Black Memphis school monitor charged with statutory rape  A Memphis high school monitor is facing charges after he was accused of statutory rape of a 17-year-old. Thursday, police arrested 32-year-old Jermaine Wince, a Hamilton High School campus monitor, on charges of statutory rape of an authority figure. The charges came after a 17-year-old girl told investigators Wince paid her for sex. The victim said Wince picked her up in front of a daycare center, took her to his home where they had unprotected sex and then he returned her back to the same intersection. The girl told investigators the incident was not isolated. She says Wince paid her $50 on one occasion and on two separate occasions he paid her $20 and $80. - (Black rapes) |
Anchorage Police Searching for Black Suspect in Kidnapping and Attempted Rape APD is searching for a suspect in an early morning kidnapping and attempted rape, who is considered armed and dangerous rape, on Friday. APD describe as a medium to dark complexion black male, approximately 40 years of age, about 5’9” tall with a stocky build. The male, who had short cropped hair and a chin goatee, was wearing jeans, a black coat and blue shirt that was similar to a loose poncho style. - (Black rapes) |
Black Southeast Queens serial rapist eyed in three attacks  A stocky rape suspect brutally pounced on a Queens woman from behind, put her in a choke hold on a residential street and tried to rape her, a chilling police video shows. Black suspect arrested in Uptown abduction/rape of student NOPD investigators say they have arrested a 27-year-old New Orleans man, charging him in the abduction and rape of a local high school student. Cops say the suspect, Jonathan Edward Wilson, is the man who abducted a teenager. The victim told police that she was abducted by a suspect with a handgun. Police say the woman reported being taken in a white, 4-door sedan. The victim said that after she was raped inside the vehicle there, the suspect drove her to General Pershing and South Prieur where he raped her again. - (Black rapes) |
Police Search for Black Rape Suspect in Northeast Las Vegas Police need your help tracking down a man who they say raped a woman in the northeast part of Las Vegas Wednesday morning. The victim's father-in-law says the woman was home alone at the time of the attack, when the suspect forced his way through a back door and proceeded to rape and beat the victim. Police created a composite sketch of the suspect taken from the victim's account and also from a surveillance camera in the neighborhood. White woman choked, nearly raped in parking lot confronts black attacker   Typically, media doesn’t reveal the names of faces of sexual assault victims, but Heidi Damon asked to be seen. The way Damon sees it, if anyone should be embarrassed, it’s the teen that attacked her and attempted to rape her two years ago in an Ybor City parking garage. “I’m not the victim, I’m the victor,” Damon said, face-to-face to her attacker at his sentencing. Jovon Cooper was 16 when he attacked Damon, choking her until she blacked out. When Damon later woke, she was naked from the waist down. U.S. Marshals office adds black suspected child rapist to Top 15 Most Wanted list  A suspected child rapist has been added to the U.S. Marshals list of the Top 15 Most Wanted fugitives. Corey Deshawn Gaston is wanted by the Detroit Police and the U.S. Marshals for failing to appear on rape charges. He's charged with 1st and 2nd degree criminal sexual conduct with a person under the age of 13. He's also accused of kidnapping, home invasion and child enticement. The crime reportedly happened in June of 2007. Gaston allegedly broke into a home in Detroit and kidnapped a 10-year-old girl through her bedroom window. - (Black rapes) |
Black Accused Of Hammer Rampage On Glass Storefronts At NH Mall Several businesses at a Newington, New Hampshire mall are cleaning up after police say a Dover man went on a rampage with a claw hammer. | Muslim girl gang who kicked White woman in the head while yelling 'kill the white slag' freed after judge hears 'they weren't used to drinking because they're Muslims'      A gang of Muslim women who attacked a passer-by in a city centre walked free from court after a judge heard they were ‘not used to being drunk’ because of their religion. The group – three sisters and a cousin – allegedly screamed ‘kill the white slag’ as they set upon Rhea Page as she waited for a taxi with her boyfriend. Miss Page, 22, was left with a bald patch where her hair was pulled out in the attack and was left ‘black and blue’ after suffering a flurry of kicks to the head, back, arms and legs while motionless on the pavement.Ambaro Maxamed, 24, students Ayan Maxamed, 28, and Hibo Maxamed, 24, and their 28-year-old cousin Ifrah Nur each admitted actual bodily harm, which carries a maximum sentence of five years’ imprisonment. But Judge Robert Brown gave them suspended jail terms after hearing mitigation that as Muslims, the women were not used to being drunk. Miss Page, a care worker, called the sentence ‘disgusting’ and said the gang deserved ‘immediate custody’.

