Feds: (Black) Man fails polygraph about missing (White female) teen case
Timothy Da’Shaun TaylorBrittanee Drexel CHARLESTON COUNTY, S.C. – A man named in the case of a missing teenager is taking a plea deal with federal prosecutors for an unrelated crime. Timothy Taylor submitted his guilty plea for being the getaway driver in a 2011 robbery while prosecutors disclosed the 26-year-old failed a lie detector test about the disappearance of Brittanee Drexel. Taylor was named in a jailhouse confession last year in which an inmate alleged he saw Taylor at the same “trap house” as Drexel before she was raped, murdered and dumped in an alligator pit. Drexel was 17 in 2009 when she was reported missing. No one has been arrested for her kidnapping and her body has not been found. “We were given every opportunity to cooperate and we took advantage of that,” said Taylor’s attorney, Mark Peper. Peper says federal investigators are using Taylor’s robbery charge to pressure him to give information he does not have. “We couldn’t provide the FBI or the Drexel family anything beneficial to her whereabouts and we’ve been kind of of punished,” said Peper. The U.S. Attorney’s office says they have not ruled out Taylor’s connection to the Drexel case. - (Black-on-white)

Depraved US-based Nigerian pastor jailed 15 years for raping two underage sisters
Reuben ChizorReuben ChizorReuben Chizor, a US-based Nigerian pastor, has been sentenced to 15 years in prison for raping two underage girls. According to New York Daily News, Chizor, 56, raped the sisters – aged 12 and 14 – in the basement of his church. The girls are members of his Hope Restoration Ministries church in Queens Village, New York. He had reportedly raped the duo on two different occasions back in 2011. Chizor was said to have taken advantage of the 14-year-old on July 27, 2011, while he later raped her younger sister on August 22, 2011. Richard Brown, Queens district attorney, said Chizor exploited the trust the congregation had in him to “satisfy his depraved desires”. “The defendant took advantage of his position as a man of the cloth and the trust placed in him by his followers to satisfy his depraved desires,” he was quoted to have said. “Through manipulation and conniving control, he sexually abused his two young victims for nearly two years. “What the defendant forced his victims to endure was horrendous — and as punishment he now will be spending a lengthy term behind bars.” He added that the man continued abusing “one or both of the girls through May 2013″. The girls were said to have confided in each other that they had been raped by Chizor in July 2015 after which the matter was reported to the police.

(Black) Tomah man sentenced to 17 years for domestic violence case - blames convictions on his race
SPARTA — Torry Anderson Sr. committed vile acts against the woman he vowed to protect. He tried to control his wife by humiliating and degrading her and is responsible for one of the most egregious domestic violence cases heard by the court, Monroe County Circuit Judge David Rice said Wednesday. “I don’t think the offenses could get more severe unless he killed her,” District Attorney Kevin Croninger said. “Frankly, I think he came close.” Rice on Wednesday sentenced Anderson to 17 years in prison and five years on extended supervision. At 58 years old and diagnosed with advanced colon cancer, Anderson may never return to the community. “This incident and his conduct was so terrifying, so humiliating, that I cannot expose him to the public,” Rice said. On Feb. 9, 2016, Anderson forced his wife to remove her clothes at their Tomah home before sexually assaulting her at knifepoint and berating her, Croninger said. “This was Mr. Anderson exerting power and control over (the victim),” he said. He then forced her to stand in one spot in the living room and said he would kill her if she moved. “Yeah, bitch, you’re going to die tonight,” he told his wife. She escaped that night while he was in a bedroom and fled to the Tomah Police Department, where she cowered in a corner and begged officers not to let her husband find her. She told police that Anderson was mentally and verbally abusive, and that he had hog-tied her with speaker wire in the past. A jury in April convicted Anderson of 18 crimes, including second-degree sexual assault with use of a dangerous weapon, second-degree recklessly endangering safety, false imprisonment and strangulation, for conduct committed in late 2015 and early 2016. Anderson blames his convictions on his race, Croninger said. “He’s delusional,” he said.

Common Pleas Judge David Cashman approved a request by assistant district attorney Lisa Pellegrini to limit comments to the media by attorneys involved in the case. Pellegrini’s motion said the defense attorneys for Cheron Shelton and Robert Thomas “made extrajudicial statements to members of the print, radio and television media that would tend to prejudice the trial process related to this matter.”

