Black suspect arrested in attempted rape of Phila. teen A 17-year-old girl says that, around 2:00 a.m., she woke up to find a man standing over her with a knife. Police say that man is 30-year-old Keith McNealy. The girl said McNealy threatened her and tried to rape her. Officials say the teen was stabbed in the hand but otherwise is okay. Black charter school security guard pleads not guilty to fondling little girls A charter school security guard has pleaded not guilty to charges he molested two students at the school. Ronald Smith Jr., 33, was in court Thursday morning for his arraignment. He's accused of taking two students in April to an office at the River City Science Academy, locking the door, turning off the lights and fondling them. Melvin Leo Riggine was arrested on two counts of sexual battery of someone between the ages of 12 and 18. Black charged with sexual abuse of a minor A man was arrested for sexually abusing a minor. Turcuois Gay, 21, was taken into custody after a joint undercover investigation. Officials say Gay surrendered at the Caddo Parish Corrections Center without incident. Black camp counselor accused of rape of 11-year-old girl at YMCA summer camp Martel Jones, a former counselor is charged with the rape of an 11-year-old girl at a YMCA summer camp. Jones came ready to face his accuser, a now 12-year-old mother who has named Jones as the father of her two-month-old son and accused him of raping her in a sauna room last July at the YMCA. Black guilty of home invasion, rape and beating of 74-year-old woman A Chicago man is facing between 60 and 120 years in prison for the home invasion, rape and beating of a 74-year-old Elgin woman after a jury found him guilty Friday on all counts in the case. Jurors deliberated for just 90 minutes before finding Rodney L. Black sex offender guilty in rape of 13-year-old he met online A registered sex offender was convicted Thursday of raping a 13-year-old girl he met online and sexually assaulting her 14-year-old friend at a home last summer. James Mason III, 29, of Simms Drive in Annapolis, entered an Alford plea in Circuit Court in Annapolis Thursday to second-degree rape and third-degree sex offense. Black rape suspect caught in University City Martin Russell Diamond, a rape suspect whose release from jail last month led to the suspension of a Charlotte magistrate, was captured by Charlotte-Mecklenburg police Friday morning. Diamond was charged last month with raping and beating his ex-girlfriend. The woman, who is 19, suffered a broken jaw and other injuries. - (Black rapes) |
Black Suspect arrested in Des Moines home burglary, rape A Des Moines man, who allegedly kicked in the door to a north side home and then raped the woman living there, has been arrested on charges of first-degree burglary and third-degree sexual abuse. John Timothy Nelson, 27, is being held without bond at the Polk County Jail. Police accuse Nelson of breaking into a home near Drake University and raping a 31-year-old woman. Nelson allegedly found the woman sleeping on Tuesday, pulled her to the end of the bed and assaulted her. - (Black rapes) |
Black LaPlace man booked with rape and kidnapping A black who allegedly forced a Garyville woman to have sex with him at gunpoint early Friday has been booked with aggravated rape and aggravated kidnapping. Juancheus Ceasar, 48, was arrested after the woman told police that she was walking on Earl Baloney Street in Garyville when a man driving a white vehicle pulled up alongside her, pointed a black handgun at her and ordered her to get into his vehicle. Police said the 31-year-old Garyville woman feared for her life and complied with his demands to perform sexual acts. - (Black rapes) |

Black man accused of homo raping elderly man in elevator The victim said he was leaving his apartment on the 5th floor and 51-year-old Keith Harris was also leaving. They both got on the elevator together. The victim said the suspect hit him once with his fist and then put his hand around the victims neck. The suspect is larger than the victim and was able to hold him down as he raped him. A witness saw the suspect and the victim as the doors opened on the first flood. Sidney Williams is wanted for rape and aggravated rape in separate incidents in Algiers involving one adult female and one female child. Black suspect in south Phoenix serial rape case pleads The suspect arrested in connection with a series of rapes that have plagued south Phoenix for the last several months has entered a plea in the case. Eighteen-year-old DeJaun Donaldson has pleaded not guilty to the multiple charges filed against him. He faces 16 counts including kidnapping, sexual assault, sexual conduct with a minor, armed robbery and aggravated assault, among other charges. Family of slain Iraqi woman lashes out at (black) rapist-killer An Iraqi couple who fled the war-torn Middle East came face to face with the man who raped and murdered their daughter, lashing out at him for the first time since the slaying took place. Darius Kevin Maurer, 21, was sentenced to life in prison for killing 20-year-old Donya Abdulrazzak last June. The judge tacked on 51/2 to 20 years for the rape. "He's a primitive human. McIntyre, 45, has been charged with the rape and murder of his 17-year-old daughter, Ebony Franklin, after police revealed that the father’s semen was found in the girl’s body. Ebony Franklin, whose body was found in an alley, planned to meet up with her father to spend the weekend with him, her mother told police. “Ebony was dropped off to meet up with her father, but she was never seen by any other person ever again.” He stabbed her 15 times and left her body in a dumpster. - (Newsroom) |

Kevin Randleman, 50. Randleman is currently under guard. There will be no bond. Randleman is charged in the death of Officer Andrew Dunn, 30, who was shot and killed Saturday around 3 a.m. Randleman was riding a bicycle when he was stopped by Officer Dunn. Police say an exchange of gunfire then took place and Dunn received multiple gunshot wounds. The crime against the Sunday School class treasurer who talked proudly of renewing her driver's license for five more years tore at her family, her church and the community. McMullen, 50, pleaded guilty to first-degree murder, armed robbery, first-degree kidnapping, and breaking and entering in connection with Mildred Clontz's slaying. Motion denied to suppress interview of black suspect in the murder of white Carol Marie Brown  There was no admission of guilt in a murder suspect's interview by Hagerstown police detectives last year, but the videotape of the exchange provided more details of the crime scene and events surrounding the murder of Carol Marie Brown three years ago. Darrol Sands, 43, who was indicted in the April 19, 2008, killing, was seeking to have the video suppressed at his May trial. Brown, 22, the mother of two, was found dead in a bathtub in her home, according to court records and the videotaped interview.
