North Canton police issued a warrant for Erick Howard, 20, in connection with a home invasion back in August. Seth Obermiller, 19, and Michael Taylor, 20, have already been arrested for the crime. Police said Howard and Obermiller broke into an apartment on Sunford Avenue SE with a handgun and bound a couple inside with duct tape. Columbus black charged with raping 15-year-old Kendrick High girl in woods  Columbus police have arrested a local man on charges he forced a 15-year-old girl into the woods and raped her. Jermain B. Nathan, 18, of Columbus was jailed Thursday on charges of rape, aggravated sodomy, kidnapping and robbery, said police Lt. Ronald Hastings. The incident happened about 8:30 p.m. Monday. The girl, a Kendrick High School student, was walking near Forrest Road and Honeysuckle Drive when she was attacked. - (Black rapes) |
Black Corrections Officer Charged in Rape of his 10-year-old 'step daughter' Robert Buchanan, 45, was charged with predatory criminal sexual assault, a Class X felony. Buchanan allegedly sexually assaulted the girl over the course of seven months in the Harvey home where he lived with the child and her mother. Black cage fighter 'Big Diesel''s spit (DNA) links him to three other rapes Jeffrey Ford, a cage fighter, was pumping gas in Aurora, Colorado, recently when he let fly a wad of spit. After he pulled away, police collected it and learned that his DNA was connected to a 2009 rape of an Aurora prostitute. Ford — who goes by the fighter name Big Diesel — was linked by DNA to a 1997 rape in Kansas and a 2003 rape in San Francisco. Ford has been charged in the Colorado assault, but not the Kansas City or San Francisco rapes. The TV station reports that Ford was sent to prison for 10 years in 1987 for raping an 87-year-old Missouri woman when he was 17. - (Newsroom) |

The charges allege he raped and fondled a boy less than 10 years of age in December of 2010. |

Tulsa Police arrest black rape, robbery suspect Officers arrested 22-year old Rlando Bowie yesterday on suspicion that he beat, raped and robbed a Tulsa mother during a home invasion attack on June 6th at the victim's home near 4500 East Zion Street. Black Ex-NBAer Tate George charged in NJ Ponzi scheme Tate George surrendered to federal authorities in New Jersey on Friday to face charges stemming from what prosecutors say was a Ponzi scheme. George used his company, which he purported to be a real estate investment firm, to run a more than $2 million scam. Prosecutors claim that between 2005 and March 2011, George persuaded people — including former professional athletes — to invest in what he promised would be high-return real estate development projects. Black accused of having sex with 14-year-old A 25-year-old man sits in jail after being indicted on charges of rape and sodomy by the Morgan County Grand Jury in August. Corey Lamar Davis has been charged with second-degree rape and second-degree sodomy. He turned himself into Decatur Police on Thursday. He is being held in the Morgan County Jail on a $25,000 bond. Alabama Executes Black Who Shot, Killed White Store Clerk  Alabama has executed a man described by a police informant as trying to make a name for himself when he killed a convenience store clerk in 1994 during a robbery. Thirty-seven-year-old Derrick O. Mason was given a lethal injection and was pronounced dead at 6:49 p.m. central time Thursday at Holman Prison. Mason was convicted of killing 25-year-old Angela Cagle during the attempted robbery of a convenience store in Huntsville, Alabama. Black finally executed for murder of White police officer in 1989   Georgia Executes Troy Davis … as Slain Police Officer's Son Watches Troy Davis was executed Wednesday in Georgia. The lethal injection brought some relief to the family of a police officer whom Davis was convicted of killing. Savannah, Georgia police officer Mark Allen MacPhail was shot three times on August 19, 1989 when he responded to a man’s call for help. The police officer was moonlighting as a security guard at a fast food restaurant. MacPhail was shot twice. He fell. He never pulled his gun. After falling, he was shot once more, point blank in the face as he lay helpless on the ground. Davis, who was just 20 years old, surrendered four days later. He was convicted of murder in August, 1991 and the Georgia Supreme Court upheld his conviction and death sentence in February, 1993. - (Black-on-white) |

Cedartown black facing rape and sodomy charges A Cedartown man is currently in the Polk County jail facing rape and aggravated sodomy charges. The charges stem from allegations regarding an incident that occurred on Wednesday, September 14, 2011. Angelo Romontaz Mathis, age 36, of 314 Thompson Street in Cedartown was arrested on Monday, September 19, 2011 by Cedartown police after leading police on a short foot chase near his residence. - (Black rapes) |
Composite sketch of black rape suspect released  Orlando Police have released a composite sketch of a rape suspect, who attacked a women in the parking lot of her apartment complex. A resident of the Willow Key apartment complex found the vicutm half-naked in the parking lot early Saturday morning. Investigtors say the suspect is a black man , around 5 feet 7 inches tall and between 25 and 30 years old. Harris, the suspected Twilight Rapist, is on trial in Jackson County for sexual assault of a disabled person and has been linked to several other assaults and burglaries in Central and South Texas. Harris claims he killed chickens while masturbating, had sex with a female Shetland pony and had two canine lovers - Fina, a doberman pincher and Lady, a rottweiler. Black former footballer to face rape charges If not for a case that was dropped, former Deerfield Beach High School football star Steven Feagin might still be a free man. Broward prosecutors decided late last month not to put Feagin, 41, on trial for the alleged rape of one of his Pompano Beach neighbors in 2007. But the DNA evidence gathered in that case could still end up helping send Feagin to prison for the rest of his life for crimes committed a thousand miles away in the 1990s. Feagin, who attended the University of Illinois on a football scholarship in the early 1990s, is back in an Illinois jail cell facing charges that he raped three women who lived near him in 1993 and 1995. The university's Urbana campus is about 135 miles south-southwest of Chicago. The victim in the Pompano Beach case, disappointed with the decision not to prosecute Feagin in Broward, said she takes comfort knowing that the DNA found in her room helped lead detectives to Feagin as a suspect in the Illinois rapes. Black receives 30-year sentence for Toledo rapes Vincent Williams, charged with several counts of rape for assaulting teenage girls on their way to school was sentenced to 30 years in prison after entering an Alford plea. Per the negotiated plea, additional kidnapping and rape charges were dismissed and he was ordered to serve an agreed-upon prison sentence. Williams was found guilty of sexually assaulting three teenage girls — ages 17, 15, and 13. Two black Brooklyn men charged with impersonating police officers, rape, and kidnapping  two Brooklyn men, one of whom is an auxiliary police officer, have been charged with impersonating police officers to kidnap and rape a prostitute after using flashing lights to pull her car over. Brooklyn Auxiliary Police Officer Shamir Modestin, 23, and Eric Martin, 29, were informed their bails were set at $250,000 cash only when they made their first appearance yesterday on the charges in Central Judicial Processing Court in Jersey City. - (Black rapes) |

