they could get help.”

State police say Mason’s 7-year-old brother was able to run out of the house and to a neighbor’s home. It was that neighbor who called police.

Police responded to a report of an active shooter situation at a methadone clinic in the 2100 block of Maryland Avenue around 7:09 a.m. When officers arrived they were told by people outside that there was a person inside with a gun who had fired shots inside the building.     (White) Second victim dies in KCK deli shooting; prosecutors charge evil BLACK suspected gunman
black suspectWhite victimKANSAS CITY, Kan. — Police said Friday that a second victim died from a Wednesday shooting that happened at Edwards Original Corner Market and Deli, and a man is charged with killing both victims. Jermelle Byers, 39, is accused of killing 42-year-old Lachell Day and 62-year-old Dennis Edwards. In addition to first and second-degree murder charges, Byers also faces one count of aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer and one count of aggravated assault.

Edwards owned the popular KCK deli at 91 N. Mill Street. His brother told FOX4 on Wednesday that chaos began with an argument between a man and a woman in an SUV. That man is allegedly Byers, the woman is Day.

When Day went inside the store to get something, Byers followed, went inside and started shooting. Edwards said his brother tried to chase Byers out, but he was killed.

“I’m super depressed. He’s my brother. I grew up in that home,” David Edwards said on Wednesday. “I’m gonna say he was the greatest person in the world. He helped people, people would ask for food… He would give it to them.”

Police arrived after the shooting and exchanged bullets with Byers after he pointed a handgun at them. No officers were hurt, and after a two-hour standoff, medics took him to an area hospital. He’s now in the Wyandotte County Jail and is being held on a $500,000 bond.

(surly devious drugged-up unkempt black) man admits to vehicular homicide charge for death of (White) road worker
black suspectWhite victimBILLINGS – A Billings man accused of killing a highway road crew member admitted Tuesday to a felony charge of negligent vehicular homicide.

Ethan James Anderson, 28 of Billings, appeared in Yellowstone County District Court for a change of plea hearing. He was charged last year for the death of 52-year-old Jeff Dykeman, a Montana Department of Transportation road worker who was struck by a truck on Oct. 24.

The crash happened at the I-90 off-ramp on South Billings Boulevard at exit 447 at approximately 3:30 p.m.
Anderson also changed his plea to guilty to two counts of criminal endangerment.
Prosecutors said Anderson was driving under the influence of Difluoroethane at the time of the crash and was severely impaired after ingesting or inhaling the substance.
Court documents also say during the execution of a search warrant a can of Dust-Off,  a dust cleaner that uses compressed gas, with a top detached was located in Anderson’s truck. The product contains Difluoroethane, a chemical known to cause a high if inhaled. The maximum penalty for vehicular homicide is (only) 30 years in prison.

Anderson is scheduled to appear in a special sentencing hearing in August before Judge Michael Moses. - (Black-on-white)

(SOULLESS DEPRAVED BLACK BEAST) Oklahoma teen gets life without parole for murder of (White) man,  rape
black suspectWhite victimAn Oklahoma teenager has been sentenced to life in prison without the chance of parole for fatally shooting a teacher, plus 290 years for raping an 81-year-old woman and other crimes.

Tulsa County District Judge Kelly Greenough sentenced Deonte Green, 18, on Wednesday. Green entered guilty pleas in March to first-degree murder, 18 other felonies and one misdemeanor.

Prosecutors said Green was 16 on October 1, 2017 when, over the course of one day, he fatally shot Broken Arrow Public Schools teacher Shane Anderson at his home, raped the woman and committed a series of armed robberies. But his contact with police stretches back to when he was just 11.

"This is not a single bad day," Assistant District Attorney Kevin Gray said. "Deonte Green has worked up to this for years. For somebody that age to have this kind of criminal history is staggering."

Green's attorney read a letter in court in which the teen stated he was "not a monster," instead describing himself as a "misunderstood boy."