Black Arrested In Connection With Decomposing Body Found In Stockton Apartment Stockton Police have made an arrest in connection with a badly decomposed body found in a Stockton apartment earlier this week. Police arrested 36-year-old Devon Epps just before midnight Tuesday after he was spotted by a citizen. Epps lived in the East Channel Street apartment where the body was found before he was evicted on Sunday. Police believe he lived with the decomposing body for several months. - (Newsroom) |
Black Man Arrested in Attempted Rapes of Brooklyn Women, 77, 61 Police say they've arrested a man wanted in connection with the attempted rapes of a 77-year-old woman and a 61-year-old woman in Brooklyn. Donald Deliotte was charged with two counts each of attempted rape, robbery, assault and strangulation. Deliotte is accused of attempting to rape a 77-year-old woman at her workplace on Oct. 26, and a 61-year-old woman at a business on Nov. 18. Black Teen Gets 30 Years For Burglarizing, Raping Woman, 65 A 17-year-old boy was sentenced to 30 years in prison after he admitted to attacking a 65-year-old woman. Anthony Jackson was 16 years old when he left a window open to a home he burglarized in 2010. Four days later, Jackson returned to the home and raped the 65-year-old homeowner, breaking her arm in the process. Black rape counselor/minister pleads guilty - but will not serve time  Edwin Benjamin Rosette, who claims to be a rape crisis counselor and an ordained minister pleaded guilty to aggravated sexual battery and will have no time to serve in prison. The victim told investigators she was sexually assaulted by Rosette from the time she was 11 until she was 18 years old. The victim also told investigators that the rapes occurred almost every day. Black Peeping Tom arrested at Clemson women's dorm Clemson University police arrested a man who they say was found in a women's residence hall early Monday. Milton Brian Benson, 23, of Clemson, who is not a Clemson student, was arrested at 1:10 a.m. A warrant said Benson followed two students into Manning Hall after they opened the door with a security key card. Benson is charged with first-degree burglary and peeping. Both are felony charges. - (Newsroom) |

Black charged in sex assault of five minor girls from church A Philadelphia man has been charged with rape in connection with a series of assaults on girls from his church. Courtney Wilson, 56, is in custody and charged with multiple counts of rape and related crimes. Police say the incidents happened between 1997 and 2005. Wilson was a trusted member and volunteer for a church. Police say five young women, who are now in their 20s, came forward with complaints from days when they were minors. - (Black rapes) |
Black former Jefferson Parish deputy's rape sentencing is delayed Former deputy Brett Casimer's sentencing hearing was pushed to next month. A jury found he forced a woman he arrested during a traffic stop to give him oral sex in exchange for releasing her. The woman, who was running errands wearing only shorts and a T-shirt when Casimer pulled her over, said he forced her to do it while parked behind a church. 2 more blacks arrested in home invasion robbery, sexual battery Authorities have arrested two more teenagers in connection with a June home invasion robbery and rape case. Dasjay Djuan Stittiams, 16, and Kamal Henderson, 17, were booked into County Jail on charges of home invasion robbery and sexual battery. Jenieka Ford, 19, was arrested last month on the same charges. The pack stormed a Lehigh Acres couple's home on the evening of June 14, attacked the man at gunpoint and then locked him in a bathroom while two suspects sexually battered the woman. - (Newsroom) |
