Zacharie Zamir PowellA former Rockdale County High quarterback has been arrested on sexual assault charges. Zacharie Zamir Powell, 17, is charged with rape, aggravated sodomy and kidnapping, police said. Powell was arrested Aug. 12 in connection with another incident involving a male who grabbed and frightened a woman walking in an apartment complex. The male showed the woman a gun and told her to "walk with me," police said. The woman cried out for police, and the alleged assailant left. - (Black rapes)

    Jury convicts black Toledo man of raping disabled girl
Ricky JamisonA 51-year-old man faces up to 40 years in prison after a jury found him guilty on all counts in the rape of a 14-year-old developmentally delayed girl. Ricky Jamison of 4285 Keygate Dr., Apt. 103, was convicted on three counts of rape and one count of kidnapping. Authorities said he took the girl from the front of her home on March 3, 2011, and raped her in his Toledo home. - (Black rapes)

    Black charged with statutory rape of 15-year-old
James Arnold King, Jr.A 23-year-old man Murfreesboro man has been indicted on a statutory rape charge following a Murfreesboro Police investigation in which police say he admitted to having sex with a 15-year-old girl. James A. King Jr was indicted after MPD Detective Tommy Roberts told grand jurors about an investigation he began into King’s activities in June. Roberts wrote in an arrest report that he learned from the mother of the underage girl that King had been sending her daughter messages about their recent sexual activity. - (Black rapes)

    Police Searching For Black Brooklyn Rape Suspect
Police are searching for a suspect who raped a woman in Brooklyn last week. The incident happened on Wednesday, August 8th around 3:30 a.m.—the 28-year-old victim was walking in the vicinity of Fulton Street and Hemlock Street in Cypress Hill when the suspect approached her and struck up a conversation. The victim then walked with the suspect to a secluded area of Hemlock Street where the suspect raped her. - (Black rapes)

    Black ice cream truck driver facing rape charges after kidnaping 14-yr-old girl
An ice cream truck driver is facing rape charges following a reported abduction Thursday night. Garner police said 39-year-old Omar Kareem Sellers was selling ice cream around 9 p.m. near the Avery Square Apartments when he started talking to a group of kids, including a 14-year-old girl. Witnesses told police that the girl voluntarily got into Seller's white ice cream truck and left the area. Police issued an Amber Alert for the 14 year old, but canceled it a short time later after an officer spotted the truck near Creech Road Elementary School. Sellers was charged with one count of indecent liberties with a child, two counts of statutory rape/sex offense and one count of first-degree kidnapping. - (Black rapes)

    (Black) Former Rock Hill mayor hopeful Tisdale linked to Miami rape
Baxter Tisdale Baxter Tisdale – a one-time candidate for Rock Hill mayor and City Councilman – was arrested Tuesday after police say DNA implicated him in a 1986 Florida rape case. York County drug agents arrested Tisdale, 49, at his Walnut Street home after learning from the Miami-Dade Police Department that his DNA was a match for evidence connected to a burglary and rape that officials had been unable to solve for more than two decades. Florida authorities told Brown they believe Tisdale broke into a Miami woman’s home and held a knife to her throat while he raped her. The woman’s preteen child witnessed the assault. - (Black rapes)

   
  • Black Hispanic Convict arraigned in notorious case of attempted rape on Staten Island
    On Wednesday, police unsealed an indictment against Alexis Rodriguez, 28, alleging that he grabbed a 22-year-old domestic worker as she walked to work and tried to rape her at knifepoint.... Police said the suspect had grabbed the woman from behind, covered her mouth so she could not scream, brandished a knife and told her in Spanish to be quiet.

   

 

 

 

 

   

Duoc Nguyen Arrested in Rape of Norcross TeenDuoc Nguyen
Duoc Nguyen, 21, allegedly broke into the home and raped a 16-year-old girl inside, according to a press release from Lt. S. W. Smith of the Gwinnett Sheriff's Office. Norcros Police issued felony warrants for Nguyen for burglary and rape Sunday, Aug. 12.


    Dothan negro gets 624 years in rape, sodomy case
Mark Anthony BeechamMark Anthony Beecham received a 99-year prison sentence for the following six felony convictions: first-degree kidnapping, two counts of first-degree rape and three counts of first-degree sodomy. Nathador O. Defoe Police said they have caught the man responsible for attacking two women last week. Orlando police said Nathador O. Defoe attempted to kidnap one woman late Thursday night, and then raped another woman after midnight Friday morning. Police were then dispatched to the 1600 block of South Kirkman Road, where the second woman said the suspect dragged her into the woods and raped her. - (Black rapes)

