(Hispanic black) stabs white girlfriend to death - nearly decapitates  A 23 year-old woman was murdered in a Lower East Side apartment early Sunday - her head nearly decapitated - after a heated argument with her boyfriend, police and witnesses said. Sarah Coit was heard arguing with her beau, Raul Barrera, 33, about 2:15 a.m., shortly before she was viciously stabbed in her apartment, cops and neighbors said. "Her whole neck was cut all the way," said Briana Andalore, 20, who lives downstairs from the blood-stained apartment and saw the young woman get hauled away on a stretcher. | Black man charged with sending KKK threats in Illinois A 28-year-old African-American man has been charged with sending threats signed from the KKK to officials in the southern Illinois community of O'Fallon. Black South African Immigrant charged with murder of White Akron bank executive  Akron police said a South African immigrant with a theology degree has confessed to the murder of a FirstMerit bank executive. Muziwokuthula Madonda, 33, is charged with the aggravated murder of 60-year-old Jacquelyn Hilder, a bank vice president who was shot twice during a robbery at her condominium on Hampton Ridge Drive in Akron in February. Black man charged with knife-point rape Luis A. Suarez Perez, 28, is charged with rape, aggravated assault, burglary, terrorist threats, simple assault,and recklessly endangering another person. Investigators said Suarez Perez barged in the woman’s home around 11:30 a.m., grabbed her by the hair and dragged her on the floor. He slammed her head and face off the floor multiple times. Suarez Perez told the woman she “was going to die today” and placed a knife to the woman’s throat. The woman told police she tried to protect herself and the suspect slashed her hand with the knife. Holding the knife against the woman’s neck, Suarez Perez took the woman’s clothes off and raped her, she said. - (Black rapes) |
Black arrested for attempted rape in University of Iowa dorm A man was arrested for attempting to commit sexual assault in a University of Iowa dorm in March. Rakeem I’shod Eberhart, 22, faces an aggravated misdemeanor for assault with intent to commit sexual abuse. Eberhart, who is not registered as a student at UI, hugged the victim without her permission and did not stop when told to. Eberhart tried to force his hands between the victim’s legs, according to police. He also tried to force the victim to touch his penis and was told “no” again, according to police. - (Black rapes) |

Black convicted rapist faces his fourth rape accusation Opening statements began Wednesday in the trial of a convicted rapist accused of raping another woman. Police say Tommy Lee Sailor, a registered sex offender, attacked a woman he met at a nightclub on New Year's Day in 2010. Sailor was convicted of sexually assaulting a woman in 1994 and served more than 13 years in state prison. - (Black rapes) |
20-year-old black admits vicious rape in Lancaster city  A Lancaster city man who police say nearly killed a woman during a rape last year has pleaded guilty. Antwuan Gomez, 20, faces up to 60 years in prison on charges of rape, robbery and aggravated assault in connection with the Jan. 16, 2010, attack. Gomez punched and kicked the woman and slammed her head on the street during the attack. The woman was left for dead until residents living in the neighborhood found her and called 911. Police said the woman likely would have died of blood loss had the residents not found her on the sidewalk. - (Black rapes) |

Black Man accused of child porn and rapes of 2 girls A Houston man accused of raping two girls, ages 11 and 14, also is accused of possession of child pornography after photographing the younger girl being attacked by an elderly relative. A charge of sexual assault of a child younger than 14 was upgraded to a first-degree felony for 41-year-old Michael Bill. Bill was arrested in January 2009 after authorities found him at a Walmart kiosk in Stafford printing out sexually explicit photos of Moses Nyanh, 75, raping the younger girl, according to court records. - (Black rapes) |