In her sentencing, Greenough found the teen "irreparably corrupt and permanently incorrigible," which is a standard for imposing life without parole on a defendant who was a juvenile when the crime took place.

"I'm grateful the judge's sentence reflected (Green's) character, his crimes, his inability to live within the boundaries of society," Darcie Anderson, Anderson's widow, said after the decision. "But in the end, nothing's going to bring my husband back. So while I'm glad that justice was served in his case, I would trade anything to have my husband back."

As part of his plea, Green acknowledged stealing a vehicle from an elderly couple on Sept. 30, 2017, then robbing a second elderly man and woman the subsequent day. He forced the couple to drive him to an ATM to withdraw money and eventually robbed another ATM customer who tried to help with the transaction. He admitted to later raping the elderly woman at her home. Green went from that home to the Andersons' home. He held Darcie Anderson at gunpoint in the garage, demanding money, before killing her husband in their living room, according to her victim impact statement.

Green's stepfather, Mario Brown, said the sentence was too severe.
"Deonte is a nice kid. They make him out to be a monster," Brown said.

But Gray, the prosecutor, said Green's conduct just got worse and worse, and that he showed no genuine remorse.
"In a rare situation like this particular situation, justice, I believe, demanded that he stay off the streets forever," he said.

Two (violent black criminals) arrested after (White) victim killed in Saturday home invasion
black suspectWhite victimLUBBOCK, Texas - Two suspects have been arrested and charged in a home invasion Saturday night that left a man dead.

Police report Kyi Baker, 20, and a 14-year-old male are accused of murdering Robert Dendy, 49.

Police responded to reports of two men trying to break into a home near Auburn Street and North Toledo Ave.  Dendy confronted the suspects in an alley and pointed a gun at them and told them to freeze, according to a police report. Investigators report Dendy was shot in the chest by the 14-year-old. Dendy was taken to UMC where he later died.

LPD patrol officers were able to quickly identify the suspects. By 10:30 p.m., less than two hours after the original call, officers located Baker and the 14-year-old at an apartment complex near 11th street and Bangor Ave. By 6 a.m. Sunday, both Baker and the juvenile were charged with murder. Investigators report the two suspects specifically targeted the home they were breaking into. Baker told police he and the juvenile were trying to steal a safe that they suspected contained drugs, money and an AR-15 rifle. Baker is held on a $100,000 bond.  - (Black-on-white)

(black) Man charged in SE Portland hit-and-run crash that killed (two White) sisters appears in court
black suspectblack suspectWhite victims PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) - The man accused of killing two sisters in a hit-and-run crash in southeast Portland made his first appearance in a Multnomah County courtroom Wednesday afternoon.

Antonio Montgomery, 20, is facing five charges including two counts of manslaughter in the deaths of 60-year-old Charlene Hauth and her sister, 59-year-old Robin Macready.

The two sisters were in the same car Monday when investigators say Montgomery blew through a red light at Southeast 148th and Powell, hitting them.

Hauth died at the scene and Macready passed away at the hospital.

Police say Montgomery ran off and was later found hiding in the backyard of a nearby home.

Investigators say all of that was after Montgomery caused a separate hit-and-run crash a few minutes earlier near SE 162nd and Powell.

Witnesses told police Montgomery was driving between 50 and 80 miles per hour down Powell when he was involved in the two crashes.

After leaving the scene of the deadly crash, police say a homeowner found Montgomery hiding in their shower. They told officers he offered them money in exchange for their car, but when they said no, he kept running.

Another homeowner said Montgomery showed up at his patio door asking if he could come in, then jumped in the backyard pool to hide. That’s where he was ultimately arrested.

We’ve learned he already had a warrant out for his arrest in Clackamas County for driving while suspended and was just convicted in April for attempting to elude. Cocaine charges were dropped in that case as part of a plea deal.

Police say Montgomery was also one of the so-called “Track Suit Bandits” arrested last year after a string of armed robberies. In that case, he plead guilty to lesser charges of unlawful possession of a weapon.

