Smirky homeless black sex offender demon should be put to death for the rape and murder of an 84-year-old White woman
James TerryCharlotte Osborne RiceHALIFAX CO., Va. -- The Commonwealth’s Attorney has finished closing arguments in the capital murder sentencing phase for a Halifax County man. James Terry’s defense team finished closing arguments shortly after noon. A judge did not make a decision on whether Terry will receive the death penalty or not. That decision will be made during a hearing on October 31. Terry entered guilty pleas in March on counts of capital murder, rape, and robbery related to the death of Charlotte Rice in South Boston. Under Virginia law a person found guilty of capital murder can face a punishment of death or life in prison. A neighbor found Rice, 84, beaten and lifeless in her home on Hamilton Boulevard in April of 2011. According to prosecutors, the neighbor who found Rice reported seeing a man matching Terry's denoscription "nude from the waist up" and fleeing Rice's home shortly after she was attacked. - (Black-on-white)

Finding a way out: (Black-on-white) Domestic violence
Timothy MoodyHeather Duhachek-ChaseOMAHA, Neb. -- She was almost unrecognizable after the incident. The bruises and the swelling faded away and on the outside you probably couldn’t tell that Heather Duhachek-Chase had once been so close to losing her life. But the attack left her family with more than any physical scar could. It was about five years ago that Heather dropped her kids off at her ex-husband’s house when they began to argue. She had left him months earlier after she says he started to break things around the house. On this day their arguing was different. He said if she left before he was done talking that he would never see their kids again. Heather told him he shouldn't put their kids between them in a way that would instill the fear they'd never see their father. On the way out she blurted out that he was crazy for acting the way he did. As she turned she heard him ask, “What did you say?” and before she knew it she had been pulled by her hair onto the ground. Her children watched as their father strangled their mother. "There's pieces of it that I will never forget. You know, like looking up and seeing the bottom of a shoe above my face," said Heather. As her ex-husband went to grab a butcher knife Heather managed to get away with her three kids and hide at the neighbor’s place. Investigators would later ask her why he even had a giant meat clever of a knife. That only left her with horrible questions in her mind. - (Black-on-white)

Graphic new videos shed light on Minnesota stabbing attack by a (black Muslim terrorist) the FBI believes had been ‘radicalized’
Dahir AdanHe chased one store clerk into an electronics store, swiping at his head with a pair of steak knives, and then plunging one into his back before the man was able to scramble to his feet and run. He came within inches of stabbing another store clerk, who pulled a metal shutter closed just in time. He lunged repeatedly at an off-duty police officer who had chased him, near the end, into a Macy’s store. And then, even after he was shot, he got to his feet and lunged a second time. Ten people, including a pregnant woman, were injured in the attack. Dahir Adan, who had moved to the United States from Kenya with his family as a child and had grown up in St. Cloud, had withdrawn and shown an increased interest in religion in the months leading up to the attack, Thornton said. • This school staged a ‘Color Wars’ pep rally. Then students showed up in ‘White Pride’ shirts.
White Pride T-shirts“Color Wars” was always supposed to be a way to promote school spirit and good-natured competition between classes at Polson High School in Montana. On its surface, the concept is simple: Each class gets assigned a color — black for seniors, white for juniors, blue for sophomores, green for freshmen — and the class with the most students dressed in their assigned color on “Color Wars” day is declared the winner. There had never before been a problem with the long-standing Homecoming tradition at the rural Montana school, about an hour north of Missoula, according to Polson District Superintendent Rex Weltz. Until 2016. This year, Polson High is in the national spotlight after two students — one male and one female from the junior class’s “white team” — showed up to the annual Homecoming rally last Thursday wearing T-shirts with “Trump 2016 White Pride” written on the back. The shirts, whose messages appeared to be hand-lettered with black marker, also included “offensive and inappropriate” messages on their fronts, Weltz said. Photos showed that the front of the male student’s shirt was covered with a Confederate flag and large red letters that spelled “REDNECK.” On the front of the girl’s shirt was handwritten in all-caps: “WHITE POWER.”

