(doped-up black African American) Duluth man charged with vehicular homicide and hit-and-run (of a White man)
black suspectWhite victimStanley Brown, a 30-year-old Duluth resident, appeared in court Friday to face charges related to a fatal hit-and-run collision that left Peter Seppanen, a 30-year-old Esko man, dead Tuesday.

Brown was charged with criminal vehicular homicide and leaving the scene of a collision, a crime that could result in a sentence of up to 10 years in prison and/or a fine of $20,000. He also was charged with fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance and second-degree refusal to submit to a chemical test.

At 6:54 p.m. Tuesday, law enforcement was dispatched to the scene of a collision at Horseshoe Bend on 40th Avenue West. There, they found Seppanen lying face-down and unconscious not far from a damaged motorcycle. Witnesses said Seppanen was traveling uphill on 40th Avenue West, when he was struck by a down-bound red Jeep that crossed the center line into his lane of traffic, tossing him into the air upon impact.

A short while later, a vehicle of the same description was located at 52nd Avenue West. Brown was outside the vehicle attempting to change a flat tire. The Jeep had sustained front-end damage to the hood and windshield.

Brown was taken into custody by the Minnesota State Patrol, and a criminal complaint said he was found to be in possession of 1.47 grams of marijuana.

After smelling what seemed to be alcohol on Brown’s breath, Duluth police asked him to submit to a breath test, but he failed to provide a large enough sample, despite three separate attempts.

In a police interview the following day, the complaint says Brown admitted to operating the vehicle at the time of the collision and confessed that he had been drinking prior to the incident. Brown also reportedly said he may have been looking at his phone and took a turn too wide. He said he never saw the motorcycle until the collision occurred. Following the impact, Brown told police he continued to drive to the bottom of the hill, where he stopped to change a flat tire.
Brown lost his license once before in January of 2018 for impaired driving and had a prior controlled substance conviction in Cook County, Ill.  - (Black-on-white)

(AND YET ANOTHER WHITE) South African farmer in land dispute shot dead by (assumed EVIL BLACK) gunmen
black suspectsWhite victimSouth African police are investigating after a farmer at the center of the country’s highly-charged debate over land ownership was killed in his home by masked gunmen, according to reports.

The murder Sunday of 62-year-old Stefan Smit comes a year after residents of a black township showed up at his vineyard in the country’s world-famous Stellenbosch wine region and erected hundreds of shitty shacks on his hilly property.  Smit was killed when four gunmen entered the house through an unlocked door and shot him,” SAPS spokesman Andre Traut said, according to Independent Online.

“His wife and a family friend who were present at the time of the incident both survived the attack,” Traut was quoted as saying. “The suspects fled with personal belongings and are yet to be arrested.”

It doesn’t appear as if robbery was the prime motive, News 24 reported.

Smit is the second farmer killed in the Western Cape province in less than a month, according to reports.

As he looked over the trespassing squatter shacks on his property Smit told The New York Times that he could no longer “breathe” on his property.

The illegal land grab took place amid the endorsement by South Africa’s ruling party of a policy allowing for the appropriation of land without compensation.

White South Africans, who make up about eight percent of the population, still own most of the country's most productive land, according to the Times. - (Black-on-white)

(black) drug dealer charged with murder (of white drug dealer he knew) who was courageously shot in the back
WOONSOCKET, R.I. (WLNE) – A Woonsocket man has been charged with murder after the victim in a January shooting died months after the incident.

Woonsocket Police said that 26-year-old Claude Holland was arrested by North Smithfield Police on Saturday and was charged with the murder of Christopher Archambault.

Police said Archambault was shot in the back in the area of Elbow and East School Streets on the evening of January 13, 2019. The shooting left Archambault paralyzed below the waist. Archambault died on May 16, and Woonsocket Police said an autopsy revealed the cause of death to be complications from the shooting.

Detectives who had investigated the shooting since January identified Holland as a suspect and obtained a warrant for his arrest on Friday. Holland was picked up by North Smithfield Police on Saturday.

They said that Holland was a suspect early on in the investigation, and after Archambault's death, witnesses began to cooperate with investigators. Chief Thomas Oates III said that the charge was originally felony assault, but since Archambault died, it became a murder investigation. "His death was related to that gunshot wound which in fact makes it a homicide," Oates said.

