cleared of wrongdoing in Instagram live-streamed shooting of
(black) armed man
Three Orange County deputies were justified in firing their weapons at an armed man who live-streamed the encounter on Instagram last year, the Orange-Osceola State Attorney’s Office determined after reviewing the case.
Deputies were also cleared of wrongdoing in two other shootings last year, according to letters from Chief Assistant State Attorney Deborah Barra to Sheriff John Mina, which were released to the Orlando Sentinel this week in response to a public records request.
In the Instagram shooting, deputies were called the evening of Feb. 13, 2019, to the Citra at Windermere apartments after 911 callers said a man, later identified as LaForest Gray Jr., was dragging a woman by her hair.
Deputies found Gray and the woman in a garage. Standing behind a car, Gray refused to come out of the garage or show his hands despite repeated commands from deputies. The video showed Gray cursing at the deputies as they pulled the woman out of the garage.
Just before the gunfire, he told the camera, “You’ll finna see this [expletive] live, bro. …I’ll take one for the team, yo.”
Body worn camera from the deputies showed Gray pull out a gun and fire toward deputies.
Deputies Bethany Rising, Nicholas Gramazio and Jason Martin returned fire, but did not hit Gray, who ducked behind the car. Barra wrote in the clearance letter that the deputies, who were not hurt, fired their weapons about 22 times. They eventually sent in a police dog to subdue Gray and arrest him.

Graphic Image: Was BLACK FAG POLITICIAN Andrew Gillum naked
during drug overdose incident?
When news broke on March 13th that 2018 Democratic gubernatorial candidate Andrew Gillum was found “under the influence of an unknown substance” during an apparent overdose at the Mondrian Hotel on Miami Beach, there was unsubstantiated speculation that the married father of three was involved in an extramarital gay affair with two men.
According to a Miami Beach police report, one of the three men present during the overdose was Andrew Gillum, and that “three small plastic bags” of “suspected crystal meth” were found in the room. One of the men in the room, Aldo Mejias, told police that the other man, Travis Dyson, collapse (sic) moments after he opened the door for him and that he witnessed Gillum vomiting in the bathroom.
The Floridian has obtained a picture (above) of a sleeping or unconscious naked black man that eerily resembles Andrew Gillum and is lying on a towel that looks as if it was vomited on.

Florida Man Charged in Estranged Wife's Death
KISSIMMEE, FLA. (AP) — A Florida man and his father have been indicted in the death of the son's estranged wife.
An Osceola County grand jury formally charged Christopher Otero-Rivera with second-degree murder on Thursday, the Orlando Sentinel reported. He faces a possible life sentence. Otero-Rivera's father, Angel Rivera, is charged with being an accessory after the fact and faces up to 15 years in prison.
Nicole Montalvo, 33, was found dead in October on property owned by Rivera, investigators said. The St. Cloud woman had gone missing several days earlier after dropping off her 8-year-old son at the Riveras' home.
Montalvo never left the property, investigators said. She was dismembered and buried on the family's property using a rented excavator, deputies said. GPS data from Otero-Rivera’s ankle monitor showed him moving around the area where Montalvo’s remains were discovered. But DNA tests determined blood found inside the family's garage didn’t belong to Montalvo.

raids target CHINESE ILLEGAL ALIEN ‘birth tourism’
On Tuesday, while much of the nation was preoccupied with the Super Tuesday presidential primaries, federal immigration agents swarmed three dozen sites in Southern California in a crackdown on alleged operators of so-called “birth tourism” businesses.
Such businesses can charge pregnant women from foreign countries as much as $50,000 for services that include lodging, meals and transportation to and from doctor’s office and hospital appointments, the Orange County Register reported.
One such business that has been under scrutiny is the 28-room JR Motel, a former motel in Orange – about 30 miles southeast of Los Angeles -- that has been used as a lodging home or boarding house for women from China, allegedly in violation of zoning laws, local officials told the paper.
Many of the women arrive pregnant and then leave sometime after giving birth in a local hospital --- with their infants becoming instant Americans under what’s called “birthright citizenship,” the automatic citizenship granted to anyone born in the U.S., as prescribed in the 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.
But President Trump and other critics have argued that some people take advantage of the amendment in ways that weren’t intended, so changes may be pursued to tighten the rules.

