White man, 29 speaks out after being run down by a negress outside doughnut shop in Northeast Philadelphia
black suspectWhite victimWhite victimPHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Police are asking the public's help in identifying a woman who drove into a group of people hanging out in front of Dunkin' Donuts following an argument in Northeast Philadelphia. Surveillance video captured the moment when the woman accelerated right toward the group and plowed into a man in the group of friends, 29-year-old Vince McCreary.

"Seeing the video, it just takes your breath away," said Philadelphia Police Lt. Dennis Rosenbaum.
Police released surveillance images Thursday of the woman they say was behind the wheel. She was wearing scrubs and a work ID when she entered the Dunkin' Donuts at Roosevelt Boulevard and Welsh Road around 10:30 a.m. on October 6th.

As she left the shop, police say the woman got into an argument with the group standing outside the front door.
"There was some words exchanged about them standing in front of the door of the store," Rosenbaum said.
Samantha Remer was there. She said the woman started making threats.
"I said, 'Please, you don't have to throw coffee in my husband's face,' and she started calling me all types of names," Remer said. As the group walked away, police say, the woman got behind the wheel of a white Dodge Challenger with two black racing stripes and drove into McCreary, who suffered serious injuries.

Action News spoke to McCreary by phone from the hospital to get his side of the story.
"She came from behind us, flying up with her car. Tried to hit us all. I didn't see her coming and she hit me," McCreary said. "I thought I was going to die."

Police spotted and impounded the car, which was being driven by a man, in Center City later the same day.
So far, the car owner has refused to identify the woman, who is now wanted for aggravated assault.
"So, we're looking for the public to step up and give us a little help in identifying this female," Rosenbaum said.
Police say the owner of the car could face charges for interfering with the investigation and refusing to identify the woman driving his car.

The suspect is described as a black female, 35 to 40 years-of-age, 5'7 to 5'9, 200-215 pounds with blonde short crew cut hair. She was seen wearing pink scrubs and a multi-colored scrub shirt. - (Black-on-white)

Ex-Atlanta negro cop indicted in shooting of White male tourist near Georgia Dome
black suspectWhite victimA former Atlanta police sergeant was indicted Wednesday on multiple charges in connection with the shooting of a tourist near the Georgia Dome in 2017. Mathieu Cadeau faces charges of aggravated assault and reckless conduct as well as two counts of violation of oath by a public officer, according to a statement from Fulton County District Attorney Paul Howard’s office. Cadeau, 52, is accused of shooting Noel Hall as the North Carolina man left the Atlanta Supercross, one of the final events at the Georgia Dome, on Feb. 25, 2017.

  • About 10:30 p.m., Hall was driving with his family along Northside Drive when he attempted to turn onto Ivan Allen Jr. Boulevard to retrieve the bike his son rode in the motocross event, according to the statement.

Hall encountered Cadeau, who was directing traffic off-duty. Cadeau would not let Hall make the turn, and the two had a “brief discussion,” Howard’s office said.

“Hall, frustrated by Cadeau’s actions, decided to make the turn anyway in an attempt to retrieve the motorbike,” the statement said.

In response, prosecutors allege, Cadeau pulled out his gun and shot Hall at close range. The bullet struck Hall in the back of his arm and went into his side before exiting through his chest. The bullet missed Hall’s heart by just two inches, Howard’s office said.

Hall’s wife, their two sons, his grandson and another passenger were in the van at the time, according to the DA’s office.

“In addition to the near-fatal injury to Hall and the bullet almost striking his wife, the shooting placed several other bystanders leaving the motocross event in jeopardy of injury,” the statement said.

Cadeau, who had been with the department since 2007, was fired in May 2017 for excessive use of force. He had previously been placed on administrative leave while officials investigated the shooting.

(black) Black man acquitted of killing white man after race dispute - NO JUSTICE - NO PEACE
black suspectWILKES-BARRE, Pa. – A black man has been acquitted of all charges in the shooting death of a white man outside a bar in a case his attorney said stemmed from "ugly racism."

Jurors deliberated for four hours Friday before acquitting Stephen Spencer of homicide, aggravated assault and terroristic threats. He was freed after 453 days in Luzerne County Correctional Center following the July 2017 shooting.

Spencer, 31, was accused of killing Christopher Williams, 32, in a confrontation outside the Pittston bar in July 2017 after another man refused to shake his hand because of Spencer's race following a dispute over a game of pool. Spencer had testified that he fired in self-defense as a group of would-be attackers came at him outside.