Chief Oates added that Archambault and Holland had a history together in the drug business, but declined to comment on whether that was a motive for the shooting.  "This was a situation where the two involved in this knew each other and had some type of dealings with each other," he said. Holland has a history with the department. In January, before the shooting, Holland was arrest on weapons charges, and he was also arrested recently for disorderly conduct. - (Black-on-white)

'I just prayed the whole time,' recalls pregnant (White) store clerk beaten during violent armed robbery by two blacks
black suspectsWhite victimGREENVILLE COUNTY, S.C. — A Greenville County convenience store clerk who is five months pregnant was violently beaten and robbed at gunpoint. The store clerk, Logan Adair, spoke  about surveillance video of the whole ordeal that was posted to Facebook. "I just prayed the whole time, 'Please just let me get out of here alive. I want to see my kids again... Don't let them kill me. Don't let them shoot me,'" she said.  The armed robbery was reported Monday just after midnight at the V-Stop at 5916 Augusta Road, according to Greenville County Sheriff's Lt. Ryan Flood.

When deputies arrived, they learned that Adair had been physically assaulted and forced at gunpoint by two armed men, who entered the store demanding cash, Flood said. After stealing money from the registers, the men left the store on foot, according to Flood. Deputies used K-9 officers to track the men, but the dogs were unsuccessful, according to Flood.

Both of the men were reported as being black, according to Flood. One of the men is described as being about 6 feet tall with a slim build, wearing a red hoodie with jeans and a white face covering. The second man is described as more than 6 feet tall with a slim build, wearing a dark color hoodie with dark pants and a dark face covering. Adair was taken to the hospital for treatment of her injuries.

She said she doing paperwork behind the counter when the robbery began. She said the two men demanded she open the safe and got physical with her when she told them that she had no access to the safe. The video shows one of the men repeatedly striking Adair on the head and face with a gun as she tried to open the cash register. Adair's face still shows a mark above her eye on her forehead where she was struck.

After Adair told the men she was pregnant, she said one of the men kicked her in the stomach.
"They told me that they didn't care, they just wanted the money," Adair said. Along with the cash out of the register, the men took her phone and her wallet, Adair said. She used an app to track her phone down to a street a couple blocks away from the store. She said they took the cash that was in her wallet, but left her phone, credit cards and license. "I also have two girls at home, a 4-year-old and a 1-year-old ...so it's not just me-I have a family," she said. "The whole time I was just thinking I was never going to see my kids or my boyfriend, again. And I was scared they were going to hurt the baby inside of me. It was just really scary," she said. "They could have shot me at any given moment," Adair said. "I had two guns at me." - (Black-on-white)

Larry Brown, 74, was brutally beaten to death with a fire extinguisher at while he was walking to the bus stop in August 2015. Three nword teens were involved in the murder on Greenbriar Road. After killing Brown, they stole $3.

The youngest teenager involved in the crime was sentenced this week: now 18-year-old Ketrellia Harris. She was 14 when it happened. Larry Brown's daughter-in-law Lauren was there for the sentencing Tuesday. She said she locked eyes with Harris. "She did turn around and look at me, and did tell us 'I do apologize for what happened I’m truly, honestly sorry I wish this never happened." Lauren said her exact words were: "I have grown and found myself, and realized at that age I was stupid and I should have done it a lot differently." But the Brown family wasn't buying it.
"I mean she wasn’t showing any remorse at the time, every once in a while you’d see her lift her glasses and act like she was trying to wipe a tear or something." Harris was sentenced to a maximum of 65 months in prison. But her public defender said she will probably only serve 6 months because of time-served in juvenile detention. The Brown family says it's not enough.

D'Angelo Matthews and Christopher Shakel Williams
are the other two involved, both charged with Murder.
Williams is serving a 20-year prison sentence and Matthews is serving a 25-year prison sentence. - (Black-on-white)

Robbers execute white couple in 'racist attack' after teenager and his girlfriend run out of fuel and are left stranded on South African motorway
black suspectblack suspectblack suspectWhite victimsJohanco Fleischman, 19, and girlfriend Jessica Kuhn, 23, were executed in cold blood as they waited on a motorway bridge for a family friend to bring them a can of diesel to get them going. Two employees sitting in the back of the car with the couple were brutally beaten by the killers but spared death and have described the horrific double murder to shocked police in detail.

It is understood the attackers walked past the car and murmured a racial insult at Fleischman before opening fire.   The two witnesses told cops the Toyota Hilux had run out of diesel on the N12 West near Benoni some 20 miles east of Johannesburg and butcher Johanco had called a friend for help.