Shooting Outside King Of Prussia LA Fitness Justified,
No Criminal Charges To Be Filed
Just two black men arguing about a basketball game - one shot another in self-defense
- Please just move along - nothing to see here...
KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa. (CBS) – The Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office says a deadly shooting outside the LA Fitness in the King of Prussia Town Center last month was justified. Authorities say the shooter was acting in self-defense when he shot and killed 28-year-old Alan Jamal Womack Jr. after an argument on the basketball court spilled over into the parking lot. The shooting happened Feb.28, just before 10 p.m. on the 200 block of Village Drive.
When officers arrived, they found Womack lying in the parking lot in front of LA Fitness. He died from a gunshot wound to the chest. Police say Womack accused the other man of a “traveling” foul and they began to argue. Womack threatened to shoot the other man in the head, investigators say. The man then decided to quit the game. Surveillance video shows he left the gym and was followed by Womack. Womack followed him, yelling at him, before pulling a Taurus 9mm handgun from his pocket, police said.
A witness told investigators Womack racked a round into the chamber, while getting within feet of the other man, who then pulled a 9mm Glock firearm from inside his backpack and fired one shot at Womack. As Womack was hit in the chest, Womack fired two shots, striking two parked cars. Investigators say both men were licensed to carry concealed weapons.

a WHITE tourist with one punch
The sentencing hearing for Jamill Jones, a former Wake Forest University assistant men's basketball coach, has been rescheduled amid the coronavirus pandemic in New York City. Jones is now scheduled to be sentenced June 16 in the Queens Criminal Court. Jones, 37, was convicted last month of misdemeanor assault after he was accused of punching a New York City tourist who later died.
Following a jury trial, Jones was found guilty of assault in the third degree, the Queens County District Attorney's Office said. Judge Joanne Watters of Queens Criminal Court initially scheduled Jones' sentencing hearing for March 18. Jones faces up to a year in jail.
According to trial testimony, Jones was driving with a companion shortly after 1:40 a.m. on Aug. 5, 2018, toward their hotel in Long Island City.
The victim, Sandor Szabo, 35, earlier that day had attended a family wedding. Szabo, who was also staying in a nearby hotel, appeared to have possibly shattered the rear window of the SUV that Jones was driving. Szabo then walked away from the SUV and Jones followed him, punched him once in the face and walked back to his vehicle and left the area, the DA's office said.
Szabo was taken to a nearby hospital. His injuries included a cut to his chin, a skull fracture and other traumatic brain injuries. Two days later on Aug. 7, 2018, Szabo died as a result of those injuries, the DA's office said. - (Black-on-White)

MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — A Pakistani doctor who was working as a research coordinator at a medical clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, was arrested Thursday on terrorism charges, after prosecutors say he told others that he pledged his allegiance to the Islamic State group and wanted to carry out “lone wolf” attacks in the United States. baby’s burning death
NATCHITOCHES, La. (AP) — A trial date has been set for a Natchitoches woman accused in the burning death of a 6-month-old boy.
Felicia Marie-Nicole Smith will go on trial Jan. 19, 2021.
Smith is charged with first-degree murder in the July 2018 death of Levi Cole Ellerbe.
The boy’s mother, Hanna Nicole Barker, faces the death penalty on the same charge.
It’s unclear whether Smith will face the death penalty. The two women are being tried separately.
Prosecutors say Barker asked Smith to kill Levi and then waited a few hours before calling 911 to report that her son had been kidnapped.
Smith is accused of dumping Levi in a ditch, coating him in gasoline and setting him ablaze. - (NNN Burned Alive!)

Trish Anderson spoke for nearly 25 minutes Monday in a Franklin County courtroom to eulogize her “smart, funny, witty, zany, unique” daughter and condemn the man who took her daughter’s life as “an evil monster.”
She told the court about the 24-year-old woman who grew up in Warren in northeast Ohio, graduated with a degree from the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science and was training to become a funeral director at Shaw-Davis Funeral Homes in Columbus, where she had made countless friends in a short time.
“My daughter is Rachael Nicoletta Anderson,” she said. “She is not case number 18CR00769. That always bothered me.”
After she spoke, Anthony J. Pardon was sentenced to life without parole for raping and murdering Rachael Anderson during a break-in at her East Side apartment.
McIntosh admitted that even he was startled by the brutality of the crime when prosecutors first projected on a courtroom screen a crime-scene photo of the victim’s body, gagged and hogtied and stuffed in a bedroom closet.
Prosecutors used DNA evidence and cellphone-tracking technology to help establish that Pardon raped and strangled Anderson and stabbed her in the back of the neck in her apartment in the 3000 bock of Allegheny Avenue on the night of Jan. 28, 2018, her 24th birthday.
Pardon didn’t react as the victim’s mother spoke, nor when her father, Bill Anderson, called him “an animal who stalked and preyed on our beautiful daughter.” - (Black-on-White)