The handshake refusal "may and should offend some of you," prosecutor Brittany Quinn had told jurors during opening statements, but she told the mostly white panel that the killing had "nothing to do with" the earlier dispute.
Prosecutor Tom Hogans said during closing arguments that Spencer had the opportunity — and the duty — to retreat rather than pull his gun.
"Shooting an unarmed man on a street when you can retreat is not self-defense," Hogans said. "He intentionally shot him in a vital part of his body."
Defense attorney John Pike painted Spencer as a hard-working family man and homeowner who ran his own business, was licensed to carry the gun and had no criminal record.
"You don't go from that to homicide," Pike said.
Spencer said Friday, "I was fighting for my life for 15 months and I finally made it. Justice was served."
Pike said the case was "more than just someone shooting an unarmed person.
"And the jury saw it, they saw it for what it was," he said. "Ugly racism." - (Black-on-white)

Police say family members were upset and thought Arndt had something to do with her medical condition.

Surveillance video from convenience stores, residences, downtown and St. Mary’s hospital led police to believe that some of the family members left the hospital around 3 a.m. the morning of the murder.
Parsons, Woods and Klindworth-Woods are all grandchildren of the medical victim.

Klindworth-Woods was taken into custody in north Mankato, Parsons was located during a traffic stop on 4th St. and 3rd Ave. SE. in Rochester. Woods was located walking in the 2300 block of Valleyhigh Dr. NW. on Friday afternoon.
Woods was found with a 9mm handgun, which police said was not the murder weapon.
Based on statements, police said Klindworth-Woods drove the vehicle near the residence and Woods was the shooter. Authorities said Parsons was present and aware of what was happening and that she went into a convenience store to get plastic bags used by Woods to cover his shoes.

According to court documents, a .40 caliber casing was found in the trailer located at 1915 Marion Rd. SE. in the early-morning hours of Sept. 10. Police say that gun was later sold in Mankato. Police said prior to Arndt’s murder that 5-6 people allegedly showed up at his trailer and confronted him about giving the elderly woman illegal drugs. Arndt was killed the next morning. Surveillance video footage near the crime scene showed one male with plastic bags on his feet and hands running from the scene. - (Black-on-white)

black suspectnigger loverA Youngstown man accused of shooting his girlfriend in the head has rejected a plea deal and instead will go on trial. Terrance Edmonds, 32, is charged with attempted murder, felonious assault, domestic violence, and a weapons violation. Edmonds was arrested in July after authorities found 32-year-old Denise Thurston slumped over in the driver's seat of a car on Hilton Avenue. Thurston, the mother of two children, survived after undergoing surgery for a gunshot wound to the head.  Last month Edmonds took it upon himself to file a motion to suppress evidence and to dismiss the case against him. Mahoning County Common Pleas Judge Scott Krichbaum overruled the motions, noting that Edmonds is represented by an attorney and should have had his lawyer file the motions. Jury selection got underway on Monday. - (Black-on-white)

Police, Court Officials Won't Identify (white female) Murder Victim, But Sources And Documents Say She's A Teacher
black suspect Police and court officials have said they cannot release the name of the Middletown woman killed Sept. 8 because of a state statute that requires them to protect the names of victims of other crimes.
While officials are not releasing the name, a combination of public records and other sources point to the likely victim as Danielle Fasciocco, a fifth-grade teacher at the Betances STEM Magnet School in Hartford. Details of the Middletown police case against Cornel Myers, 35, would be outlined in the affidavit. Myers is charged with murder, first-degree burglary and first-degree trespassing, police said.
Officers found Myers on the scene of the woman’s death, and that he had previously been warned by police to stay away from that location.  Fasciocco’s cause of death was “sharp force injury of neck and torso” and her manner of death was homicide. - (Black-on-white)

Argument over breakfast food led to a (White) woman being stabbed 49 times - by an EVIL black demon
black suspectWhite victimYPSILANTI, MI - What stared as an argument about sharing a plate of sausage and eggs ended with a woman being stabbed to death by her "housemate".

Washtenaw County Deputy Medical Examiner Dr. Allecia Wilson testified in court Wednesday that 19-year-old Jamie Barsegian died three months ago in her Ypsilanti apartment from 49 stab wounds to her chest, neck, abdomen and appendages.

Barsegian's accused killer, Tywaun Sims-Scott, was bound over for trial. Court hearings were delayed while he was undergoing a mental evaluation which found him competent to stand trial.