As they waited for rescue they said three men walked past the car and then walked back hissing the word 'umhulungu' at Johanco - a derogatory phrase for a white man.
One of the men then pulled a revolver without warning and fired at least nine bullets, hitting Johanco several times in the body.
As he slumped into the road the gunman leaned into the cab and killed Jessica with a single shot to the head, before they stealing her mobile phone. Then in an attempt to cover their tracks they set fire to the inside of the Toyota with a lighter.

Jessica was slumped dead in the passenger seat, Johanco on the road, and the two badly beaten workers had fled for their lives.
A passing motorist saw the truck on fire and used a fire extinguisher to put out the flames and then saw the bodies.
He called the emergency services who were quickly at the scene. The attack happened in broad daylight at 11am and police and medical services were quickly there but the couple were declared dead at the scene. Gauteng Police Commissioner Elias Mawela has set up a specialist task team to track the three cold blooded killers. - (Black-on-white) - (Darkest Africa)

In Danish tourist's killing near New Orleans East hotel, (black) woman booked with murder
black suspectWhite victimPolice have arrested a woman suspected in the deadly shooting of a Danish tourist in New Orleans East last week, authorities announced Thursday.
Brandy Myles, 36, faces a count of second-degree murder following the slaying of Poul Hansen, 44, who was found dead early Saturday from a bullet wound to the head in the 4200 block of America Street.  First responders recovered Hansen's body a few blocks away from a Super 8 motel on Chef Menteur Highway where he and fellow motorcycle riders from Denmark were staying during a trip across the United States.  Without elaborating, police said they identified Myles as a suspect in Hansen's killing. She was initially taken into custody in Jefferson Parish in an unrelated case and then transferred to New Orleans jail, where she was booked with murder, police said.  Myles faces mandatory life imprisonment if eventually convicted of murder.

Hansen belonged to "Blood of Heroes," a motorcycle riders' group composed of Danish war veterans, according to a social-media post. He had shared dinner with some compatriots before he separated from the group and was reported missing.
Though he was found dead the next morning, Hansen wasn't identified until Monday.  An attorney for Hansen's family said the victim was missing some of his belonging, making his loved ones suspect that he died at the hands of a robber.  - (Black-on-white)

(black) Suspect in FDNY savage beatdown of White firefighter defending elderly couple claims he didn't do nothin
black suspectblack suspects White victimThe teen accused of attacking an off-duty FDNY firefighter who told them to stop harassing an elderly couple on the Upper East Side claimed Thursday that he and his pals are the real victims.

“He assaulted my friend and I had to defend my friend,” lied Damir Johnson, 17, as he was led into Manhattan Criminal Court for his assault arraignment, wearing a white T-shirt with a black and gray Reebok design.

The teen — who is also named in court documents as “Diamar Johnson” — was earlier walked from the 19th Precinct station house, where he faced jeers and hard stares from about 75 uniformed FDNY members.

Johnson was allegedly among a dirty uncivilized black animal pack of a half-dozen teens hassling an elderly couple on East 86th Street near Second Avenue on Saturday morning, authorities said.

When an off-duty smoke-eater saw what was going on, he stepped in and told Johnson and his friends — two boys and three girls, who a source said are not expected to face charges — to knock it off.

But instead, they turned their attention to the firefighter, with Johnson allegedly knocking him to the ground then punching and stomping him, leaving him with a concussion and several broken teeth, cops said.  - (Black-on-white)

(black DEMONIC KILLER) sentenced to DEATH for murdering (WHITE) couple at Cleveland car dealership
Joseph McAlphineJoseph McAlphineMichael and Trina Kuznik CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - The man convicted of killing a couple who owned a car dealership in Cleveland was sentenced to death by Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas Judge Brian Corrigan on Tuesday.
Joseph McAlpin was sentenced for 10 charges, including two counts of aggravated murder, stemming from the deadly robbery in April of 2017.

On May 16, the jury assigned to McAlpin’s trial deliberated for approximately 30 minutes before recommending the death sentence as punishment. Judge Corrigan honored the jury’s recommendation by finding capital punishment fit for McAlpin’s crimes. The death sentence will now be appealed directly to the Supreme Court of Ohio.
McAlpin was convicted in April of killing Trina Tomola, Michael Kuznik, and their dog at the married couple’s car dealership, Mr. Cars, on East 185th Street in 2017. The couple’s son found their bodies later that evening. Several cars and cash were also stolen. McAlpin represented himself throughout the trial, which began on March 18.

