Elderly (White) Austin Attorney Had Gone Shopping With (Black) Accused Killer Before Being Fatally Stabbed [UPDATED]   AUSTIN, TX — A man described as a transient has been arrested in the death of a local attorney who was found dead at his home with obvious trauma, officials confirmed. Justin Nickolas Twyne, 24, was arrested in New Orleans for the stabbing death of James Short, 74, Travis County Sheriff's Office spokesperson Kristen Dark told Patch. Short was found stabbed to death in his southwest Travis County home on April 7 along the 8000 block of Rockwood Circle. The two men had exchanged text messages and had gone shopping together at an area Walmart before Short's death, Dark said during a telephone interview. Black Md. man sentenced to 4 years after fatal shooting of (White) firefighter, wounding another   UPPER MARLBORO, Md. - A Temple Hills man who shot two Prince George's County firefighters when they entered his home last year has been sentenced to four years in prison. Darrell Lumpkin apologized in court Friday telling the judge he was very sorry. He claimed he was having a diabetic episode and thought someone was breaking into his home when he opened fire. The courtroom was packed with firefighters and family members as the wife of John Ulmschneider, the firefighter killed in the incident, got up to tell the court how difficult her life has been like since losing her husband. Dawn Ulmschneider said John was her best friend and soul mate. The widow is raising their 22-month-old daughter and she said one day that Abigail will realize that her father will not be coming home. Lumpkin shot and killed Ulmschneider and wounded volunteer firefighter Kevin Swain as well as his own brother, who was with the firefighters at the time. The firefighters had gone to the house after Lumpkin's brother called 911 to say his brother needed help. When no one answered, the firefighter forced entry into the home. And as they did, Lumpkin opened fire. The other firefighter, Kevin Swain, was hit four times in the shooting. He said in court that he has survivor’s guilt and has had to live with nightmares. He also said he was angry, depressed and in a deep hole he couldn't come out of, which led him to finally seek help. - (Black-on-white) |

Negress arrested in drug related fatal stabbing of (White man), 20 at Osceola Co, FL hotel   Osceola County deputies arrested a woman accused of stabbing one man to death at a hotel and seriously injuring another. Emerita Eileen Mapp, 33, is accused of first-degree murder in the death of Zackery Ganoe. Ganoe, 20, was found dead Tuesday inside Room 117 at the Days Inn on Polynesian Isle Boulevard, Capt. Jacob Ruiz said. Another man was found outside the room with serious injuries. He was taken to a hospital, and deputies did not release his name. Deputies think the men knew Mapp and that drug use may have been involved, Ruiz said. He declined to elaborate. “This was a violent and horrific crime. Fayetteville man committed sex crime against 3-year-old on Christmas, police say FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. – A Fayetteville man is in custody and accused of committing a sex crime against a child last Christmas, Fayetteville police said. Timothy Wayne Hickson, 50, of the 1900 block of Murchison Road, is facing one count of first-degree forcible sex offense, police said. The victim was 3 years old at the time of the crime, according to authorities. No other information about the crime has been released at this time. Hickson turned himself in Thursday, authorities said. He is being held in the Cumberland County Detention Center on a $250,000 secured bond. |

"Demonic" Suffolk man "Demonte" arrested for sodomy, sexual assault of 17-year-old SUFFOLK, Va. -- Demonte Lee Ingram, 21, is in jail for allegedly sexually abusing a 17-year-old girl. Officers were called out to the 2300 block of Hosier Road on April 13. The teen told police that Ingram sexually abused her in the early hours of Wednesday morning. Ingram is charged with Forcible Sodomy, Object Sexual Penetration, and Object Sexual Penetration by Force. He is currently being held without bond at the Western Tidewater Regional Jail. |
Police arrest man for masturbating in front of child near East Austin elementary school   Austin police say a man masturbated in front of a woman and her four-year-old daughter as they were heading home from an East Austin school. Rodrick Newsome, 36, is charged with indecency with a child by exposure, a third-degree felony punishable with up to 10 years in prison. According to Newsome’s arrest affidavit, a woman was walking her daughter home from Norman Elementary School on Friday around 3:15 p.m. when a man, later identified as Newsome, yelled “Hey sexy. Hey baby” at them. Newsome had his pants down to his knees and was masturbating as he faced the victims, the affidavit said. The woman said she and her daughter ran away and reported the incident to police, the document said. A witness said after the victims ran off, Newsome pulled up his pants and walked away, it said. |