    Black former basketball coach pleaded guilty to rape
Monte NowdenMonte Nowden was accused of having sex with a 16-year-old female student in January and February. Court documents indicate the girl told investigators she had sex with Nowden inside the Tinseltown Theatre in Gates. He was fired from Gates Chili district in February. Emotions were high Wednesday, with relatives of the teen and Nowden reacting during court proceedings. Some yelled words of encouragement to both Nowden and the victim’s mother, who wiped away tears after she finished speaking. His “selfish, despicable actions destroyed my family,” the teen’s mother said. - (Black rapes)

 
  • Springs police arrest 5 Iraqi nationals on rape charges
    Colorado Springs Police have arrested five Iraqi nationals in connection with a gang rape of a woman last month. Hospital examinations revealed significant internal injuries consistent with blunt force trauma. Police have arrested Sarmad Fadhi Mohammed, and Jasim Mohammed Hassin Ramadon on charges of sexual assault and Mustafa Sataar Al Feraji, Ali Mohammed Hasan Al Juboori, and Yasir Jabbar Jasim as accessories. Quanzda Hillsman Although alleged child rapist Quanzda Hillsman has spent a lot of time in mental hospitals, those institutions keep releasing him. Florida State Hospital in Chattahoochee released Hillsman in late 2010 in violation of an October 2009 court order. The Florida Department of Children and Families, which operates the hospital, denied that allegation. Hillsman is a suspect in last month’s molestation of a child at a local school, the rape of a child in 2009 and a sexual assault in 1999. - (Black rapes)

Between 9 p.m. and 9:48 p.m., 39-year-old Michael Jermaine Terry went to visit the teenage girl, 16, at her Richburg home while her mother was at work.     Black with deformed ears accused of raping elderly KC woman during home burglary
Tony L. PutmanProsecutors today accused an 18-year-old (black) man of beating and raping an elderly woman Monday after the victim and her husband interrupted a burglary in their Kansas City home. Prosecutors charged Tony L. Putman of Kansas City with forcible rape, felonious restraint, tampering, resisting arrest and two counts of robbery. Police arrested Putman and three others in the couple’s stolen vehicle shortly after the crime. The 93-year-old husband and his 84-year-old wife reported the attack. The husband was taking a nap when an intruder barged into his bedroom. The intruder hit him in the face and bound him with belts. The wife arrived home from running errands, saw the intruder coming down their staircase and heard her husband moaning upstairs. The intruder bound the wife’s hands with a belt and demanded money.     Black Murrieta man enters not guilty pleas to multiple rape charges
Melbrough Williams JrMelbrough Williams Jr pleaded not guilty to 13 felony counts in connection with the alleged rapes of four women. An investigation led authorities to connect Williams with two other alleged rapes and robberies in May and July in the Temecula area, said John Hall, a spokesman for the Riverside County district attorney's office. It also connected him to an alleged kidnapping in Orange County that ended with an alleged rape in Lake Elsinore a decade ago. - (Black rapes)

  • Spain arrests Qaeda suspects who practiced flying
    The three — a Russian, a Chechen and a Turk, according to Spanish police — were detained Wednesday. Enough explosive material was found in the house in La Linea to blow up a bus, and the material could be especially dangerous if combined with shrapnel, Interior Minister Jorge Fernandez Diaz said.

    Black rape suspect found shot dead in Chester County
Michael Jermaine Terry A 16-year-old girl was raped Sunday night, and her attacker – whose criminal history spans more than 20 years – was shot to death as he walked down the road away from her Richburg home. Sometime between 9 and 10 p.m., deputies were called to the home to investigate a sexual assault. A woman there told them that Michael Jermaine Terry, 39, of Lancaster had raped the girl and walked away. The girl called her mother, who was at work at the time, and told her about the assault. When deputies went down the road looking for Terry, they found him a half-mile away – lying in the road, covered in blood and not breathing. - (Black rapes)

Andre NewsonA man abducted a woman off a sidewalk at gunpoint, raped and dumped her in East Point. And for more than 11 years, police had no leads to the man’s identity. Then a DNA hit led them to Andre Newson, a 34-year-old convicted felon and a judge sentenced him to 85 years in prison. “Twelve years following a brutal kidnapping and sexual assault, an Atlanta rapist has been convicted of his crimes,” the district attorney’s spokeswoman Ms. Yvette Brown said. - (Black rapes)