Convicted black rapist charged in 2007 kidnapping, rape of woman A man already behind bars is now accused in the kidnapping and rape of a woman back in 2007. Donald Andtra Carr, 25, is charged with aggravated sexual assault of an adult. The female victim had left work at a gentleman's club on October 17, 2007 and stopped at a nearby gas station when three males she had seen at the club approached her and forced her inside their car and drove her to an unknown apartment. The U.S. Supreme Court has halted the execution of a black man convicted of a double murder in Texas John Buck (aka Duane Buck aka Duane Edward Buck) was convicted of gunning down ex-girlfriend Debra Gardner, 32, and Kenneth Butler, 33, outside Houston in July, 30, 1995, a week after Buck and Gardner broke up. Buck's guilt is not being questioned, but his lawyers say the jury was unfairly influenced and that he should receive a new sentencing hearing. A third person, Buck's stepsister, Phyllis Taylor, also was wounded. Gardner's 14-year-old daughter and 11-year-old son were among those who witnessed the shootings. Withnesses saw Buck laughing as he stood over her body and heard him say, "The bitch, she deserved it." |
Harrisburg black accused in attack, attempted rape in midtown A Harrisburg man is accused of choking a woman and trying to rape her in midtown last week. William S. Jenkins, was taken into custody. A woman told police she met Jenkins in a midtown bar and socialized with him on occasion. On Saturday the pair were walking to a bar about 3:45 p.m. when he stopped behind a building i and became violent after an argument. Black charged with raping Annapolis teen Annapolis Police arrested a man they say raped a 15-year-old girl after inviting her into his home Monday morning. The victim had just left her home and was walking past 33-year-old William Ashley Pickett's house on Royal Street when he asked her to come in. He then forcibly sexually assaulted and raped her, police say. The girl reported the rape to police the next day. Black accused of raping, abducting woman related to other crime  The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department says the man suspected of abducting and sexually assaulting a woman is connected to another crime. IMPD says Sherman Smith, 25, is also charged with the attempted murder of Helen Lopez. Lopez was found stabbed in a burning home on August 29. Police say Lopez is still in critical condition. Obama's illegal African migrant uncle arrested in Massachusetts An uncle of President Barack Obama was arrested last week in Framingham, Massachusetts, for allegedly operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol. Onyango Obama was arrested on August 24 after failing a field sobriety test. The arrested African is the half-brother of President Obama's father. There was no other administration comment immediately available. According to a a federal law enforcement source Onyango Obama was not legally in the United States and has been previously ordered removed from the country. His case is now going through the immigration process.

Black is first to receive lethal injection for rape and murder of 88-year-old White woman   A (black) who raped and suffocated an 88-year-old woman was the first person in Virginia to receive a lethal injection using a revised three-drug version, last Thursday (Aug 18). Jerry Terrell Jackson, 30, was put to death after he was found guilty of the rape and murder of seamstress Ruth Phillips in her Williamsburg apartment in 2001. It has been reported that Jackson broke into the woman's home during a burglary, put a pillow over her face and raped her. Evil homeless Negro finally arrested for murder of White high school girl thanks to DNA  Nearly seven years after she was killed, police say they've found the man who killed Gina Gruenwald. Gruenwald's body was found August 21, 2004 in Denver, Colorado. Friends had dropped her off after a night out and her body was found just four blocks away the following morning. She had been stabbed in the neck. The crime scene showed Gruenwald had struggled with the person who killed her, including a bite mark made by the attacker. It's that bite mark, which left behind DNA, that led prosecutors to charge 42-year-old Billy Wilson this week. Wilson is said to be a homeless man who was arrested earlier this year on an unrelated case in San Francisco. A DNA sample obtained from Wilson was entered into a national database and was a match for Gruenwald's case. Black Nebraskan jailed in Congressman Boswell attack   A 20-year-old Fremont man who authorities say was the gunman in a burglary and home-invasion robbery attempt this weekend at the Lamoni, Iowa, farmhouse of U.S. Rep. Leonard Boswell was arrested Tuesday. David Palmer Dewberry was taken into custody in Independence, Mo., and was being held on a federal warrant alleging unlawful flight to avoid prosecution. Dewberry and his family had lived in Lamoni for a time before moving to Nebraska, and his mother was friendly with Boswell's wife. He had been to the Boswell home. Dewberry entered the home Saturday night and attacked the congressman's daughter. Boswell, 77, tried to fight the man off. As they scuffled, his 22-year-old grandson got a shotgun. Justin Carter faces two counts of murder and one count of armed robbery in the killings of Steven Konchinsky, 57, and his wife, Julie Konchinsky, 54.