Black Queens Mother Wearing ‘Support Your Local Bartender’ Shirt Charged With DWI  UNIONDALE, N.Y. — A Queens mother faces charges after she allegedly drove drunk with her 6-year-old son in the car and crashed into another vehicle. Nassau County police said 31-year-old Ladion Logan hit a parked car on Uniondale Avenue in Uniondale around 5:45 p.m. Wednesday. Police said Logan was intoxicated and struggled with officers as she was taken into custody. At the time of her arrest, she was wearing a tank top that read, “Support Your Local Bartender.” Logan was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, resisting arrest and endangering the welfare of a child. |
| (Black) Suspects Detained After Dramatic Oakland, CA Police ChaseOAKLAND — Two robbery suspects were taken into custody Thursday afternoon following a dramatic police chase that unfolded in the streets and backyards of Oakland. While police still have not released much information about what triggered the pursuit, Chopper 5 captured video of the chase. The helicopter first spotted the chase after seeing several Oakland police vehicles traveling together at high speed on northbound I-880 before the patrol cars sped off the freeway and onto the side streets. Chopper 5 eventually spotted the suspect vehicle being pursued, a black Mercedes sedan with paper plates that was later determined to be a stolen car. Video showed the suspect — a young, African-American male wearing a black shirt and red pants with a tall, slim build — ditch the car near the intersection of Delaware and Georgia, exiting the vehicle as it continued to roll. |

Nearly Two-Dozen Coons, Spanics Caught In Stockton Gang Sweep, Including Corrections Officer  STOCKTON – Twenty-three people are behind bars after a major gang sweep spearheaded by the Stockton Police Department. Investigators seized various weapons and narcotics after a citywide raid on Wednesday. “Getting gang members, violent criminals, weapons and narcotics off our streets is an ongoing process to make Stockton the best that it can be,” said Stockton Police Chief Eric Jones. The people arrested face more than 60 felony charges, combined, for offenses including possession of narcotics, conspiracy, theft, and promoting gang activity “This was an outstanding operation to dismantle a very violent gang in Stockton,” Jones said at press conference on Thursday. For the last two years, Stockton Police Department has its eyes on the North Side Gangster Crips. Police Chief Jones called on several agencies including the Stockton FBI, Tracy PD, and ATF. Together, they tackled Operation Blue Storm: the joint effort to take down the gang. “The North Side Gangster Crips (NSGC) were involved in at least four shooting incidents that would have otherwise gone possibly unreported and unsolved,” Jones said. |

