The third (black) suspect wanted in the robberies, kidnappings targeted at white students has been arrested - "racially motivated"
Raquan GreensuspectsuspectJordan DinsmoreCOLUMBIA, SC - Richland County Sheriff's Department says three teens have been arrested in a crime spree that was escalating from a delivery robbery to armed robberies to a near sexual assault. And the victims were targeted because of their race, according to Sheriff Leon Lott. "This was a crime spree. They would not have stopped," Lott said. "They made a statement that they did not like white people and they were only going to rob white people." Lott says the two suspects, 17-year-old Raquan Green and a 15-year-old whose name has not been released, were arrested Wednesday. The third suspect, a 15-year-old boy, was taken into custody at his home on Walcott Street. Lott says the trio used racism to pick their victims. The third suspect resisted arrest and injured an RSCD investigator in the process. The investigator had to be hospitalized with a leg injury and is expected to be OK. The suspect is now being charged with assault on a police officer while resisting arrest. Sheriff Lott says that should the investigator require surgery or an extensive hospital stay, charges may be upgraded. "Between July 3 and July 26 there have been seven separate incidents of armed robberies, some to include carjacking and kidnapping along the Bluff /Shop Road Corridor," Lott said. "Investigators discovered that the suspects began targeting delivery drivers by committing armed robberies. The crimes then escalated to carjacking and kidnapping victims." The crime spree started on July 3 when a food delivery driver was robbed. Two more incidents of food delivery robberies happened on July 15 and July 17. On July 19, a food delivery driver was robbed and forced to drive to an ATM and withdraw money. All the incidents happened late at night where delivery drivers were targeted and students were moving into student housing or leaving apartments in the area. The suspects stole cash, cell phones, and various electronics.
One of the victims, who was African American, was released from the suspects when they found out she was not white.
Jordan, the only victim who spoke at the press conference, said she was returning home to her apartment at The Village Apartments on Southern Drive from work on July 26 around 12:15 a.m. when a group of three black males pushed her to the ground and placed a gun to her head. The report says the men threatened to kill her unless she drove them to a nearby ATM. She complied, the report said, and withdrew $300 from her account. It was at that point, according to the incident report, one of the men told the victim she was going to be used for sex at his "auntie's" house, but the victim found a way to escape by jumping out of her moving vehicle on Blair Road. - (Black-on-white)

Black arrested for murder of White man in Fort Pierce
Joseph Patrick Brown Arkevius Rasharad MaloneFORT PIERCE — A 20-year-old man was arrested Wednesday on a homicide charge following the death of a man found in May with a gunshot wound to the head. Arkevius Rasharad Malone, was arrested in connection with the death of Joseph Brown. Police spokesman Ed Cunningham said Brown was 57. Brown was found dead May 26 in his apartment. Brown’s family went to pick him up, but no one answered the door. The family asked that the front office check on Brown’s residence, and workers found him in a pool of blood next to his bed. A single .380 caliber cartridge casing was on the bed, but no firearm was recovered.
Brown’s phone records, obtained by his son, showed the last 13 text messages to and from Brown’s phone, all May 24, were from the same number. The victim in a burglary case at Malone’s listed address said on June 30 her home was burglarized and her boyfriend’s necklace was among the items taken. She identified her boyfriend as Arkevius Malone. She gave his phone number as the same one police said was involved in the texts with Brown. Malone was arrested June 20 on an unrelated case and has been in jail since then. On July 20, investigators went to talk to Malone in jail, and he denied knowing Brown or contacting him. The next day, an investigator intercepted a phone call Malone made to his girlfriend “in which they spoke about something bad Mr. Malone had done.” “You know what I’m talking about, what happened a long time ago,” Malone is quoted as saying. Malone referred to speaking with investigators and said, “What happened a long time ago, that came up. They tried to get to me, but I didn’t break.” Malone’s girlfriend told police Malone met a man on Facebook and arranged to meet him to borrow about $40. She remembered driving Malone to an apartment complex to get the money about a month before July 21. She said she dropped Malone off about 6 p.m., and said he returned to their home on Wilkins Avenue about 9 p.m. or 10 p.m. She said she asked Malone if he’d gotten the money and he said he had. “She stated Mr. Malone had his head down and stated he had done something bad,” an affidavit said. She told police Malone carries guns and has photos of himself on Facebook handling guns. - (Black-on-white)

