Police: Black stranger attacks man in front of his kids at ER
Chase MosesJason Haynes MARIETTA, Ga. — Police say a man is in jail after beating up at least five people at Kennestone Hospital without being provoked. Cobb County police say those attacks happened in the emergency room. Shannon Hill says her son made a late-night trip to Kennestone's ER because his son, Kaiden, had a serious ear infection. While filling out paperwork, Jason Haynes was attacked from behind and knocked unconscious as his two kids watched. "This guy came out of nowhere. (My son) is just struggling right now to even realize exactly what happened and he's pretty messed up," said Hill. Witnesses say after knocking out Haynes, the 6-foot-tall, 220-pound attacker went after others in the emergency room, leaving at least four others hurt. Police arrested 31-year-old Chase Moses. He had no explanation for his ER rampage other than to tell a Marietta police officer that someone had made a comment. But police say hospital video shows Moses had no interaction with any of the victims before he started throwing punches. Hill’s son, Haynes, the first attacked, suffered the worst of it. "He's got to have surgery on his jaw. It’s broke in four places; he's got four teeth that are knocked out. He's got bleeding on the brain. How in the world was there nothing, no help for my son, when his children had to pull him across the floor to get him protected?” said Hill. - (Black-on-white)

black punkblack punkblack punkKay KiseINDIANAPOLIS - An Indianapolis grandmother is recovering from serious facial injures after she says she refused to give in to three young men who tried to steal her van Sunday night. Kay Kise, 67, says she had just arrived outside her home around 8 p.m. She had been doing some Christmas shopping and was just getting out of her van when three black males, about 16 years old, approached her. One of the teens asked her for directions. After she gave him directions, he pulled a gun on her. “And the next thing I know, he’s got a gun right in my face.” “And he’s telling me, ‘Give me the keys to that van.'” Her reaction was instinct. “I said, ‘You’re not getting my van’ and I slapped that gun to the side,” Kise said. The next moment, the teen suspect bashed Kise in the side of her head, knocking her dizzy. She had fallen back into her van with the sliding back door still open. The next thing she knew, she was sitting in the back seat. Her head was throbbing and starting to bleed and swell. But, she was still holding her keys. “I wasn’t about to let no young punk take my car,” Kise said. - (Black-on-white)

White Lexington murder victim's family upset with plea deal with black killer
Quante JohnsonJoe RandolphLEXINGTON, Ky. - A central Kentucky man is furious that a man accused of killing his brother received a plea deal for a lesser charge in Lexington. Lexington police originally charged Quante Johnson with murder. The victim, Joe Randolph, was shot in his home nearly two years ago. Johnson recently pleaded guilty to second degree manslaughter, and Randolph's brother tells us the punishment doesn't fit the crime. Quante Johnson, 18, was charged with murder and tampering with physical evidence just 11 days after the 49-year-old was shot dead at his home in Lexington. But now, the case is much different. After Johnson pleaded guilty to second degree manslaughter one month ago, there's no trial. And for the Randolph family, they say that means no justice. - (Black-on-white)

“She Couldn’t Breathe” – The Brutal Murder of 19 Year Old Jessica Lane Chambers…. (With Video)
Jessica Lane Chambers and friend19-Year-Old Jessica Lane Chambers was brutally murdered in Mississippi two nights ago. Unfortunately the details of her murder are so horrific to comprehend they make the current racial anxiety in the headlines seem small, yet also potentially more explosive. …When the fire department got there, she was walking down the road on fire. […] They squirted lighter fluid down her throat and in her nose… Yes, Jessica was white; and no, by all accounts her killer(s) were not. She wasn’t just attacked, beaten, and burned alive – she was brutalized beyond all horrific imaginings. When you identify what took place, and contrast her horrific murder against the current national dialogue, you can also understand why the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation (MBI), and all Mississippi politicians, will most likely lead the media to bury this story as quick as possible. - (Black-on-white) - (Burned Alive!)

White Man Allegedly Shot By Black Teens During Crime Spree Takes Stand During Their Trial
Devonere SimmondsNathanial BrunnerImran AshgarJoe RuddCOLUMBUS, Ohio - Joe Rudd says he couldn't sleep Wednesday night in anticipation of confronting the face that has haunted him. He was called as a witness in the trial of two Columbus teens. “I see that face quite a bit. You see things that just burn into your mind,” he says. Rudd's nightmare began at 4:50 in the morning at a truck stop in Madison County last summer. Rudd says he was walking to his car when he felt a tap, turned around, and was shot in the face by a gunman demanding his car keys. “It felt like if I just handed him my keys and wallet he would finish me off.” Rudd told the jury he threw his keys and ran for his life towards the truck stop. He says to this day he can vividly remember the handles on the doors. “And that's all I seen - tunnel vision - reaching for those things, and the whole time waiting for the bullet to get shot in the back.” A few hours later police in Dayton caught up with 17-year-old Devonere Simmonds and 18-year-old Nathanial Brunner sleeping in Rudd's stolen car. Prosecutors say the teens are responsible for a string of violent crimes, including the murder of Columbus carryout clerk, Imran Ashgar, just days before the carjacking and shooting that put Joe Rudd in the hospital for four months. Rudd told the jury doctors used a rib bone to rebuild his jaw which was wired shut for so long that he lost 40 pounds.  Rudd says his hearing is permanently damaged, and he faces years of oral surgeries to repair his teeth and suffers panic attacks. - (Black-on-white)