Meanwhile, Brian Hauth, the son of Charlene Hauth and nephew of Robin Macready, told FOX 12:

“I want the community to know the damage this man caused and the goodness he erased from this world. I want the people, especially the judicial system, to be forced to do their job this time by being under the watchful eye of as many citizens as we can muster. I and my family need this man to not get out anytime soon like he did for his last charges. We need no more innocent people dead.”

The family of the victims will be holding a candlelight vigil at the scene of the crash at SE 148th and Powell Thursday at 8:30 p.m. The public is welcome to attend. - (Black-on-white)

(COWARDLY VOLATILE LOW-IQ black) 17-year-old shoots, kills mechanic in argument over bill, police say

ST. LOUIS — A 17-year-old and his mother are facing charges after police said the 17-year-old shot and killed a mechanic in an argument over repair costs.

Isaiah Gholson, 17, was charged with murder and four other charges while Ranada Anthony, 39, was charged with failure to report a shooting and two other charges in connection with the Tuesday shooting death of Kerry Charley.

Police said Charley worked on cars out of his home on Prairie Avenue in north St. Louis. On Tuesday, Gholson and Anthony came to the home to get Gholson's BMW after getting some repairs done. Police said an argument about the price of the repairs broke out. Gholson and Anthony tried to take the car without paying, but Ghoulson eventually shot and killed Charley, according to charging documents.

Police said Gholson also shot Charley's girlfriend in the back as she ran away from the home. She survived the shooting, and police said she picked Gholson and Anthony out of photo lineups. Neither person reported the shooting to police. Officers said both have denied even being at the home, but Charley's records show he was working on the BMW registered to Anthony.

Gholson was charged with first-degree murder, first-degree assault, failure to report a shooting and two counts of armed criminal action. He was not given bond. - (Black-on-white)

black suspect'nigger lover'white victimwhite victimDELTONA — A mother and daughter were shot to death in Deltona by the mother’s boyfriend who then apparently shot himself dead in an apparent murder-suicide discovered by deputies on Tuesday night, the Sheriff’s Office said.

Deputies found the bodies of Nancy Russo Eads, 56, her daughter Lisa Ferraro, 32, and Richard Murray, 58, when they entered a house at 610 Nardello Drive about 9:33 p.m., according to the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office.

Murray left a note apologizing to his two adult sons for what he did, Sheriff Mike Chitwood said.
The mother and daughter were believed to be talking about the legal process of evicting Murray when he got a gun and shot the women, Chitwood said. Chitwood described Murray as the mother’s longtime boyfriend.

The scene was discovered after the daughter’s husband grew concerned because he had been unable to contact his wife for more than four hours, the sheriff said. Deputies arrived and found the door to the home unlocked and the bodies inside.
He said they had not had any domestic violence calls to the house in the past 12 years. He said he believed that the Sheriff’s Office did have four calls to the house in 2011, but they were not related to domestic violence.  - (Black-on-white)

'I apologize for what happened;' (Black) Person of interest in shooting of Ofc. Langsdorf admits he was at shooting scene
black suspectblack suspectWhite victimST. LOUIS (KMOV.com) -- A person of interest in the fatal shooting of a local police officer was booked in the St. Ann Jail Friday evening.

Kawynn Smith said he is the person of interest in the investigation of the fatal shooting of North County Cooperative Officer Michael Langsdorf.

The 58-year-old admitted he was outside Clay’s Wellston Food Market moments before Bonette Kymbrelle Meeks shot and killed Langsdorf on June 23. "I was in the car, but I did not know what was going on inside," Smith said. Smith said he was in the passenger seat with Meeks that afternoon. "I had found some checks. I gave them to [Meeks] and he wanted to go cash them," Smith said. "Was that a good check?" News 4's Venton Blandin asked.  "No," Smith responded.