Isaiah Montrell Thomas, of Anoka, faces two counts of second-degree murder. At his first appearance in court Friday, Thomas became combative with the judge, arguing over his understanding of his rights and his wish to find his own attorney. Judge Kristin Larson decided Thomas’ previous criminal record and his plans to flee to California was sufficient cause to set his bail at $2 million. According to the criminal complaint, Anoka police officers were dispatched on Nov. 28 at 10:47 a.m. to the report of an elderly man found dead in his home in Anoka. Relatives said Al Loehlein’s family dropped him off at his home on Thanksgiving night. Monday morning, a family member found his body inside his house. When officers arrived on scene, they say Loehlein appeared to have been beaten to death due to severe injuries to his head, face and neck. Race may have 'fed into' Jamie Urton homicide, prosecutor says   CINCINNATI — Hamilton County Prosecutor Joe Deters said that race may have "fed into" the deadly shooting of a driver who struck a 4-year-old child last month. He announced a $7,500 reward for help finding Deonte Baber, 25. Jamie Urton, a white man, was driving on Kenton Street when he accidentally struck a 4-year-old (black) boy March 24, police said. The boy's (black) father attacked Urton and then Baber shot him, Deters said. Before he shot Urton, Deters said that Baber, who is black, told the man's black passenger, "Get out of here. You're black." Baber shot at Urton five times, Deters said. A warrant has been issued for Baber's arrest but he is still at large. The boy's father, Jamall Killings, is also charged with murder in connection with the case. Deters said that before Baber arrived to the car, Killings beat Urton. Killings has turned himself in. Deters called Killings an "idiot" and the crime "disgusting." "Who does that?" said Deters. "Your kid gets hit-, why aren't you going to your kid? Why do you let your kid lay in the street and go open a car door and start beating a guy up?" The two women were attacked at the Kansas City Crittenton Children's Center's administration building. KCTV5 spoke to Joyce one day after the attack. She arrived at work just after 4 a.m. Tuesday morning. "I got to work around 4:20 in the morning and whenever I pull into the lot, I always look around to make sure that there's no one around or I won't get out of my car and it looked fine to me," Joyce said. About two hours later, she heard screaming in the building. She then saw her coworker getting attacked. When Joyce made her presence known, he began to attack her. "My first instinct was to lay there and just play dead, but I thought any minute, another blow is going to come to the back of my head and that would be it," Joyce said. "He was being relentless with me. And if Robby didn't show up when she showed up, I would have taken that last blow and I think that would have been the one that was head on." Joyce was just recently diagnosed with breast cancer. She says on top of trying to determine when she'll be able to go back to work, she still has to find time get radiation treatment. 1 black arrested, $30K reward offered in San Luis Hotel shooting of unarmed (White-Hispanic) security guard  GALVESTON, Texas – Police say the investigation into the shooting of a 23-year-old security guard behind the popular San Luis Hotel in Galveston continues. A $30,000 reward is now being offered for information in the case. Earlier this week the guard, now identified as Phillip Molis, was placed in ICU after undergoing surgery at UTMB-Galveston. Late Sunday, Molis told police he spotted three suspicious men in a back parking lot at the hotel, located along the seawall. When the guard approached the men, at least one of them opened fire and shot him multiple times. An off-duty officer heard the gunfire and found the wounded guard. The suspects were already gone, however. On Thursday, police held a press conference releasing more info about the victim and a suspect in the case. They say responding officers found 10 cars broken into. When they went to look for the suspects, they found 21-year-old Tyrone Davis Haynes of Missouri City hiding nearby. He was taken into custody and is considered a suspect in the incident, but the search for his alleged accomplices continues. He married a Somali-American woman, who had recently moved from Wyoming to Minneapolis, in 2015. They moved to Cedar-Riverside in 2016. In late 2016, he applied for a permit to carry a handgun, which was denied by the Hennepin County Sheriff’s Office, saying there was evidence that he is a danger to himself and others if allowed a permit to carry a gun. He had mental health issues, and his mother said he had been suicidal. Jumana Nagarwala, 44, of Northville Michigan is accused of performing female genital mutilation on underage girls. According to a criminal complaint, Nagarwala performed the procedure on girls ages six to eight years old at a medical clinic in Livonia. Some of the children were brought from out of state for the illegal procedure. Female Genital Mutilation (FGM) is considered the complete removal or partial removal of the clitoris, known as a clitoridectomy. Dumb wite gurl hanging wit negro facing second degree murder charge * Two arrested for Wednesday murder on Pine Avenue    Niagara Falls Police are continuing to investigate a murder that occurred early Wednesday night in an apartment on Pine Avenue. Shequan Herbert, 22, and Stephanie Raymond, 18, both of Niagara Falls, have been charged with the murder of Jose Hewitt, in what police say may have been a case of mistaken identity. According to the police report, the two arrived the man's apartment building at 617 Pine Ave., with the intention of robbing two individuals who live at one of the apartments there. When they could not gain entry into the common hallway, they began banging on the outer door. Police said Hewitt went to the door and, not knowing their intentions, yelled for the suspects to walk around to the back door of the building. Police say the suspects forced the door and began to assault Hewitt, striking him in the head with what is believed to have been a handgun. Leaving him bloodied on the floor by the door, they continued upstairs and into an apartment where one suspect put a gun to the head of another victim who was the apparent intended target, and robbed that person of $4,000 before leaving the scene in a waiting vehicle. The two suspects were later arrested and will appear in court at 9 a.m. today. |

