Jury weighs murder charge for (black) man for Austin stabbing death of (White man) Daniel Spencer who invited suspect
black suspectWhite victimA Travis County jury began deliberating Monday evening in the murder trial of 67-year-old James Robert Miller Jr., who is accused of fatally stabbing 32-year-old Daniel Spencer in September 2015. Miller’s attorney says it was self-defense.

Spencer was killed at his home early on the morning of Sept. 21, after inviting Miller to his house to play guitar. Spencer, a film editor from Los Angeles, had moved to Austin in 2014.
The two men had been drinking, and Miller told officials he thought Spencer was coming on to him.  Miller testified that he told Spencer he was not gay and tried to leave and then Spencer started yelling at him and waving his hands. When asked if they fought, Miller said no. Prosecutors said because Spencer did not touch Miller or state any intention to hurt him, the notion that he used deadly force for self-defense was “ludicrous.” Prosecutor Matthew Foye said the facts that Spencer was stabbed in the back and that Miller showed no sign of harm on his body the day of the slaying prove it was not self-defense. Baird said he did not want to let race be a part of the decision.  - (Black-on-white) - so was the victim a homo-predator or is the suspect a lying n-word?

(black) Norwalk man pleads guilty to killing longtime (white) girlfriend
black suspectnegro loverSTAMFORD — An unexpected guilty plea has brought some closure for a woman whose mother was strangled to death by her longtime boyfriend in their Wolfpit Avenue apartment four years ago.
Days before his murder trial was set to begin, Bertony Thompson, 48, pleaded guilty Tuesday to killing Jacalyn Silverman, 62. Thompson will be sentenced in July to 25 years in jail.

“Our families can finally put this past us,” Silverman’s daughter, Jennifer, said. “My mother was a great person and had many other people who looked up to her. She was taken away from us abruptly. She is truly missed and she will always be with us with everything we do. She was an awesome person.”

As the fourth day of jury selection was set to begin, the guilty murder plea was made according to the Alford Doctrine, which states the defendant does not agree with the state’s case, but Thompson realizes he likely would have been found guilty if he went to trial. Hours after Thompson was found lying unconscious in bed next to his dead girlfriend of 20 years, police said he confessed to wrapping his hands around Silverman’s neck and pushed her away. He said the two “got into a tussle” over his drinking. When he realized she was dead, Thompson tried to drink himself to death and sent a text message to his father, asking his body be brought home to North Carolina.  - (Black-on-white)

The toddler, Kane Friess-Wylie, died last year and his mother's ex-boyfriend was charged in his death. The child's family has since rallied support from the community under the name "Justice for Kane."

Friess-Wylie's paternal grandmother, Joellan Wylie, said the family has an interview arranged with the prosecutor working the case against Gyasi Campbell in the child's death. Nevertheless, she said she is frustrated at the court process.
Friday is the first anniversary of Kane's death, and Wylie expects to stay close to home "and remember him; it's what we do every day."

Wylie said she heard Bob Romanik's radio show talking about the case against Campbell and she approached the radio station. Romanik organized the rally both to honor Kane and to roust St. Clair's judges. The county's judges don't treat residents the way they would treat their own families, he said, citing Campbell's million-dollar bail reduction to $150,000 on April 2.

A man has been booked into the Johnson County Jail on suspicion of murdering his girlfriend's father in Overland Park. "He’s being held on suspicion of second-degree murder," said Sgt. John Lacy, an Overland Park police spokesman.  Police responded Tuesday morning to a home in the 8300 block of Switzer Street and found 52-year-old David Slater fatally shot.  Slater's sister, Carol Rawson, said Tuesday evening that the family was reeling.  Rawson said Slater's daughter lived with Slater in his home on Switzer. Rawson believed the daughter's boyfriend was visiting his girlfriend Tuesday morning. Slater was a night manager at Price Chopper, where he'd worked for 25 years. He leaves behind his daughter, wife and stepson.  The man held on suspicion of murder is 21 years old and has multiple criminal convictions, according to court records. He was guilty of two counts of misdemeanor possession and one count of misdemeanor theft in 2016.  A 6-year-old girl was also shot, though Lacy said police had no indication that the girl was shot intentionally by the gunman. The child was reportedly the shooter's daughter and is expected to be OK after being hit in the leg. - (Black-on-white)

(white) Spokane woman's murder by her black 'boyfriend'  highlights domestic abuse problem with miscegenation
black suspectnegro loverSPOKANE, Wash. - Spokane County has a problem and that problem is domestic violence. Now a family impacted more than most is speaking out. Don Estes has been fighting for victims of domestic violence.

”You know, domestic violence has taken over a lot of people's lives, and it's ruined a lot of people's lives, now it's hit this family once again,” said Estes in a phone interview with KHQ. On Saturday night, Estes lost another member of his family.

50-year-old Keli Jurdy told Estes that she was in an unhealthy relationship. And on Saturday night, Jurdy and her boyfriend, Howard Lackey, got into an argument. It became heated, and that's when shots went off, striking Jurdy in the head. Don had been in contact with Jurdy all the way up until her death. "Keli was a pretty good person. She was getting her life together. She did tell me recently -- I would say in the last month -- she was in a bad relationship," Estes said. - (Black-on-white)

OBSCENE black who raped a White female German tourist gets 21 years free room & board
black suspectThe sex-offender ex-con who savagely attacked two women in Harlem last year, and then smiled about it in court, brazenly claimed he’s not a “monster” Wednesday — as a judge sentenced him to 21 years in prison for the ghoulish attacks.

Keon Robinson, 28, admitted to beating a 31-year-old German tourist senseless and molesting her while she was unconscious on May 4, 2017, and also beating and robbing a woman on April 24 that year.

“I want a chance to be judged as a human and not as a monster as people see me as,” Robinson said in Manhattan Supreme court Wednesday — minutes later sticking his tongue out at the courtroom after judge Erika J. Edwards handed down the sentence.

“I’m not giving you 18 (years), you preyed upon people who you thought were tourists- who were here alone who couldn’t defend” themselves, the judge told him. Robinson was caught laughing about his crimes in court last year. - (Black-on-white)

(Cowardly black beast) beat a 95-year-old Anoka, MN (White) man to death - gets only $22.50 for pawned stolen goods
black suspectWhite victimThe man accused of beating a 95-year-old Anoka man to death and pawning some of his property is now charged with first-degree murder. Isaiah Montrell Thomas, 27, previously was charged with second-degree murder in the November killing of Albert John Loehlein. An Anoka County grand jury now has indicted Thomas on first-degree charges, which were unsealed Tuesday, according to a statement from Anoka County Attorney Tony Palumbo.  - April 12, 2017

“The first-degree murder indictment reflects the horrible loss of life suffered by Mr. Loehlein in this case,” Palumbo said in the statement. Loehlein suffered multiple blows to the head, face and neck, according to the Midwest Medical Examiner’s Office, and it appeared he had been dead for two days when a family member delivering groceries found him in his bedroom on Nov. 28.  Fingerprints in Loehlein’s blood-spattered bedroom and a clock recovered from a Maplewood pawnshop led investigators to Thomas. - (Black-on-white)
