Authorities: (Another berserk racist black) Highway gunman motivated by police shootings - murders White mother of two
Jennifer RooneyLakeem Keon ScottBRISTOL, Tenn. — A black Army veteran accused of shooting indiscriminately at passing cars and police on a Tennessee highway told investigators he was troubled by police violence against African-Americans, authorities said Friday. It was one of several spasms of violence across the country this week amid boiling tensions over policing and race. One woman died and three others, including one police officer, were injured in the rampage early Thursday morning. Meanwhile, police say officers have been targeted in Georgia and Missouri in the aftermath of two high-profile killings of black men by law enforcement and the Dallas attack that left five officers dead and seven more wounded. Other departments reported being bombarded with threats and some implemented new policies requiring officers to patrol in pairs. Civilians also have been caught in the fray. The woman who died in Tennessee was a newspaper carrier driving down the highway. The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation said in a news release that the preliminary investigation revealed that the suspect, 37-year-old former soldier Lakeem Keon Scott, who is black, was troubled by the incidents in other states, hundreds of miles away. All those shot were white, police said. - (Black-on-white)

(White) Vet beaten (by racist black) after saying he was voting for Trump
racist blackCharlie DanielsCharlie DanielsJACKSONVILLE, Fla. - A 68-year-old Vietnam veteran was beaten Sunday afternoon at a Jacksonville gas station after telling a clerk of the food store that he was going to vote for Donald Trump, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office. Charlie Daniels said he got into a profanity-laced dispute with a man who, once they were both outside near the gas pumps, pushed Daniels, punched him in the face and kicked him several times. The man left the scene in an older-model Chevrolet Suburban. Rescue personnel were called to the Shell station but Daniels refused treatment and drove himself home. Officers said security video shows the confrontation and violence. Daniels said that he was in line to pay for gas and began talking about the upcoming election. The clerk, whom he knew, asked him who he planned to vote for, and Daniels said, "Trump." The man behind him became irate, using racial slurs and expletives, authorities said. Daniels said the abusive man left the store first, but waited for him outside and picked up where he left off. "He said, 'Hey, I need to talk to you.' I said, 'Partner, I don’t want to talk to nobody. Look, that stuff is over with. I was just voicing an opinion. So were you,' and I said, 'Come on, let me get some gas,'" Daniels said. "He reached over, grabbed me by (the) arm, turned me around and came down with his left hand. (He) knocked me down, and when I hit the ground, he said, 'What do you think about Trump? Know you white mother (expletive).' And then he started kicking me.”
The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office said the attacker was described as a 25- to 35-year-old black man, at least 6 feet tall and weighing 210 to 230 pounds, with long dreadlocks and a beard. “I hope he goes to jail. I want him to make restitution for all my injuries and the pain I’m going through right now," Daniels said. "I don’t see why it’s not a hate crime with all the words he was saying. It was all about me being a white man and supporting Trump. If that’s not hate, then I don’t know what is." - (Black-on-white)

UK: Life sentence for (black) man found guilty of (white female Polish) sex worker's brutal murder
Lewis PierreDaria PionkoA man has been sentenced to life in prison, with a minimum term of 22 years, for the murder of 21-year-old sex worker Daria Pionko in Leeds. Leeds crown court heard how 24-year-old Lewis Pierre wore steel-capped boots when he carried out a “sustained and forceful” attack on Pionko three days before Christmas last year in the UK’s first managed red-light district, in the Holbeck area of the city. The scheme introduced by Leeds city council in 2014 allows sex workers to operate in a designated area on the edge of the city centre between 7pm and 7am without fear of being arrested. Following the verdict, a community safety partnership spokesman said the project was under review. Pierre was captured on CCTV walking towards an area of wasteland with Pionko at around 10.40pm, before being spotted leaving the scene alone less than five minutes later. Blood matching Pionko’s was later discovered on a pair of steel-capped boots and a cardigan found at Pierre’s home. Although Pierre admitted robbery and manslaughter, he denied murder, but the jury of 10 women and two men took less than two hours to find Pierre guilty of murder on Monday.
Pionko, who had moved to the UK from Łódź in Poland 10 months previously, was found lying face down and lifeless by her housemate Karolina Znajda, who was also a sex worker. Pionko had suffered serious injuries to her face, head, neck and body. Znajda described her friend’s face as having been “massacred” and the postmortem concluded that Pionko had died within 30 minutes of the attack. Pierre, who was working as an assistant to a heavy goods driver, bought a meal of kebab meat and chips, four cans of drink and cigarettes with the £80 he stole from Pionko. Colleagues say he also turned up to work the next day in possession of cannabis. - (UK) - (Black-on-white)

Judge Sets Execution Date For Albert Johnson
Albert Johnson JrRachel Samantha RogersOKLAHOMA CITY - Flanked by a total of four deputies, convicted killer Albert Johnson made his way into the courtroom for his formal sentencing. Just like during the trial, he refused to show any remorse. “When people want to have a conversation about abolishing the death penalty, they need to think about people like this man who are absolutely a danger to anyone they are around any other human being they are around,” Oklahoma County District Attorney David Prater said. Johnson and his attorneys refused to comment during his sentencing, but Oklahoma County District Judge Donald Deason told him to take a moment to “take a breath because it would be the last free breath you'll breathe." He then proceeded to sentence him to a September 16, 2016 execution date. “Because there's no other just verdict in a case like this to deal with an offender like this,” said Prater. “I mean a cold-blooded killer who hurts everyone he comes in contact with!” Prater also confirmed deputies found a shank taped behind the sink inside Albert Johnson's jail cell, further proving just how dangerous this man is to the public, and why he should be put to death. Inside the courtroom was the father and sister of Rachel Rogers, the young woman who Johnson is convicted of brutally raping and murdering, all because she answered a distressed friend's call for help. That friend was Albert Johnson's girlfriend at the time. She was also assaulted, but lived, and testified against him at trial. - (Black-on-white)

  • (Jewish?) Trump supporter: ‘Mexican restaurant refused to serve me’ - (or were they just a couple of rowdy drunks?)
An Orange County woman claims she was tossed from a Mexican restaurant Sunday, not for too much tequila — but for too much Trump. Esther Levy, 61, of Warwick, said an employee at the popular Cancun Inn eatery in Sugar Loaf chucked her out for wearing a “Make America Great Again” hat and a Trump button. Levy said she was booted for her support for the presidential candidate who wants to curtail illegal immigration and build a wall on the Mexican border. Joined by retired local judge Alvin Goldstein, she took a seat and ordered two sangrias from a smiling waitress without incident, Levy recalled. But the server soon returned and told them they had to leave. The Cancun Inn’s Facebook page was bombarded with criticism.
"An employee of ours asked the patrons to leave because they were being rude to the staff and rowdy due to intoxication."
Rabbi Bernhard Rosenberg, a local Trump booster, said he was spreading word of the incident in order to combat spiraling anti-Donald discrimination.