TULSA — Murder defendant Joshua Anderson ate the brains of one of his victims, according to testimony in Tulsa County District Court. Anderson, 21, ate the brains of Rosemary Hobbs, 69, said a witness who prosecutors asked not be identified publicly because he fears for his life. A former San Francisco Bay Area tour operator has been sentenced to four years in prison for serving as an unregistered agent for China’s ministry of state security
OAKLAND, Calif. -- A former San Francisco Bay Area tour operator was sentenced to four years in prison for serving as an unregistered agent for China’s Ministry of State Security in a scheme to use “dead drops” to pick up digital memory cards from a source and take them to China.
Xuehua Edward Peng, 56, also was sentenced Monday in Oakland, California, federal court to pay a $30,000 fine, the U.S. Justice Department said.
Peng pleaded guilty on Nov. 25, 2019, to acting at the direction and under the control of ministry of state security officials in China. If convicted at trial, he could have faced up to 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
The Hayward, California, resident admitted that while he was on a business trip to China in March 2015, an official of the People’s Republic of China introduced himself and asked Peng to use his U.S. citizenship to assist him.
The U.S. was never at risk because the information left for Peng was provided by an FBI double agent who had also been approached for spy work by the Chinese government but decided to inform the U.S. government instead, prosecutors have said.
Peng was arrested in September 2019 before completing the next dead drop.
“This case exposed one of the ways that Chinese intelligence officers work to collect classified information from the United States without having to step foot in this country,” Assistant Attorney General for National Security John C. Demers said in a statement.

accused of killing his wife in Oklahoma City arrested in Texas
OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) – A man accused of killing his wife, who was also a young mother, in Oklahoma City earlier this week has been arrested in Texas.
26-year-old Geneva Jordan, a mother of six children, was found dead inside her apartment Tuesday afternoon.
Her youngest child is four months old. Three of her children were inside the home on Tuesday when a neighbor heard screaming.
“We live downstairs and could hear everything, we could hear everything. Chaos was breaking out. I heard her say ‘stop, OK, please.’ She kept saying ‘OK, OK.’ She would run and then scream,” said Rolando Travrzo, a neighbor. Travrzo called police and says officers came to the apartment, but heard nothing and left. It wasn’t until hours later when a family member came by and found Jordan’s body.
"Rest in peace to my sister. I know she may be physically not here, but spiritually she's always gonna be with us,” said Jordan’s sister, Fatima Smith. Police were looking for Jordan's husband, 26-year-old Kendreen Jordan, in connection to her death.
Neighbors say he made one last appearance Tuesday morning before his wife’s body was found.
Kendreen was arrested in Denton, Texas, city officials told KFOR.
The family has set up a GoFundMe to help with funeral expenses.

Jew Queer Faggot Homo Strip Club co-founder, mob informant,
accused of sexually abusing kids
The co-founder of famed Manhattan strip club Scores — who later turned FBI informant, helping to lock up dozens of mobsters — sexually abused two Brooklyn kids decades ago, according to court papers.
Michael Blutrich, now 70, was a coach and benefactor of the Shorefront YM-YWHA
(Young Men's and Young Women's Hebrew Association) of Brighton-Manhattan Beach in the 1980s, when he allegedly befriended and then violated the kids, plying them with cash, expensive clothes and jewelry, they charged in Brooklyn Supreme Court lawsuits against the nonprofit.
One victim was 11 when he met Blutrich in 1982, an encounter which led to at least 500 incidents of abuse over the course of seven years — some of which the alleged pedophile videotaped, according to the litigation filed under the state’s Child Victims Act, which opened a one-year window in which to litigate old sexual-abuse claims.
Blutrich was a closeted Park Avenue lawyer in the early 1990s when he used money stolen in an insurance scam to launch the jiggle joint beloved by radio host Howard Stern. The business ushered Blutrich, a one-time law partner of Andrew Cuomo, into dealings with the mob. By 1996 the feds came calling, recruiting Blutrich to secretly record the mafiosos and ultimately leading to the conviction of John “Junior” Gotti, among others. He eventually earned a 25-year prison sentence.

Teen indicted in 2019 slaying of 78-year-old
(White) Birmingham man
A Birmingham teen has been indicted in last year’s slaying of a 78-year-old man inside his east Birmingham home.
A grand jury on March 6 issued indictments against 19-year-old Eric Kindred for capital murder, burglary and theft of property, according to court records made public Friday. He is charged in the Aug. 29, 2019 shooting death of Louis “Louie” Zicarelli.
Kindred has been in the Jefferson County Jail since Sept. 13. Initially his bond was set at $450,000 but he is now being held without bond.
Zicarelli was shot to death that Thursday night when he opened the front door of his home on Ninth Court Circle South. It was about 9:30 p.m. when he heard the knock and responded.
When police responded to the 911 call, they found Zicarelli unresponsive just inside his home. His wife was also home at the time but was not injured. Kindred lived in the same neighborhood as Zicarelli, who had owned the home for decades.
Police said the teen is responsible for a burglary at the home earlier in the day and the theft of Zicarelli’s black Ford Fusion.
