Tip helps nab black attempted sexual battery suspect A man suspected of a brutal attempted sexual attack is off the streets this morning after a citizen called in a tip to the Orange County Sheriff’s Office early Saturday. Daniel Cabrera was questioned and arrested in the attack of a woman who said she was dragged into the woods early Wednesday on Goldenrod Road and Quail Pond Street. The 23-year-old suspect who authorities called a “public threat” now sits in the Orange County Jail with no bond on charges of attempted sexual battery with a deadly weapon, kidnapping with intent to commit a felony and aggravated battery stemming from the Oct. 20 attack. - (Newsroom) - (Black rapes) |
Black "Jesse James" charged in alleged rape of woman outside East Side bar Jesse J. Doughty, a registered sex offender who allegedly raped a woman outside an East Side bar was charged Monday with second-degree sexual assault. Doughty on Wednesday went up to a 46-year-old woman at the Ohio Tavern, 224 Ohio St., and asked her to play pool. During the game, he asked if she wanted to party, and she no. DeKalb Police Arrest Black Suspect for allegedly raping a 16-year-old girl  DeKalb police have arrested a man for allegedly raping a 16-year-old girl in her bedroom. James Adams -- 46-years old -- is charged with rape, aggravated assault, aggravated sodomy and false imprisonment. It is believed that Adams had previous ties to the family. Black Mom Not Guilty for Throwing Kids Off Bridge A Dallas judge found a woman who threw her two young children from a freeway overpass not guilty by reason of insanity. Police said in March 2008 during the morning rush hour, Khandi Busby tossed her two sons off the Jim Miller Road overpass and onto Interstate 30. Then she jumped. Witnesses had said Busby’s children, 8-year-old Gary Ford and 7-year-old Derrick Tennison, struggled against her, but she overpowered them. All three survived the 22-foot drop. During Thursday’s bench trial, Busby’s defense attorney argued that she is insane. Her defense attorney said she is bi-polar and schizophrenic. Hampton man dies after he and his wife attacked in home by pack of four blacks  Police made four arrests in a home invasion that left one man dead.
The suspects forced entry into the home and attacked the couple, a 60-year-old man and a 62-year-old woman, who were living at the residence. The suspects punched and strangled the victims, then stole both of the victims’ vehicles and fled the scene.
The suspects are 20-year-old Anthony Darius Odella, Jr. of Hampton, 18-year-old Torian Marquise Gaither of Newport News, 22-year-old Robin Nadean Gaither of Newport News, and 19-year-old Ashley Michelle Odellas of Hampton.

Rochester black pleads not guilty to rape Bernard McNair, 29, of Columbia Street was charged yesterday with third-degree rape, a felony, according to City Court records. Cops fatally shoot Black footballer after he ran down officers  Cops fatally shot a Pace University football player early Sunday after he ran down officers during a brawl outside a Westchester County bar, police said. As officers tried to contain several fights in the parking lot, one cop approached a silver Nissan parked in a fire lane and knocked on the window but the driver, Danroy [DJ] Henry, 20, stepped on the gas, knocking a Pleasantville cop onto the hood. A second cop tried to pull the officer off the hood but was knocked to the ground. Black Charged With 4 Rapes From 2 Decades Ago Jerry E. Campbell was charged with seven counts of forcible rape and four counts of first-degree robbery. The women were raped Oct. 17, 1989, Jan. 11, 1990, March 2, 1990 and March 30, 1990, according to court documents. Campbell threatened the women with a deadly weapon, prosecutors said. Black in Davenport Arrested For Sexual Assault, Child Abuse A four-year long manhunt is over after Davenport Police arrested a man Friday wanted for sexual assault and child abuse. Police say in 2006, Herman Morris, 30, used a gun and sexually assaulted a woman multiple times over an 11-hour period. Seau was brought in on suspicion of domestic abuse, processed, and released about 90 minutes later. Then, just hours later, Junior Seau reportedly drove his SUV off a Southern California cliff. He survived the crash and has been transported to a local hospital. 
DNA evidence connects Fletcher Anderson Worrell to 8 other rapes - The man who police and prosecutors believe was the "Silver Spring Rapist" has been sentenced in Maryland to life in prison. And that sentence will not begin until he completes prison sentences for other rapes in New York and in New Jersey. A Silver Spring woman testified at Worrell's trial that in 1991, she was sleeping in a bed with her then-seven-year-old-son when she was accosted in the middle of the night by a man armed with a knife. She told the jury her rapist threatened to "slit the throat" of her son unless she cooperated. DNA evidence left by the rapist led police to Worrell, who had been convicted of one rape in New York and two rapes in New Jersey. DNA also connects Worrell to eight other area rapes, and prosecutors suspect he is the assailant in at least 21 Maryland cases.