According to court documents, Smith has a history of writing bad checks dating back to the 1980s.  Smith said he knew about the bad check Langsdorf was called to the store about. Meeks was trying to cash the check when he allegedly shot Langsdorf.
When asked why he gave the check to Meeks, Smith said, "Just stupid, I guess. Stupid on my part." - (Black-on-white)

(black) Walmart murder suspect tells victim's father why he pulled trigger
black suspectWhite victimBEREA, S.C. — The man accused of shooting a man inside an Upstate Walmart told the victim's father why he pulled the trigger. Greenville County deputies arrested Braylon Lamar Morris, 33, Friday following a fatal shooting inside a Walmart in Berea, South Carolina on White Horse Road. Morris is charged with murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime. If convicted, he could serve up to 30 years in jail for murder, five for possession.

The coroner identified the victim as 45-year-old Michael Jason Deck. Mike Deck was in bond court Saturday morning. Deck told media he is the father of the victim, and that while he didn't often see his son, Jason was respectful. The judge allowed Morris to address Deck during the bond hearing.

Morris told Deck the reason he shot his son was because the victim introduced Morris to another person, and that third person "got him (Morris) (expletive) all the way up." The victim's father did not want to appear on camera, but told media after Saturday morning's bond hearing that he hates that his son "...was shot over what somebody else did."

Morris is being held without bond.  - (Black-on-white)

17-year-old criminal driver (WITH NEGRO NAME)  in Nashville hits police car, killing (White) officer, police say
black suspectWhite victimThe driver, Jayona Brown, faces charges that include vehicular homicide by recklessness and felony evading arrest.
A Tennessee officer was killed in a fiery crash early Thursday morning when a 17-year-old driver ran into his police car, authorities said.

The Metropolitan Nashville Police Department announced the death of officer John Anderson, 28, in a tweet.

"It was extreme sadness that the MNPD confirms the on-duty death of Central Precinct Officer John Anderson," the department wrote on Twitter Thursday morning.

The crash happened at around 3 a.m. when a Ford Fusion driven by 17-year-old Jayona Brown went through a flashing red light and struck Anderson's car "very, very hard" in the intersection, police spokesman Don Aaron said at a news conference.

The force of the crash caused Anderson's car to spin, slam into a utility pole and catch fire, (BURNED ALIVE?)
Anderson, a four-year veteran with the department, died at the scene.

Moments before the crash, a different officer passed Brown driving with her high-beams on. Aaron said she did not dim her lights for the officer or other oncoming traffic.

The officer began pursuing the car, attempting to stop it. Brown slowed down but "took off" when the officer turned on his siren, according to Aaron. Aaron said the officer checked to see if the car had been reported stolen and because it had not, stopped pursuing the vehicle. Police believe Officer Anderson was on his way to provide backup to a colleague when he was hit.
Brown was hospitalized with injuries that are considering not life threatening. An 18-year-old passenger in her car was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries, Aaron said. - (Black-on-white)

Salt Lake Maverik clerk stabbed, killed in confrontation outside store - by BLACK AFRICAN from the IVORY COAST
black suspectWhite victimSALT LAKE CITY — A convenience store clerk was stabbed and killed early Wednesday and a friend was also stabbed during a confrontation outside the store, police said.

Tukka Gonne, of Salt Lake City, the man accused of killing the clerk, is only 21, but already has multiple arrests for assault and alcohol-related offenses.

Police have not yet released the names of the victims, but the clerk was identified by family and friends as 40-year-old Joseph "Joey" Allen.

The incident happened at Maverik, 1270 S. Main, about 3:30 a.m. A group of four people was hanging out at the store before the confrontation occurred. "There were some issues with them being on the property," said Salt Lake police detective Greg Wilking. "They were asked to leave and a fight broke out."