Search For Victims After Martial Arts Teacher Charged With Sexual Assault COLLIN COUNTY ---– Two North Texas police departments are investigating, looking for more possible victims of a local martial arts instructor charged with Sexual Assault of a Child. Timothy Vidal, a 6th Degree Black Belt and former master instructor at Tiger Rock Martial Arts in McKinney remains in the Collin County Jail. Vidal, 34, turned himself in earlier this month after police in Allen began investigating an assault involving a 16-year-old girl he instructed. After news began circulating about the accusations against Vidal in Allen, a second girl in McKinney came forward and said Vidal had assaulted her too. The girl claims the sexual assaults happened several times starting when she was 14-years-old. Vidal was fired as a martial arts instructor after it was learned one of his accusers was one of his students. Marv Conway, the owner of Tiger Rock Martial Arts, said that Vidal confessed to him. |

Police are searching for 29-year-old Darryl "Boo" Harlan and 37-year-old Sherris "Punky" Ingram. Investigators said Harlan repeatedly raped the 14-year-old girl with permission from the girl's family members. Several of the girl’s family members including her mother, grandmother, and great-aunt were aware of the rapes and did nothing to stop them, according to Chief Virgil Green. Investigators said they also discovered Harlan's wife knew about the crime. His wife even allowed the teen to spend the night at their home. Harlan also was allowed to check the teenager out of school on multiple dates. Police said the mother of the teenager, grandmother, and great-aunt all face criminals charges for not protecting the teenager. In addition, Harlan's wife will be facing criminal charges related to her knowledge of her husband's crime. |
Basketball coach, 26, accused of raping a girl, 13, in Baltimore City BALTIMORE — A basketball coach at a Baltimore City school is charged with rape and other sex offenses involving a 13-year-old girl, city police said. Carl Trusty, 26, is charged with second-degree rape, second-, third- and fourth-degree sex offenses, second-degree assault, second-degree child abuse, sex abuse of a minor and contributing to the delinquency of a minor in connection with the relationship with the girl, police said. City police said at least one incident between Trusty and the girl took place inside the school, identified as Collington Square Elementary/Middle School in east Baltimore. |

(AP) — Pennsylvania’s highest court is temporarily suspending the law license of Philadelphia District Attorney Seth Williams as he awaits trial on federal bribery charges. The state Supreme Court order was issued Thursday after a joint motion by Williams’ lawyer and the office of disciplinary counsel. It takes effect in one month. Williams’ office says he won’t make any legal determinations while he’s suspended and won’t act as an attorney in any case involving the office. Williams is a 50-year-old, two-term Democrat. Louisville negro, wigger cops charged homo sex abuse, sodomy Youf Explorer Program  LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- After months of investigating, two men have been indicted on charges of sexual abuse and sodomy. Indictments have charged Officer Brandon Wood with seven counts of sexual abuse and former Officer Kenneth Betts with two counts of sodomy. LMPD’s Public Integrity Unit began investigating Wood and Betts back in October when an alleged victim came forward claiming he had been raped and sexually abused when he was a member of the Louisville Metro Police Department's Youth Explorer Program. Knapp announced Wednesday. The 49-year-old was taken into custody and will be sentenced June 2.
Corcoran also faces trial on separate sexual abuse charges stemming from allegations by three juveniles who were Boy Scouts during the 1990s, prosecutors said. The allegations were uncovered during a 2011 investigation into the alleged sexual assaults. |

Female Black Muslim Judge washes up dead along the Hudson River in New York City A pioneering judge, who became the first Muslim woman in US history to serve on the bench, was found dead Wednesday — washed up on the Manhattan side of the Hudson River, sources said. Sheila Abdus-Salaam, 65, was discovered floating in the water near 132nd Street and Hudson Parkway at around 1:45 p.m., according to police sources. Her death appeared to be a suicide. (Black) Oklahoma City man pleads guilty to killing 18-day-old infant, repeatedly raping 13-year-old girl OKLAHOMA CITY – An Oklahoma City man has pleaded guilty to multiple charges, including murdering an 18-day-old infant and repeatedly raping a 13-year-old girl. Officials first started investigating 29-year-old Ron DeShawn Turner when a 13-year-old girl gave birth to a child in August 2016. The infant, identified as 18-day-old Prince Williams, died approximately three weeks later, court documents state. After interviewing multiple family members, investigators determined Turner may have been the father of the young teen’s baby. One man told authorities that he saw Turner rape the 13-year-old multiple times. That same man told police that Turner even forced him to have sex with the young girl. The 13-year-old victim later confirmed the man’s story to police. The girl said that Turner would rape her “sometimes on a daily basis.” She said that Turner had forced another man to have sex with her because the man was gay and “Turner wanted him to see how good it was to be with a girl,” court documents state. Turner was later arrested and reportedly admitted to raping the young girl and killing the infant. |

