Bail Denied for Suspect in Deadly Md., Del. Shooting Spree; Suspect Mutters, Curses Through Hearing A man charged with murder in a shooting spree that left two dead was denied bail at a hearing during which he muttered and cursed.Allison Lamont Norman, 22, seemed agitated and distracted in court, muttering to himself and uttering a string of profanities as he sat shackled and surrounded by guards, prompting the judge to threaten to muzzle Norman at future hearings. "He is a threat to the community," said the judge in denying bail. Norman was arrested after a series of shootings that left two dead and four wounded. He was wearing a bulletproof vest and carrying a handgun when he was caught. - (The Bobster) |
Judge to rule whether jury tainted in Calhoun rape case Stanley Bradley, 40, of Beech Tree Road, was found guilty on March 3 of
first-degree criminal sexual conduct, first-degree burglary and kidnapping in
the 2004 rape of a Calhoun County woman. On each charge, Circuit Court Judge
Diane Goodstein sentenced Bradley to 25 years but he may get a new trial, depending upon a circuit court judge's ruling on a defense
motion of possible jury prejudice. |
Officer Arrested on Drug Charges A Jackson police officer finds himself on the wrong side of the law. U.S. Marshals arrested Officer Lavartes Burch at his home on drug charges. Marshals were actually trying to serve a warrant on Officer Burch's cousin. A U.S. Marshal says Burch, who has been with JPD for a year-and-a-half, displayed his badge and was uncooperative. Burch allegedly told officers his cousin, Shirley Davis, was at work and then warned her by cellular phone that she was about to be arrested. She was picked up and charged with possession of cocaine. A search of Burch's home revealed drug paraphernalia. Deputies took Burch to jail. - (Tyrone N. Butts) |

I am an Italian American and a Roman Catholic. I don't totally agree with everything the Catholic church does but then again I don't totally agree with Christianity period. Your attacks against Catholics are only hurting the white race. We don't need to be divided by something so petty. We are already greatly out numbered as it is. We should respect each others views on Christianity and concentrate on our real enemies. This Catholic vs Protestant and Northern vs Southern European crap has got to stop or the white race is doomed." |
| Right. Religious wars, civil wars, class wars and European national wars have been the scourge of the Caucasian race. Perhaps the ideal of a White Internationalism is a utopian ideal that has a slim chance of realization. Will Aryan pagans, Baptist libertarians and Catholic socialists fight for control of the white tribal councils on the reservations after the U.S. loses a nuclear war with China and Muslims outlaw all sects of christianity in Europe? |

Lawyers on both sides agree that the mental stability of an Army sergeant on trial in the fatal grenade attack of two officers in Kuwait will figure prominently in the case. Sgt. Hasan Akbar's court-martial marks the first time since the Vietnam War that a soldier has been prosecuted for the murder of another soldier during wartime. Proceedings were to begin Monday, and the trial was expected to last four weeks. Prosecutors said Akbar confessed to the March 2003 grenade attack in the opening days of the Iraq war, telling investigators he was worried that United States forces would harm fellow Muslims in the war. -