When the clerk and his friend who was with him went outside the store, the friend pulled out something that appeared to be a pipe, Wilking said. "The surviving victim was holding a long cylindrical object, later discovered to be a metal rod, in his hand. He then swings or throws the object at the males," a Salt Lake County Jail report states. One of the victims was then knocked to the ground and a fight ensued in the parking lot. Surveillance video shows the group of four then moving from the northeast end of the parking lot to the southwest end, the report states.
That's when Gonne pulled out a knife and stabbed the two men, Wilking said. "The video shows (Gonne) come up behind the victims with a large shiny object in his right hand. (Gonne) thrusts the object toward the victims," according to the report.
"One victim is taken into the store, where he collapses and dies. The surviving victim was stabbed several times." In this case, Wilking said detectives don't believe an argument of self-defense is valid because Gonne and the others had the chance to walk away rather than engage in a fight.

The friend was hospitalized in serious but stable condition. "He's expected to hopefully recover," Wilking said.
Detectives tracked down Gonne and a teenager in a nearby neighborhood and arrested them about 4:10 a.m. - (Black-on-white)

A GoFundMe page set up to benefit Hetland's two children has raised $27,000 as of Saturday. And the reward posted to find his killer has nearly doubled in the last two days to $64,500.

Hetland was shot by a masked gunman at Teezers Bar & Grill, where he'd apparently gone for a bite with a friend. Police said Hetland jumped over the bar to try to stop the robbery and was fatally shot in the struggle with the suspect.

Hetland’s funeral service has been scheduled for 11 a.m. Wednesday in the A.F. Seibert Chapel at Carthage College. He wanted people to be happy, so we think he was taking a little scenic ride on the way to a friend’s house,” said Cynthia Fletcher.

(White female) Mail carrier files suit, says she was target of racial harassment from black co-workers
A white South Toledo woman has filed a civil lawsuit in federal court against the Postmaster General for ongoing racial harassment she says she received from African-American co-workers while employed at a West Toledo post office.

Deb S. White, a letter carrier who was employed by the United States Postal Service for more than 24 years, filed a lawsuit in U.S. District Court Thursday against Postmaster General Megan Brennan — the executive officer for the nation’s postal service — for harassment and hostility while she was assigned to work at the Toledo-Reynolds Corners Station, 6020 W. Bancroft St., according to the complaint.

Beginning in July, 2018, Ms. White claims she became a target of bullying from co-workers, who were African-American. The harassment consisted of verbal taunts, raised voices, and staring — which varied in intensity each day — but became a regular occurrence, Ms. White’s attorneys, Catherine Killam and Matthew Bryant, wrote in the complaint.  - (Black-on-white)

(filthy black) Defendant throws feces at (White female) Miami judge, gets acquitted on burglary charges
black suspect White victimA defendant charged with burglary decided to play dirty during his criminal trial in a Miami-Dade courtroom on Friday. Dorleans Philidor, 33, was reportedly sitting in a wheelchair next to Miami-Dade Circuit Judge Lisa Walsh, when court officials say he tried to throw his feces at her. The excrement missed, but the Miami Herald reported Philidor yelling, "It's protein! It's good for you!" During the incident, the bailiff yelled for Walsh to run as police and corrections officers ran into the courtroom. Witnesses reportedly saw Philidor eat some of the bowel movement as well.

“It was intense. The corrections officers and police officers were swarming. Like 60 of them,” witness Allen Rios told the Miami Herald. “They told everyone to leave and you couldn’t go back in. It was a hazardous area.”

Once the incident concluded, the courtroom was closed for cleaning, and Walsh moved the closing arguments to another courthouse later on Friday morning.  After they returned, the jurors found Philidor not guilty in the burglary crime, but he will stay behind bars because of a separate grand theft auto case.
It's not clear what charges he will face for his fecal outburst.