    Black arrested on charges of attempted murder after receiving $1.25 million from state
Alan Jerome CrotzerA Florida man who successfully won $1.25 million for being wrongfully jailed is now being accused of attempted murder. Tallahassee police late Monday arrested 51-year-old Alan Jerome Crotzer. Crotzer is accused of shooting up to eight bullets into a car riding next to him on a busy city street. The driver of the other car suffered gunshot wounds in his arm and leg. The victim told police he had a confrontation with Crotzer recently. Ladmarald CatesFired Milwaukee police officer Ladmarald Cates will spend the next 24 years in prison for raping a woman after he responded to her 911 call in July 2010. U.S. District Judge J.P.     Sioux Falls black accused of kidnapping, rape of Iowa teen
Mensur A. MalikAn investigation into a runaway teen from Iowa led to the arrest of a 21-year-old Sioux Falls man Monday on suspicion of kidnapping and rape, police said. Police officers in Clear Lake, Iowa, contacted Sioux Falls police Sunday regarding a 13-year-old girl whom they thought was a runaway and in the Sioux Falls area. Through Facebook, Clear Lake police suspected the girl was in Sioux Falls with a man she knew through the website, Clemens said. Sioux Falls police then were able to locate Mensur A. Raymond JohnsonA man wanted on a rape charge in Ohio and two other men were arrested in a car break-in at Fairway supermarket after a chase into the Bronx. Suspect Raymond Johnson, 28, of 194 Ralph Ave. in Brookyn, is wanted by the Hamilton County (Ohio) Sheriff on a felony third-degree rape charge. Also arrested were Bryan Griffin, 30, of 276 Chauncey St. in Brooklyn and Bruce Dernel, 36, of N. Summerfield Ave. in Bridgeport, Conn. - (Black rapes)

  • Illegals released by feds committed 19 murders, 142 sex crimes
    The Obama administration declined to try to deport more than 36,000 illegal immigrants that were arrested on other charges between 2008 and 2011, including some who went on to commit 19 murders, 3 attempted murders and 142 sex crimes, the House Judiciary Committee said Tuesday. All told, the administration was alerted to nearly 160,000 immigrants — most of them here legally — who were arrested during the three-year period. Shawn Johnson Hickory High boys basketball coach Shawn Johnson is facing a maximum penalty of life in prison on each of his four charges of statutory rape. On his charge of sex offence by a teacher, he’s facing a maximum of three years and 11 months in prison. Johnson was arrested Tuesday on charges that he’d had intercourse with a 14-year-old girl while she was a student at Hickory High School – Johnson was 33 years old at the time.   • 20 arrested, 5 injured in Anaheim melee
    Police have described Manuel Angel Diaz. as a known gang member and said he fled on foot down a residential alleyway when officers approached him Saturday afternoon. They have declined to speak in any more detail about what led to the shooting. The next day, an Anaheim gang officer shot and killed another man, Joel Mathew Acevedo, 21, in an unrelated incident. Police also described Acevedo as a known gang member and said he opened fire on officers during a foot chase.

 

 
  • Convicted Saudi Student Seeks New Bomb Plot Trial
    A former Texas Tech University student from Saudi Arabia convicted in a failed bomb plot has asked for a new trial. Attorneys for Khalid Ali-M Aldawsari filed the request Wednesday in federal court in Lubbock. Jurors convicted Aldawsari last month of attempting to use a weapon of mass destruction. Prosecutors say Aldawsari, who was arrested in 2011, had researched possible targets, including power plants and the Dallas home of former President George W. Bush. - (Newsroom)

 
  • Greek Olympian Papachristou expelled for 'racist tweet'
    Voula PapachristouGreek triple jumper Voula Papachristou has been expelled from her country's Olympic team over comments she posted on Twitter which were deemed racist. Papachristou was due to compete in the London 2012 Games, which officially start this Friday. But the Hellenic Olympic Committee said her posts mocking African immigrants and expressing support for a far-right party went against the Olympic spirit. Papachristou has apologised for the "unfortunate and tasteless joke". As well as the comment on Monday referring to the West Nile virus and Africans living in Greece, Papachristou also reposted a tweet by Ilias Kasidiaris, a politician with the far-right Golden Dawn party, criticising Prime Minister Antonis Samaras's stance on immigration. - (Newsroom)

   

   

Buddhist monk 'repeatedly raped teen for two years until he impregnated her Camnong Boa-Ubol
A former Buddhist monk who allegedly raped and impregnated a 15-year-old girl was arrested yesterday. Camnong Boa-Ubol, 62, is accused of repeatedly raping the girl over a period of two years when he worked at a Chicago temple. The victim was just 13-years-old when Boa-Ubol approached her. He paid her money to keep quiet and threatened to kill her father if she spoke of the assault or did not return to the temple. The assaults and threats continued for two years until the victim became pregnant. She gave birth in 2000.


    Negro Air Force instructor sentenced 20 years for rape, sex assault
Luis WalkerAn Air Force instructor in Texas has been sentenced to 20 years in prison for rape and sexual assault in a sweeping sex scandal that has rocked one of the busiest military training centers in the U.S. A military jury at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio found Staff Sgt.