Joshua BeasleyDaniel Kitchen and his half-brother, David MadumeluYOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Youngstown police said a witness helped tie two men from Columbus to the killing a Masury man near the Four Seasons Flea Market last November. Daniel Kitchen and his half-brother, David Madumelu, are facing several charges related to the death of 34-year-old Joshua Beasley. Police said they also shot two women on Youngstown’s south side the next day in an attempt to cover up Beasley’s murder. Beth Kowalski, Beasley’s sister, said her family is still coming to terms with her brother’s death eight months ago. “Josh was the kind of person that would give you anything that you wanted, that you asked for, that last dollar in his wallet,” she said. That’s why Beasley’s death was all the more shocking. Police said a witness pointed to Madumelu as the shooter, saying that he and Kitchen killed Beasley after they robbed him. The witness was arrested in Columbus — along with Madumelu and Kitchen — on charges related to a string of robberies there. She recounted the circumstances surrounding that day, on November 6, when Beasley was killed. - (Black-on-white)

New trial ordered for (black pos) serving life term for beating death of elderly Paulsboro woman
Samuel DavisThirza SweetenWOODBURY - An appeals court ordered a new trial Tuesday for a Paulsboro man serving a life term for the slaying of an elderly woman. Samuel Davis, 50, had no possibility of parole under his May 2015 sentence for the death of 79-year-old Thirza Sweeten. The elderly victim was beaten, stabbed and strangled in her Paulsboro home in March 2012. A Gloucester County jury convicted Davis of aggravated manslaughter after a nine-day trial, but acquitted him of murder and weapons charges. Tuesday's decision threw out the guilty verdict, saying the judge at Davis' trial did not properly answer a question from the jury shortly before it ended seven hours of deliberations. It said Superior Court Judge Kevin Smith's error affected Davis' right to a fair trial, "especially as the evidence tying defendant to the crime was not overwhelming." Among other points, the two-judge panel noted DNA evidence did not link Davis to a golf club and phone cord used in the bloody attack. It also cited a defense attorney's argument that Davis had no motive to kill Sweeten, an acquaintance's mother who was not robbed or sexually assaulted. Sweeten's DNA was found in a blood stain on Davis' pants, the ruling observed. - (Black-on-white)

At 62, Hines is one of the oldest juvenile lifers convicted here.. He was convicted of first-degree murder for killing Eileen Taylor, who was two months away from graduating high school in 1970, when she was found dead behind a grocery store in Homewood. The Sacred Heart High School student had been stabbed, suffered a skull fracture and had been sexually assaulted. A witness described a man in a trench coat and bright pink pants following a young woman. Another witness saw a boy struggling with a girl, while another heard screams. Still additional witnesses told police they saw Hines in muddy clothes later that night. Investigators found muddy pink pants at a nearby cleaner’s, and that led them to the teenage Hines, said Ron Freeman, a longtime Pittsburgh police commander who investigated the case as part of the homicide unit and testified at the resentencing hearing before Allegheny County Common Pleas Judge Kevin G. Sasinoski. Cmdr. Freeman said Hines originally confessed that he and a friend assaulted Eileen. Evidence, however, pointed to Hines alone. Hines entered a general plea of guilty less than six months later, and a three-judge panel found him guilty of first-degree murder. He was given the mandatory penalty of life without parole.

Family members testified Tuesday that Eileen’s death devastated their family. She was a “kind and loving girl with a generous heart,” said her sister, Rosemary Taylor Flamman. Ms. Flamman and Eileen’s two other sisters each described how their father blamed himself and fell into depression, dying at 61. Some family members experienced post-traumatic stress disorder. “You never truly recover,” another sister, Kathleen Taylor, said. Ms. Flamman said she often had nightmares about what happened to her sister. “I believe [Hines’] act deserves the sentence he received,” she said. He is a practicing Muslim, he has painted murals while in prison and he earned a bachelor’s degree from Villanova University. - (Black-on-white)