(Black) Former housekeeper's (worthless black) son charged in cowardly cruel and brutal murder of elderly 79-year-old (White) woman
Michael SusberryJaneil BernardHOUSTON - An arrest has been made in the death of a 79-year-old woman who was found "brutally murdered" in a home in Hedwig Village, police said. Janeil Bernard's body was discovered by her maid around 1 p.m. on July Fourth in the 11000 block of Capri Lane. She was found beaten and stabbed to death and there were signs of a struggle, Sgt. Marvin Collins said during a news conference. Police said Bernard's former housekeeper's son, Michael Susberry, 55, has been charged for the death of Bernard. Police said robbery was Susberry's motive. Police said Susberry's mother worked for Bernard for over 50 years and that the families were very close. Police said Susberry's mother retired a little over five years ago, but Bernard continued to give her monthly stipend.  Susberry's sons, including Michael Susberry, would pick up the check every month, officials said. Michael Susberry confessed to police that he went to Bernard's house to rob her and she let him into her home because she knew him, officials said. Police said Bernard even gave him something to drink. Michael Susberry told police he went to her restroom and pretended he had fallen on the floor. Police said when Bernard went to help him off the floor, he head-butted her, knocked her to the ground, beat her and stabbed her multiple times. Police said Bernard tried to fight back. Police said he ransacked her home, stole jewelry, and took her wallet and a red four-door Cadillac. Police focused on Michael Susberry due to his behavior and past criminal history. - (Black-on-white)

(Black nword) sentenced to life for RAPE and MURDER of (White) female sheriff’s deputy
Andrew CrittonJermaine JohnsonSulyn PrinceA Homer man who killed a Webster Parish sheriff’s deputy in 2016 was formally sentenced Tuesday morning to life in prison. District Judge Glenn Fallin imposed the mandatory sentence resulting from a Bienville Parish jury's conviction in April of 41-year-old Andrew Critton in the second-degree murder of Sulyn Prince, 69, of Homer. Two of Prince’s daughters broke down in tears while reading victim impact letters prior to the sentencing. No others spoke.
Jermaine Johnson
, another man initially accused in Prince’s death, pleaded no contest to accessory after the fact to second-degree murder in late June. A news release Friday from District Attorney Danny Newell stated a plea was accepted from Johnson without specifying the plea was no contest.
Johnson was the first to be arrested in Prince’s death. A grand jury indicted him on a charge of second-degree murder. That charge was dismissed and replaced with obstruction of justice. However, that charge was also dismissed in the plea bargain, Harville said. Fallin sentenced Johnson to the maximum of five years in prison for his role in concealing evidence in Prince’s murder. DNA evidence linked Critton, not Johnson, to Sulyn’s violent death, according to testimony at Critton’s trial. - (Black-on-white)
Prince’s body was discovered Jan. 11, 2016 in a shallow grave near her home. Family members had reported a welfare concern the day before after not being able to reach her and finding her home in disarray. Prince was a corrections officer for the Webster Parish Sheriff's Office. Johnson and Critton lived in the vicinity of Prince's home and served time together in the Claiborne Parish Detention Center. They also had a history of sex-related crimes. Critton acted alone in the rape and murder of Sylyn Prince. Johnson’s role was limited to the concealment of evidence following the crime.” At Critton’s trial, a forensic pathologist said Prince was bludgeoned in the head by a fire extinguisher, describing the blow as one of the worst skull fractures – with the exception of high-speed car crashes – witnessed in over 2,000 autopsies. The violent act left Prince’s home splattered with blood. Other blood drops were found on broken furniture in the room. A blood-soaked rug, the fire extinguisher and some of Prince's clothing were recovered from a nearby creek. After she was killed, Prince's body was dragged from the house and through the yard. A wheelbarrow was then used to move her body to a nearby wooded lot, where it was buried. An early morning frost left clear drag and wheel paths in the yard, and evidence from Prince’s home was scattered from the creek to the burial site, the lead investigator told the jury.