On June 15, officers were dispatched  after a man, later discovered to be Sims-Scott, called 911 stating he had killed someone and the police "were next."  Officers found Sims-Scott standing in the street, covered in blood with two knives raised above his head and yelling at the officers to shoot him and that "he had nothing to live for," Kofahl said.

Sims-Scoot eventually complied with officers and was handcuffed and taken to St. Joseph Mercy Hospital to be treated for several large cuts to his hands, she said. "He wanted suicide by cop and that didn't work," Tabbey said during the close of the court hearing. "It shows their professionalism that they did not take the bait and shoot him." The recordings were difficult to hear, but in them Sims-Scott admitted he had been living in an apartment in the 700 block of Green Road with Barsegian and her boyfriend for two weeks when he got into an argument with Barsegian while her boyfriend was at work.

Barsegian wanted to eat some sausage and eggs Sims-Scott had cooked and he refused, initiating the argument, he said in the recording. There was also talk about Sims-Scott being kicked out of the apartment prior to this argument, police said. He threatened to text Barsegian's boyfriend and to slap her before she threatened to get a gun stored in the apartment, he said. As she went into the bedroom and began going through drawers, allegedly looking for the gun, Sims-Scott grabbed a knife from the kitchen and went to the bedroom to confront her, he said.

She screamed when she saw he had a knife and he stabbed her in the abdomen before she fell to the floor, according to the recording. He stabbed her several times in her throat to silence her screams as she tried to fight back, Lowry said describing the defensive wounds found on Barsegian's arms. After the stabbing, Sims-Scott began going through the home looking for the gun so he could shoot himself, he said. When he failed to find the weapon, he made the 911 call and went outside hoping the police would shoot and kill him, he said. - (Black-on-white)

The Oklahoma City Police Department reports that the Oklahoma County District Attorney's Office has accepted four murder charges against 27-year-old Mario James Normore. Normore was arrested in October 2017 following an investigation into two bank robberies and eight business robberies that occurred during a two-month period.

He is now suspected in four metro murders. In July 2017, the body of Bashar Burks was discovered in a burning vehicle near Wilshire and Air Depot. The next day police were called to an area just north of the fire after the body of Ashley Easton was discovered in a ditch. Easton and Burks were in a relationship, Oklahoma City police say that Burks and Normore worked together.

In October 2017, the remains of 21-year-old Searra Howe were found near Wilshire and Oak Road. Howe had been reported missing in August 2017. She reportedly told her mother she was going to a McDonald's around 4 a.m. and never returned. Her vehicle was discovered abandoned in a metro neighborhood. A tip led police to her decomposing remains. Police say that Howe and Normore were friends prior to her death.

The fourth murder that police say Normore is tied to is related to the disappearance of 58-year-old James Steven Knowles. He was last seen on Oct. 3, 2017. Police say that a confidential source told them that Knowles had been killed by Normore and dumped. Knowles' body has not been found. Knowles was the maintenance man at Normore's apartment complex and the two were reported to be acquaintances. His death is being registered as the 48th of 2018 in Oklahoma City. - (Black-on-white)

(White) Man fatally stabbed in the head in Minneapolis Cub Foods fight - by a racist anti-white black ex-con demon
black suspectWhite victimMINNEAPOLIS, Minn. (KMSP) - More details are coming to light after a man was fatally stabbed in the head Tuesday night during a fight at a Cub Foods in Minneapolis.

The Hennepin County Medical Examiner and the Hennepin County District Court both released documents Thursday that identify the two men involved and show details of the incident.

The victim is Jeffrey Miller, 54, who died of a stab wound to the head, according to the Hennepin County Medical Examiner.
The man who stabbed him is Damon Moore, 56, of Minneapolis. Moore now faces murder charges.

According to the criminal complaint, witnesses said Moore was being rude, using foul language and holding up his middle finger towards customers at the Cub Foods in the 2800 block of 26th Avenue North. The same witness also said Moore appeared to be intoxicated.

The witness said Moore walked over to Miller and called him a “racist white” and a “white bitch,” to which Miller responded telling Moore to go outside and wait there for him.

According to surveillance footage, Miller and Moore both walked into the vestibule of the store where they fought. After several seconds, Moore backed into the store and Miller threw a yellow cone at him before walking to the parking lot. Surveillance video shows Moore dig into his pocket, pull out a knife and unfold it before following Miller to the lot.