Convicted Johnson County rapist is a sexual predator, prosecutors allege A sexual predator case has been filed against a man convicted of sexually assaulting two victims in Johnson County in 1986. Lester D. Thomas, 48, was returned to the Johnson County jail after the Kansas attorney general’s office filed a petition seeking to have him committed to the state sexual predator program. Thomas was sentenced in 1987 to 23 to 60 years in prison after he was convicted of kidnapping, rape and attempted rape in two cases. The victim in that case was in her 20s and was attacked in her home. She was stabbed multiple times with an ice pick before a mail carrier interrupted the attack and the assailant fled. |
“DNA don’t lie:” Man arrested after sample matched evidence from decade-old assault MILWAUKEE -- After more than a decade, Milwaukee police believe they have gotten justice for a woman who was abducted from a bus stop and assaulted. Police say the suspect had a DNA sample taken earlier this year as part of a separate investigation. That sample matched DNA evidence collected at the scene of a sexual assault that happened in 2006. In February of 2006, a woman waited for a bus and just before midnight, a man "approached the victim from behind and grabbed her by her arm and shoulder."
He forced her to go with him into the alley behind a nearby store. When she tried to scream, he "covered her mouth" and told her, "shut up or I'll kill you." The big break came in the fall of 2016. 27-year-old James Willis pleaded guilty to a disorderly conduct charge. Following the misdemeanor conviction, he provided a DNA sample. It matched the evidence found in the alley back in 2006. Police arrested Willis. |

Around 7:30 p.m. on March 30, police responded to the report of an indecent exposure. The victim told police she got on the bus at the Twinbrook Metro Station and sat on the back of bus. The suspect was already seated in the front. The suspect moved to the back of the bus to sit next to her. The victim told police they had a brief conversation before the suspect inappropriately touched her and exposed himself to her. The victim told the bus driver what happened when the bus stopped. The driver called police. The suspect grabbed his bike and got off of the bus. He was last seen riding his bike. |
Dark-skinned homeless most-likely muslim migrant Ahmed Hadir Ahmed accused of sexually assaulting teen runaway PORTLAND, Ore. – A 20-year-old homeless man allegedly sexually assaulted a runaway 13-year-old girl and gave her drugs. Police learned about the assaults and drug activity when the girl called police early Wednesday morning and reported a homicide at Powell Park in Southeast Portland, according to Sgt. Pete Simpson with Portland police. When officers arrived, the girl told police she had been with a homeless man for the past few days and he said he killed someone. Officers couldn’t find any evidence of a homicide at the park but they learned the homeless man, 20-year-old Ahmed Hadir Ahmed, had been giving the girl drugs and sexually assaulting her. Ahmed was arrested on charges including rape, sodomy, sex abuse and delivery of methamphetamine to a juvenile. The girl was taken to a hospital for a sexual assault examination. |

(White) Woman found strangled in Fort Worth apartment FORT WORTH -- Fort Worth Police Department homicide and crime scene investigators spent much of Tuesday afternoon canvassing the area where a 22-year-old woman was found strangled in her apartment. The Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office has identified the victim as Molly Matheson of Fort Worth. She lived on the 2600 block of Waits Avenue, not far from the TCU campus. Matheson was living in a detached apartment behind a home and was the only person who lived in that apartment. Matheson was found fatally strangled in her bathroom on Monday afternoon. Police said the victim’s mother found her. The homeowner came in after the discovery. |

