jury found an Atlanta woman guilty on all charges related to the rape and impregnation
of her 11-year-old daughter. Julia
Johnson, 38, was sentenced to 20 years in prison for cruelty to children.
Prosecutors argued that Johnson bailed her boyfriend Trianthony Cannon
out of jail and allowed him to pick up where he left off in the
rapes of her daughter, who became pregnant. The gir gave birth to a
baby boy last month. DNA tests showed the father is Johnson's boyfriend Trianthony

Tulsa: Four black suspects arrested in murder of white bank teller    Tulsa
- More is being learned on the suspects allegedly involved in Tuesday's bank robbery
and shooting that left one person dead. One of the suspects reportedly robbed
the bank last month and told others how to pull off Tuesday's heist and make their
getaway. 21-year-old Jeremy Williams and 26-year-old Alvin Jordan
were arrested. Christopher Jordan is charged with first-degree murder and
armed robbery. Detectives believe Jordan may have been the driver of the getaway
car. The suspects entered the bank and demanded money. Bank teller Amber Rogers complied with their demands. But, when the robbers demanded the vault be opened and employees were unable to do so, they began shooting. Rogers was shot as were bank president Mark Poole and customer Howard Smith. Rogers died from her injuries. Ohio -- A Franklin County grand jury returned a seven-count indictment Tuesday
against a teenager who is accused of murdering a Columbus woman. Marcus C.
Sellers, 17 (pictured, left) is accused of kidnapping and murdering Andrea
Nance and then setting her car on fire.Nance's body was found in the trunk of her burned car March 9.  Andre
Conley, who pleaded guilty last month on charges of involuntary manslaughter,
aggravated arson and aggravated robbery, said that he and Sellers abducted the
woman from her apartment, took her purse and forced her into the trunk of the
car. The next morning, about 11 hours later, Conley said they got matches, bought

Buckley, 34, also known as Sean Alfonso Dupree, was arrested and charged
with armed kidnapping, attempted murder and sexual battery. Inside the home, the
man tried to undress her and became angry when she refused. He tied her to a weight
bench, repeatedly whipped her and bound her with tape to keep her from escaping,
she said. The woman told police Buckley stuffed a rag into her mouth to muffle
her screams and threatened to kill her. - (

man arrested in April for allegedly carjacking four women and raping one of them
at a Central Florida toll booth has reportedly been linked to five other sexual
assaults. Escalante Chiles was arrested April 9 in connection with a carjacking
and sexual assault at a 408 toll booth. During the carjacking, Chiles allegedly
raped one of four women inside the car. Investigators said they have linked him
to five additional armed sexual battery cases. - (

G. Ndegwa, 19, and Cyrus K. Wakaba, 18, from Nairobi, Kenya have each
been charged with rape or, in the alternative, aggravated indecent liberties with
a child. Ndegwa has also been charged with furnishing alcoholic liquor to a minor.

valley community is in shock after learning that an 8-year-old
was raped in their neighborhood. Ricky O'Neal Nicholas grabbed the girl
of the bicycle, pulled her behind a building, and raped her. Nichols has been
charged as an adult with first degree rape. Residents in the area are trying to