Family of the victims did not want to address McAlpin in open court during Tuesday’s sentencing, but Cleveland Councilman Michael Polensek was willing to speak. He referred to McAlpin as “a demonic killer” that terrorized the North Collinwood neighborhood. “This crime on Good Friday not only devastated the family and tore that family apart, but devastated the community,” Polensek exclaimed passionately.

Two additional suspects, Jerome Diggs (left) and Andrew Keener, are also charged in connection with the murders.
Jerome Diggs, left, and Andrew KeenerKeener pleaded guilty and testified against McAlpin during his trial, saying McAlpin was the gunman and mastermind behind the deadly robbery.  Keener was scheduled to be sentenced this May, but the proceedings were delayed until a later date after his attorneys requested closure in McAlpin’s legal process first. Diggs has a pretrial court appearance scheduled for June 3. - (Black-on-white)

(black racist) Suspect aimed to kill at least 10 white churchgoers
black suspectWhite victimNASHVILLE, Tenn. – A prosecutor said Monday that a black man charged with fatally shooting a woman and wounding seven people at a Nashville church aimed to kill at least 10 white churchgoers and cited a 2015 massacre at a black church in South Carolina.

Nashville Deputy District Attorney Amy Hunter made the comments during opening statements in the trial of Emanuel Kidega Samson, 27. Prosecutors have said they're seeking life without parole for Samson, who faces a 43-count indictment, including a first-degree murder charge, in the September 2017 shooting at Burnette Chapel Church of Christ.

Members of the church packed the courtroom, at times becoming emotional when attorneys and witnesses recounted a Sunday filled with chaos, tragedy and heroism. The shooting rampage killed 38-year-old Melanie L. Crow of Smyrna, Tennessee. She was shot in the church parking lot, and dropped her Bible and notes from a recently concluded worship ceremony that had just concluded, Hunter said.

Samson, who used to attend the church, is black and the victims are white. Hunter explained that a note in Samson's car cited white supremacist Dylann Roof's massacre at a black church in Charleston, South Carolina, in 2015. It also referenced the red, black and green Pan-African flag, sometimes called RBG.

"Dylann Roof is less than nothing," the note read, Hunter said. "The blood that 10 of your kind will shed is that of the color upon the RBG flag in terms of vengeance." The note included an expletive and ended with a smiley face, Hunter said.

"This state will prove beyond all reasonable doubt that on Sept. 24, 2017, this defendant, Emanuel Kidega Samson, went to the Burnette Chapel Church of Christ with the intent to murder a minimum of 10 white churchgoers on that day," Hunter said. "You won't have to take the state's word for it though."

Hunter also said the calamity revealed a "true life hero."

Churchgoer Robert Caleb Engle has testified that during the rampage, he twice confronted the gunman, who was wearing a tactical vest and a motorcycle-style mask with a clown smile on it. Engle said he was pistol-whipped three times in the head. At one point, he pushed the gun back on the shooter and a shot fired, striking the gunman and sending him to the ground.

Engle said his father kicked the gun away, stood on the shooter's hand and told Engle to go get his gun out of his truck.
Engle came back with his weapon, put his foot on the shooter's back and stood guard until first responders arrived.

A judge's order had kept many details of the case secret until trial. - (Black-on-white)

FAIRFIELD —  Eight years ago, Danny O’Keefe nearly died.
That was in May 2011, when he and his older sister were brutally attacked in her Judy Drive home in Fairfield.
After they laid in pools of blood for hours, they were taken to the hospital.
“The doctors told me he stabbed me at least eight times in the head and in all their years of practice, they had never seen such a horrible injury resulting from violence,” his sister said during a 2011 sentencing hearing for their attacker.
“Unfortunately, that was until they saw my brother Danny.”
James Terry, 51, the man that nearly killed them both on May 6, 2011, is almost eight years into a 21-year prison sentence on two counts of aggravated assault and tampering with evidence. Terry entered O’Keefe’s sister’s home in the back and attacked her that Friday morning, and when O’Keefe, now 35, went to intervene, he was attacked.
Both were stabbed in the head, his sister eight times and O’Keefe 19 times.