Black arrested for rape of 11-year-old girl he was 'babysitting'  A Mansfield man was indicted for having sex with an 11-year-old girl left in his care, and today DeSoto sheriff’s investigators arrested a relative of the alleged victim for not reporting the incident and threatening a witness, authorities said. Chad Watson, 27, remains in jail following his indictment on one count of aggravated rape. His girlfriend, Ponda Jackson, 34, of Mansfield, who is also the victim’s aunt, was booked into the DeSoto Detention Center today on one count each of principal to aggravated rape and obstruction of justice. - (Black rapes) - (Newsroom) |
Immokalee black charged with sexual battery on girl under 12 An Immokalee man is being held in the Collier County Jail on a charge of sexual battery on a girl under 12. Madel Julian, 52, faces life in prison if convicted. Julian was arrested after the girl told a teacher that he had sexually battered her, arrest reports state. Detectives took DNA samples and other evidence in the case. Julian denied the allegations. He was arrested Friday. - (Black rapes) |
Police Arrest Black in Crocker Amazon Park Rape SFPD made an arrest yesterday in the rape of a female jogger in Crocker Amazon Park on Friday afternoon. San Francisco resident Xavier Neal, 18, allegedly grabbed the 38-year-old victim (jogging near the basketball court just above the soccer field) from behind, forced her into the grass, and then sexually assaulted her. He then reportedly escaped along Brookdale Avenue and into the Sunnydale public housing development. - (Black rapes) |
Harrisburg police arrest black suspect Yusuf Mahamud in January rape  police say an investigation of a reported rape from January has led to the arrest of 21-year-old Yusuf Mahamud. A 23-year-old Steelton woman reported the rape on Jan. 16 after she said she went to bed with a man she knew at a party in the 1600 block of State Street and woke up to a stranger sexually assaulting her. She told police she fought off the man, was helped home and went to a local hospital. The suspect was later identified as Mahamud. - (Black rapes) |

Osborn is in the Natchitoches Parish Detention Center charged with second-degree murder. Kasey Ragan was a sophomore psychology major and honor roll student at NSU. (Black) Lawn Man On Trial In 82-year-old Woman's Killing  The trial for a lawn maintenance man accused of killing an 82-year-old woman in December 2009 began. Cecil King is charged with murder in the death of Renie Bain, whose home he serviced. Bain's family members found her beaten to death in her home. Prosecutors said the evidence against King rapidly piled up in the days following Bain's death. That evidence included video from a pawn shop, which prosecutors said shows King selling a bracelet stolen from Bain's home the day she was killed. - (Newsroom) - (crime) |

Sex With Corpse  A man was convicted Friday in the grisly murder of a woman in her Broad Ripple apartment in 2007. Nathan Anderson, was convicted of murder, burglary, abuse of a corpse in the October 2007 slaying of Jane Pepper, 44, at her apartment. Anderson was taken into custody after a national DNA database matched him to evidence collected during the investigation of the killing. Investigators said Anderson confessed to killing Pepper. Judge overrules jury - black gets death for kidnap and murder of Auburn freshman girl   A judge on Wednesday overrode the unanimous recommendation of jurors and sentenced a man to die for the slaying of an Auburn University freshman who was abducted at gunpoint, fatally shot and left to die on a rural road. Lee County Circuit Judge Jacob Walker imposed the sentence on Courtney Lockhart, 26, who was convicted of capital murder last year in the 2008 killing of Lauren Burk, 18, of Marietta, Ga. The jury voted 12-0 to recommend a sentence of life without parole for Lockhart, but the judge has the final say under Alabama law. Walker decided Lockhart should be put to death, noting that the man was suspected in other crimes that jurors didn't know about. - (Newsroom) - (crime) |
Lawmen arrest (black) Polk Co. suspect in murder of White woman  The Nacogdoches County Sheriff's Office has arrested a man suspected of killing a Polk County woman in December. Cordell Renard Green, 22, is charged with murder. Green was located Sunday night and arrested. Green is charged in connection to the death of Heather Dorris, 25. Green has a violent past, including charges of armed robbery. Green confessed to witnesses that he killed Dorris by shooting her numerous times and witnesses saw Green get into Dorris' vehicle the morning of her death. - (Newsroom) - (Black-on-white) |
Black woman arrested for kidnap, murder and burning of body of 12-year-old White boy  Police say a 44-year-old woman charged with capital murder in the kidnapping and death of a 12-year-old Houston boy admitted to discarding a body, but said she didn’t kill the child. Mona Yvette Nelson, a maintenance worker for several area apartment complexes, was arrested and charged on Wednesday. Investigators believe she kidnapped, killed and burned the body of Jonathan Foster on Christmas Eve. Foster had been left alone at his mother’s apartment while she and her roommate worked that day. Investigators believe Nelson took the boy to her home, where she likely killed him and burned his body. - (Newsroom) - (Black-on-white) |
