charged with murder, arson, rape and sodomy in two deaths and rape of 12-year-old
cousin  Lamon
McKoy was charged Thursday with four counts of murder, one count of arson
and additional counts of rape, sodomy and unlawful imprisonment in connection
with the killings of two and the
forcible rapes of two other victims, ages 14
and 12. The tall, muscular Negro youth was charged after a nearly six-month
investigation into the killings of 14-year-old Ashley
Vincent and McKoy’s 18-year-old cousin,
Monique McKoy. Ashley Vincent's body was found behind a garbage bin.

Governor spares life of convicted killer of Gary couple   Gov.
Joe Kernan commuted the death sentence of Darnell Williams who was
to have died by lethal injection for the murders of John
and Henrietta Rease. Williams and Gregory Rouster, one of the
Reases' foster children, were sentenced to death in 1987. A judge ruled
in 2003 that Rouster, now known as Gamba Rastafari, could not be executed
because he is mentally retarded. Gov. Kernan cited Williams' low IQ --

Philadelphia man arrested for raping 15-year-old girl for two years and 'sharing'
with his bros Family
members said that Troy Melvin told the teen that he loved her and then
sexually molested her. Melvin was arrested Tuesday night and charged with rape.
The arrest came after the victim's mother found a videotape that allegedly showed
Melvin having sex with the 15-year-old.
Police at Philadelphia's Special Victims Unit said that they believe Melvin got
several other men to participate in sex with the girl. - (The

Hall of Famer Calvin Murphy was indicted Thursday on six counts of sexually
abusing five of his daughters more than 10 years ago. The former Houston Rockets

arraigned on three counts of aggravated sexual assault and three counts of indecency

heated domestic dispute leaves an elderly Nashville man fighting for his life
tonight after he was set on fire. 75-year-old John
McCullough was caught in the middle of a domestic dispute between his
daughter Sheila and her estranged husband Vincent Harris. The elderly man's
home was heavily damaged after his son-in-law doused him with a liquid and set
him on fire. With flames covering his body, McCullough stumbled through his home

Man Abducts Woman, Rapes Her, Police Say Police
in northwest Miami-Dade County are looking for a rapist. Investigators have released
a sketch of a man they say pointed a gun at a woman and forced her into his car
Thursday. He then took her to a park near Northwest 130th Street and 22nd Avenue
and raped her, police say. The rapist may have some sort of scar or mark on his

man sexually assaulted a woman inside her Riverside home prompting police today
to remind residents to keep their homes locked up at all times. The victim described

Island - Before dawn on Monday, a man crept into a home, held a box cutter to
the throat of a woman and fled after she struggled with him. Less than a half-hour
later at another home in the area, he raped a woman whose husband had just left
for work. The rape victim recognized her attacker because he recently had done
carpentry work in her home. Antonio Escobar believed to be an illegal
alien from Guatemala was arrested and charged with first-degree rape, first-degree

cream man Adrian Cruz Gonzalez accused of impregnating girl, 9  Arizona:
A man suspected of sexually assaulting and impregnating a 9-year-old
Phoenix girl lured the youngster into his ice cream van and threatened
to kill her mother if the child told, police said. Adrian Cruz Gonzalez,
22, reportedly knew the child's mother and would take the girl along as he sold
ice cream in west Phoenix neighborhoods. Police believe Gonzalez assaulted the

Eighty-six year old man dies from stabbing in his home by suspect Negro burglar
The death of 86-year old Powell Taylor
comes just days after officials arrested 21-year-old Christopher Ray Morning
in connection with the assault. Morning was arrested and charged with armed burglary,
armed robbery, malicious wounding, and three counts of use of a firearm in the
commission of a felony. After the death of Taylor, officials say additional charges

14-year-old girl  Jack
"Goose" Givens 47, was arrested on sexual battery and lewd molestation
charges Monday night after a girl told deputies he assaulted her several times
at her home on June 18. Investigators said the girl, who was participating in
a summer basketball league, was reportedly visited by Givens for some coaching
lessons. Givens allegedly exposed himself, ordered her to touch him and then forced

Two to stand trial on kidnapping, rape charges Vincent
T. Neely, 34, and Cecilia Frederick, 17, both of Battle Creek, are
facing up to life in prison if convicted of all charges including kidnapping,
first-degree criminal sexual conduct and weapons offenses. The couple are charged
with grabbing a Kalamazoo teenager, 17,
as she was walking in the Post Addition neighborhood early June 17 and taking
her to an apartment, where she was forced to have sex with both the defendants.

lawsuit alleges that sheriff's officials did not investigate prior complaints
of misconduct against Dallas Hogan thoroughly enough, and that if they
had, it could have prevented her encounter with him. That incident landed Hogan
in prison. Hogan was accused of taking the woman to a secluded location and forcing
her to perform oral sex; in exchange, he offered to quash the nonexistent warrant.

Tulsa: Four black suspects arrested in murder of white bank teller    Tulsa
- More is being learned on the suspects allegedly involved in Tuesday's bank robbery
and shooting that left one person dead. One of the suspects reportedly robbed
the bank last month and told others how to pull off Tuesday's heist and make their
getaway. 21-year-old Jeremy Williams and 26-year-old Alvin Jordan
were arrested. Christopher Jordan is charged with first-degree murder and
armed robbery. Detectives believe Jordan may have been the driver of the getaway
car. The suspects entered the bank and demanded money. Bank teller Amber Rogers complied with their demands. But, when the robbers demanded the vault be opened and employees were unable to do so, they began shooting. Rogers was shot as were bank president Mark Poole and customer Howard Smith. Rogers died from her injuries. months after a 49-year-old woman reported being
sexually assaulted at a golf course, Glendale police announced that
DNA evidence has helped lead to an arrest. The woman was taking a morning walk
in the city's upscale Arrowhead Ranch when a man confronted her and forcibly took
her to the golf course before attacking her. Jayarr Knowshisgun, 23, was
taken into custody at his home.