Man Indicted Youth Held In Slaying Of Girl, 17 Her Head Hit Stone, Officer Quotes Suspect William Hines, the 15-year-old accused slayer of Eileen Taylor, 17, first sought to steal her purse but instead forced sexual relations upon her, Homicide Det. Stephen F. Tercsak testified at a coroner's hearing yesterday. Tercsak said that Hines told police that as he threw her to the ground her head struck a stone. Hines, of 647 Seagirt St., Brushton, was ordered held for grand jury action by Coroner's Solicitor Bernard J. McGowan on a charge of murdering the vivacious Sacred Heart High School senior early on April 2. Miss Taylor lived at 829 N. Euclid Ave., East Liberty. Her body was found in a vacant lot behind a supermarket at 6909 Frankstown Ave., Homewood shortly after 9 a. m. that day. Surround Tercsak Immediately after McGowan handed down his ruling, about a dozen blacks surrounded Tercsak but Patrolman A. It. Spruill, a black police officer, came between them and Tercsak and the crowd dispersed. Attorney Thomas A. Harper, representing Hines, indicated defense strategy will be to bring out that the youthful defendant did not have counsel while being questioned by police and did not phone his parents. However, Tercsak several times, under Harper's prodding, said Hines was advised of his rights, did not ask to call his parents, was told he had a right to be silent, and to be represented by counsel. Miss Taylor had left a birthday party in Point Breeze after telling several persons she was going to visit a boy friend 15 blocks away on Ked-ron Street, Homewood. Her father, William Taylor, holding a plastic cup of water and telling McGowan he was under sedation, testified he had taken her to the party. He left the hearing room after testifying. Mrs. Anne Andrews, 803 In-wood St., Homewood, testified that she saw a boy pulling a girl across the street from her

Since published reports of Hines' request for commutation of his life sentence, Eberhardt said he has received numerous letters from friends and family of the murdered schoolgirl asking that the clemency request be denied. He said Miss Taylor's classmates, who were 17 or 18 at the time of her death, are "reliving this whole event again." "In my view, the cotumunity is not ready for William Hines. And they may not be ready in two years," he said. Rice said Hines, who was 15 at the time of the crime, has progressed since entering prison as a "teen-age wino" and gang member. "The crime was brutal. A young woman was slain, she was mutilated, she was raped," he said. "But he (Hines) was a wild street kid ... and you have to remember that the '70s was a time of frenzy, particularly in the black community.

Airbnb used as brothel by black pimp in Midtown Memphis to rent out young white female sex slaves
Travis Young Tahlia Hecht MEMPHIS, TN - Two women and three men were arrested in Midtown Memphis after Memphis Police Department found a brothel operating out of a rental property. The house was being rented out from Airbnb. The company said it removed the listing as soon as it learned of the investigation. “Airbnb has zero tolerance for this type of behavior and we are outraged over what has reportedly taken place. We immediately removed this user from our community and we are fully supporting our host. Airbnb runs background checks on all US residents using the platform and we are urgently investigating this in coordination with local law enforcement.” Investigators said they first learned of prostitution happening at the Airbnb rental when a neighbor reported seeing 31 men visit a house on Oliver Avenue in just three days. Investigators then executed a search warrant at the house. Inside they found used condoms strewn about the floor, jars of marijuana, $4,058 in cash, a handgun that's believed to be stolen, and three children. Investigators arrested five people on various crimes related to the investigation: Tahlia Hecht, Shanice Johnson, Ricardo Gales, Travis Young, and Jamarcus Young. Hecht told investigators she provides for Travis Young through prostitution. She said Young does not have a job, but he reserves rental properties for her to use while prostituting. She said she pays for the rentals and supports Young with the proceeds she makes. - (Black-on-white)