Ten years ago scientists discovered "a large supply of processed female Cannabis flowers" in a nearby Yanghai cemetery.

Justices re-sentence (black rape-murderer of White female teacher) to only 88 years - instead of 'life'
Robert Lewis IIIJennifer KocsisINDIANAPOLIS — Robert Lewis III, of Gary, will serve 88 years in prison for the 2011 rape and murder of Jennifer Kocsis, a 37-year-old Griffith school teacher. The Indiana Supreme Court on Tuesday ended a years-long legal dispute over whether Lewis, 43, was properly sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole by exercising its appellate authority to instead sentence Lewis to a term-of-years. In its 5-0 decision, the high court found that Lake Superior Judge Diane Ross Boswell should have ordered a new penalty phase of Lewis’ trial after the jury was unable to determine, beyond a reasonable doubt, whether Lewis’ crimes warranted a life sentence. Boswell instead claimed she had the authority to unilaterally sentence Lewis to life in prison, and did so. She affirmed that sentence last year after the Supreme Court directed Lewis be re-sentenced due to a procedural error. - (Black-on-white)

The only issue in arguments at the high court appeared to be whether to throw out Buck’s sentence altogether and order a new punishment hearing. The court also could merely instruct lower courts to decide whether the death sentence can stand.

Dane Mathesius' momDane MathesiusWilliam Cade Booher Lawrence Reddick JrDeontae JonesRonald Foster JrALIQUIPPA, Pa. - The body of a missing teenager who was driving the car in which a 16-year-old was fatally shot last week was found Tuesday by a homeowner in Aliquippa. Authorities identified the body as that of 18-year-old Dane Mathesius, who was found behind an abandoned home less than 500 feet from the scene of the fatal shooting of 16-year-old William Cade Booher of Beaver. Police said three 17-year-olds have been charged as adults in connection with Booher’s death. Authorities identified two of the teenagers as Ronald Foster Jr. and Deontae Jones. The third teenager, Lawrence Reddick Jr., was identified Monday as the shooter, but has not yet been located and is considered armed and dangerous. Charges against the three teens include criminal homicide.
Two of the teens, Foster and Jones, play for Aliquippa High School's football team. Both teenagers went to school Friday, the morning after the shooting. They also played in the football game Friday night. The Beaver County Coroner's Office said Booher died of a gunshot wound Thursday night. Investigators said they believe that the 13-year-old, Mathesius and Booher came to Aliquippa to sell marijuana and picked up Reddick, who officers said pulled a gun, demanded money and shot Booher in the head several times. Police said they recovered a gun from the scene. Reddick, Foster and Jones conspired to rob Booher of marijuana and money outside Plan Twelve Market. Police said Mathesius and Reddick set up the deal, citing phone records that showed they were in contact with each other just before the shooting. - (Black-on-white)

'Do not let him out,' mom says at murder sentencing of black boyfriend for murder of white female sex-partner
Ronald Earl WilliamsBobbie Roselyn MaplesMUSKEGON, MI – Muskegon County circuit court on Monday sentenced the murderer of single mom Bobbie Maples to 18.5 -55 years in prison. Bobbie Maples vanished Dec. 15, 2014, after leaving her Roosevelt Park home. In January 2016, her body was found buried under concrete at a site in northern Muskegon County. Ronald Williams on Aug. 26 pleaded no contest to a charge of homicide second-degree murder, with a Cobbs agreement with the court that the minimum sentence be no higher than 18.5 years. Bobbies' mother, Muriel Maples, argued Oct. 3 for a harsh sentence for Williams. She noted how Williams had written in a text message after Maples' disappearance about how he missed her blue eyes -- if these feelings were true, Muriel Maples said, he probably was capable of killing again, even killing people he seemed to care about. "Please do not let him out at the 18-and-a-half year mark as he will still be old enough to do this again," she said. - (Black-on-white)
