Black indicted For Rape of Second Teen Girl A 20-year-old man locked up for allegedly raping a 17-year-old girl, near Lytle Park, is now accused of raping a second girl. Miciah Black has been indicted for the rape of a 17-year-old. Black has been locked up on a half million dollar bond since he was arrested for an attack May 4th. Today, Black was indicted on eleven charges, including rape, abduction and robbery. The second attack involves a girl who was targeted in downtown Cincinnati February 18th. - (Newsroom) |
Police searching for black that raped 13-year-old girl Ashdown Police need the public's help finding a man wanted for allegedly raping a teenage girl. Early on the morning of May 9, police responded to a rape call at the Riverdale apartments. Once there, they learned the victim was a 13-year-old girl. According to detectives, the girl said while she was asleep a man she knew came into her room and raped her. Other witnesses told police they saw the man pulling his pants up while running from the apartment after the alleged assault. Police say they've now got a warrant out for the arrest of Kio Demarcus Gaines. - (Newsroom) |
| White teenage inmate held down by two blacks and raped by third MOUNT HOLLY — A white teenage inmate at the Burlington County jail allegedly was held down by two black inmates and raped by a third black inmate purported to be a Bloods gangster. According to a tipster, a retired former jail officer, the white inmate turned 18 Monday, and the prison rape was his birthday present. The tipster said that while the boy was being raped he started to have seizures. “They said he was spaced out. They said while they were raping him and holding him down, he was having some kind of seizure. It’s a shame what they did to that boy, man.” The tipster said the rape occurred in the C and D Wing bathroom and provided the names of the Maple Shade victim and his alleged attacker, “who was caught with (the victim’s) bloody shorts and has been charged with the rape.” - (Newsroom) - (Black-on-white) |

Black African migrant from Sudan drives on sidewalk trying to kill while schoolchildren SALT LAKE CITY -- Prosecutors have filed charges against the man accused of driving down a sidewalk and hitting several students.
Prosecutors say this was not an accident and Luka Wall Kang intentionally targeted those students. Prosecutors charged Kang with 12 counts of aggravated assault; he faces up to five years in prison for each charge.
Kang was behind the wheel of a car that hit several students as they walked home from school. Charging documents say Kang made a sharp turn off the road onto the sidewalk, hitting a child and pushing another into a fence.
Prosecutors say he then continued south on the sidewalk. Some students had to jump out of the way to avoid being hit.
Charging documents say another child who was thrown onto the car's hood looked at Kang and started screaming.
It says Kang continued for 200 feet until it hit a retaining wall.
Assistant Salt Lake County District Attorney Alicia Cook said, "There was a certain level of awareness that he had of what the consequences were going to be of driving down the sidewalk with these children who were walking home."
Prosecutors did not file attempted murder charges because they say that charge requires a higher level of intent.
They say it would have been difficult to prove Kang's mindset and that he was out to kill people that day.

Annapolis police arrest black for 2000 rape DNA testing has led to an arrest in a nearly nine-year-old Annapolis rape case, the county State's Attorney's Office said yesterday. A positive hit in the DNA database prompted prosecutors to charge a 26-year-old Annapolis man in the cold case that occurred Aug. 26, 2000, in the Murray Hill area of the city. Michael Albert Brandford was arrested Thursday night. As officers staked out his workplace, ready to take him into custody, Brandford turned himself in at police headquarters. He is charged with rape, sex offense and assault - all in the first degree. He also is charged with kidnapping, armed robbery, use of handgun in a crime of violence and other related charges. - (Newsroom) |

McDuffey, whose last known address is 107 Pryor Alley, Monroe, has two warrants outstanding against him for aggravated rape and aggravated incest.According to Detective Tracy Heath, it is believed that the victim has been sexually molested by suspect for the past three years and started while the family lived in Shreveport. - (Newsroom) |
Black Teen Who Raped 47-Year-Old Woman Sentenced SAN DIEGO -- A 17-year-old boy who raped a 47-year-old woman at knifepoint during a burglary in her College-area home was sentenced to 25 years to life in state prison. Chadrick Robertson, who pleaded guilty Feb. 19 to felony rape, was a "career criminal" by the time he committed the sexual assault, with convictions for graffiti vandalism, theft and burglary, said Deputy District Attorney Patrick Espinoza. Five days before the rape, Robertson was released from Juvenile Hall and placed with his mother. DNA evidence found on a cigarette at the scene matched a sample taken from Robertson. Jury finds negro guilty in attempted rape of 95-year-old woman A jury of nine women and three men found Brian Anthony Reavis, a 42-year-old ex-convict, guilty on Friday of the attempted rape, robbing and beating of a 95-year-old woman in her historic district home last April. The attack left the woman permanently blind in her right eye, which was knocked out of her skull from the force of Reavis’ blows.
