New charges against serial rape suspect
Robert GreenCLEVELAND, OH - Multiple charges have been filed against a suspected serial rapist, and there could be even more. The charges were filed against Robert Green. Court papers show Green is tied to six attacks. And, we've learned of plans to file charges for a seventh. That's a total of seven rapes. Now, investigators wonder, could there be more? Police say for years, it went like this: A predator driving the streets, usually Cleveland's Northeast side, kidnapping women at gunpoint then raping them, and getting away with it. Now, Green's past is catching up with him. Investigators used DNA and they say they've tied Green to seven sexual assaults dating back to 1993. How'd he hide on your streets for so long? Investigators did not have his DNA in a database. We've learned in the past, he'd been arrested for sexual assaults in California, but was cleared. Police also arrested him on a gun charge. But, that was before police started routinely taking DNA samples. Cleveland Police investigators used old fashioned detective work to come up with Green as a suspect in a few cases. And now, the total is seven. Green now 68-years-old. His health is failing. He's fighting the charges. But, the push for justice for those old crimes is still building.

Woman sentenced to life in ’09 robbery and killing of SF man
Benjamin Peterson Merrill WHY NO MUGSHOT?MARTINEZ, Calif. — A Pittsburg woman who shot and killed a 22-year-old San Francisco man after robbing him of his iPhone and cash in 2009 will spend the rest of her life in prison, a Contra Costa County Superior Court judge ruled Friday. Kiarra Price, 24, was sentenced during an emotional hearing in a Martinez courtroom packed with her relatives and some two-dozen family members of Benjamin Merrill, the young man she was convicted of killing. Her accomplice and former girlfriend, 24-year-old Teareney Brown, was sentenced during the same hearing today to 14 years and eight months in prison after pleading guilty to voluntary manslaughter, kidnapping and second-degree robbery. Merrill, a Washington state native living in San Francisco, had been stood up by a date and was walking through San Francisco's Mission District around 1:30 a.m. on Nov. 3, 2009, when Price and Brown, then 20, pulled up in a car, asked for directions and began chatting with him. Intoxicated, Merrill accepted their offer to party with them and got into their car, according to police and prosecutors. But instead of heading back to the home he shared with roommates, Merrill ended up in Pittsburg, where Price and Brown stopped to pick up a friend, then-21-year-old Kendra Fells, who brought a gun. A short time later, they all drove to a park near the Pittsburg marina where the women robbed Merrill of his iPhone and pocket cash. For unknown reasons, Price shot Merrill, fatally wounding him, and the three women fled the scene. - (Black-on-white)

  • Women sentenced for San Francisco man's 2009 murder and robbery in Pittsburg
  • Another white Eloi falls into the maw
A young white man, Benjamin Merrill, from a small, mostly white town in Washington State, was murdered on November 2nd in San Francisco by three young black women. Two women started talking with him on the street. He apparently got in their car and went to a house to pick up a third woman. They then drove to a park where they robbed and shot him dead. Since this young man’s home town, Belfair, is near where I live, I can tell you that the thought of three women preying upon a man is likely outside the realm of anything he could have conceived of. There are essentially no blacks in Belfair, so I don’t know what he might have thought about black women. The three women charged are: Kiarra Price, Teareney Brown and Kendra Fells. You can try, try in vain to find an article that includes pictures of the victim and any of the alleged killers in the same article.
  • Benjamin Peterson Merrill - November 15, 2009
  • Their friend, Kendra Fells, 25, is serving a 15-year sentence under a plea deal that requires her to testify for the prosecution.

  • Man has no regrets defending Oklahoma City pharmacy - May 27, 2009
Jerome Ersland was back at work Thursday filling prenoscriptions and hoping that by taking the life of a 16-year-old boy two days earlier, he had saved others. Rubbing an oversized bandage on his left forearm, where he said he was grazed by a robber’s bullet, Ersland related details of what he said was a highly organized hit on the Reliable Discount Pharmacy. "I just regret anybody would get killed,” Ersland said. "But if I wouldn’t have been here, there would have been three people killed — the other pharmacist and the two techs.” He also recalls the angry voices of people who gathered outside the pharmacy Tuesday night, shouting that he was a racist who unnecessarily took a life of the Seeworth Academy charter school student, Antwun Parker. "There were a lot of black people gathered out there yelling and everything at my boss,” Ersland said.
Ersland said he’s a veteran with disabilities from wounds he received in Operation Desert Storm, wears a cumbersome back brace and just had his latest back surgery six weeks ago. "All of a sudden, they started shooting,” he said. "They were attempting to kill me, but they didn’t know I had a gun. They said, ‘You’re gonna die.’ That’s when one of them shot at me, and that’s when he got my hand.” Ersland said he was thrown against a wall, but managed to go for the semiautomatic in his pocket.

(Black) Attempted rape suspect Anthony Washington ordered to stand trial: (White) Student reveals details of attack
Melissa P.Anthony Jerome Washington JrEL CAJON, Calif. - A man accused of forcing an 18-year-old student into her car at knifepoint in a Grossmont College parking garage must stand trial on a charge of assault with intent to commit rape. The victim was leaning into her car shortly before 11:30 a.m. Oct. 22 at the western El Cajon campus when Anthony Jerome Washington Jr., 26, forced her into the vehicle. The victim, who was only identified as Melissa P., testified about her frightening ordeal in court on Wednesday. "He just kind of pushed me from my shoulders in and told me to get in the car," she said. Roth asked her about the terrifying moments when she came face-to-face with her attacker. When asked if she saw anything in the defendant's hands at the time, she responded, "A knife." When asked if she saw the knife before or after he pushed her, she answered, "I don't remember … as soon as I was like on my back, I saw the knife." Roth alleges that Washington had gone to the college with the specific purpose of "taking sex." "I was hearing voices to do bad things, to girls. To go get um, sex," he said. As the woman struggled to free herself, student Javier Partida was driving by in his car looking for a parking space when he saw what was happening. “Her legs were spread out under him,” he said on the witness stand. “I started honking my horn until I got a reaction.” That reaction was Washington walking away quickly. Partida helped the victim call for police. Deputies assigned to patrol the college then searched the campus, found a man matching the denoscription of the attacker nearby and took Washington into custody. When deputies arrested Washington, he had an 8-inch kitchen knife with a 4-inch blade inside his jacket. After being arrested, Washington allegedly confessed that he had planned to rape the student "and do whatever he had to in order to get his way." - (Black-on-white)