Murder charge follows Saturday slaying of White woman by black A Muncie man arrested in the brutal slaying of a local woman has now been preliminarily charged with killing her. Terry Donald Rutledge, a convicted felon, was preliminarily charged with murder. Rutledge is accused of killing Tonia J. Ingram whose body was found, on fire. Antowyn Tavares Warren a convicted felon, is preliminarily charged with assisting a criminal and obstruction of justice. Jailed on those same two charges was 36-year-old Regina N. Black Arrested for Rape, Beating Victim with Hammer MEMPHIS, TN - A man is behind bars, accused of beating a woman in the head with a hammer, raping her, then robbing her home on November 11, 2011. The victim was attacked when the suspect entered her Raleigh home and struck her in the head with a hammer while was she was in her bed. The suspect then raped the victim, and held a knife to her throat. Before leaving, he stole contents from her purse and cash from her room. UK: Black rapist attacked drunk woman while she slept A rapist who attacked a drunk woman while she was sleeping has been jailed for six years. Gael Kamki, 31, claimed that sex had been consensual when he was arrested after the attack at his home in May last year. A police detective said "Not only has he taken advantage of the victim and subjected her to an awful sexual assault but he has continued to lie about what he has done, claiming the victim was awake. Black Alabama postal worker goes 'postal' - charged with firing shots A 29-year-old postal employee was charged with two counts of attempted murder Friday after authorities said he used two guns to fire shots inside the main post office in Alabama's capital city. Officials said the employee, Arthur Lee Darby Jr., was in the Montgomery County Jail with bond set at $1 million. The man showed up for work in the mail sorting area and began firing shots about 6:30 p.m. Thursday. Black Ethiopian refugee convicted of raping a blind 84-year-old Minnesota man Minn. - An Ethiopian refugee convicted of sexually assaulting a blind 84-year-old Minnesota man has been sentenced to nearly 29 years in prison. Ahmed Sule was sentenced to 28 years, 10 months. He'll be deported when he's released. Sule broke into the Fridley home of the elderly cancer patient. Prosecutors say the 24-year-old Sule repeatedly told him he loved him and wanted to kiss him, before sexually assaulting him. | 80-year-old man robbed by black at gunpoint in Sturgis Police are looking for a black male who reportedly robbed an 80-year-old man robbed at gunpoint Saturday night. The robbery occurred at approximately 7 p.m. Saturday while the victim was exiting his vehicle. The victim told police a black male held him at gunpoint and took his wallet before fleeing from the scene on foot. Black DeKalb man charged with following woman home, raping her  DeKalb County police said they have arrested a man on rape charges after he followed a woman home and then sexually assaulted her. Investigators said Garry Mincey, 35, followed a woman home from the Publix grocery store on Flakes Mill Road. Officers said Mincey then snuck into the woman's home while she unloaded her groceries. Authorities arrested 32-year-old Latorie Jerriel Crumbler after a woman reported an alleged sexual assault. It happened around 11 p.m. Sunday near Ramsey Street. The victim told authorities that Crumbler asked her for a ride and when she didn't respond, he displayed a handgun and got into her car. Investigators said that Marco Lynn Cheatham, 23, committed the reported assault in an apartment on Shaw Avenue around 8 p.m. Nov. 23. Jury to decide whether convicted black killer of (White) Shanon Marks should die   The final decision on whether Rayshawn Johnson will be executed will be resolved. Johnson was convicted of murder and sentenced to death in 1998 for the baseball bat bludgeoning death of his neighbor, 29-year-old Shanon Marks. Johnson lived in his grandmother's apartment that overlooked the home of Marks and her husband, who were planning to celebrate her third wedding anniversary that night. Johnson beat her with the bat 13 times, the last three in the head. Her husband found her body 13 hours later in a pool of her blood. In addition to the fatal blows that fractured her skull, she also suffered a broken jaw and a broken left arm. Lavont Flanders Jr, 40, is accused of luring women to his Florida base then plying them with spiked drinks before filming them being assaulted by his business partner Emerson Callum, 45. One woman was told she would get a role in a Paramount film.

A husband who claimed he was attacked by his wife has been arrested for trying to stab her with a crucifix and threatening to burn down the house. He attempted to stab her with a crucifix and demanded her to pray to her deceased brother because they "would both soon meet him." Gonzales threatened to burn the house down by igniting alcohol on the living room carpet, said deputies.
