(White) Girl with special needs allegedly sexually assaulted by (dirty black) school van driver
black suspectWhite victimA couple of months after a school van driver was accused of sexual assaulting a girl with special needs, that victim's mother is speaking out exclusively to Channel 11. Normally, WPXI does not show pictures or otherwise identify victims of sexual assault, but this victim's mother wanted her name and pictures used to help put a face on the fight to protect all children. Hannah, 16, has a rare genetic disease, called cri du chat, which limits her development and her ability to speak. "She enjoys conversation, even though a lot of her conversation we don't understand. It's kind of like Hannah language," said Patty Fowler, Hannah's mother.
Hannah's condition leaves her unable to share when something is wrong, which is exactly what happened in December 2017. That's when Pittsburgh police arrested Hannah's school bus driver, Lavalle Tucker.

According to the criminal complaint against Tucker, a witness reported seeing him sexually assault Hannah near the Children's Institute in Squirrel Hill, where she attends school.  "If that person had not done what they did that day, my daughter would still be getting sexually assaulted on the bus," Fowler said. There was no camera, monitoring equipment or aide on the bus.   - (Black-on-white)

black suspectsJeannie A. MurphyVIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) – A Virginia Beach Grand Jury just indicted a second suspect for a 2010 murder. Tuesday, 25-year-old Tramonte Hines was indicted for charges of first degree murder and robbery. “It’s a relief,” said Matt Murphy. “This is finally coming to a point where justice is going to be held.” It’s been more than seven years since tragedy struck the Murphy family. It was December 19, 2010 when 41-year-old Jeannie Murphy walked in on an alleged robbery at the Jr. Market on South Lynnhaven Road. She tried to run away, but was shot and killed. She was simply there to buy some beer.

Murphy was shot in the back and shoulder. Detectives followed every lead and in 2015 silently indicated Alex Jenkins on murder. Prosecutors now say Jenkins’ co-conspirator was Tramonte Hines.  Jenkins and Hines are no strangers to the law. Hines is currently serving an 83-year sentence in prison for a robbery and sexual assault the same month Murphy was killed. - (Black-on-white)

black suspectnigger loverWhite victimWhite victimINDIANAPOLIS (WTHR) - Metro police have charged a suspect in a 2017 triple homicide on the east side of Indianapolis. Kenneth Lancaster, 24, has been formally charged for his involvement in the June 1 deaths of Mark and Keith Higgins and Jessica Carte in a home near 16th Street and Franklin Road.

  • Forsythia triple homicide brings grief and disbelief
  • Witnesses say anger over car rental cash led to June 2017 triple homicide
Multiple witness accounts given to IMPD suggest that Jessica Carte and Kenneth Lancaster were in a romantic relationship. Witnesses told police that Lancaster provided Carte with heroin, while he often had Carte rent cars for him. A witness who spoke to detectives said that Carte had kept the money Lancaster gave her for the car rentals rather than paying the rental fees, and that’s why Lancaster killed her. On June 15, detectives spoke to a number of witnesses who confirmed they had seen Carte and Lancaster together on several occasions and had seen the pair traveling in a red Monte Carlo.

Another witness who spoke to detectives on Jan. 24 said Lancaster several times had admitted to killing Higgins, Higgins and Carte. He said Lancaster wanted to be repaid the money he’d given Carte to rent vehicles and that Lancaster told Carte to come to a residence  and meet him. That’s when, according to the witness, Lancaster and his girlfriend tied up Carte and asked where the money was. The witness said Carte told them her brother had a car in storage that they could have in lieu of the money she owed. So Lancaster, his girlfriend and his cousin got into the red Monte Carlo. They picked up Lancaster’s half-brother, the witness said, then went to Forsythia Drive.

That (black) Lowlife Was In Our House,’ Says (elderly white-and-black?) Couple Who Opened Fire On Home Intruder
black suspectWhite victimHEMET (CBSLA)  —  A Hemet couple in their 70s are bruised and battered but say they are alive because they were armed and not afraid to open fire on a man who broke into their home. KCAL9’s Tina Patel spoke to the couple about their ordeal and how they fought back. “I really wanted to hurt this guy, I really did,” says Jeff Sagmeister. And Sagmeister says he doesn’t feel bad about opening fire on the suspect. He says the man broke into his home early Tuesday morning.

The 71-year-old says a gun was the only way he could fight back against 27-year-old Dechawn Wallace. “That lowlife was in our house, and he shouldn’t be in here,” Sagmeister says, matter-of-factly. He said when he first saw Wallace in his home, he was too stunned to shoot. “We’re really fighting for the gun, and the only thing I thought to myself was if he takes this gun away from me, he was going to kill me.” Sagmeister said. The gun went off while they wrestled around. The bullet hit the wall behind the toilet.