Terry and O’Keefe’s sister had dated off and on since meeting in 2003 while they were law clerks in Butler County Common Pleas Court, but they had broken up for the last time six weeks before Terry entered her home through the back. Prosecutors believed that breakup was the motive for the attack.

When Hopper was first identified as the owner of the vehicle, police questioned her but said she would not identify the driver.
Police issued an arrest warrant for Hopper on obstruction charges, and she turned herself in Wednesday afternoon. She was not in the car when Morris was hit, according to investigators.
Police reviewed Hopper’s cellphone and discovered text messages between her and a person identified as "bubs" who said he was responsible for the damage to her car. “You [expletive] near owe me a whole new car you smashed the hood up busted the frame and everything,” Hopper texted “bubs,” who was later identified as Burch, according to a criminal complaint.
Burch responded: “I didn’t do it on purpose.”

Video shows Burch, whom police said is in a relationship with Hopper, getting into the car on April 28, investigators said.
In a text message sent by Hopper to someone else, she said: “Yeah he just broke the windshield he's getting it fixed today but I really don't know he keep tryna say some dude was running and jumped up on the car like I'm [expletive] stupid,” according to the complaint. Burch is charged with homicide by vehicle, involuntary manslaughter and several other charges.

(Foul-mouthed black) Woman arrested for killing (elderly White) bus passenger in Las Vegas
black suspectWhite victimLAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Las Vegas police have arrested Cadesha Bishop for the murder of a 74-year-old bus passenger, identified as Serge Fournier.

Police say that Bishop and her young son was on a bus on March 21 near North 13th and Fremont street when there was a confrontation with the victim.

Witnesses on the bus told police that Bishop was arguing with and cursing at other passengers on the bus and that the victim asked Bishop to be nicer to the passengers.

Surveillance video shows the elderly man being pushed by a woman by both hands as he exited the bus. He was pushed with enough force from the bus landing that his feet never touched any steps and his head hit the concrete approximately 8 feet from the bus. The woman and her child, wearing a Spiderman backpack, left the scene without stopping.

Although the man survived the initial event, he died on April 23. The coroner ruled his cause of death as delayed complications from blunt force trauma and his death was ruled a homicide.

Police were able to identify the woman from the surveillance video. On May 3, police detectives went to meet Bishop where she normally picks up her son. They saw the boy wearing the same backpack but he was with a man. When asked for contact information for Bishop, the man told police that he was no longer with her because she was too violent. When he was shown a photograph of the woman, he said he didn't want to identify the person because it put him in an awkward position.

Minutes later, police detectives were able to make contact with Bishop. She agreed to come in for an interview but she did not show up. An arrest warrant was issued for Bishop. - (Black-on-white)

Upon arrival, Sheriff Steve Mueller said deputies found a 27-year-old man lying in the road, suffering from possibly life-threatening injuries. Coroner Dennis Fowler later said that the victim, identified as Jerry Lee Scalf, passed away on the scene. Fowler's report says Scalf was standing in the roadway when another person approached him and began shooting. Scalf was struck by gunfire and collapsed, per the report.

Mueller says witnesses gave his deputies detailed descriptions of a person of interest in the case, and were able to quickly find the man. Saturday afternoon, Mueller released the identity of the suspect - who was taken into custody after a brief foot chase.

22-year-old Diante Jeramaine Willis has been charged with one count of murder. Investigators will be seeking additional charges against Willis as the investigation continues.
Mueller notes the Willis and Scalf have negative history and have gotten into verbal altercations before.

(white) Alma Woman Won’t Be Charged In Shooting Death Of (BLACK) Boyfriend
black suspectALMA, Ark. (KFSM) — Prosecutors won't charge an Alma woman in the shooting death of her boyfriend after determining she was justified in using deadly force.
Miranda Resinos, 36, was arrested last month in connection with first-degree murder for shooting Kevin Gettridge.

Resinos called police on March 1 and told authorities she shot Gettridge, 33, after he lunged at her in her home on Sunnyside Road, according to the Crawford County Sheriff's Office. Resinos said she and Gettridge had a history of domestic violence, and after their last fight, her brother gave her the gun she used to shoot Gettridge.

Crawford County prosecutor Marc McCune pointed to state law that allows using deadly force when someone is "imminently endangering the person's life or imminently about to victimize the person" as described under Arkansas' Domestic Abuse Act.

"Since this shooting took place at the residence of Resinos, there was no obligation on her part to retreat."
Gettridge had "a criminal history and pattern of abuse against Miranda and another female that all involve the same type of behavior."