On Tuesday, police said one man threw food at a 19-year-old manager and punched him in the face. 13-year-old African American youth accidentally shoots and kills himself on Instagram Live as friends watch ATLANTA — A teen is dead after he accidentally shot himself while his friends watched on Instagram Live. “I heard a big boom,” his mother Shaniqua Stephens said. “I couldn’t tell if it was a gun shot or what.” Stephens had just watched her 13-year-old son, Malachi Hemphill, take out the trash Monday evening when she heard the gunshot. She rushed upstairs with her daughter to find her son in pool of blood. His phone was still streaming on Instagram Live. Stephens said someone told him to put a clip in the gun during the live video and he obliged. Stephens believes it was an accident and not a suicide. |

LAOTIAN Rogers Pervert Facing Child Pornography Charges  ROGERS, Arkansas — A Rogers man is facing child pornography charges after officers allegedly found more than 100 explicit images on a hard drive inside the man’s home in March. Peng Chanthalangsy, 37, is facing charges of possession and receipt of child pornography, according to an affidavit. Officers served a search warrant at Chanthalangsy’s West Olive Street home on March 13 for suspected drug charges, the document states. During that search, officers seized some digital devices. While investigating those devices for the drug charges, an examiner found several images of child pornography and child erotica on a hard drive, the document states. In total, more than 100 images and three videos of child pornography were found, with the child victims ranging in age from 3-12 years old. |

Diane Porter, 69, was shot in the stomach and is recovering, her husband John Porter, was shot in the head, and died last week. Floyd’s charges were increased to capital murder after Porter’s death. In an affidavit, police say Floyd was familiar with the area the couple lived in because of an ongoing sexual relationship he was having with a man he met online, who (lived) near the couple. Chicago: (White) Priest robbed at gunpoint (by black parasite predator) while walking dog in South Chicago neighborhood A priest from Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church was robbed at gunpoint Tuesday morning while walking his dog in the South Chicago neighborhood, according to police. The Rev. John Molyneux, 61, said he was out with his dog McDuff in the 9100 block of S. Baltimore Avenue around 6:45 a.m. when a young man approached. "He was playing with my dog," Molyneux said. "He said to me, do you have a dollar?" The priest said he handed over a dollar, and the man pulled out a gun and asked, "How much more you got?" Molyneux said he handed over his wallet and the man ran off. The priest said he's not angry but "feels sad about the kid who felt the need to do this ... I really think the opposite of love is not hate, the opposite of love is fear, and we cannot live in fear." Police said no one was in custody. The Jewish teen arrested in Israel last month on suspicion of making bomb threats against hundreds of Jewish centers in the United States and elsewhere is believed to be the suspect in the two threats to Boulder's Jewish Community Center, police said Friday. The 19-year-old, who was arrested in March and has not been publicly identified, was described as a "hacker" who holds dual citizenship in Israel and the United States. Israeli police did not give a motive and banned publication of his name, but his lawyer said he has a brain tumor that could affect his behavior. 
NEW YORK (AP) — Philadelphia 76ers guard Gerald Henderson has been fined $25,000 by the NBA for throwing an elbow at Indiana Pacers forward Paul George in Monday night’s game. And George has been fined $25,000 for publicly criticizing the officiating afterward. The NBA announced the fines Wednesday. Both players were ejected following a scuffle in the fourth quarter of Indiana’s 120-111 win over the Sixers.
ATLANTA (AP) - Two Georgia police officers were fired Thursday, a day after authorities say one punched a man who had his hands up and the other kicked the man in the head once he was handcuffed on the ground. The Gwinnett County Police Department said Thursday afternoon that Master Police Officer Robert McDonald violated department policy and the law. Video showed McDonald assaulting the handcuffed man, identified as Demetrius Bryan Hollins, while assisting a supervisor who had called for backup during a traffic stop about 4 p.m. Wednesday, police said. Several hours later, police said that supervisor, Sgt. Michael Bongiovanni, had also been fired after a second video surfaced of him punching Hollins in the face as Hollins put his hands in the air.

German police have detained a suspect with "Islamist links" following a bomb attack on the bus of the Borussia Dortmund football team. Prosecutors also said the three explosive devices contained metal pieces. German media are reporting that the suspect detained is a 25-year-old Iraqi, and the second suspect is a 28-year-old German.