Black man Gets (only) 7 Year Sentence For Fire That Paralyzed (White) Detroit Firefighter
Calvin JonesSamson Wright Brendan Milewski DETROIT - A Detroit man has been sentenced to seven years in prison for his role in a fire that paralyzed a firefighter. Calvin Jones got the punishment in Ann Arbor federal court. He struck a plea deal in August, months after an appeals court found problems with Jones’ trial and threw out his conviction and 15-year sentence. Firefighter Brendan Milewski was paralyzed while trying to extinguish the fire at a commercial building in Detroit in 2010. Many other firefighters were injured. Jones says he filled plastic bottles with gasoline for co-defendant Samson Wright, whose 15-year sentence was also thrown out by the appeals court. Wright and Jones set a fire at a Metro PCS store on Detroit’s east side in 2010. As firefighters battled the blaze, the ceiling and roof of the second floor burned completely through. The second story wall of the structure collapsed on seven firefighters who were attempting to fight the fire. Four firefighters were forced to retire due to their injuries, including Brendan Milewski, who was paralyzed from the waist down. Wright pleaded guilty to malicious use of fire and was sentenced to 15-years in federal prison. He later appealed his sentence, saying it exceeded the seven-year maximum penalty outlined in a plea deal. Officials say no one — including the judge, prosecutors and defendant — realized at the 2011 sentencing that the plea deal included a seven-year maximum. - (Black-on-white)

  • White woman stabbed to death by Black psychopath - Lane got out of the car. Thompson followed a short distance, and, on impulse, he has since claimed, grabbed Lane around the throat with one arm while stabbing the rusty knife in her back four times, puncturing her lungs twice. At least one of the wounds went six inches inside Lane’s body, cracking a rib. Thompson hopped into Lane’s Cavalier and, looking into the rearview mirror, could see she was still alive. He put her car in reverse and tried to run her over. But Lane was lying on a mound of dirt, which Thompson mistook for her body. He would later tell police he ran over her when he didn’t. Lane lived for another 10 minutes, according to the coroner who examined her. When police found her two days after the murder, they could tell she had turned herself over. Her back was arched, her eyes stared vacantly into the sky. Even today, lawmen said they can remember the horror on Lane’s face when they first saw her.

Pitts: Prison may provide Hobbs with structure
Cedric Theodis Hobbs Jr., 29, and Alexis MattocksKyle HarrisIf ever the facts of the case were a problem for the defense, it's the case playing out in room 4A of Cumberland County Superior Court, involving accused killer Cedric Hobbs Jr. Through his lawyer, Hobbs, who is 33, admitted, even before the jury was seated, that in the late afternoon of Nov. 6, 2010, he pointed a .380-caliber handgun at teenager and college student Kyle Harris and shot him to death. He admitted that he robbed the Cumberland Pawn Shop on Grove Street. Hobbs and his girlfriend, Alexis Mattocks, who pleaded guilty in the crime and has been sentenced to life, went to Washington, D.C., where police stopped them for driving Harris' stolen car. All of this played out while the couple's young daughter, Storm, sat in a child's seat in the back. A day before killing Harris, evidence suggests he slew his drug dealer, to whom he owed money, and stole the man's vehicle. When it broke down, he killed Harris and took his. - (Black-on-white)

Black man and white prostitute charged with capital murder in Round Rock death of White man
Da Ryan Tarrell SimmsLindsey Taylor HanksJerrod Ray Stanford The Williamson County sheriff’s office has charged two people with capital murder in the death of Jerrod Stanford in Round Rock in September. Da Ryan Tarrell Simms, 21, and Lindsey Taylor Hanks, 22, were both charged Nov. 20, police said Monday. Stanford, 33, was last seen alive at his home Sept. 5. Austin police learned Stanford had been killed after a detective interviewed a Travis County Jail inmate on Sept. 16 who said Hanks had told him that her “brother” had killed a man.
The Williamson County sheriff’s office found Stanford dead later that day inside his house with two gunshot wounds. A detective also found a fingerprint near Stanford’s body that was later identified as Simms’. Simms was arrested on unrelated charges in Austin but he had one of Stanford’s stolen firearms, as well as a box of 380 ammunition, that matched the bullets used in the killing. An inmate at the Williamson County Jail later told an investigator that Simms met with him in Austin and said he shot Stanford. The inmate said Simms showed him guns, credit cards and a driver’s license all belonging to the victim. A different inmate at the Williamson County Jail said Simms told him that he had shot a man during a robbery. Simms told the inmate he had Hanks, who is a prostitute, make an appointment with Stanford. After Hanks, who had previously met Stanford, went inside the house, Simms said he followed with his brother and hit Stanford on the side of his head. Simms said they “had to shoot the guy because he started fighting.” Another detective spoke to a friend of Hanks’ who said Hanks confessed to being with Simms when Simms shot Stanford. - (Black-on-white)