(Psycho paranoid drug-addled black) Man ‘higher than anyone’ charged with shooting (White) fellow car passenger
black suspectWhite victimKANSAS CITY, Mo. — Carl L. Farnsworth Jr. faces three charges in connection with a deadly shooting Tuesday inside a vehicle.
The Jackson County Prosecutor’s Office announced Wednesday that Farnsworth, 26, was charged with second-degree murder, armed criminal action and unlawful possession of a firearm in Dwayne Sutton’s death. Kansas City, Missouri, police officers responded to the 4000 block of Blue Ridge Cutoff shortly before 7 p.m. on Tuesday to investigate a reported shooting.

Sutton was seated in a Mitsubishi sedan and was pronounced dead at the scene.
According to a passenger in the car, she picked up Sutton and Farnsworth at a hotel near 63rd Street and Missouri 350.

Farnsworth, who was seated in the front seat, was acting “crazy,” “erratic” and “higher than anyone” the witness had ever seen, according to a KCPD probable cause statement. Farnsworth was upset and ranting that someone had stolen his money. Sutton attempted to calm him down and reassure him no one had stolen his money. The witness turned up the radio to drown out Farnsworth's voice.

Near Interstate 435 and Eastwood Trafficway, Farnsworth allegedly shot Sutton in the face and the witness saw him waving the gun around.
She asked what happened and Farnsworth said, “He shot me in the back of the head first,” according to the witness’ statement to police.

A search of the car turned up a .40-caliber handgun and a spent .40-caliber shell casing. A 9mm handgun also was located in the back near the victim, but there was no evidence Sutton had fired the gun before being shot.
Farnsworth, who pleaded guilty in March 2016 to possession of a controlled substance and pleaded guilty in March 2017 to third-degree assault, was apprehended after a brief foot chase outside a nearby Burger King. - (Black-on-white)

Police Seek Evil Black Woman Who Assaulted White Mom, Toddler For ‘No Reason’
black suspect White victimFORT WORTH, Texas (CBSDFW.COM) – A Fort Worth woman says she and her toddler were nearly run over, then sprayed with pepper spray, and she has no idea why. The assault happened in front of witnesses in a neighborhood off Crowley Road in early April. There was no lasting damage, but Diamond Alvarez says her 3-year-old son Leo has some lingering fear from the attack that happened in their neighborhood last month. They were walking past a home, when a woman who had recently moved out, quickly pulled into the driveway. “I didn’t say anything, I didn’t give a dirty look,” she said. “And I told him ‘wait, wait, ok we can go.’ And she immediately started just yelling.” Alvarez identified the woman yelling, as Maria Russell, who Fort Worth police confirmed has two arrest warrants out for assault charges.

Alvarez said Russell threw a soda can at her, then got back in the car, and hit the gas.

“She actually turned her vehicle and gassed it toward my son, and hit his 4-wheeler, and then I jumped in front of the vehicle, in between her and my son, and I put my hand out, and she gassed it four more times,”
she said.
That’s when Alvarez said Russell got out, and sprayed pepper spray directly at her and her son, before driving off.

“This involves a child, an innocent child who wasn’t being rude or provoking her,” she said.
The assault charges against the 56-year-old Russell include intentional bodily injury to a child. - (Black-on-white)

Black gangster gets lifetime free room & board for murder of White man
black suspectWhite victimDeLand, FL – A 23-year-old Holly Hill man, a former gang member who has been in jail since August 2013 for a murder he committed, now knows his sentence. Emmanuel Butler will be serving life in prison.

Judge Raul Zambrano sentenced Butler to life for murder and 50 years for armed robbery. Because Butler was a juvenile at the time of the crime he is entitled to a review of the sentence after serving 25 years in prison.

Butler was arrested for murder for gunning down retired car salesman 67-year-old Donald Clark as he was doing laundry at the Golfview Apartments, just off Beville Road, on June 2, 2013.

In 2016, a jury found Butler guilty of first degree premeditated murder and first degree felony murder and robbery with a firearm. An issue with a witness caused a sentencing delay. Butler was only 17 at the time of the crime so he was sentenced to life in prison rather than the death penalty.

Butler’s cousin was convicted of being an accessory after the fact. His grandmother was charged with a misdemeanor, false report of a crime, after refusing to tell investigators what she knew about the case. - (Black-on-white)
