Peterson, Ph.D. Because of the enormous size of the invasion, you cannot compare America's 'human tsunami' of illegal immigration with any other country in the world! The current number of illegal aliens is 18 - 20 million or more, and counting! The fact that our government has allowed these illegal aliens to overwhelm our country is so outrageous and egregious, that it boggles the mind! With nearly 90% of the illegals, Hispanics and Latinos, they WILL, by their sheer numbers, irrevocably alter our American community. They will divide our nation into two languages, two cultures, and two societies. Seemingly unaware of the danger, domesticated and pacified Americans, brainwashed by the 'cult of diversity,' have blindly embraced a multi-cultural concept, which by definition engenders a society that is divergent, different, and disparate, the exact inverse of our national motto -- E pluribus unum. Out of many, ONE!(1- 8) While most Americans 'haven't a clue' and our pathetic government remains aloof and immobile, Mexico enforces their immigration laws. Outrageously, our government deliberately continues to leave our country wide-open to the Mexican invasion plan. A repeatedly declared manifestoto overrun America, in a human 'tsunami-like' wave after wave of its poorest citizens, who arrive here and suck our schools, jails, health, and welfare systems dry! Mexico is maliciously manipulating our, give-away 'free' society, while Bush 'fiddles.' | Australia: Aboribinal Black and white law clash over rape case - (Abo) To the Northern Territory now, where a legal decision which has taken into account customary Indigenous law has sparked outrage in the Territory’s Parliament. The case involved a 14 year old girl who was held for four days against her will, sexually assaulted by a 55 year-old man and beaten with a boomerang. The man was convicted, but the judge in sentencing the man expressed sympathy for him and jailed the offender for just one month.Under traditional customary law, a 55 year old respected elder at remote Yarralin in the Top End was allowed to have sex with a 14 year old girl. She’d been promised to him in marriage when she was four years old and her own grandmother had forced her to submit to her future husband but under Northern Territory law it was a clear case of aggravated assault and sexual intercourse with a child |
| Cornell Jackson who dropped his pants to moon a jury and called the judge a "cracker" sentenced to 33 years for attacking his former girlfriend with a boxcutter, but this time there were no more eruptions. Cornell Jackson received the same sentence Tuesday that he had been given after two trials in 2003. Those convictions were reversed and he was retried because mental competency hearings had not been held. A subdued Jackson, 31, surrounded by bailiffs, mumbled a few comments about wanting a new lawyer and being unaware of proposed plea deals before Circuit Judge Michael Overstreet again sentenced him. Jackson slashed Kisha Smith on Jan. 21 and 22, 2000. The second attack left her with permanent facial scars. |

78-year-old woman accused of fatally shooting her 85-year-old ex-boyfriend  ATLANTA (AP) -- A Fulton County Grand Jury Tuesday indicted a 78-year-old woman accused of fatally shooting her 85-year-old ex-boyfriend just days after a nasty breakup.
Lena Sims Driskell was charged with murder, aggravated assault and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony in the June 10 death of Herman Winslow at the Hightower Manor retirement home in southwest Atlanta.

Police: Angry Neighbor Wields Machete OVERLAND PARK, Kan. -- Police said a man's reaction to neighbor noise was a bit over the top -- enough so that it landed him in jail!
A bunch of friends were in an apartment on Sunday morning when a neighbor came over and asked them to keep it down.
Apparently they weren't quiet enough, because the man, Yusef Trivue, returned, kicked in the door, and was holding a baseball bat and a machete, according to police.
The men wasted no time calling police, who arrested Trivue.

Former St. Mary's Nursing Assistant Faces Another Felony Charge - Fifth Woman Says She Was Molested MADISON, Wis. -- A fifth woman now says she was molested by a former St. Mary's nursing assistant.
Michael Reveles, 44, will be formally charged with his seventh felony count of second-degree sexual assault by a treatment facility worker, according to the Dane County district attorneys office.

Muhammad A. Dar Accused of Molesting Younger than 12-year-old  GRANDVIEW, Mo. - A Grandview man was behind bars Monday night, accused of sex crimes.Prosecutors charged Muhammad A. Dar, 35, with two counts of statutory sodomy for allegedly assaulting a child younger than 12. On those two separate nights in September and October 2003, each girl awoke in the middle of the night to a strange man hovering over her bed.
A jury decided that the man, Frederick Lamar Mitchell, repeated a similar attack: He broke into their Fort Pierce homes, carried the girls outside and violently raped them. Feds Moving Against Ex-City Attorney Accused Of Rape NEW ORLEANS -- Federal authorities are moving to indict a former New Orleans prosecutor on charges of sexually assaulting several women in his capacity as a city official. The Defense attorney said Henry A. Dillon III has received has
received a "target letter" from the U.S. attorney's office warning of impending grand jury indictments accusing him of misusing his position as assistant city attorney.
Dillon was fired from his city job Dec. 1, 2004, after being booked on state charges of forcible rape and malfeasance. Police accuse him of luring a 20-year-old woman who was facing lewd conduct and drug charges in municipal court to his private law office under the guise of helping her out of her legal difficulties. - (Tyrone N. Texas: 14-year-old Girl Gang-raped and Shot Multiple Times An East Texas 14-year-old girl is in the hospital tonight. She was sexually assaulted and shot a number of times over the weekend.
Two men and a juvenile boy attacked the girl, after taking her to the woods. The Sheriff's Department says the girl was shot in the head, face, chest, and thigh, but she was still able to go to a neighbor's house to get help. That neighbor, who called 911, turned out to be the grandmother of one of the suspects, Brian O'Neal Jackson-Grant, 21. He is in jail and charged with sexual assault and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
