Illegal Alien Steals U.S. Victim’s Name, Gets Huge Taxpayer Benefits, Serves One Night in Jail
Ramon Perez-RiveraRamon Perez-Rivera, 82, did something remarkable when he arrived in California — he officially transferred an American’s name to himself so he could steal his victim’s complete identity. Many years later, when justice finally caught up with Perez-Rivera — an illegal migrant — it kept him in jail for only one night. And then the criminal complained the punishment was unfair. “This is clearly a remarkable case. I have never had a case quite like this,” said Judge Eric Melgren. Years ago, prosecutors said, “he persuaded a [judge in a] California court to change the name of his identity theft victim. Armed with that court order, he also changed the victim’s California birth record to his own name. He then used that [stolen] identity to obtain food stamps, Medicaid, a U.S. passport and a driver’s license,” according to AP.

Police: (Black) Suspect pushed 74-year-old (White) woman into river
black carjacker74-year-old woman victimSara Taggert, the victim's granddaughter. The search for the suspect involved in an attempted robbery and carjacking in Gates continued on Thursday. Police say the suspect attempted to rob a realty office on Chili Avenue Wednesday afternoon before fleeing to Sprucewood Lane and carjacking a woman. The Gates police chief says he then drove the woman into Rochester and ditched the car on the edge of the Genesee River. Thursday, police said the suspect pushed the 74-year-old woman into the Genesee River after the carjacking -- and that she didn't just fall on her own. That means when this suspect is caught, he'll face an attempted murder charge. "Luckily this lady was in great shape and she survived the fall into the water," says Gates Police Chief James VanBrederode. "And was able to get herself to the side, but clearly this could have been a homicide yesterday. There's no doubt about it."
The suspect is a black male about 5-feet-7-inches wearing a blue hoodie and black pants and carrying a black handgun. If you have information about this crime, you're asked to call 911. - (Black-on-white)

Allen FitzpatrickRobbin UnderwoodPEORIA — Calling the 2006 slaying of Robbin Underwood as “cold-blooded and callous” as he’s seen, a Peoria County judge on Friday sentenced one of the men involved to 60 years in prison. Judge David Brown decried the March 16, 2006, shooting that left Underwood dead and her niece, Jennifer Lindler, seriously injured. Lindler had gone to the 1300 block of North Ellis Street to buy drugs from Micah Foreman when they were ambushed by Allen S. Fitzpatrick Jr. and several others who were in a rival gang. Fitzpatrick, now 35, and others opened fire on Foreman, missed and then turned their attention to the women, who were unarmed. At least three weapons were fired at the women, who were trapped in a pickup truck. Underwood died from a gunshot wound to the head. Lindler suffered several injuries to her legs, hips and body. “If ever there was a definition of lack of regard for human life, that’s it,” Brown said. - (Black-on-white)
