Enterprising black youth steals city bus - collect fairs Fla. - A 15-year-old boy has been sentenced to four years in a juvenile treatment program after deputies stopped him driving a stolen bus along a public transit route, picking up passengers and collecting fares. A judge also sentenced Ritchie Calvin Davis last week to an additional four months in a treatment program for trespassing and theft linked to an unrelated break-in at a United Way office. DNA leads to arrest of evil black rape-killer of White girl in 1990 case * Arrest made in 1990 murder   The Sheriff announced that a black was arrested in San Bernadino, Calif. and will be charged with first-degree murder in a 16-year-old case. 39-year-old Herman Frazier was arrested in connection with March 1990 murder of Tammy Laine Bowers, then a 18-year-old Dutchtown resident. Bowers was kidnapped while using a pay phone at a local convenience store the night of March 7, 1990. Sallisaw negro accused of raping 18-year-old Sallisaw man was recently charged with allegedly raping an 18-year-old girl in her Sallisaw home. Kenneth Wayne Shoates, 45, of Sallisaw was charged Dec. 19 with one count of first-degree rape, according to court records. He is currently being held on no bond in the Sequoyah County Jail in Sallisaw and is expected to appear in court Jan. 10, jail officials said Tuesday. According to court records, the victim reported shortly after midnight on Dec. 12 that a black male, known to her as "Y2K," arrived at her mobile home in Sallisaw at 10:30 p.m. Dec. 11. The woman reported that someone had called from a Sallisaw phone number, leaving a massage as Kenny. She allegedly called the number back and Kenny turned out to be Y2K. - (Newsroom) - (crime) |
Shaved-Head Black Rapist Strikes Again Fla. -- Pembroke Pines police have released a sketch and a computer-generated image of a man they say has committed two rapes. On Friday, Dec. 22, a man forced his way into a house in area of Johnson Street and Hiatus Road. Once inside, police said the man raped a woman in the home. She was able to escape the attacker, and the man fled in an unknown direction. Investigators said they believe the man may have committed a similar sexual assault on June 17 in the area of Sheridan Street and Palm Avenue. He is described as being in his mid 20s, with a muscular build and a shaved head. The women said he was wearing a wedding ring. - (Newsroom) - (crime) |
NAACP upset police killed Negro rapist in self-defense Authorities ruled that Dunn police were justified in fatally shooting a teen while trying to serve arrest warrants on him. Matthew Leon Burris, 19, was shot seven times by police as they tried to arrest him on charges of first-degree rape, first-degree kidnapping, assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill, discharging a firearm into an occupied dwelling and carrying a concealed weapon. The District Attorney issued a report saying the shooting was justified. The incident prompted an outcry from Dunn's "minority" community. Customers and friends say that when the 60-year-old owner of John’s Food Mart was shot to death behind the counter Wednesday night, Baton Rouge lost a man known for his generosity to the poor. A day after the shooting, which Baton Rouge Police think was a possible robbery attempt, a placard in front of the business read: “Sorry Store Closed.” No arrests have been made. Black Racist "Boom Box" Suspect Sought In Trolley Hate Crime Attack on White  San Diego police need your help to catch a suspect in a hate crime that happened on a trolley at night. The suspect is an African-American man between 5 feet 10 and six feet two. His hair was in braids, and carrying a boom box. Police say he got on the trolley and made racially-motivated remarks to a white man and physically attacked him. The man continued to make the remarks while pacing back and forth on the trolley and turning up the volume on a boom box. At the Euclid Ave stop, the black punched the white man in the head, knocking him down. Double homicide suspect "Charles Dickens" arrested in Mississippi  A suspect in an Arlington double homicide has been arrested in Mississippi, Arlington police said Friday. Charles Reynard Dickens, 26, was taken into custody and faces charges of two counts of capital murder for a shooting Dec. 15 at the Grand Manor Apartments. Leon Williams, 23, and Stefferon McNeal, 25, were found shot to death in the apartment complex parking lot. Arlington said they believe that Mr. Dickens killed the two men during an argument and then fled to Mississippi, where he has family. - (Newsroom) - (crime) - (VCN) |