A day earlier, Sigler said Philidor also defecated on himself and spread it over the walls and his body in a holding cell next to the courtroom. After officials took him away, half of the courthouse's second floor was closed. Thursday’s outburst prompted a doctor's evaluation, which determined he was well enough to be present at Friday's trial. - (Black-on-white)

black suspect White victimEDMOND, Okla. — The mother of a baby who was slammed to the ground while in a car seat last month is speaking out, saying she's just glad the baby was still strapped in during the incident. Surveillance video shows that around 7:40 p.m. May 24, Dusti Counts was loading her groceries outside the Crest Foods at 2200 W. 15th St. in Edmond when a DRUG-CRAZED BLACK 17-year-old PERVERT walked up to her vehicle and slammed the baby carrier, with 1-year-old Jenzen inside, to the ground.  "(The car seat) kept him in there, fortunately," Counts said. The car seat protected Jenzen, who is recovering after suffering a bruise. "He was screaming. Naturally, I got him out of the car seat as fast as I could to make sure, like, if he had bumps or bruises or was bleeding," Counts said.

The 17-year-old ran off but was detained after he jumped on a car and exposed himself, police said. The teen told officers that he had smoked marijuana that was laced with another drug, possibly acid or PCP. Police are asking for the public's help in finding whoever is dealing the laced drugs.     Truck driver acted in self-defense during shootout on Flamingo Road, police say
black nword suspectWhite victimDAVIE, Fla. - A driver who was killed in a shootout with another man on a busy Davie road Friday afternoon acted in self-defense, police said.
Sgt. Mark Leone, a spokesman for the Davie Police Department, said Keith Byrne, 41, was on the phone with a friend while driving a utility truck on Flamingo Road when he accidentally cut off a blue BMW.  When Byrne stopped at a red light on Eighth Street and rolled down the window to apologize, a passenger in the BMW got out, armed with a gun, and approached Byrne's truck, Leone said. The friend who was on the phone with Byrne throughout the ordeal heard Byrne say, "My bad," before the call was disconnected, Leone said.  Byrne and the man in the BMW, later identified as Andre Sinclair Jr., 22, exchanged gunfire, Leone said.

Byrne was shot in the chest and died at the scene, while Sinclair, who police said was in the BMW with his baby and his baby's mother, later died at Broward Health Medical Center.

"We are in shock -- all of us. We are all just numb," Byrne's mother, Irene Colavolpe, said. "He was a wonderful son. He was a great guy." Relatives said Byrne was on the way to see his mother when the shooting occurred.

Byrne's family told Local 10 News he leaves behind three children -- a 21-year-old son and two daughters, ages 19 and 17. They said he was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps.  Police said both drivers had concealed weapons permits; however, Sinclair was the primary aggressor. Authorities said he would have been charged with murder if he had survived the shooting.   - (Black-on-white)

Prosecutor files murder charge against black African from CAMAROON where he murdere a White man
black suspectWhite victimINDIANAPOLIS (WTHR) – The man arrested and charged in the deadly shooting outside an East 82nd Street popular bar went to court for the first time Monday afternoon.
Jean Eyongegbe faces one count of murder in the shooting death of 43-year-old Jason Frazier of Fishers. The two got into a disagreement that escalated after being inside Drake’s.

During his initial hearing for the deadly shooting in the parking, the suspect kept dropping his head crying. Eyongegbe, a native of Cameroon, appeared to have a look of disbelief on his face during the hearing. He barely spoke up to answer the questions from Marion County Superior Court Judge Barbara Crawford.
When officers arrived at Drake's, they found Frazier on the ground shot and 23-year-old shooting suspect Jean Eyongegbe still on scene. Their confrontation reportedly started after they left from inside Drake's where customers play cornhole outside. According to people with Frazier, one of the two men said something about one of the women with Frazier.

During witness interviews, court documents show one of Frazier's friends told investigators Frazier did not see the gun and ran towards Eyongegbe, and Eyongegbe shot Fraziewent back to the SUV and waited for police to arrive.
The shooting suspect's friend who was part of the fight told investigators he heard a 'bam'. Eyongegbe told him he had shot the guy and that they should call 911. They walked back to the SUV, called 911 and waited for the police to arrive. - (Black-on-white)