Wallace tried to run out at that point, not realizing Mrs. Sagmeister was also armed. “When he came out, he nailed her in the face as hard as he could,” he said. The couple held their ground and both opened fire. “I shot him at least three or four more times in the chest area,” Sagmeister said. Wallace ended up getting away. But he was arrested when he showed up at a Moreno Valley Hospital for treatment of his gunshot wounds. Sagmeister is glad he was caught and is now telling the neighbors in his senior community that if they don’t want to become victims, they should consider arming themselves. “You just have to do it because you can’t let some creep come in here and wail on you,” Sagmeister says, “and take all your stuff.” - (Black-on-white)

(Black monster) 'Serial killer' convicted of 2008 Bywater murder now accused of killing 3 more (inc. White) New Orleans women
Joseph BrantWhite victimWhite victimWhite victimWhite victimA Texas prisoner’s confession to killing three New Orleans women may have solved a mystery from one of the city’s most violent eras. Under a deal that will spare him a death sentence,
, 48, confessed last week to killing three women in 11 months in 2007-08, Orleans Parish District Attorney Leon Cannizzaro said Thursday. Cannizzaro's office dubbed Brant, who has already been sentenced to life in prison for killing a fourth woman in the same period, a serial killer. The news about Brant’s trail of death came as prosecutors obtained an indictment on three counts of first-degree murder against Brant, who is currently serving time on a burglary charge in a Texas prison. Prosecutors said they are seeking his immediate extradition to Louisiana. They believe he could plead guilty as soon as he is arraigned in a New Orleans court. Brant is accused of the October 2007 killing of an unknown woman, the January 2008 killing of Jody Johnson and the September 2008 killing of Kirsten Brydum. He pleaded guilty in 2016 to the August 2008 killing of yet another woman, Jessica Hawk.

Brant gave detailed confessions to killing the three women listed in the indictment in an interview with a District Attorney's Office investigator last week, prosecutors said.

"This confession and indictment are the first steps toward bringing long-delayed justice to this defendant’s victims and their families,” Cannizzaro said in a statement. "The expected guilty pleas and mandatory life sentences that will follow cannot bring back the loved ones, but hopefully can provide some degree of closure for these grieving families."
Brant's first killing came on Oct. 17, 2007, prosecutors said. Authorities said he has confessed to soliciting a prostitute for sex and then strangling her to death while attempting to rape her. He poured gasoline on her body and set it aflame inside a stolen car near Treasure and Arts streets in the St. Roch neighborhood, prosecutors said. The woman has never been identified. - (Black-on-white)

Willie Davis Nicholson, 23, was arraigned on felony charges of attempted second-degree murder, first-degree assault and first-degree burglary in an incident the prosecutor called an “unprovoked, vicious assault on a complete stranger.” Nicholson allegedly admitted to police that he entered an apartment on the 4700 block of Grand Avenue shortly before 7 a.m. and stabbed the victim, Benjamin VanDell, up to 15 times. VanDell suffered serious, but not life-threatening, wounds to his head, torso, back and hands.

Nicholson allegedly admitted that he entered the residence looking for a place to sleep. Discovering VanDell in bed and hearing a phone ring, Nicholson told police he attacked the victim, with an intent to kill, out of fear of being caught, according to a criminal complaint. - (Black-on-white)

She was shot in the chin and chest. “She’s in intensive care,” Pennington said Monday. Bumpus was charged with two counts of attempted murder. Pennington and her husband Bumpus have been together for eight years and married for about a year and a half. Pennington said the abuse started three years ago. “This time he thought I was cheating on him,” Pennington said. “Any time I would go anywhere, be gone for more than 15 minutes he would go through my phone [because] 'I was cheating.'” The night before the shooting, Pennington said Bumpus showed up at her condominium and threatened to kill her. “I called police,” Pennington said. - (Black-on-white) Dangers of interracial dating

(Black) Man threatens to kill (White) 4-year-old during violent robbery: 'He had no remorse'
black suspectblack suspectLOWELL, N.C. - A jaw-dropping violent robbery was caught on surveillance video inside a Lowell convenience store over the weekend and police are still looking for the suspect. A man brought his 4-year-old nephew to visit the boy's grandmother Sunday night at the Lowell Mini Mart on McAdenville Road where the woman works as a clerk. The man, who didn’t want to show his bloody face on camera, told Channel 9 that seconds before the attack, he looked into the robber’s eyes and felt something was wrong. “As soon as he walked in, I had an eerie feeling about the whole thing,” the victim said. The surveillance video shows the robber put the man in a chokehold and point the gun at the clerk while the 4-year-old boy watched, clutching a drink. Police said the gun may have been a pellet gun, but it seemed real when the suspect pistol-whipped the man in the head. The clerk, who also didn’t want to be identified, said the robber targeted the 4-year-old. “He aimed the gun at my grandson and said he would kill him,” the clerk said. The clerk grabbed her grandson and put herself between the child and the gunman. The gunman rushed her and hit her on the head. She said she told her grandson to run. “He had no remorse, no concern for anyone, anybody,” the clerk said. - (Black-on-white)

Family waits 2 decades for Las Vegas cold case murder arrest
black suspectWhite victimAfter waiting more than two decades for an arrest in her older sister’s killing, Marie Ann Iverson Coker’s first instinct was to look up the suspect’s social media accounts.
“I have waited almost 21 years. I needed to see the last person she saw,” Coker said. “I needed to.”
Last week, Las Vegas detectives arrested Arthur Lee Sewall Jr., 51 — a former Metropolitan Police Department officer previously convicted of using his badge to threaten women for sexual favors — on charges of murder and sexual assault in Nadia Iverson’s cold case killing.
Police learned in early 2017 that Sewall’s DNA was found in Iverson’s rape kit. On May 8, 1997, four days after Iverson’s 20th birthday, Metro found Iverson’s body with a gunshot wound to her head inside a duplex under construction north of downtown Las Vegas. She had been in Las Vegas only a few months. - (Black-on-white)