Chinese pimp operated next to police station Edina police are investigating an alleged prostitution ring that was operating in an apartment complex located next door to a police and fire substation. One man is in jail and two women have also been charged in connection with the alleged prostitution ring that was reportedly operated out of the Durham Apartments. The criminal complaint outlines an illegal business, that operated in an apartment and involved a near-around-the clock schedule. This was the first sting operation for Edina police in several years. Arrested is 54-year old Guowen Pang who is charged with operating a prostitution ring which is a felony offense. Authorities have confiscated records that seem to point to an elaborate operation. A subsequent search of Pang's safe deposit box yielded two sealed envelopes, each containing $1,000 in cash, and a sealed envelope with two Chinese passports. UK: Black gets only 14 years free room and board for butchering his white ex-girfriend  A black has been jailed for at least 14 years for murdering his ex-girlfriend and attempting to murder her new boyfriend. Peter Martin knew his relationship with Karen Hartshorne was over but could not accept she was with someone else, Crown Court heard. Miss Hartshorne's throat was cut and she was stabbed six times at her home in Coseley, West Midlands, in February. Martin, 38, later threatened to jump off a bridge. He admitted her murder last month at Wolverhampton Crown Court and earlier this week was convicted of the attempted murder of Ms Hartshorne's new boyfriend Paul Round. White bouncer described his black killer before dying * Bouncer killed during fight at Blaine bar  As he lay on the floor bleeding, investigators say Greg Klaers, a 24-year-old bouncer at a sports bar in Blaine, gave a denoscription to police and others of the man who had just stabbed him. "He was clutching his abdomen and he was telling bar personnel and an officer that responded that it was a guy in an orange shirt." Klaers was stabbed during a series of large fights at the Time Out bar and restaurant shortly before closing time, early Friday morning. He was taken to a hospital and died a few hours later. Upon hearing Klaers' dying declaration, officers and bar personnel looked around the bar and noticed a man in an orange shirt quickly leaving. Behind the bar, police arrested 34-year-old Malachi Andrews. Investigators say, at the time of his arrest, Andrews had an orange shirt in his hand. A few feet away, investigators found what they believe to be the murder weapon. "[Police] followed [the suspect's] footprints and they found, near a light pole a knife which appeared to have just been set on the fresh snow, next to the light pole," said Kish. Tuesday morning, Anoka County prosecutors charged Andrews with second-degree murder. They also charged two other men, Charles Gregory Andrews and Johnny Royce Hunter of Hopkins with second-degree assault for allegedly hitting others over the head with bottles during the bar fight. Demarcus convicted of murdering girl, 15 - stabbed 16 times   PHILADELPHIA -- A man was convicted Thursday of first-degree murder in the death of a 15-year-old girl who authorities said was stabbed, beaten, burned and thrown in the water before being found dead on a riverbank. Demarcus Hamms, 21, the fourth and final defendant in the case, was convicted in the April 2005 death of Christine Ham, a Chester High School sophomore killed at a Southwest Philadelphia housing project. A Common Pleas Court jury deliberated for nearly five hours during two days before returning its verdict. Hamms showed no emotion in court as the foreman read the guilty verdicts on the murder charge and on criminal conspiracy and weapons offenses. Prosecutors did not seek the death penalty, so Hamms will be sentenced to life in prison at his sentencing hearing. Joan Ignudo, the victim's mother, said the verdict meant "a new beginning" for family members. "It gave us a little bit of peace," she said. - (Newsroom) - (crime) |

PHOENIX -- Mike Tyson was arrested early Friday on suspicion of driving under the influence and possession of cocaine after police stopped him shortly after he left a Scottsdale nightclub, police said. 
Gallegos was an illegal immigrant who had been deported to Mexico three times and had a criminal record dating back to 1990, including arrests for drug offenses and assault with a deadly weapon. The manhunt began Friday when two Long Beach officers pulled over Gallegos (pictured in mug shot) for running a red light.