Cell phone video provided by a witness then showed Moore reengaging Miller while shielding his right arm behind his body. Moore then took a swing at Miller and Miller swung his grocery bag back at him.

It was then that Moore swung his right hand, making contact with Miller’s left temple area. The complaint says Miller fell to the ground on his back incapacitated and was making gurgling sounds with his arms and hands reflexively moving upward.

The Hennepin County Medical Examiner told police Miller died from a stab wound to the left side of his head above his ear.
The wound penetrated the skull and went into his brain.

Moore’s criminal history includes four criminal sexual conduct convictions, several assault convictions and several drug possession convictions. - (Black-on-white)

(black) Uber negress sow driver jailed for kidnapping after St Pete WF, 19 jumps from moving car
black suspectWhite victimTALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WFLA) - A 19-year-old St. Petersburg woman says she was forced to jump from a moving car when her Uber driver refused to let her out.
The driver, 30-year-old Destiny Green, is now facing felony kidnapping and false imprisonment charges, according to Tallahassee police.  Brooke Adkins goes to college in Tallahassee and called the frightening encounter the first time she's ever feared for her life.  "I went into survival mode so quick," she explained.

Adkins says she hopped into an Uber during the early hours of Wednesday morning after a night out with friends, only to find the driver wouldn't let her out.  "I was far," Adkins recounted. "I got 25-30 minutes away and I was like, 'where are you taking me?'"
Adkins told police that Green said she was taking her to the hospital.  Drunk, but still aware that something wasn't right, Adkins asked to get out. The driver reportedly refused, repeatedly, so Adkins discreetly dialed 911.

"I'm just like, 'I am getting out now,'" she said, rolling down the window and jumping out as the car approached a red light.
Police found Adkins scraped up in a Walgreens parking lot and arrested Green a few hours later. Adkins admits because the Uber driver was a woman, it gave her a false sense of security. She took to social media to tell her story and warn friends to be vigilant in this tweet that quickly went viral.  "Anybody could be driving you around and you would have no idea," Adkins warned. "I just don't want this to happen to anybody ever again." As of Thursday night, Destiny Green was behind bars without bond.

Bryant shot two men — one of whom has since died — and exchanged gunfire with officers before being arrested in the 1300 block of West Tampa Street. Police say one of Bryant's victims, 29-year-old Ryan A. Boulanger, died at a hospital.
The string of shootings began when officers were dispatched to an apartment complex at 2:38 a.m.

Meyer said the suspect — later identified as Bryant — was in a car with two other people outside the apartment complex and shot one of them. Police have since identified that man as Boulanger.

About 14 minutes later, officers were dispatched to another shooting, this time at another apartment complex.
Police received information that the suspect in both shootings was at a home where officers then convened and a standoff began.
At one point, the suspect shot at police officers from the front porch, then ran into the home, Meyer said. Officers returned fire, Meyer said, and neither the suspect nor officers were struck. Most people left the home peacefully, Meyer said, but when the suspect came out, he charged at officers. Police shot him with rubber bullets, Meyer said. - (Black-on-white)

Worthless 15-year-old Negro charged as adult in connection with 2017 murder of prominent (White) Indianapolis doctor
black suspectDr. Kevin Rodgersblack suspectsINDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The case of a 15-year-old charged in connection with the murder of an Indianapolis doctor has been waived to adult court.

Tarius Blade faces three burglary charges in the case. Kevin Rodgers, a prominent local doctor, was killed on Nov. 20, 2017, after suspects broke into his home near Eagle Creek and shot him to death. Blade was 15 years old at the time of the crime.

FOX59 doesn’t typically name juvenile defenders. However, Blade is now charged as an adult. Ka’Ron Bickham-Hurst is charged with burglary and murder following his arrest a month after the murder. Just last month, the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office announced charges against two additional suspects, 17-year-old Devon Seats and 18-year-old Nehemiah Merriweather. Both are charged with murder and burglary. Court documents allege that Seats smashed a rock through a window to get inside Rodgers’ home. He’s also accused of shooting Rodgers, telling his accomplices he had to shoot the doctor because Rodgers had seen his face. - (Black-on-white)

1 (White) Deputy Killed, 1 Injured in Rancho Cordova; (Black) Suspect Identified
black suspectWhite victimRANCHO CORDOVA -- The Sacramento County Sheriff's Department says two deputies were shot, one fatally, Monday afternoon in Rancho Cordova. The deputy who was shot in the upper body and later died was identified as 27-year-old Mark Stasyuk, according to Sacramento County Sheriff's Sgt. Shaun Hampton. Stasyuk had been with the sheriff's department for four and a half years. He died at UC Davis Medical Center.

