15 year old girl at LeFlore High School in a secluded area of
the school during school hours. He forced himself on her, and gets charged
in Alabama if he is 16 and commits a felony and is automatically included

Family That
12-year-old Murderer Lionel Tate Stays With Wants Him to Live Somewhere
Else The
family that agreed to take in Lionel Tate last month has requested
that he live with someone else. Tate, the youngest person in modern U.S.
history to be sentenced to life in prison, was accused of violating his
probation. Last month, a judge added another five years to the 10 years
Tate had left on the original probation and warned him that any other problems
would land him back in jail. Tate was convicted of killing his 6-year-old
playmate when he was 12 years old. |

TV Repairman Molests 3-year-old Toddler During Service Call  Broward
Sheriff's Office deputies arrested a cable TV repairman saying he sexually
abused a 3-year-old girl at a home where he was working. Jimmy Visbal,
36, allegedly molested the girl while the child's mother, father and brother
were in the house. Visbal was alone with the child upstairs while the parents
were downstairs watching the television to see if the picture improved.

police arrested Anthony Maurice Hawthorne charged with aggravated
sexual battery involving a 10-year old
girl. Police say that Hawthorne removed the girl from her home
for a scheduled visitation. Official allege Hawthorne committed several
acts of sexual battery against the child while she was in his custody. The
child's mother contacted police after the girl returned home and told her

are investigating an alleged kidnapping attempt of a 12-year-old
girl by an African near Bradford Road. Police said the
youngster claims the suspect grabbed her by the arm while she was riding

a black male. The man grabbed her by the arm and tried to pull her
into a wooded area. The female indicated she was able to get away from the

Watson has been behind bars for more than a a year since he was convicted
of third-degree rape, among other charges. Watson and Darryl Malone
molested two girls at Malone's home. One of them was younger
than 14 years old and the other was younger
than 16. They might never have caught Watson if it weren't for
Malone, who allegedly videotaped the encounters. The tape showed both his

Sentences Serial Rapist to 240 years: 'This is Pure, Pure Bad'
Mark Anthony Lewis was convicted of home invasion and eight counts of
criminal sexual assault. He was sentenced to the maximum allowed -- 120
years in prison. That sentence came on top of another 120-year sentence
for the rape and robbery of a Chicago woman. Lewis was arrested in the Philippines
after a four-month string of home invasions and rapes. "This is
pure, pure, bad," the judge said. "This is an evil person,

Montana basketballer Brown charged with rape of unconscious 15-year-old
girl
Montana State point guard Frank Brown was arrested Tuesday morning
on rape charges and was jailed. Frank Brown, 20, of Las Vegas, is
charged with three counts of rape for having sex with a 15-year-old
girl three times within the past week. The age of legal consent
in Montana is 16. The charges say the girl could not consent because of
both her age and level of intoxication. In at least one instance, authorities

Hunter Chai Vang says he was shot at first  A
Hmong migrant suspected in the killings
of six hunters told investigators he began firing after he was
shot at first and some of the victims called him racially derogatory names.
Chai Vang, a Hmong immigrant from Laos, was arrested Sunday about
four hours after the shootings as he emerged from the woods with his empty
SKS 7.62 mm semiautomatic rifle. The dead were identified as the landowner,
Robert Crotteau, 42; his son
Joey, 20; Al Laski,
43; Mark Roidt, 28; Jessica
Willers, 27; and Denny Drew,
55, who died Monday at St. Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield. Willers' father,
Terry Willers, remained hospitalized
Tuesday in fair condition. Some Hmong leaders had questioned whether
racial differences may have figured in the shootings.Minneapolis police
said they arrested Vang on Christmas Eve 2001 after he waved a gun and threatened

Agents arrested Augustine Hernandez and Steven Settles for rape of 13-year-old
girl SAN
ANTONIO -- U.S. Border Patrol Agents arrested Augustine Hernandez,
35, and Steven Settles, 21, at a border crossing. A 13-year-old
girl and her two younger brothers were lured into a car by Hernandez
and Settles after the men allegedly offered them money. The men then allegedly
abducted them and later dropped off the boys. The girl was then repeatedly
sexually assaulted at gunpoint. Hernandez has been named a suspect in another

was found strangled in east Nashville, Metro police charged someone yesterday
with her death. William Douglas Lake III, 43, has been in prison
on an unrelated 1986 homicide sentence, but was booked yesterday on a first-degree

Cleveland City councilman faces federal extortion charges.Ward 1 Councilman
Joe Jones left the federal courthouse after making his $20,000 bond.
Jones was arrested Monday morning and charged in federal court. The charges

School Official Surrenders - Motive in Pair of Shootings Unknown An
assistant principal who allegedly shot
his wife and a second woman hours later following a domestic
dispute at the married couple's south Fulton County home turned himself
in. Rodney Denson, 37, an assistant principal at John F. Kennedy
Middle School in Atlanta is facing several charges in the attacks, including
aggravated assault. He was being held at the Fulton County Jail, and is
