• Hispanic day laborer Stands Trial For 'Vicious And Brutal' Rape of Former Boss
  LOS ANGELES -- A 18-year-old day laborer who allegedly broke into a Santa Monica condominium and raped a woman when she returned home hours later was ordered to stand trial Thursday. Luis Mario Lopez, who was 17 at the time of the alleged attack, is being prosecuted as an adult on five counts of forcible rape and one count each of forcible oral copulation, sexual penetration by a foreign object, first-degree residential burglary and unlawfully taking the victim's car. He was arrested while driving the woman's 2003 Mercedes-Benz SL 500 convertible. Evidence allegedly linking Lopez to the crime was recovered from the Mercedes and his home. The woman was confronted and tied up after she came home to find her condo ransacked. She was repeatedly attacked over a four-hour period, suffering injuries that included a broken nose. Lopez allegedly entered the victim's home some time that morning through a doggie door. He had previously done some work at the 42-year-old victim's home. Santa Monica police Chief Tim Jackman called the crime "vicious and brutal" and said authorities believe the woman was "specifically targeted."

Italy: Dead Brit student 'fought off group sex attack'
PRETTY Meredith Kercher was killed as she fought off pals who tried to force her into group sex, say cops. British student Meredith was found dead with her throat slit following a Halloween party in Perugia, Italy. Cops say Meredith was killed by three lust-crazed friends who were trying to force her into an orgy. Meredith's HOUSEMATE Amanda Knox, 21, has sensationally broken down and confessed to involvement in the killing, say officers. Knox , her Italian boyfriend Rafaelle Sollecito, 24 and Congolese migrant bar owner Lumumba Diya, 37, known as Patrick, have all been arrested. They are being held on suspicion of conspiracy to commit manslaughter and conspiracy to commit sexual violence. As news of the developments broke, shocking images of Knox and Sollecito surfaced on the internet. In one, Knox is seen cackling manically as she poses with a machine gun while in another Sollecito poses as a mad doctor wielding a cleaver. St. Paul daylight home invasion and rape by black male
St. Paul police released a composite sketch today of a man who forced his way into a 17-year-old girl's home and raped her. The teen worked with a sketch artist to create the image, police said. The man, who the girl didn't know, knocked on the door of the girl's home about 4:50 p.m. Wednesday and forced his way inside. He assaulted and raped the teen, said police The home near Jessamine and Payne avenues is a licensed day care. The girl was home alone when she was raped, police said. The 17-year-old girl was treated at Regions Hospital and released. The rape suspect is described as black, about 6 feet tall with a slender build, who appeared to be 19 or 20. He was wearing a blue hat with a large letter "A" on the front and smaller "A's" covering the rest of it, a light blue puffy jacket and jeans with the letter "M" on them. - (Newsroom) - (crime)

  The 18-year-old victim and her sister were sleeping in a River Creek Mobile Home Park residence when the victim awakened to the sound of someone forcing open the front door. A black male entered her bedroom, put what felt like a gun to her head, raped her, and asked for money before exiting through the rear door, the release stated.   Noose-protester's rights go back to 1734 "hate" trial
  ALEXANDRIA - Jeremiah Munsen, the eighteen-year-old from Colfax, Louisiana, is facing charges for displaying a noose on his pick-up truck as he drove by the Jena-invaders. He was protesting the invasion of his home, the demands on his community and the trashing of his school. He has had such a right since 1734, when Peter Zenger was acquitted of being "hateful" to the King, the way Munsen was "hateful" to Martin Luther King. Munsen could be said to be the direct-descendant of Zenger. Munsen was charged with "public-drunk" and "inciting a riot," which were identical charges levied against scores of Georgians in 1987 for protesting their own invasion by Negroes. However, every defendant who went to trial was acquitted. Forsyth County protesters not only displayed nooses, but some included Negro rag-dolls dangling from the nooses, while others hoisted signs Nigger Go Home and Keep Forsyth County White.