Curtis Jamaar EcholsChristina DaughenbaughLANSING - Police say a pizza box led to the arrest of an Ohio man accused of killing a 43-year-old woman in a Lansing motel. Curtis Jamaar Echols, 25, of Paulding, Ohio, checked into the America's Best Value Inn on Ramada Drive early July 6, according to court testimony from Michigan State Police Detective Troy Johnston. Based on security camera footage, Christina Daughenbaugh joined Echols in the room at 3:36 a.m. the next morning, Johnston said. Echols left the room about an hour later and did not return, Johnston said. Daughenbaugh's body was found shortly before noon when cleaning staff entered the room. Inside, police found "a lot of blood" on the floor and elsewhere, the detective said. Investigators also found a Domino's pizza box and got Echols' cell phone number after calling the restaurant, Johnston said. They then tracked his phone to a Greyhound bus traveling near South Bend, Indiana, where Indiana State Police arrested Echols. His ticket indicated Echols boarded the bus in Detroit and was headed to Chicago, Johnston said. About five blocks from the Greyhound station in Detroit, police found a car they think Echols stole in Ohio. The five teens, alleged to have been directly involved with the home invasion, are Jordan William Alexander, Zicary Lamar Carpenter, Joshua Jeremiah Eubanks, Tyler Jameil Pagel, and Dre Shavon Jones. He then jumped into Krut’s pickup and took off, dragging him about 100 feet before Krut fell off the vehicle. Krut suffered extensive injuries, including two broken feet and brush burns over most of his body. Police eventually found Krut’s truck in Ingram Borough. Sadler is being held in jail on an outstanding parole warrant. Additional charges are set to be filed. - (Black-on-white)

(Black estranged boyfriend) arrested, accused of setting (white) girlfriend's home on fire
Gregory Carson"Domestic Violence Victim - dramatization from Google Images"mudhark"CATAWBA COUNTY, N.C. - A man accused of setting his girlfriend's home on fire with her pets inside has been captured. Authorities said Gregory Carson was arrested in Statesville. Officials said the home on BJ Drive, just north of Conover, was set on fire Wednesday. Deputies returned to the home Tuesday after a message was painted on one of the walls. In the living room, and saw the word “RIP,” with several names listed below it. "He told me I have a surprise for when I got home, that I would never forget," the victim, Angela, said. Sheriff Coy Reid said the woman who lived at the home lost two dogs, a pet flying squirrel and (two) fish. "He knew they were in there,” Angela said. “He could have at least opened the door and let them out, or opened the windows so they could have got out." Last week, she claims, she received a call from Carson, her estranged boyfriend, who she said threatened her by saying, "Whenever you get home, you'll see and remember me." Within minutes of the call, the home was set on fire with the animals inside, police said. Carson, who is from Charlotte, is charged with second-degree kidnapping, arson and cruelty to animals. Deputies described smelling charcoal lighter fluid during their investigation. Carson’s car was found Tuesday morning near Conover. "People, I don't know what's wrong with them,” neighbor James Richard said. “They're not nice like they used to be." - (Black-on-white) - (Burned Alive!)

(Black) Former housekeeper's (worthless black) son charged in cowardly cruel and brutal murder of elderly 79-year-old (White) woman
Michael SusberryJaneil BernardHOUSTON - An arrest has been made in the death of a 79-year-old woman who was found "brutally murdered" in a home in Hedwig Village, police said. Janeil Bernard's body was discovered by her maid around 1 p.m. on July Fourth in the 11000 block of Capri Lane. She was found beaten and stabbed to death and there were signs of a struggle, Sgt. Marvin Collins said during a news conference. Police said Bernard's former housekeeper's son, Michael Susberry, 55, has been charged for the death of Bernard. Police said robbery was Susberry's motive. Police said Susberry's mother worked for Bernard for over 50 years and that the families were very close. Police said Susberry's mother retired a little over five years ago, but Bernard continued to give her monthly stipend.  Susberry's sons, including Michael Susberry, would pick up the check every month, officials said. Michael Susberry confessed to police that he went to Bernard's house to rob her and she let him into her home because she knew him, officials said. Police said Bernard even gave him something to drink. Michael Susberry told police he went to her restroom and pretended he had fallen on the floor. Police said when Bernard went to help him off the floor, he head-butted her, knocked her to the ground, beat her and stabbed her multiple times. Police said Bernard tried to fight back. Police said he ransacked her home, stole jewelry, and took her wallet and a red four-door Cadillac. Police focused on Michael Susberry due to his behavior and past criminal history. - (Black-on-white)

