Two blacks beat White student to death in unprovoked assault - 'not racially motivated'   A student at Kent State University who was severely beaten last week has died at an Ohio hospital. Christopher Kernich, 23, of Fairborn died Saturday at Akron City Hospital. Police said three males in a car nearly drove into a group of students on Nov. 15 and began assaulting them. Two other students were assaulted but Kernich was the only one seriously injured. Police said Ronald Kelly, 20, and Adrian Barker, 21, have been charged with felonious assault, while a third suspect remains at large. - (Newsroom) - (Black-on-white) |
Wanted: Black Accused of Sexual Conduct with 7-Year-Old Lexington County deputies are searching for a man they say inappropriately touched a 7-year-old girl. Officers are looking for 46-year-old Shelly Kirby III of Lexington. Warrants have been issued for him on charges of first-degree criminal sexual conduct with a child under the age of 11 and committing a lewd act on a child. Deputies say the man inappropriately touched the girl's private part, and that he made her touch his private part as well. The alleged incidents took place between September 15 and September 19. According to investigators, Kirby was taking care of the girl while her mother was looking for a job. - (Newsroom) |
Accused Black Child Molester Accidentally Released from Jail In Newberry County, deputies say that an accused child molester has been released from jail after his bond was wrongly issued. Deputies say that 25-year-old John Thurston Ussery Jr. of Irmo, was arrested on November 14th and charged with first degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor. Ussery is accused of sexually assaulting an 8-year-old while babysitting in Newberry County. The suspect was then released the next day on a personal appearance bond, just one day after being arrested. Authorities say that after realizing this mistake, they are now looking for Ussery. - (Newsroom) |
Black pimp arrested for murder of 48 year-old 'john' MEMPHIS, TN - Sheriff's deputies say a meeting with a prostitute led to the robbery and murder of a man in Northaven.
Nineteen year-old Jeremy Stevenson and a 17 year-old girl were arrested by Sheriff's detectives November 23, 2009.
Detectives say sometime around 7:30 p.m. on November 19, 2009, 48 year-old Kerry Collins of Memphis was found shot to death in the front seat of his car.
Detectives say Stevenson planned to lure Collins to the neighborhood to have sex with the teenage girl. After Collins met the girl at an abandoned home in the neighborhood, Stevenson robbed Collins and shot him inside his Buick Skylark. Collins died there. - (Newsroom) |
Woman dragged into bushes and raped by black  A woman claims she was dragged into the bushes and raped at gunpoint early this morning in downtown Orlando. Officers arrested Tyrone Tarmae Dukes, 41, who told police he had no job. He was booked in the Orange County Jail on charges of armed kidnapping and sexual battery. The woman told officers that she was walking home when she noticed a man staring at her. She asked the man if he knew her but he replied that he didn't. He then said he was frustrated and wanted sex. That's when he pulled out what appeared to be a gun and dragged her into the bushes. She told investigators that she felt a barrel of a gun on the back of her head during the attack, according to a police report. - (Newsroom) |
Authorities Find Body of Missing 5-Year-Old Mixed-race North Carolina Girl    N.C. — A missing 5-year-old whose mother was accused of offering her for sex was found dead off a heavily wooded road in a rural area Monday, ending a weeklong search, police said. Searchers found Shaniya Davis' body early Monday afternoon. "We've got a lot of people out at the scene right now that are torn up," Chance said. "Detectives have been running off adrenaline to find this little girl and to bring her home alive. You have a lot of people in shock right now." Two people have been charged in her disappearance, one of them her mother, Antoinette Davis, 25. Black Teen Confesses To Molesting Sister, Dad Executes Him  A 15-year-old boy who was killed by his father in an execution style killing spent the last moments of his life pleading, "No, Daddy! No!" Jamar Pinkney Jr. was shot in the head Monday by his 37-year-old father, Jamar Pinkney Sr., who allegedly made the teen strip his clothes off and kneel in a vacant lot before he was killed by a single bullet.
The boy's mother, Lazette Cherry, told the Detroit Free Press that Pinkney Sr., showed up at her Highland Park, Mich., home after she told him that their son had made a startling confession.