Officials said the gun pointed at the clerk was loaded but no round was in the chamber, which likely saved the man’s life. Morrell’s mother, Sheryl Morrell read a statement to the court: “The person I love is gone, the life I have no longer exists, part of me is no more.” She added that her children, grandchildren and family have helped her realize she is still loved and needed. “I was with Mindy when she took her first breath, but he took her last,” Morrell said. “I will never forgive him for that.” - (Black-on-white)

Trevonnte BrownSEATTLE - Newly-released surveillance video shows a violent confrontation on a Seattle bus last month. A man was robbing passengers getting robbed at gunpoint - until they decided to fight back and stop the suspect cold. "It's the bus I take home every day," said Chris Briggs. But one evening his commute home became unforgettable. Police say 19-year-old Trevonnte Brown was robbing passengers at gunpoint. Briggs says that's the man who robbed him, just moments after pulling a gun on a woman - and shortly before a scuffle. "Then he came up to me and stuck the gun at me and took my phone," Briggs said. At first Briggs said no. "He jabbed me a little harder and said 'Don't make this any harder than it has to be.'" The video shows the suspect moving farther up the bus and pulling the gun again. That's when passengers had enough. Briggs jumped into the fray as horrified passengers scrambled to get off the bus. "People were kind of committed at that point," he said. They held the Brown down until police arrived and took control of the scene. Briggs doesn't think he and his fellow passengers should be considered heroes. "No it was just kind of one of those things that no one gave any thought to once things started happening," Briggs said. Brown has pleaded not guilty to all charges. - (Black-on-white)

Michael Patrick McNaughton FLORENCE, Ariz. — A Mexican citizen illegally in the United States killed a prison cellmate in order to remain in custody, the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office said. The Sheriff’s Office said it is recommending that prosecutors charge 43-year-old Roberto Venegas-Fernandez with first-degree murder in the Nov. 16 killing of 55-year-old Michael Patrick McNaughton. Both men were prisoners of the U.S. Marshals Service, which has said they were from the San Diego area and housed at a Corrections Corp. of America prison in Florence pending their transfer to the Bureau of Prisons. The killing occurred during what was initially reported as a fight between the two men. However, Sheriff Paul Babeu said Venegas-Fernandez told investigators that he choked and stomped McNaughton because “he likes it in prison and was afraid of being released, since he has nowhere to go.” Records indicated that Venegas-Fernandez had been deported to Mexico on Jan. 26, 1998.

Guilty plea expected in fatal shooting over $10, a cell phone & sandwich
Joshua ProuteyQuintel Raheem GradyDaniel Edward Henry, Quintel Grady, Jasmine Dottin and Christopher Cromartie Jr. WILMINGTON, NC – The man accused of killing a teen just before Christmas in 2012 is expected to take a plea deal in court Thursday. Quintel Raheem Grady will like plead guilty to his involvement in the death of Joshua Proutey, who was shot in December 2012 while heading to his car after working an event at the Community Arts Center on Second and Orange Streets. Grady and three others were charged in connection with Proutey's death. One of the teens involved said Grady had bought the revolver that killed Proutey hours before the shooting and is also the one who pulled the trigger. District Attorney Ben David said Grady approached Proutey and demanded money. He says Proutey pulled out $10 to hand over, but asked to keep it. According to David, Proutey was ordered back into his car, but froze, so Grady shot him. Prosecutors said they intend to seek the death penalty in this case because of aggravating factors. Authorities say Grady had priors on his record, including under 18 robbery with a weapon, fleeing to allude arrest and possession of a stolen motor vehicle. Charges are still pending against Christopher Cromartie, Daniel Henry and Jasmine Dottin in this case. - (Black-on-white)

Linda FosterDonell JohnsonDonell JohnsonA Memphis man already accused of attacking a popular crossing guard is back in jail. Donell Johnson, 20, is all smiles in his mug shot, but he is facing more time after his second arrest on robbery-related charges. The first time involved popular Richland Elementary crossing guard Linda Foster. Memphis Police say Johnson swiped her purse after Foster put up a fight during an attempted carjacking at an ATM. "He got scared and then he reached over there and got my purse that had my teeth and my hearing aid in it," said Foster. She later identified Johnson in a lineup. But within weeks of a court appearance, police say he was back to his old ways. They say Johnson was caught on surveillance camera at the Stage Road Home Depot. He and an accomplice are accused of trying to rob a female customer at gunpoint in the parking lot before driving away. Johnson was arrested last Friday and charged with that crime. Johnson's rap sheet includes at least eight arrests in Shelby County on charges including robbery and theft. - (Black-on-white)

Act Now To Save Europa!
Europe in flames
"What Is Happening To Europa Today? Today, all our lands and cultures are under attack by elitist politicians, who ignore our wishes against their flood of impoverished immigrants and participation in US military endeavors. Our communities, our economies and our lives are in flames! This continent-wide pattern of destruction is now obvious, and an alarm has been raised among the European peoples, leading us to form the Wiking Partie." - (EU) - (UK)