Mcintosh Pierre-Paul, 25, and Jean Mary MarchernoJustin VanMeterLANTANA, Florida —The family of a restaraunt server fatally shot on Hypoluxo Road late Sunday has heard he may have been shot for his tip money. Investigators from the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office said Justin VanMeter apparently took out his tip money following a double shift at the Cracker Barrel in Boynton Beach to pay for cigarettes at the Hypoluxo Food Mart, Julia Renee Walton, VanMeter’s cousin, said Tuesday. Walton said PBSO told her family the men behind him at the checkout saw him take out his tip money, followed him out of the convenience store and shot him for the cash. “He worked a long day and just wanted to go home,” Walton said while holding back sobs. Mcintosh Pierre-Paul, 25, and Jean Mary Marcherno, 20, were arrested Tuesday on first-degree murder charges in the shooting death of VanMeter, the sheriff’s office said. They will be seen before a judge Wednesday morning at the Palm Beach County Jail to determine bond. Walton said VanMeeter was in a relationship and had a three-month old son named Ethan. She was relieved to find out that someone was arrested for the death of her cousin, who was like an older brother. “At least they’re not out there anymore,” she said. “Now, we can get answers.” - (Black-on-white)

BART Withholding Surveillance Videos Of Crime To Avoid ‘Stereotypes’ - (Drudge)
suspectsuspectsuspectsuspectsuspectsuspectsuspectsuspectsuspectSAN FRANCISCO — In the last three months, there have been at least three robberies on BART involving groups of teenagers. “I think people are genuinely concerned — they are fearful about the stories that have come out about the recent attacks, the assaults, the thefts,” said Debora Allen, who is a member of the BART Board of Directors. April 22: Forty to sixty kids boarded a train at the Coliseum stop and robbed seven passengers, beating up two; June 28: A group of four kids assaulted a passenger and made off with a cell phone at Dublin; and June 30: A woman on a train with about a dozen teenagers had her phone snatched by one them before the group got off at the Coliseum stop. Thankfully, a good Samaritan was on hand to retrieve the phone . So far, BART has refused to turn over surveillance video for any of these incidents. Allen told us the agency issued an explanation for why it is being tight-lipped about the thefts. “To release these videos would create a high level of racially insensitive commentary toward the district,” she was told. “And in addition it would create a racial bias in the riders against minorities on the trains.”

Said YarowThe 19-year-old who was arrested in June in connection with the attempted to rape a woman in the shadow of the federal courthouse downtown was out of jail on bail for two days before running into the law once again. Austin police arrested Said Yarow early Sunday morning after he allegedly crashed into three people on Sixth Street and attempted to take off, officers wrote in an arrest affidavit filed on Tuesday. The incident unfolded shortly before 3 a.m. at the intersection of Sixth and Brazos streets, less than an hour after last call for the bars and clubs along the stretch known as “Dirty Sixth.” A bike-mounted police officer reported hearing a crash and cycling to the scene where he found a Lexus on the curb and a body on the road, the affidavit said. As he biked towards the car, its reverse lights came on and it pulled back into the street. The officer reported that he and another officer in a car pursued the silver sedan as pedestrians began to run up to the car and tell the driver to stop. The car then began running red lights as it attempted to make a getaway.

(Black) Woman arrested for falsely reporting LA carjacking, triggering Amber Alert
black female suspectLOS ANGELES -- Authorities said an Amber Alert that was issued for a 16-year-old boy resulted from a false report by a woman who had loaned her car to another woman. Charline Gatson told authorities she was carjacked at 47th and Figueroa streets on Thursday and that her stepson, Eric Coleman, was in the backseat at the time of the carjacking. Authorities identified Kandice Johnson, 31, as the suspect and she was found and arrested on Friday in San Bernardino. During the investigation, authorities learned Gatson had actually loaned the car to Johnson for several days and for an unknown reason Johnson had refused to give it back. Authorities also learned Johnson never carjacked Gatson, and Coleman was never actually in the backseat. Although the motive for Gatson creating the false reports is unclear, authorities believe she wanted to create a scene that would result in a swift police response. Gatson was arrested Friday morning on suspicion of filing a false police report.

