| UK: White Teen girl abducted and gang raped by black sex beasts Scotland Yard said the teenager was forced into a blacked-out car, carrying three men, by a fourth attacker. The suspects are said to be in their 20s. Two of them are described as black, one with short hair and a gold earring in his left ear. The other two are said to be light-skinned black males, one with a "cane-row" hairstyle. Police say the victim was white and wearing a white coat. - (Madkins) |

| UK: Refused Iranian Asylum Seeker on Rape Charge Disappears Police are hunting a man who was charged with rape and went on the run. Failed Iranian asylum seeker Omid Samipour from Radford Road, Nottingham, was charged with rape in May 2004 and was due in court in December. Nottinghamshire Police say he failed to appear for trial after being bailed. As well as living in Nottingham he also spent some time in the West Midlands. Officers believe Mr Samipour, 25, who speaks only a limited amount of English, is still in the UK. |

UK Sports: African Footballer Tried to Rape Me, Waitress Tells Court  A teenage waitress told a jury today how a professional footballer tried to rape her after dragging her into a hotel bathroom. The girl described how Bristol Rovers striker Junior Agogo pulled her into his room while he was staying with his team-mates at a hotel in Doncaster, South Yorkshire. She said she was walking past Room 101 of the hotel, where 25-year-old Agogo was staying, when she saw him standing in the doorway dressed only in a pair of shorts. The teenager, who is now 17 but was 16 and still at school at the time of the incident, said: “He shouted my name. He grabbed my hand and pulled me in.” - (more sports) - Ref: Agogo from Ghana |

| Islamic Somali Ghouls desecrate colonial Italian cemetery Militias from the Islamic courts set up in the Somali capital, Mogadishu, are destroying a colonial Italian cemetery. They are digging up the graves and dumping human remains near the airport. The BBC's Mohammed Olad Hassan says he was horrified to see a large number of abandoned human skulls. Young boys were playing with one as a toy. Mogadishu was under Italian colonial control until 1950 and many of the graves belong to Italian soldiers and expatriates. - (Madkins) |
UK: Sports: Rape trial for Bucks player A Telford United footballer denied a charge of rape when he appeared in court today. Central defender Dion Scott is accused of raping a 34-year-old mother in Redditch between November 13 and 16 last year. At Worcester Crown Court today, Judge Peter Stretton fixed a two-day trial, starting on April 20. Scott, aged 24, is currently living in a bail hostel in Oldbury, West Midlands. |