According to Cherry, the 15-year-old had admitted to having "inappropriate contact" with his 3-year-old half sister. - (Newsroom) |
Black charged with murder of his girlfriend and her 4-year-old son SC (WTOC) - An arrest has been made in connection to a Beaufort County shooting that killed a woman and her 4-year-old son. The Beaufort County Sheriff's Office says 27-year-old Earnest Stewart Daise was arrested on drug charges on November 16. He's now been charged with two counts of murder in the deaths of his girlfriend, -year old Jeanine Mullen, and her son, 4-year-old Walt Fredo Davis-Mullen. Philadelphia Black Arrested For Murder Of Infant A Philadelphia man has been charged in the murder of an infant over the weekend. Authorities said 40-year-old Clavond Gallot was taken into custody for the death of 11-month-old Joshua Gallot. Police said the infant was killed in a home on the 2200 block of Edgley Street on Saturday. Further details were not immediately available. Gallot has been charged with murder and related offenses. - (Newsroom) |

Convicted black purse-snatcher stabed White woman in Target parking lot  NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Police said they received a tip that will help them charge a homeless man connected to a stabbing that occurred Oct. 27 outside a west Nashville Target store. Convicted robber Timothy Kelly, Jr., 23, was identified as the man who stabbed Barbara Futter, 46, and robbed her of her purse outside a Target. Kelly was already in custody in connection with another robbery. He also faces charges for stealing a woman's purse Oct. 25 in the parking lot of the Charlotte Pike Walmart. elly was convicted in July 2008 of robbing an 84-year-old man outside the victim's home. White veteran robbed, killed on way to deposit money from benefit - by black robbers
 Army veteran William "Bill" Burtner survived Vietnam and dedicated his life to helping other veterans.
On Monday, Burtner was about to enter a Midlothian bank to deposit money the south suburb's Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2580 had raised during a benefit.
He never made it inside.
Burtner, 65, was assaulted and robbed outside the bank. He died Wednesday night at Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn.
An autopsy today concluded Burtner died of hypertensive cardiovascular disease and fractured ribs from the assault, according to the Cook County medical examiner's office. It ruled the death a homicide.One of the suspects Jerry Brown, was arrested, and the other suspect fled on foot and is still at large. - (Newsroom) - (Black-on-white) |
Photos Released of Black Murder Suspects in White Police Killing   The youngest suspect in the murder of a Metro police officer will be charged as an adult. North Las Vegas police say the 17-year-old has been transferred to the North Las Vegas Detention Center where the two other suspects are being held. One of those suspects, 18-year-old Prentice Marshall, was released from the hospital on Friday. He had suffered a gunshot wound in an exchange of gunfire with Metro Officer Trevor Nettleton. Marshall, 20-year-old Saul Williams, and the 17-year-old are facing murder and robbery charges. Police have also added gang enhancement charges. Police say all three have documented gang activity in their past. Investigators say the three suspects ambushed Nettleton in the open garage of his home near Bruce and Lone Mountain as he returned home from work. Denver police arrest 32 young black males in series of racial assaults on Whites and Hispanics The Denver Police Department arrested 32 men and juvenile boys after a months-long undercover investigation into what police said were racially motivated assaults and robberies in downtown Denver. A task force composed of Denver police, the FBI and the Denver district attorney's office investigated 26 incidents in which groups of black males verbally harassed, assaulted and at times robbed White or Latino males. All of the suspects are young black males, most of whom told police they were associated with either the Rollin' 60s Crips gang or the Black Gangster Disciples gang. | African migrant parents of gang-raped 8-yr-old Liberian girl arrested The parents of an 8-year-old Liberian girl who was allegedly sexually assaulted by four boys in July were arrested Friday on child abuse charges, according to Arizona police. The father, 59, and mother, 47, were arrested Friday in Phoenix on seven counts of child abuse, said police spokesman Sgt. Andy Hill. Police were waiting for them at their home after the Maricopa County Attorney's Office issued the warrants. - (Newsroom) |