Deadly Shooting Outside Bar in Pittston
Stephen SpencerChristopher WilliamsPITTSTON -- A man is dead after a shooting outside a bar in Pittston. Neighbors were already worried about the rowdiness outside the bar, but now their concerns are only growing. Police say a handshake refusal led to the deadly shooting outside of Saints and Sinners Irish Pub on Center Street just after 1 a.m. Sunday. When officers arrived on scene, the alleged shooter still held the gun in his right hand. According to police, when officers ordered him to drop the weapon, he said, "Here is the gun. I shot him." Officers arrested Stephen Spencer, 30, and charged him with criminal homicide, simple assault, and terroristic threats. The coroner identified the victim as Christopher Williams, 32, of Pittston. Neighbors have complained about loud noises coming from the bar, but they were shocked to learn someone was killed. "A shooting you never suspect it. There's fights and stuff but not a shooting," said Joyce Cook of Pittston. Police say the violence started inside the bar after a witness refused to shake Spencer's hand. According to court papers, that unidentified witness says they left the bar and started to walk home. They saw Spencer reach into his pants, grab a gun, and fire. Williams was rushed to Geisinger Wyoming Valley where he died. - (Black-on-white)

The complaint says when Williams's group left the bar, Spencer was holding a gun, and he shot Williams.

Charges dropped against black accused of strangling his (White) calculus tutor to death - family says state messed up
Joni Cunningham DonleyDavid Grant WEST PALM BEACH The Broward County State Attorney’s Office dropped its manslaughter charge Friday against Joni Donley, a Riviera Beach man accused of strangling his calculus tutor, after prosecutors failed to secure the testimony of the key witness to the 2012 homicide before he moved back to his home country. According to police reports, Donley and his tutor, David Grant of West Palm Beach, had agreed to meet for an evening math session at a Davie Dunkin’ Donuts on Jan. 17, 2012, as Donley, then 28, had a Calculus 2 test scheduled at Broward College the following day. Shortly after midnight they got into an argument, which turned into a physical fight just outside the shop.

A witness saw Donley kick the 49-year-old Grant in the neck, jump on him, strangle him and drive off, police said. Another witness took down Donley’s license plate number as Donley drove off. Police using that plate number located Donley within hours, and found his bloody shirt. Left alone in an interview room after his arrest, Donley was heard saying to himself, aloud: “You killed somebody, Jon. How could you? How could you have done that? Oh, my God, I took a life … This guy’s dead for nothing, for nothing, Jon.”
He told police he was set off by Grant calling him a racial slur during the argument, which witnesses confirmed. The key witness to the fight was deposed by defense attorneys but prosecutors neither attended nor sent notification that the testimony should be preserved for their use, according to Grant’s sister, Carol Field, who spoke at Friday’s hearing before Judge Lisa Porter. If prosecutors read the transcribed copy they were sent of that interview, they would have seen that witness Ahmad Alsuvae stated he planned to return to Saudi Arabia after completing his studies, said Field, a civil law attorney.

Field said Assistant State Attorney Vegina Hawkins told her and her husband “point-blank” about three months ago that prosecutors felt obliged to drop the case because of their inability to use the deposition or get hold of the witness for the trial. In fact the Hawkins’ close-out memorandum on the case said that Grant weighed about 380 pounds and had partially clogged arteries, making the prosecution’s case vulnerable to defense claims that Grant died of a heart attack, not strangulation.
“The state has no competent evidence to rebut the argument that when Donley is called a (derogatory name for black), he was suddenly provoked to turn and strike Mr. Grant. The witnesses all stated that Donley was walking away, and suddenly the combat ensues, with Grant attempting to place Donley in a bear hug. By all accounts, no weapon was used, and the fact that Donley held Grant for approximately 15 seconds does not rise to the level of a cruel and unusual manner.”
Without the one witness who saw the whole fight, and the legal reality that the death could by law be construed as accidental, the memo said, “It has become abundantly clear that there is no likelihood of successful prosecution, and the state cannot pursue the charges set forth.” Friday’s hearing closing the case took just a few minutes, most of that time allotted to Field, who spoke of the State Attorney’s Office’s mistakes and of her loss of faith in a justice system that was letting her brother’s killer go free despite abundant evidence against him.
“They did not fulfill their obligation to the family or the public,” she said afterward. Donley did not speak at the hearing and declined comment. “David was a good man. He loved math and he loved his students,” Field said. “Joni physically attacked him and left him face down, dead in the parking lot, like a dog. He drove away. He didn’t turn himself in. He was picked up with blood on his shirt. In his own words, he killed him for nothing. - (Black-on-white)