"I can tell you that the fatal round was not in the vest," said Sacramento County Sheriff Scott Jones.
According to Jones,  just before 2 p.m., officers responded to the Pep Boys on Folsom Boulevard, where there was a disturbance between a customer and the business owner. Jones said the officers were expecting a "routine call" and did not know anyone would be armed when they arrived.
Jones reports when the officers got to the store the suspect appeared to be turning away to run from them. Instead, he immediately turned back around and began firing at the officers "without warning," Jones said.
Both Deputy Stasyuk and Deputy Julie Robertson returned fire and were wounded, according to Jones.

The suspect then ran from two other officers, ignoring their demands. Jones says the officers also shot at the suspect.
"Had to have been more than at least 20 shots," witness Steven Green told FOX40.
Deputy Robertson, who is 28 years old and has been with the department for two and a half years, was shot in the arm. She is expected to be OK, according to Hampton.

An uninvolved bystander was shot in the gunfight. Jones says he believes the bystander was shot in the back but his wounds are not life-threatening. "There was also a bystander shot. It is unknown at this point whose rounds struck that bystander. Our detectives, homicide detectives, as well as other investigators, are currently on the scene trying to figure out exactly what took place," Hampton said.

The shooting suspect -- later identified as 38-year-old Anton Lemon Moore -- was wounded and taken into custody, the sheriff's department said. He is expected to survive and was speaking to officers at the scene before he was hospitalized, according to Jones. - (Black-on-white)

North Texas Woman Attacked While Jogging (by rutting black boogie man) Shares Story: ‘It Keeps Me Up At Night’
black suspectWhite victimHALTOM CITY, Texas (CBSDFW.COM) – A victim of an attack by a serial groper who has been terrorizing women jogging in Tarrant County in recent weeks shared her story in hopes it will help lead to the suspect’s arrest. Eberheart says she did everything she thought a woman should do to stay safe while jogging.

She’s been a runner for years. On September 2, she went for a run alone in Haltom City around 7:30 p.m., while there was still daylight. She said she was close to home and her loved ones knew where she was. And still, it happened. She said a man dressed like a runner, came up behind her, pinned her face down, groped her over her clothes.
“I was just kicking and screaming; I didn’t get a good look at his face,” said Eberheart. “He ended up using his hands down there and doing other things down there. It was very much a sexual assault case.” Eberheart says a truck drove by and scared him away. Police in cities across Tarrant County believe the same man who attacked Eberheart also groped five other women in Arlington, Euless and Hurst starting in August. Police are still looking to make an arrest. There is no good description of him because he’s come up behind all the women, but they all say he’s a young black man, in his early 20s. He’s athletic and probably 5’8” to 5”10. - (Black-on-white)

Trial begins in New York city’s first deadly (Black-on-White) Citi Bike crash
black suspectWhite victimManhattan prosecutors said that the bus driver involved in the city’s first Citi Bike fatality could have avoided the tragic collision. “It was a day of mourning. It was a day of loss. It was a day that can never be forgotten for many people but mostly for the friends and family of the late Dan Hanegby,” said Assistant District Attorney Raffaela Belizaire in her opening statement at driver Dave Lewis’ non-jury trial.

She said that Lewis, 52, spotted Hanegby riding west on 26th Street, the same direction as his bus, honked at him then tried to pass him near Eighth Avenue. “He fully appreciated it was dangerous to try to pass, to try to squeeze through,” the prosecutor said of the June 12, 2017, collision that killed the Credit Suisse banker.

Hanegby, a father of two, toppled off his bike and was crushed under the rear wheel of the 50,000-pound bus.
Although Lewis stopped and waited for police, Belizaire said, “That subsequent cooperation couldn’t undo his prior error in judgment.” The victim’s wife wept as she listened to the prosecutor’s account. Defense lawyer Jeremy Saland argued in Manhattan Criminal Court that it was the victim who had behaved imprudently. “Upon Mr. Hanegby’s ears were Beats, large over-the-ear headphones,” said the attorney. “He also was not wearing a helmet.”Lewis honked “with a blaring horn” but Hanegby, 36, appeared not hear the warning, Saland said. Hanegby’s death marked the first time since Citi Bike started its ride-share program in 2013 that a rider was killed. - (Black-on-white)