(Black nword) sentenced to life for RAPE and MURDER of (White) female sheriff’s deputy
Andrew CrittonJermaine JohnsonSulyn PrinceA Homer man who killed a Webster Parish sheriff’s deputy in 2016 was formally sentenced Tuesday morning to life in prison. District Judge Glenn Fallin imposed the mandatory sentence resulting from a Bienville Parish jury's conviction in April of 41-year-old Andrew Critton in the second-degree murder of Sulyn Prince, 69, of Homer. Two of Prince’s daughters broke down in tears while reading victim impact letters prior to the sentencing. No others spoke.
Jermaine Johnson
, another man initially accused in Prince’s death, pleaded no contest to accessory after the fact to second-degree murder in late June. A news release Friday from District Attorney Danny Newell stated a plea was accepted from Johnson without specifying the plea was no contest.
Johnson was the first to be arrested in Prince’s death. A grand jury indicted him on a charge of second-degree murder. That charge was dismissed and replaced with obstruction of justice. However, that charge was also dismissed in the plea bargain, Harville said. Fallin sentenced Johnson to the maximum of five years in prison for his role in concealing evidence in Prince’s murder. DNA evidence linked Critton, not Johnson, to Sulyn’s violent death, according to testimony at Critton’s trial. - (Black-on-white)
Prince’s body was discovered Jan. 11, 2016 in a shallow grave near her home. Family members had reported a welfare concern the day before after not being able to reach her and finding her home in disarray. Prince was a corrections officer for the Webster Parish Sheriff's Office. Johnson and Critton lived in the vicinity of Prince's home and served time together in the Claiborne Parish Detention Center. They also had a history of sex-related crimes. Critton acted alone in the rape and murder of Sylyn Prince. Johnson’s role was limited to the concealment of evidence following the crime.” At Critton’s trial, a forensic pathologist said Prince was bludgeoned in the head by a fire extinguisher, describing the blow as one of the worst skull fractures – with the exception of high-speed car crashes – witnessed in over 2,000 autopsies. The violent act left Prince’s home splattered with blood. Other blood drops were found on broken furniture in the room. A blood-soaked rug, the fire extinguisher and some of Prince's clothing were recovered from a nearby creek. After she was killed, Prince's body was dragged from the house and through the yard. A wheelbarrow was then used to move her body to a nearby wooded lot, where it was buried. An early morning frost left clear drag and wheel paths in the yard, and evidence from Prince’s home was scattered from the creek to the burial site, the lead investigator told the jury.

Two worthless criminal parasitic predator blacks killed a White man for his restaurant waiter small change tip money
Mcintosh Pierre-Paul, 25, and Jean Mary MarchernoJustin VanMeterLANTANA, Florida —The family of a restaraunt server fatally shot on Hypoluxo Road late Sunday has heard he may have been shot for his tip money. Investigators from the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office said Justin VanMeter apparently took out his tip money following a double shift at the Cracker Barrel in Boynton Beach to pay for cigarettes at the Hypoluxo Food Mart, Julia Renee Walton, VanMeter’s cousin, said Tuesday. Walton said PBSO told her family the men behind him at the checkout saw him take out his tip money, followed him out of the convenience store and shot him for the cash. “He worked a long day and just wanted to go home,” Walton said while holding back sobs. Mcintosh Pierre-Paul, 25, and Jean Mary Marcherno, 20, were arrested Tuesday on first-degree murder charges in the shooting death of VanMeter, the sheriff’s office said. They will be seen before a judge Wednesday morning at the Palm Beach County Jail to determine bond. Walton said VanMeeter was in a relationship and had a three-month old son named Ethan. She was relieved to find out that someone was arrested for the death of her cousin, who was like an older brother. “At least they’re not out there anymore,” she said. “Now, we can get answers.” - (Black-on-white)

Christian WillisDasean Perry and Nicholas McKinney Darren BloomquistA third man has pleaded guilty in an armed robbery attempt that led to the shooting death of Metro Taxi driver Darren Bloomquist in 2015. Christian Willis, who was 17 at the time of Bloomquist’s shooting, made the call for a cab that lured the driver to a gated community in Green Valley Ranch where he was killed. Two others involved in the robbery, and shooting, also pleaded guilty and have been sentenced. Nicholas McKinney, 19, pleaded guilty in March to aggravated robbery, menace with a deadly weapon, and was sentenced to 25 years in prison in May.
