black attackAndrew YoungWith a single, vicious and unprovoked punch, a life is tragically ended. The shocking incident took place on a busy street in Bournemouth when Mr Young warned Victor Ibitoye that riding on the pavement was dangerous. When the conversation ended Lewis Gill, who was with Mr Ibitoye, punched Mr Young, taking him by surprise. Distressing CCTV footage shows the Asperger’s sufferer toppling back on to the road, violently striking his head. Gill, who has a conviction for handling stolen goods as well as robbery, then walks away, with a glance back at his motionless victim. - (UK) - (Black-on-white)

Black "piece of scum" who kidnaped, raped and murdered a White woman is given life
Nickolas Miller Beverly Hope MeltonCOLUMBIA, SC - A man who admitted to raping, then killing a Kershaw County woman in 2011 has been sentenced to life without the possibility of parole. Nickolas Miller, 26, pleaded guilty to murder, two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct, two counts of solicitation to commit a felony and kidnapping. While in court, Miller admitted to abducting 30-year-old Hope Melton, raping her, then beating her to death with a baseball bat. He had nothing to say when given a chance to do so by the judge. Some of Melton's family were outraged and angry at a sheriff who was recently convicted of corruption and severely jeopardized the case. In court, Chanda Roscoe held back tears as she addressed the judge and her sister's killer. Chanda told Miller that he's afraid to die and told the 26-year-old he's a "piece of scum." "I hope that God shows him and gives him the same mercy that he showed my sister, and I hope he gets beat, and I hope he is tormented, and I hope he is mutilated just like he did my sister, because that's what he deserves," Roscoe said. Miller may be behind bars for the rest of his life, but for Melton's family, that's not enough. "I, myself, and my family wanted the death penalty,” Roscoe said. “He deserves to die, and he should die." Hope's mother, Elizabeth, said they were let down to some extent. - (Black-on-white)

"The fact he is still fighting, obviously we believe God was watching out for him." Wood is battling for his life in an area hospital after he was shot seven times during an ambush early Wednesday morning. Wood was still in uniform but off duty at 1:15 a.m. when he stopped at the 7-Eleven in the 4400 block of of Shawnee Drive to grab a bite to eat. Three men burst into the store. Police believe the suspects are responsible for a series of armed robberies at convenience stores that started Tuesday night and went into the early morning hours of Wednesday in both Kansas City, MO, and Kansas City, KS. Two men were taken into custody, but police continue to search for a third suspect. "These men marched in there. It wasn't a hostage situation," Purkey said. "He wasn't given a chance to beg for his life or go to his knees. They opened fire. That's inhumane."

Layton Avenue in Greenfield. The suspect is accused of using her chest to knock a 71-year-old woman to the ground in a fight over a handicapped parking spot. According to a police report. 32-year-old Kezia Perkins was attempting to park in a handicapped spot at the Greenfield Walmart store. She couldn’t make the turn, and that’s when the 71-year-old woman pulled in. “They both had handicapped tags. The older lady took the spot,” Rawlings said. A nearby officer was flagged down. Perkins allegedly told police “it’s not my fault the elderly woman bounced off my big (chest).” When police ran her license, they found it is suspended and Perkins’ handicapped placard isn’t valid. That placard wasn’t even registered in Perkins’ name, police say. According to police, the woman ended up going through five hours of surgery after she was attacked. The attack allegedly caused fractures to her femur and the need for a second hip replacement.
